Friendly and welcoming receptionist/ thoroughly explained their menu of massages, facials and aesthetic services. i was intrigued and what began as a 50minute massage became an 80 minute massage as the masseuse ( a male) was attentive to areas requiring deep pressure versus those that required medium pressure; he was very effective and accommodating to increase the treatment time as it was end of day….will definitely return for another one of his massages and plan to try a facial by the end of September !
Thank goodness I read the reviews before booking!! I have been to a Woodhouse day spa in Salt Lake City, best experience ever! So, I was upper excited when I saw this one was in Orlando! Then I read the reviews :/ definitely not even trying and sorry to the lady’s with the bad experiences! Especially on Mothers Day!
I was pretty disappointed with my experience here and the lack of disclosure as well. Today is Mother’s Day and I brought my mom and I for a “spa” experience. I book two facials. Mine was $325 (hydro facial) and my mother’s was $250 (lift and firming). After tax it came out to close to $600 and because I prepaid, they asked me for a 20% gratuity, so my total was $660. I was willing to spend so much, because I wanted to really have a relaxing and nice experience with my mom. I have been to a Woodhouse spa at a different location and it was really nice and matched our expectations, so I was only looking forward to the same here. When I booked it, the lady on the phone knew what I was looking for and should have allowed me to be informed that this was not going to be the same ambiance as an actual spa.First, it was a small office building. With a dark room full of mismatched old couches. They told me there would be drinks and things we can snack on, and all there was, was a very small basket of packets of nuts and nature bars. The drink was served in a small plastic cup. The “change” room, was just a small locker room with cardboard boxes, they had from deliveries and a chair. We booked 80 mins, and the first 15 was spent as a conversation and they didn’t compensate it, by spending an extra 15 at the end. I was trying to make the most out of it, by sitting in the back room to try to lounge, but my mom was never told, even though I asked the person who serviced me to let her know once she came out to meet me there, so she waited 20 mins for me at the front and only knew I was out because I texted her. Once I was done, I was informed that there were extra services my mom was given. My mom told me that there was no disclosure for an additional price for any service, nor was there even a question for her to add it on, the lady just told her she was going to do it. Fortunately they let us go without paying for these extra services. The only decent thing was the facial itself.
I was 5 minutes late to the appointment because they changed locations and there isn’t very much signage outside indicating where they are located. After circling the parking lot multiple times, I finally called and was told they are on the second level about Ruth Chris. I walked in and was told numerous time “because you were late…”. Completely unnecessary. My facial was great, I liked the girl. She also reiterated twice about being late. Again, just 5 minutes late due to their lack of signage to find the place. Massage was not great, I had a better one done at Massage Envy. She didn’t even touch my neck, shoulders or lower back. Only did some work on some knots in my upper back, and gave a light touch massage to arms and legs which were useless. I came here years ago when my husband proposed and had an amazing experience. Now, I would not go back. I could have gotten the same service (probably better) at Massage Envy or Hand and Stone. It was NOT worth the money. They brag about quality, but with my experience, the quality was lacking!
Highly recommend.... Im here in Florida from Houston. The entire spa far exceeded my expectations... so friendly & professional & warm. My massage therapist was amazing... he communicated well & pressure was perfect... he focused on the areas I asked him to & got all the kinks out. This is not just a lush, bougie spa but a wonderful experience with a quality massage. I told my therapist I wanted to clone him & fly him back to Houston. He was Venezuelan.
Pregnant women beware, I wish I had read the reviews before coming here again. There are almost zero amenities at this temporary location. To top it off, I am 33 weeks pregnant, which I made the spa aware of before my facial and prenatal massage. It is very difficult for many women in their 3rd trimester to lay on their back. For my facial, I was escorted to a room that was only capable of raising the head of the bed about 2 inches. Even spas that do not have adjustable beds are able to offer a wedge or other type of accommodation. I laid down for my service but became light headed after a few minutes and had to turn to my side. This prevented me from being able to receive part of my service, such as the steam, neck and arm parts of the treatment. I was very uncomfortable throughout the treatment. This spa is very ill-equipped to handle pregnant women. Even my prenatal massage was uncomfortable because of the very thin bed. The manager was kind enough to call and offer another facial at a later time.
