ABSOLUTELY SPATACULAR every time!! They survived covid because people love this place so much! The are very accommodating with scheduling appointments, my daughter feels safe with the staff, have sent many friends in their direction and they are hooked!They offer several styles of massage from Thai to deep tissue to cranial sacral. The facility is clean and welcoming. 10/10 with spatacular!

Lisa was great! But Sarah... wow! Deep deep tissue. Into my soul deep. From walking on my back to a traditional al style massage, she hit every pressure point, worked every knot relentlessly. A true deep tissue that I will be feeling for the next day or so.

Not only do they do massages and have so many good options , but they also do skincare.Very reasonable prices for such a great place and that is how they are going to keep and get a constant flow of new clientele so hurry up and book before they get busy lol.It was my first time here and I will definitely come back again even though it’s the furthest from my house that I’ve driven to get a massage. The hospitality of Sunny it was genuine and it really had me feeling like just more welcome than I have it any other place in a long time and it felt good! And the massage therapist that I had was Angela she was great she was able to communicate with me and understand what I was requesting and to be honest I get a lot of massages and I didn’t quite have anything exactly like it before a lot of the places that I’ve been to lately have the generic massage that it’s like the same everywhere I had been going and this place is different !Thank you for everything and I am definitely gonna be a long time customer with my issues and needing massages for one of the few forms of relief from this chronic pain , your it! I took my 80+ year old mom we went in the same room. She had Julie and I had Sarah. We both left feeling rejuvenated. My mom said it was the best massage she ever had..I agreed mine was so good I went back again. Both times knots were taken care of. We got the 90 min massages

As a PT I am very picky when it comes to massages. I was extremely impressed with Lisa. She truly had a magical touch and I finally left a massage better than when I went in. She is amazing and I will be back very soon!

This was a great experience for my bfs birthday. The price was ideal and the atmosphere and treatment felt much more expensive. I will be returning for my future massage needs.

I visit here once a week if not at least twice a month. Traveling 90% of the year led to many back and neck issues late 22 where shooting pain from the neck would cause my whole right arm to go numb. I tried physical therapy to no avail, so I decided to try this spot and started massage therapy. The whole team is professional and very welcoming. My pain is almost gone and negligible. I appreciate the quality of care. My two favorite therapists are Lulu and Sunny.

My girlfriend and I went there for our anniversary and it was magical. The experience and pure ambiance of the whole thing really made you alive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind, loves massages, and knows that they will get quality treatment at a reasonable price.

The spa was beautiful and very clean. I felt welcomed as I was greeted by name upon arrival (I called earlier in the day to make an appointment, simple and easy process). I arrived early and was welcome to my room right away. The room was quaint, nicely decorated, and clean. Sunny gave my massage, and was communicative too ensure she was using the proper amount of pressure. She found the knot in my shoulder right away and worked at it until it was loose. I absolutely recommend visiting based on my wonderful experience.

Have had several deep tissue message by both Sarah and Sunny. Both are fantastic. Make sure to do the 90 min, 60 min goes way too fast. I always leave feeling so good. They know how to work out all the tension and stress!!!!!

I went today to get a facial with my sister and let me tell you I got the best facial ever the girl who did my facial her name is sunny. She did an amazing job. I can’t wait to go back next month to get another one. I love that place

My boyfriend bought us a groupon to come to this place and get a massage for an early anniversary present. We were so excited and drove a distance to get here but did not mind because of all the great reviews we saw online. We called asking for the couples massage and were able to get a same day appointment which was great! The guy even double checked before giving an answer and came back with a definite yes. We get there and to our surprise were told they were busy and behind schedule, only rooms available are single rooms. We paid specifically for a couples massage and were not interested in single rooms. The lady up front, Im assuming is the manager, told us they put one person in the couples room which caused a hold up for the couples massage. We werent the only ones waiting for our couples massage either. My question is why would they put a single person in a room intended for couples when they have 2 couple massage appointments set. Also, if they knew they were behind schedule and had a scheduled appointment in the couples room why couldnt they call in advance and see if maybe the scheduled appointment could come later rather than waiting for us to get there and waste time driving out. The lady was nice but this couldve been handled differently so their customers are not driving out only to be told their appointment cannot be done.

