OC Smoke & Cigar Vape & Smoke shop

I went in to purchase vape juice like always and they told me that he couldn’t do it at the moment because of cops. The Asian guy acted real sketchy. I have been buying vape juice here for a while and this was the first bad experience. But it was bad bad. Enough for me to write this. The other guys aren’t bad. The Asian guy is the sketchy one. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be filing a report. Thanks for all the businesses before!

Okay let me start by saying great new owners!! The sweetest young couple ever. They let you try all the disposables you ask about, after trying like 10 flavors I finally chose one and tried to pay and I was short $6 and they still gave it to me. Thank you so much!! Great place and they have everything u might think of.

I have been to this smoke shop a couple of times and I can not believe how this store and the customer service are incredible, you can find everything at this store besides the Customer Service will make you love going to this smoke shop every day Mo and Megan they are very nice, responsive and respectful.Definitely, i will go there again.

The shop was just purchased by new owners. Moe and Megan, I walked in and they greeted with me with welcoming arms. They are extremely nice and they told me that they were going to reinvent the entire shop with much more stock and much better prices than the previous owner. Loving owners and I am so excited to visit more often!

I decided to try this smoke shop again and Im so glad I did. New ownership is amazing very helpful and they were stocked with so many good selection from vapes, cigars, cigarettes, ect. This will definitely be my go to smoke shop.

Was looking for something very specific that I couldn’t find anywhere including online. When I popped into this awesome family owned spot they were super helpful AND they had the product I was looking for! I had dozens of questions and the owner answered all of them with a smile on their face! So welcoming.Can’t wait to shop with them again.

I was so excited when they opened a new vape shop near Santiago Canyon college. When I went there the first time I was immediately greeted and invited to try all their flavors. The people there were so nice and even after I bought my juice I stuck around and kicked back on their couch. Their selection of juices is so great and they get New ones often. Their mods are beautiful and Im planning to buy the black hawk. I highly recommend this shop. It even has a section for cigars. Ill for sure be a regular here.

To say the customer service is exemplary would be an understatement. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and helpful, they treat you as though you are family. Greeting you with a warm smile and calling you by name provides the feeling of having stepped over the threshold of your own home. This warm and inviting atmosphere is strengthened while you lounge on one of the two comfy couches, enjoying your selection from the stores diverse cigar, juice and cigarette selection, engrossed in conversation with the shop owner, Kiro. A man of integrity who strives to make each and every experience in his store a memorable one and always happy to help. If you want something he doesnt have, which is hard to believe given the over abundance of choices, he will do everything in his power to get it for you. Ive not had a shopping experience comparable to that at Orange Hills Cigar and Vape anywhere.

Ive been a frequent customer here for a few months now, so Im a bit disappointed at this incident. I realized they sold me a defective product by the time I got to my car, so I immediately went back inside and they denied me a refund or a replacement (keep in mind, this was a cheap disposable vape). The owner said to take it up with the brand directly, so I did, and the brand told me that its the stores responsibility to refund/replace the defective product. The owner denied this, so Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Terrible customer service.

Really like this place! I decided to check this place out after having a bad experience with the smoke shop in the next plaza over. This place is way better! Kero is the man! Super awesome, non pushy and really friendly. Educated me on disposables and recommended me items that turned out fire! For Cigars, Vapes, or Glass...check out this place!

This is the best shop I have ever been too and absolutely love the vibes. Fair prices and great new owners! The vibes are so much better now under these new owners!

Finally a smoke shop with actual real hookah products!! Love the place and very sweet and patient owners. Grabbed a nice cigar for the New Years. Will be coming back.

Downright worst service i have ever received at a smoke shop. The gentleman working has been extremely rude to me on multiple occasions but he will play it off like he is joking. Overall an incredibly unpleasant experience, would not reccomend to ANYONE. Go to Tobacco Palace on chapman or Dr Vapor in the circle, avoid giving your business to this establishment.

I love this place everything from vape to cigars to high quality glass this place has everything you need. Come by visit the family this place is great! Ill never go anywhere else for anything i need.

This is a great option for all my (CA legal) smoking needs. They have a humidity controlled room for a wide range of cigars, and my favorite reason for going there... vaping concentrates and e-cig juice and equipment