I gave three stars because the location was not the greatest. The spa is on the second floor and somewhat hard to find. The space they are occupying is small and lacks the ambience I was expecting. The chair in the lobby (the only chair) is worn to the point the cushion was flattened from overuse. My wife received a facial while visiting. She was very happy with the services and her experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, polite, and professional.I surprised my wife with this experience while visiting area. I think based on their website and my conversation with the person setting the appointment along with the prices I expected more. By expecting more I mean easier to access, better managed facilities, and definitely more seating in the lobby area.I would recommend Woodhouse Spa to others as the services and our experience was overall good.
I took my mom here for a relaxing Mother’s Day and had the best massage I’ve ever had (shout out to my therapist Chris!). We have been to the original Woodhouse location several times and after reading some reviews about the temporary location (the bigger, more modern woodhouse is coming this summer, they said), I was a bit apprehensive…The service was still incredible, with plush robes, drinks and snacks, and relaxing atmosphere. There is a sauna in the lady’s changing room for women who are so inclined. The only thing missing were showers, however I greatly look forward to the brand new Woodhouse! My mom and I both had a great experience and I’m eager to get another massage here again soon!
The massage was fantastic as they always have been here. The customer service was wonderful. Very friendly. They are currently in a temporary location which they do not specify on the website or reservation. The temporary location is above a restaurant, so the entire time I was having my massage, I was smelling the grills downstairs. There is no changing rooms, so you are to change in your massage room. The staging area is dingy and the back of an office building, so its stale and boring and there are no dimming lights in the rooms aand they are lit with a salt block and small lamp. The only bathroom is one stall next to the front entrance. There is no sauna or showers or lockers for your things. Very disappointing, and I wouldve canceled my reservation had I known the spa was in a temporary location office building. Supposedly, the remodel will be complete sometime late summer, but because Woodhouse hid the fact that they are in a temporary location, even when the remodel is open, I will not return. There are plenty of other spas in the Orlando area that I can get a $200 massage.
Please read before booking! I recently visited the Woodhouse Spa (March,2024) for massage services for two people and was greatly disappointed. To further explain, the Woodhouse Spa has been temporarily located and this was not communicated to me during my booking. It was quite disappointing to arrive at the location with a total different ambience (arrival to departure) than previous. I made it known to the receptionist that I was unaware of the change of location. Her explanation was that they outgrew the past location and should be in the new location within a few months. The lack of transparency was a total turnoff, as deceptive. In addition, I paid for an add on service of hot stones, but did not receive hot stone treatment. Hot towels were placed on specific areas of my back, which l assumed was part of the massage. When I called to question why I was charged for hot stone treatment, I was told that I did get hot stone treatment.I know what hot stones feel like...get them all the time with my pedicures. The receptionist was very cold and nonchalant as to my concerns.Needless to say, my overall experience was less than mediocre. My total charge for two 50-minute massages (including mine and my friend) was over $350. This included the 20% gratuity. My recommendation - run, run, run..! If you want a luxurious spa experience, Woodhouse Spa is definitely not what it boasts! I will say the past experience I had with them a few years ago was Stellar and they have definitely gone down.
I absolutely love coming to the Woodhouse spa. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and every time I receive exceptional service and the best massage. My massage therapist, Chris was incredible, great customer service and had the best techniques. I will definitely being coming back and requesting him. I love this place!
Youll be better off at Massage Envy or any other place that charges $50/hr for a massage. They need to update the pictures on their website. The place is dark and uncomfortable. The furniture is beyond dated. They do not have an actual changing room, just a small closet behind a curtain. The massage rooms are not relaxing or comforting. There was a hole in the blanket on the massage table. They should have just shut down while they wait for their new location. Or at least decrease prices by 75% because IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Two stars only because of good customer service.
The massage therapist Angel was amazing! Best massage ever! I was late coming in from out of town and the front desk was very accommodating.Giving 3 stars because the place was super hard to find (no signs) and it is not as “luxurious” as the other Woodhouse locations (as described by other reviewers).
0 stars for the deplorable facilities and non existent ambiance. Their temporary location is gross. Dirty drink cups laying around and the changing “room” is a closet with a curtain. No privacy! The therapy rooms are like offices where you can hear everyone talking! Not relaxing in the slightest. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even told that this location didn’t have all of their standard amenities due to it being temporary.Talk about being lied to!5 stars for Chantel who gave me the best facial ever. She went the extra mile to make sure my experience went from negative after my god awful massage to positive. Getting a facial or new one? Chantel is the best and will not disappoint!
