I’ve been coming here every day since I’ve moved to the area and haven’t been disappointed the employees are amazing and if the store doesn’t have what I want at the moment the owner makes sure I get what I want while providing me with a good alternative in the meantime.my main reason for shopping is the pricing it’s very reasonable compared to any stores around

Great friendly staff. Been coming here since they first opened. One of the few places left that still carry tops papers at a good price

So everyday other than Sunday this place is ran like the best shop in town. Easily. The owner and the young guy who work there are awesome. But whoever runs the show Sunday is a mess. I have been here since 9 and watched 5 people come and go already. Still no one here to open up.

This vape shop has no regard for customer service. This Nissan the first review I have ever written. I shop here several times a week, I am an avid smoker and buy all my goods here less than a mile from my home. I purchased an $18 lighter that will not accept fuel, leaks and has a 1/3 of the original flame. I didnt expect a refund, just a bit of reasonable treatment. A trade with a discount would have been fine. The owner is a seemingly nice guy. Have chit chatted with him and his son many times. Its not the customers fault he chooses to sell cheap garbage products. I would make an educated guess that his cost is around 50% , if not this survey will not be the downfall of his business, his purchasing power will be. I simply cant believe I have wasted this much of my time.....I guess that $9 profit is far more important than the weekly profits from now on... good bye Smoke-N-Vape...

They have a wide variety of products at great prices!! The employees are friendly and helpful and if you ask them something and they dont know the answer, they will do what they can to get you an answer!!

Like the store but need to get with the program on their hours. Stopped by on Sunday and was closed at least 30 mins early. Decided to come back the next day around 3pm and had to wait again to get in the store. Shouldn’t be so hard to spend money in a store.. *** I was writing this as I was waiting for the cashier to get back from their break and unlock the door. I went inside and picked out the product I was looking for which was just under $40.00. I didn’t get any friendly greeting or even a smile. I just felt like I was bothering them or that I did something wrong by coming in the store. No apology for having to wait to go in during their posted store hours. I don’t recommend going here on Sundays. I think I’ll only come back to this place when the guy is working. Much better service with him. Very friendly, helpful, and informative on the products. He actually interacts with you and responds to you when you talk to him. I feel more welcomed and invited when he’s working. Definitely the complete opposite of how I felt during todays visit. I really want to give this place about 3 stars because of today. I just can’t do that because of the last 4-5 visits to this store and the service I receive from the guy that is normally running the register is great and I don’t want a bad review to affect him.

Great atmosphere, excellent service. Lots of different juice and brands, and very reasonably priced. Special note of Casey, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The kind of employee that you want face to face with customers. Will return 100%

Good atmosphere Family Friend vibe so not airy and impersonal like other nearby head shops. Wide selection of smoking bowels water pipes and vapes as well as whole leaf tobacco products. I personally purchased their kratom which was the best Price and better Quality for in-store Brick & Morter type store locally. I looked too... Thanks Bunches! Yall are Awesome!

This store is so nice and clean. The prices are great and they have a huge selection of products. The owner is one funny guy and I definitely recommend visiting.

The woman who works on sun is ALWAYS late. I waited today until 9:20 and watched 8 customers come and go because she wasnt there to open on time. Thats a lot of money lost. I wish I knew the manager or owners and I would call them and let them know!!!

My experience was great..actually. The guy was super friendly and helpful and had reasonable prices in there to and such a great big variety of things for a real stoner as myself 😂...one of my spots now in duval

This (and the other on the northside) has been our go to store since before these brothers owned it. Until the girl started being trashy and rude. I wont be returning after my last interaction with her. And why is she wearing pajamas to work? Thats what I mean by trashy. You pay someone to be lazy trashy and rude to your customers.

The guy and young lady that work there are very nice and believe me they do card certain people who dont look over a certain age. They have signs stating they check ID.

Spent thousands in this shop over the years. Got a bad product and tried to return it unopened and they wouldn’t return it. I guess $60 is worth loosing thousands more

Very clean environment as well as great customer service. Haley is always extra helpful as soon as i walk in the door and also the prices are not outrageous like other vape stores!!!

The guy whine the counter was kind of nice I guess, but I was sold counterfeit juul mango pods. Everything about them were fake. They tasted like grape, the packaging was different with different orange colors, different plastic, etc. I took the package to another smoke shop/juul retailer and showed them and they agreed. Everything about these are bogus. Do not buy pods or anything you inhale or ingest from this place.

Awesome staff very helpful will even point out deals in a heartbeat to save you money. Super nice people really great incense as well.

Great friendly staff and always in stock on Smok supplies and other juice. Doesnt matter if I call or go in person theyre always friendliness.
