I have been to multiple smoke shops and these guys actually know their stuff! It is so helpful to get information from worker who know the products. I had bought multiple vapes and was tired of spending so much money but finally I was given great advice and found a vape and coil that works well for me. Best shop ever.

My vape was not working and I went in for a new one and was shown several that would meet my needs. He was very nice and knowledgeable about all the products. He didnt have a pushy sales character, he really was genuine in finding me the right replacement.

Friendly staff. Always very helpful and patient. This is my go to vape shop for saltnic. I like to try a new flavor everytime and they are always getting new ones in!

Excellent variety of juices but the kicker for me was that they carry Ruthless Grape Drank and most of the Bad Drip line where as most shops dont! Jacob is also a saint and was a wonderful consultant! ❤️

Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You are never pressured into making a purchase, but given all the information you could need when you want to. They are also the best shop Ive been to as far as always having the coils I need in stock. I urge you to give them a shot if you havent visited yet.

Ive never tried another vape shop, but I dont have to given I was lucky enough to stumble across this one! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and above all else, friendly and patient with all of my questions. I cant recommend them enough. Great prices too.

Best place ever! I wont go anywhere else because they always do you right!! They have yet to sell me anything I havent asked for and are great at suggestions when you tell them what you are looking for. My only complaint is they dont have grape ice salt nic, but not many places in Omaha do.

Prices are great. Staff is super knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. They also dont give that weird awkward vibe you get in a lot of other places.The selection is also WAY better than other places in town, both mods and juices (brands and flavors).

Good place to buy but be aware some of the products are not real some are fake and not the real deal for an example the abyss they had for sale were fakes not the real deal nothing but Problems with this this device because they were fakes.

The staff here is awesome! They always have great input on flavors. If your looking for a new vape the staff is also very helpful in finding the right one for you! This is my number 1 place for all my vaping needs!

Owner Chris is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful . Of all the ecig places in Omaha this is definitely #1! She has a great selection & if there is something that you want that isnt in stock she will promptly order it in. Ive been coming to Jackmans for nearly six months now. Their employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had this great of service at anywhere but here. Alohma is alright with their sales and everything, but Jackmans always has them beat.Seriously reccomended if youre looking for high quality premium juices. The staff here will get to know you and theyve an awesome idea of your flavour profile. Ive been looking all over for floral juices and theyre always helping me find something similar.Hope to see this store become a chain sometime soon.

Staff is very helpful and have hundreds of things to pick from along with all the latest e-cigs. I would never go anywhere else. I love the personal attention they give you showing you the newest flavors and units.Its not like the other places where the employees dont know what their doing and there is hundreds of them running around in circles.

Saw 3 people walk into the store without masks on. Waited a few minutes, put my mask on and went in. The 3 people and the woman working, still didnt have masks on. Turned around and walked out. Took our business elsewhere.There is a sign on the door that says no entry without masks.Had to give them at least 1 star to post this. The business doesnt deserve it.

Excellent customer service. I have been to quite a few places, but this is the most relaxed environment the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Would not choose anything else.

This is my go to spot. Huge selection of juices and vaporizers (and all the mods/coils/tanks to go with it). Friendly staff. Nice rewards program. They also have a very sweet dog that is behind the counter.

This is the best place ive found in omaha. They are so helpful and carry soo many brands it like vape wonderland. Will be goning here forever! Very nice people as a chery on top.

Have went to other vape shops in town and had issues in various ways, I have always been taken care of here, every time I come in from Sioux city this is where I go. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable, which helps as I can be a pain to deal with.

Its pretty good and the people there are awesome but alohma on 144 is by far the better option. The staff here are friendly but alohma is friendly and knowledgeable, and this an area where you want people to know what there talking about.

I went in looking for a Vape To use for a day or two because I was smoking black and mild’s and I wanted to stop. For less than $23 I was able to get what I needed and I went two days without smoking a black and mild and then I quit using the Vape! Thank you