I love Woodhouse Spa and all of their services. The “temporary” location is not so good as it was in Dellagio, you don’t feel any privacy in the rooms b/c of the holes in the doors, my room even did not have any space where I could put my personal things. And new lounge zone looks not welcoming, super dark and not cozy at all. And if you want tea you have to help yourself, they do not make it for you anymore. But facial service was good as usual. I love hydra facial and highly recommend to try that procedure.
Very relaxing atmosphere. Plush robes and sandals provided. Large locker rooms with showers and infrared sauna. Drinks (mimosa, champagne, red & white wine) offered and small snacks, water, tea provided. Light and Dark rooms to relax in before and after services.Massage service was very enjoyable. Would be delighted to return again!
Yikes. Trying to find this place was a nightmare. Upon arriving I realized the reviews were completely accurate. This hopefully is a temp location because if not it was horrendous. It’s in a strip mall, up in what seems to be an old office building. There’s no real locker room with changing rooms and bathrooms like a normal Woodhouse spa. The “relaxing room” is so rundown, old furniture, pillows thrown on chairs, with zero comfort. The area where you change is behind a curtain with a gross chair. The front desk area is messy and sloppy. For a day spa this is absolutely unacceptable even for a temp location. No reason I should be paying $180+ for just a massage in an office building with a frosted glass wall in the massage area. (I could see the outline of the person outside so I know they could see the outline of me) I felt on edge the entire massage! The front desk receptionist asked me how my massage was and then proceeded to say are you adding 20% tip? Didn’t tell me the total, and it’s rude to ask that. I always tip well above 20% anyways, so I thought that was weird to ask. If you have to ask you obviously know people aren’t tipping due to the run down office building “day spa” you’re offering. I’d like to be contacted by management as this is unacceptable, and nothing comparable to the Woodhouse spas where I’m from. The pictures couldn’t be any further from accurate lol.
Great massage! I utilized a gift card received, and enjoyed a great 80 minute treatment. Nice, well kept, straightforward spa. I was able to make a next day appointment over the phone, but not on their website. If you do not see the time you are seeking online, call the spa directly- there may be appointments available last minute. There is 1 sauna in the ladies locker room. Not a lot of frills and amenities, but a great spa and massage option especially for Southwest Orlando residents and area locals.
I recently visited woodhouse spa hoping to replicate the luxurious experience I had enjoyed during my previous visit when they were at their original location. However, my recent experience left much to be desired.Upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that they had relocated to a temporary location, a fact that was not communicated to me prior to my appointment. This lack of transparency was disappointing, as I had expected the same level of service and ambiance that I had experienced at their previous location. While the service provided by the staff was still commendable, the overall atmosphere and amenities fell short of my expectations. Several amenities that I had enjoyed previously were either unavailable or not up to par. The lack of attention to detail and the diminished sense of luxury detracted from the overall experience. As someone who had previously been impressed by woodhouse spa, I had high hopes for my return visit. However, the reality fell short of my expectations. Moving forward, I hope that they will prioritize communication with their clients regarding any changes to their location or services, and strive to uphold the high standards that they are known for.But the massage was amazing!
Just bought a Mom to be package to my wife and I when she tried to book the services included, she was informed not all services are available. The due date is 5 weeks from today and she wont be able to use the service AND it is no refundable (none of those information were disclosed on the website). What I bought that should relax my wife, stressed both of us. Not reviewing the service itself but what I understand that is part of the service (it starts on when clients are looking for something until they leave the place with the service done). Very frustrating.
Chris hit all the spots for my massage. And Destiny’s hair is as amazing as she left my skin.
I booked a complete reset package for myself and the services I received were great, but I will not be returning. They are currently in a temporary location that feels more like a dark office than a spa. I felt on edge throughout the entire experience due to the lack of ambiance. When you first get in they take you to a locker room that feels like a break room with a sauna taking up 50% of it. The changing room inside feels like a utility closet with only a curtain to block people from seeing you change. The lounge you sit in before and between services feels more like a living room with random furniture rather than a spa. Most of the treatment rooms feel like offices without the lights. Additionally, because of the temporary location, they are not offering manicures or pedicures. Despite this, they still allow you to book packages that include nail services. I had to ask the woman working the front desk about it to have the price of the package because I did not receive 2/4 of the services included with the package. Prior to visiting I was not informed that they were in a temporary location and was not told that they would not be able to perform 50% of the services I booked. The experience was not relaxing and definitely not worth the price as there are much more luxurious spas in the area that are at or below the WH price point.EDIT: A representative from the spa reached out to apologize for the atmosphere at the temporary location and did offer to allow me to try the salt room at their new location (when it opens), but that was swiftly followed by a request that I remove my review. I was advised that they have edited their website to show photos of the temporary location, but that is false. I do not believe in giving money to any business that would attempt to deceive potential customers, so for that reason, even when they open their new location, I do not plan on returning.