Amazing place. We went here on the recommendation of our friend. My wife got her first treatment, and she liked this place. Next time, we plan to go there together. The shop was immaculate, and the staff was polite and friendly. We recommend it to our friends too.

I got a Groupon for a couples massage (12% off regular price). I just wanted to try this place out. When I came in, I explained that we had a Groupon. Upon hearing this, the lady at the front desk said, Why did you buy it on Groupon? We dont make any money that way. Just come in and buy next time.My boyfriend and I were stunned. Why even have your business on Groupon then? We left awkwardly and then called back minutes later to cancel our appointment. Thats no way to treat your customers.

Ve been here twice before and it was great. Went back today and the merchant refused service because I have been here before with Groupon and she only allows people to use it once (or so she claims, even though I have been here before). If thats the case, then why did Groupon allow me to buy it a THIRD time AFTER the three month period? 2, why she didnt bring this up on the phone when I called to make the appointment the second time I went OR yesterday just floored me. After she asked me for my name and phone # to book the appointment, she realized that I had been there BEFORE. Three, I told her it was a couples massage FROM GROUPON (I always like to mention where I get my deals from to avoid any confusion on both ends).Soooo why was it that she waited for me to come in and then let me know that SHE doesnt allow people to come in more than once with a Groupon deal? I wasted my time, wasted my gas, and had a very unpleasant time. Its not like we dont tip them well, weve tipped them up to $15-$20 PER masseuse the previous two times weve been there because theyre good. The merchant went ahead and tried to explain that when people buy from Groupon they dont make any money, so if you dont make any money why are you on Groupon? Also, if you only allow people to go once, why was I able to buy it a second and a third time? Is Groupon at fault here because theyre not fully disclosing the terms? Or are they being made up as the merchant pleases? Itd be good to know. Never coming here again, even if it means I have to go to Brea again. Orange is close (Im up the street) but never again.Lost a customer with their horrible customer service.

Absolutely love this place! Im a massage therapist so im very picky but this place is awesomeThe tables are soooo comfy and originally made. Like a puffy cloud. Always great massages here. Owners are always so nice! Ty and cant wait for next massage 😌

I received a groupon for a massage at Spatacular as a gift. I called the phone number on the groupon certificate to make the appointment and after she took my name and phone number she told me to call back in a week because it was too soon for her to make an appointment for a date that was 10 days away. (Clue number #1: Stay away from this business!). I asked her why she needed my name and number if she couldn’t make an appointment that far in advance. She told me that it was because that way she would know when I called back that I had already called. Then, she refused to give me her name, and she told me she was a temporary worker that was only there for that one day. Ok, so the person that answers the phone appears to be a liar. (Clue #2: Stay away from this business!) I saw one other another Google review in which someone with a Groupon was treated poorly by this business when he or she went there in person to redeem their Groupon So... you have been warned. Stay away from this business! Please note: After I posted the negative review, above they posted a rude and dishonest reply. It appears my initial impression was spot on.

This place is like a restaurant with great food but a terrible server.Was so excited to come here and get a massage with my fiancé who was visiting from out of state.The male owner calls us as we are on our way to let us know that they are running behind, we let him know we are okay with that since there was a lot of traffic (Main St. exit was closed). We arrive, walk in and let him know we are there for our couples massage, he’s like “you managed to make it early, I thought I told you 3:50”, OKAY?? Sorry that we came early. As we are sitting there he complains to other customers that he had a group come in late and throw everyone behind. OKAY?? Isn’t this a spa? I don’t care for your negative vibes. Then I walk out of our room in a towel because I had to use the restroom before the massage began and the owner looks at me and is like “UM there should’ve been a robe in your room” OKAY?? I checked and there isn’t,SoOoooo where is this robe you speak up. I felt embarrassed. Then when we are paying he goes on to tell us that with a groupon purchase they don’t make any money. OKAY??? Not my problem sir. Thanks for making me feel unwelcomed and like an inconvenience. Will not return and do not recommend to people who look for a zen experience and good energy. I would feel better giving my money to someone who is welcoming.Thank you to the Masseuse that is all.
