First time in store couple hours ago. Was in hurry, bought Lost Mary T1700. I did hit it once in store and got a little hit. I kept on with it and about 10 or so tries I got nothing. I called the store to be told he does not sale lost mary but it was correct store.

This place is really better than its stars. Honestly, I dont know why its rating isnt a little higher. I think its great- clean, organized, well stocked, variety and staff was 👌 on their stuff and 😁 with genuine friendliness and a patient eagerness to help. I will be back 😊 I think I got a punch card. Lol

I am in the process of reporting this store for selling counterfeit ooze products. When I tried to place my product under warranty, there were not a authentication code anywhere placed on the pen. If I can give zero stars and have there place of business shut down then I would. I was given 2 defective vape pen devices and when I told them about it, they did absolutely nothing about it. They take peoples money and not care about customer satisfaction as according to their receipts. I will never patronized that place ever again. They are nothing but scammers and give customers devices that does not work and will not give refunds or exchanges when there are problems with their products. Please stay clear of this place. Their products are counterfeit and are potentially dangerous.

This Smoke shops is unreasonable! Their customer service was horrible. They do not care about their customers or keeping good clientele. My friend and I bought 2 disposable fume vapes. My friends vape was not any good and because we made two steps outside their business door. And realized the vape was no good. The clerk refused to let her get a new vape. I even offered to pay a little more money towards the loss of the vape that didnt work. And he still wouldnt let us get what we wanted. Even though their policy was if the vape didnt work or taste correctly they will give u a new one. They lied and were very rude. He also refused to give us a new to the owner!

Bought 2 backwood small batch no 001 2 days ago. The first box was great hand selected leaves the second box was empty. I got bucked 10 dollars a box

Brought a vape last night it went bad after 4 puffs I called them to ask what can they do about it and he said its prolly a bad vape and its nothing they can do so I will not be coming back I used to love going but they lost my service

I go in for my disposable vapes and they are well stocked with all smoke related items. Its a family owned shop and all employees have been friendly every time I have gone in.