My visit was so gracious. Traffic was a nightmare and my Uber driver first dropped me at the wrong address…. Needless to say, I was running LATE. When I called, they were extremely kind and understanding. When I finally made it in, they were willing to reduce my appoint to 80min (I had scheduled 110min) since we were bumping up against their closing time. This was unsolicited and I would have gladly paid for my full service - but their willingness to accommodate will make me a lifelong customer! After a complimentary glass of wine to shake off the anxiety, my therapist Chris took me back to the service room. The whole massage was wonderful. I felt like jello, just like I needed to, on the way out. This was the perfect ending to a stressful week!
What a joke. I was never told it was in a temporary location in an office mall. The lady had to come find me, because the location looks so different than the picture. I booked here, because I went to the one in WPB and it was amazing. Like almost $300 for a facial at a rando office floor? The sauna doesnt even look like the pictures. I mean nothing is like it is in the photo. There was a utility box in the changing room. The restroom is out in the check out area. The soap smells like the hospital soap my facility uses. The dim lighting just looks like that section is not available. In fact they had to let me know I could sit in that section. The girl that gave the facial was nice, but you could hear the staff talking by the door the whole time. Someone said its no better than Massage Envy and give that woman an award for being right on the money. I wished I would have looked at the reviews. Unfortunately, you cant trust some places to be upfront.
I received a gift card. I scheduled two services for my daughter, one being an eyebrow wax. They said I didnt schedule one but yet they charged me for one. The front desk lady got mad at me and accused me of having an eyebrow wax. Thankfully the manager made everything right. I left this spa feeling sad. Their online reservations are glitchy. I think that may have contributed to the issue.
Omg!!! What a great experience. Staff was professional not pushy and very catering.
Very disappointed in Woodhouse, I brought my friend here for her birthday because the last time i visited the spa I had a wonderful time. I knew they had moved locations but what they don’t tell you when booking online that this location is “temporary” and certain amenities are unavailable. I thought this location was going to be better than the previous one because they were moving, not knowing it’s just temporary. I booked the black sand scrub with Vichy shower. When booking online it doesn’t tell you that their new location does not have a Vichy shower or any shower really. I paid 120 for the therapist to apply the mask and wipe it off. I could have did that myself. I will not be returning until they move into their final location.
Went to the temp location the other day with my husband and was delighted!! The lounge area is so spacious, inviting, and intimate. You truly feel like you just discovered a hidden secret. Our massage therapist were top notch and paid very close attention to areas that needed extra TLC! We will definitely be coming back!!
I wanted to surprise my best friend on her birthday with a couples massage. So, I researched and found this place. I have read really great reviews about The Woodland Day Spa. Upon entry we were greeted with a smile. I really loved the decor. We went to change into the most comfy robes. We came out in the sitting area and started filling out paperwork. The front desk person offered us mimosas and champagne. The massages were amazing. They even have a little sauna. It was the perfect addition after massages. I really enjoyed getting my massage from Nikeia. I loved this place. I will definitely be returning for sure sooner than later.
I just landed in Orlando from a long flight and went straight to Woodhouse to unwind. It was such an amazing spa experience. Angel did an incredible deep tissue hot stone massage and Krystal did a wonderful job on my pedicure. 10/10 would recommend. I would ask for them if you go there, I will definitely be back next time I’m in town! Thank you guys for such a great day.
First let me say, Chris was amazing! Unfortunately, The spas temporary location is absolutely terrible. Massage envy or Hand in stone makes this place look like the spa at the ritz. The changing area is the size of an elevator. There is not even a place to sit to put your shoes on. The massage rooms are basically bank offices with a massage table. I feel really bad for the massage therapists. There are no showers or amenities. They didn’t even have flavored waters or teas. For the price they are charging it’s completely unacceptable. It explains why there is no mention on the website that this location is temporary as it looks NOTHING like the photos on the website. Save your money and wait until the new location opens or visit one of the other local spas. Oh and PS the address in Apple Maps is not the correct location. That’s the old location. The temporarily location is about a mile down the road.
