Ive been here several times, always a positive experience. Super clean shop, large selection of products, cigars, vapes, pipes, etc etc! And staff is always super chill. Definitely helps this spot is open way late too in a safe area.

Lets start with the customer service theyre friendly and kind, theyll do everything in there hands and knowledge to help you about the product before they sell you, the store is huge if not the biggest smoke shop in town, came here for a disposable vape and a pack of smokes at 03:33am (best part open 24/7 for all your needs at any time), got drifted to browse the whole store. Long story short a place must visit because of the good vibes all, friendly customer service, all different type products and accessories.

Bought this and asked the cashier that if it didnt work with our vape cartridges if we could bring it back. The cashier said it wouldnt be a problem, so I bought it and left. Got home and tried it and within about a day of using it on my cart, it totally burned out my cart and made it unusable. I was mad but not totally since it looked cheap and had a feeling this would happen, which is why I asked the cashier about the return. I was working the next couple days so I tried to return it about 2 days after purchasing it. I explain the situation to the cashier, the same one I had bought it from a couple days back, and he proceeded to tell me that the product works so it cant be returned. I repeated what he had told me 2 days ago and then come back with, Well why didnt you return it the same day? I had to come back with, Be cause it didnt burn out my cart yet, thats why. So he just said over and over that he wouldnt be returning it, even though he had said he would. Worst vape shop Ive ever had to deal with, they dont care about their customers at all. Nick is wonderful and sweet! He helped me pick a grinder out perfectly!! He charged me no taxes and gave me a discount. I needed one. Lol. The store is always clean and vibrant. I love that they are open 24/7. Makes it easy for me to get things I need :)

This is hands down the best smoke shop I think I’ve ever been to and has become the only one i will go to. There’s is a guy Marv there who is there every time I go and from what i would assume is in charge of running their whole operation. I’m never one to make a review but this guy Marv too many times has given me great deals pretty much any time I’ve asked for one when their glass is already marked well below any competition in oc or LA. I am not sure what more you could ask for in a glass shop… Great Price… like by far better than anywhere else I’ve been, staff / owner who is interpersonal and speaks to you like your a person and gets to know you - it feels like you’re seeing a buddy and is less transactional. I would guaranteed Marv will not let you leave the shop unhappy, he is always willing to work out a deal for his customers which is what keeps anyone that comes here coming back so don’t hesitate to speak up. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone… checks every box. ✌🏼

This smoke shop is awesome! First of all its HUGE! So they have literally everything you would want or need! Second of all, the people that work there are super cool! Marv was super helpful when I was looking at the nectar collectors, and he definitely knows his stuff! He helped me make a decision on one of them, and then he even gave me a discount on it, AND on a badass looking torch! Plus they always greet you as soon as you walk in, every single time, it really makes you feel welcomed! And lastly, their prices are pretty unbeatable, and its all high quality stuff! Its literally my go to smoke shop for anything! You definitely wont go to another smoke shop once you visit this one!! Thank you again Marv and the rest of the gang! You guys rock!!

David is So Friendly. They are open 24/7! They open Christmas Day…. They are really dedicated to opening 24/7! This place is super clean! They always have everything we need!

One of the best smoke shops in Orange County for sure! Theyre open 24/7 which already makes them awesome... but they also have the biggest selection of anything you should need in a smoke shop. Even a variety of hookahs and gifts. Everything sold here is of high quality too, and at the best prices around, unlike many smoke shops which overcharge for cheap quality products. Cant beat it! And to top it off, my customer service experience has always been outstanding. 10/10 would always recommend!

The most asinine experience ever at this location. The owner sold me a clearly defective product that broke within less than two hours of the purchase. When I showed up to ask for a replacement or I wouldve been even happy with an apology or some kind of discount. The owner proceeded to demonstrate that I had a defective product by aggressively banging the same item (same brand/product) I purchased without it breaking. It baffles me that anyone running a business can be this unprofessional and rude.I hope the charge back fee was worth trying to get another purchase out of me.

I’ve used this store multiple times, I know some employees and they remember me too. But today I parked in front to use a different store, the loser working at the shop stood outside and was on the phone calling a tow truck saying “this is customer only parking”… there is NO sign that says this. He has 0 signs regarding parking. He pointed to the faded yellow polls in front and said “this is the sign”. I said “no, don’t threaten to tow my car if you have no sign indicating ANYTHING. A yellow poll does NOT mean customer parking only. Yellow pills protect cars from ramming the shop. I feel bad for him, he’s a 40 year old grown man Working at a smoke shop, that’s the definition of a loser. Get a real career .

This is my favorite smoke shop in OC. They have a HUGE selection of everything. From glassware to papers and hookahs. The owner Nick is super nice and helpful as well. Prices are super fair and such a good deal! I’ve bought multiple pieces from here and it’s my go to smoke shop :)

This store has a wide arrangement of items. Such as lighters, bubblers , picks. The owner was patient and nice about helping me grab the items I needed and the price for everything was incredible. I will definitely be returning when I need more smoke equipment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to look for things in particular and they do have a wide variety of merchandise, but I was followed around the store like I was a thief. I mean he was 2 feet behind me, no joke. I will never come back and let everyone I know not to go there. Very uncomfortable

Went to this groovy place. I spent over 100 bucks walked out with two torches, incense, two flutes, some canes of butane fuel. I wasnt impressed everything broke in the end of the day. So I will not ever buy anything else from this smoke shop. Yea so what they have cool bongs. But do they last ! ? Thats the real question you gotta ask your self. Thanks but no thanks.

I went in and asked about vape juice and was looked at like I was lost. Went literally across the street, received great customer service and paid $16 for a 60ml reds grape ice, 1 coil and a disposable vape bar. That’s the best deal I ever gotten. Thank you for being rude to me (saved me money) found my new smoke shop.

24 hour smoke shop, whats not to like. Friendly staff, a little pricey though. Certain items you cant find anywhere else but here and the harbor location Diana was super helpful and friendly. She will never point you in the wrong direction.

Selection is top notch. They dont ever close. Prices are higher here than other shops near by.If you need something after midnight then the extra cost might be warranted. During the day, not so much.

I can’t say enough about Chapman, Smoke Shop, especially Marv he went he above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left the store. Highly recommend , and if I could leave 10 stars I would !! Thanks Marc for making my day!!!

Open 24 hours which is great however prices on Vapes are significantly higher than elsewhere; almost double. Had to pay $40 for a vape that I usually pay $25 for.

My favorite smoke shop. Always open and always has what I need in stock. Plus the employees are always very helpful and nice.

It is a good place with a good selection of cigars but the humidor was hot about 80f - 85f and It did not have the humidifier on so for accessories it is fine but not to buy cigars since they are not at the right temperature and humidity

I give this place 3 stars bc they have really good stuff that I need occasionally, but the prices kill me!! Idk if its on purpose to be to expensive but its too much and overpriced. So walk out n go across the street!!!! Half the price then here. Sorry guys but I gotta keep it real.

The lady doesn’t know how to answer phones asked her a simple question and she hung up in my face . If you don’t know say that don’t hang up on a customer very unprofessional.