Best massage I’ve ever received. Chris was phenomenal. So relaxed and at peace.
I highly recommend waiting until they open back up at their new facility. The temporary facility left quite a bit to be desired. Small changing room, dark and cold waiting/sitting area with no ambience or sense of tranquility. While getting the massage you can hear everything going on in the office, lobby, outside the building and traffic. Made it difficult to enjoy the experience. The massage itself was great. Just not the overall spa experience without showers and sauna and a true relaxation area.
The Woodhouse spa is excellent no Kia my technician went above and beyond no doing my massage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that I would say that made the experience a little bad was the check in young lady she wasn’t bubbly like everyone else in the building. She could have had or having a bad day, but I think that she should bring her a attitude with her because people pay a lot of money for these massage and she’s the first person that everyone sees when they come check in but other than that the massage, the mimosas was wonderful.
OMG! There are so many wonderful things I could say about the Woodhouse Day Spa! I’ll start with, this place is a GEM! It’s beautifully decorated, spotless, peaceful, serene, and calming. It’s just what I needed on my vacation. The customer service was top notch! But, most importantly, Julian, my masseuse, was AMAZING!! He was a lovely man who is GREAT at his job! I felt so taken care of and listened to. I didn’t want the massage to end and my body felt so much better and lighter. He also offered feedback on how I can improve my issues with my trouble areas. Finally, the wine after my service was much needed, delicious, and appreciated. I will definitely be back! If you live in Orlando or plan to visit, the Woodhouse Day Spa should definitely be on your agenda. I’m sure everyone who works here is awesome, but I personally know about Julian. So, book with him!!
If I could rate this place with more stars I would. This is the first time I have ever left a review but my experience was far too great to not leave one. The staff members are all so kind. Julian was my masseuse and I am not even exaggerating , that was the GREATEST massage I have EVER received in my life. Julian listened to me and delivered. He was so sweet and you can tell that he is very passionate about his job. I will definitely be back and will be requesting him again.
OK I usually come to the spa each year when I come to Orlando. Yesterday I had the worst experience ever weird first, my massage was in the way of massage. It was just a wasted time and money to be honest. Second, I got overcharged and I had to get it corrected plus my credit card got charged twice. I am still working on getting this incorrect charge reversed. I was so disappointed because it was apart of my birthday celebration. I’ll eventually get over it, but I will have to find a new spa when in Orlando from here on out.
This place is great! I did an 80 min deep tissue massage with Julian and he was absolutely INCREDIBLE. After reading a bunch of reviews about him on Google, I made sure to specifically request him for my massage and let me tell you, I have done 15+ of these types of massages in varying places and he gave me, by far, the best massage of my life. He is incredibly kind and talented and I already cant wait to book another massage with him. The spa itself is super clean and luxurious.
Had two treatments booked back to back. They had staffing issues and the first treatment started twenty min late when the found someone to handle it. The treatment still ended at the normal time meaning I only got half my treatment. And still got charged full price. They added hot stones to my massage to offset the price. What they should have done was offer me a choice of upgrade to make up the disruption caused by their staff then adjusted the price of the ruined treatment. I am very disappointed. It was my favorite spa in Orlando but I will never be back.
Good day spa, front house staff was great, mimosas being offered upfront is always a nice touch. My 1hour message was great however my wife was less impressed. Therapist didnt do her right side which bummed her out. Overall clean facility and would go back.
Went in on a Sunday w my parents while we were on a business trip! staff was extremely friendly! Establishment was very clean & orderly! Very professional service & therapists were accommodating & on point with pressure! Lots of amenities, such as beverages, coffee, water, tea! Bathrooms had mouth wash, q tips, sauna, lockers, and even a shower! Calming & relaxing experience!
I made a discovery while searching for a massage day spa. My research brought me to The Woodhouse. Professionalism all the way and for the same price as its competitors. The ambiance is so enticing and inviting. The massage was above average and beneficial immediately. The facility has a clean fragrance and in fact is very clean. Privacy is imminent The staff respectful and efficient. Gratuity is based on your opinion of service rendered. You can have water or orange juice or mimosas. The sauna is clean and in proper working order. Im looking forward to my next visit.
Very unhappy with their service overall. First of all they have moved to a temp location which they don’t mention when you book online, then you have to drive to their adhoc place which doesn’t look like a great place. Their Sports massage package is a total waste. It’s less massage but more like a stretching. Facial they try and sell you extra while they are giving you a facial. After all this pathetic service they try and charge 20% gratuity for a poor service. Beware n Fina another place
Me and my wife came to get a couples massage after 4 long days at Disney and 4 more to go. My wife had Jullian and I had Brian. We can’t say enough good things about them. They focused on our problems areas and by the end of the massage we wished we would have booked a longer appointment! We felt like brand new people after! We highly recommend them!
I love Woodhouse Day Spa! I have been several times and each time I go, I am very happy with my experience! The receptionist has been the same for the last couple of years and she’s always very nice and helpful! They treat me like a queen once I check in, bringing me a mimosa right away and taking me to my locker and relaxing room until my therapist is ready. The massages are always amazing as well! I highly recommend for a signature spa experience!
This was my first time ever going to a day spa and it was definitely an experience to remember. I felt so important as I was pampered all afternoon. My mom and I chose the “Two’s Company” day package and we were not disappointed whatsoever. The massages, facials, and pedicures were the best. Our therapists Gloria and Sonia were very sweet and respectable and tended to any of our needs. I would definitely love to come back in the future.
This feedback is not for brian who did an amazing job. This feedback is for the woodhouse day spa. There should be oil diffusers with lavender surrounding the place from the moment you enter and a courtesy sign for people to be quiet when they walk in. I could hear people laughing and talking during my massage which really took me out of relaxation mode. In addition, the power went out during my massage and even though it quickly returned that also took me out of my relaxation. I wish I could do a massage redo. Especially for the amount you pay… you expect to be relaxed.
Wonderful experience the first time around -- Mily gives an amazing pedicure (lasted over 2 weeks!) and Julian is *phenomenal* with the 80min deep tissue massage. So good that my husband rebooked me with the same therapists 2wks later. :-) (...will probably book myself a third set of appointments with them before leaving tomorrow!)
I am so glad I finally decided to try this spa. I was not disappointed. Just 10 minutes from my home and it is now my favorite place. I had a facial with Sydney a few weeks ago and got a pedicure from Natalie. What an amazing experience. My skin feels amazing, I scheduled another facial for next week. The spa is clean, I felt safe, the scents were relaxing and they give you complimentary champagne or Mimosas. Much needed after a long week. I shared with my son and husband that for special occasions, a gift card from the Woodhouse Day Spa is on my wish list.
I really wanted to love my “luxury” experience at this spa. Unfortunately, it was awful. I was pregnant and booked a Mommy-to-Be massage and at first just chalked my so-so experience up to what it feels like to get a prenatal massage. Then I went somewhere else and had three consistently amazing prenatal massages so now here I am writing a more informed review. Not sure if the girl who massaged me (Alexandria? Alessandra?) was just new or not properly trained, but when dropping almost $200 on a massage, you kind of expect to get the best of the best treatment and I definitely didn’t get that. Such a shame!
Ive been enjoying Woodhouse since 2009 bringing a host of family & friends along with me during several visits over the years. One of the things that made Woodhouse special and unlike a Hand & Stone was the full relaxation experience - changing into plush bathrobes, lounging in the relaxation room, teas offered, honey pearls, etc. Consistency in staff.Amazing.Saturday I went with a friend and it was my first visit post COVID to celebrate my birthday. I called in advance to determine what the post covid protocol was so that I could adjust my expectations accordingly. I was told that the teas and all the comforts Ive known to love all still available ONLY the saunas & showers are closed post COVID.When we got there I was quite disappointed that none of the teas were offered, no changing or relaxing in bathrobes (we arrived 30min before to enjoy the relaxation prior to the services). We were met by our massage techs, taken to the rooms - no aromatherapy, massage and go.My massage was fine. I did miss the aromatherapy & relaxing music. It felt no different than Hand & Stone but certainly not worth the one hour commute. We drove an hour for the experience that Woodhouse typically offers that sets them apart.Im quite disappointed that Woodhouse is turning into a drop in & out massage place vs the unique spa experience that long term customers had come to expect. Still paying the same price, if not more, for less.
Visited Woodhouse Day Spa for the first time today. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed a body scrub and vichy shower treatment by Alexandra. She was attentive to any sensitivity, and was friendly. She did a fantastic job. After my treatment, she took me to a room to rest with a mimosa for as long as I would like. I was so relaxed and comfortable in my cozy spa robe. Atmosphere is lovely and peaceful. I am happy with the cleanliness of the spa. I will be back, and I will recommend Woodhouse to my friends.
Had a Swedish couples massage today and it was absolutely glorious! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with the most friendly staff and felt very comfortable! Adam gave me the massage and I will definitely be back to request him. I also got their CBD topical oil and it’s amazing!!! Definitely the best spa in Orlando! Thanks so much for a great experience!!!
Absolutely amazing! We were greeted with smiles and immediately offered champagne, mimosas or water. The robes and slippers provided are so comfortable! The bathroom area was very clean and includes showers and a sauna room. The quiet room was very relaxing and cozy. The massages were top notch! The facility is beautiful and the customer service is awesome! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
Great day at the spa. THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! the only thing I had a problem with was the bathrooms. For such an upscale place the bathrooms and dressing rooms were not kept clean enough. I was there for 4 hours and they were not serviced once. A little disturbing considering its a Spa. Toilet tissue was on the floor, the sinks were dirty and the molding hadnt been cleaned in weeks. You could tell, the dirt and hair collected there was built up over time. While I had a very relaxing day, the cleanliness issue is a big deal to me. Disappointing because the massage and facial were fantastic. But not sure i will go back there unless they do a better job at cleaning.
I have been to The Woodhouse on a multitude of occasions and have always enjoyed my stay. Their staff are all welcome, accommodating, and knowledgable. I find the environment relaxing, and the packages reasonably priced for the value of what you are getting. I used to live in Orlando and visit the Woodhouse every other month for a massage and miss it terribly now that I am no longer in the state. Every time I visit, I always make a point of going. I would recommend the Woodhouse to anyone in the are looking for a luxurious relaxing day at the spa!
I have been coming to the wood house for years, but sadly don’t think I will return after my most recent experience. I was forced to wait for my hot stone massage wearing my street clothes in a dirty waiting area, and was told that a robe would not be provided since I had only booked one service. The receptionist did not tell me this upon booking and if she had I would have reconsidered. The massage itself was fine, but I was absolutely disgusted when I saw the state of their restrooms after my service. I would have much rather gone to a different spa if I had known about the lack of service and cleanliness that was in store.
Having a stressful week or just feeling like pampering a love one or yourself? This is an awesome spa to go and unwind. It’s just amazing! Would definitely recommend. The staff is amazing, the spa is lovely, they really work to make you feel relaxed.I will go here whenever possible.I also love the sauna and that you can stay as long as you like and the compliments of wine.Amazing!
I have enjoyed the Woodhouse for many years! I love the relaxing environment and the high quality of the services. I appreciate the attention to every detail.I always enjoy my pedis with Natalie....She explains the products she is using and provides a lot of helpful information. With COVID-19, the Woodhouse takes every precaution to ensure everyone stays safe. I feel totally comfortable and safe....Always look forward to my appointments....
I worked at one of the most high end spas in Dallas. Woodhouse is BETTER. Plan extra time there to spend in the relaxation rooms and/or sauna. Its an experience you can enjoy and relax afterwards and not be rushed out so they can get to the next client. Complimentary tea and wine. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is the most I have ever paid for a massage and I will keep doing so because they present such a nice environment. Go here; its worth every penny. You will love it.
I had been there many times and had good experiences with treatments. Recently, decided to take my friends for pedicures. We chose a 50 minute pedicure. I scheduled the appointment a few weeks in advance and was not told that I could not have a gel pedicure polish on my toes already. When I arrived, I was told that if I wanted the nice part of my pedicure, they could not do the soak off from my polish. I didnt want to make a scene at a team building event, but was really disappointed that I paid 80 dollars and did not get a pedicure, and got the worse massage ever. I called to let them know that they should tell clients in advance that when they confirm they should tell you that they do not have time in their appointment to remove soak off polish. Their response from their manager, Kara was a senseless excuse. It is a nice environment, but the environment should be icing on the cake, not the main attraction. If you cant even perform the basic duties of the service, you should not be performing a substandard service. I gave them a chance to explain or change their policy, I am too busy to go back for them to correct anything but I am disgusted by the fact that they couldnt care less. I dont give my money to businesses like this and I plan to never return.
As posh looking as Woodhouse Spa is, youd expect an uppity staff and atmosphere...the opposite is true. While serene and elegant, Woodhouse is warm and nurturing. Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable. Products are interesting and not pushed on you.I have had massages at spas, resorts, etc. in US and abroad. My experiences at Woodhouse compare with the very best. And, on top of everything, prices are half what I was paying in Northern Virginia.Dont hesitate to go even if youre a first timer...maybe specifically IF youre a first timer...youll love and become addicted to the experience!
My name is Anna and the last tome I was there it was raining cats and dogs, was a horrible, horrible day all along. When I got at the Woodhouse things completely changed!!!! The staff was PERFECT, the place and the atmosphere was amazing as always. This is the best spa in Orlando no questions. There is nothing about this place thatI don’t like. Absolutely amazing!!! Can’t stress enough about the amazing front desk and staff all along! 5 stars guys, always recommended and always will. Can’t wait to be there again.
This place is amazing! The ambiance is warm and inviting and sets you in a relaxing mood the moment you walk through the large wooden door. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I had a deep tissue massage by Mark who expertly worked out the tight kinks I had built up with life’s daily stress. I also had a pedicure done by Aiesha who was a wizard working with my feet. There’s complimentary champagne, mimosas or wine. The robes they give are ultra comfortable. Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself by getting some treatments done at the Woodhouse. It’s the only place in Orlando I’ll go for my spa needs.
I wish I would have looked up the most recent reviews here. I have only heard great things from the Woodhouse where I live, but this massage was terrible. I feel bad since the guy was nice, but when paying the amount of money for an 80 minute massage you expect great quality. I think this must have been his first massage. There was no flow or rhythm to the massage.Did not leave feeling relaxed or relieved from the pain I was having. Unfortunately, the manager was not able to work much with us on price.
I had a wonderful experience! The staff were very accommodating and I felt completely relaxed and renewed after my massage. Julian was very attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. Will be returning!
I don’t care if you know my name. This is the WORST experience I ever had at a Spa. From the way that they do things, down to the massage. I won’t bother mentioning names because it’s pointless. I’ve had plenty of experiences at the Wood House where I live, but the experience is so bad, I will never go to another one again. I don’t ever want to see the word Wood & House in the same sentence. I left Wood House & got a Deep Tissue in the Mall. I wish I could give 1/4 of a star just because the location was nice other that... Horrible Experience. & get this....! We still left a tip. I get a deep tissue twice a month because of my line of work. That’s a lot of business lost.
My husband bought me a gift card to Woodhouse for my birthday, and I couldnt wait to redeem it. I booked a massage and let me tell you...it was AMAZING. Ive been to other spas and massage places in the Orlando area, and NO ONE spoils you quite like Woodhouse! I felt relaxed and pampered the minute I walked in, everyone was so nice, and my massage was to die for. I told my husband that I never want to go anywhere else ever again, which makes him happy because he said he was able to purchase the gift card online and didnt even have to leave his office. Thank you Woodhouse!
My boyfriend recently decided to spoil me on Valentines Day, and took me to The Woodhouse for several hours of pampering. From the moment I walked in and met the owners and front desk staff (amazing, beautiful ladies) to the time I was escorted to the relaxation room with chocolate covered strawberries and a mimosa, I was treated like royalty. The staff is friendly, and helpful- always ensuring that I was happy and comfortable. My nail tech and I connected over talk of adoption and biological family (its always wonderful when I can find someone to personally bond with who shares a similar past) and my estie was WONDERFUL with my facial. She took extra time and care with my skin, making sure the skin care line was free of all iodine so I wouldnt have an allergic reaction.Im very excited to go back in the next couple of weeks for my massage. I cant wait to say hi to the ladies who opened their doors and treated me like family from the first second!
Being my first experience, The Woodhouse Day Spa is a lovely escape. I was offered a mimosa upon slipping into a lush, cosy robe and flip flops, where I lounged in a tranquil waiting room. I had one treatment, the deep tissue massage with Mark. Prior to the start of the session, Mark took a few moments to go over the purpose of my visit. He was very professional, attentive, thorough and precise. As with any deep tissue, I was sore, but only for one day. My only qualms stem from the establishment itself- Why not offer guests the option of completing paperwork beforehand? The waiting room was dimly lit, causing it to be nearly impossible to read.- I scheduled a 50 minute massage at 6:00 PM on a Friday evening. After my experience, I opted to enjoy the amenities. It wasnt until 15 minutes after my shower that the receptionist walked into the ladies room to inform me that the spa was now closed. Needless to say, I felt rushed.- Upon returning to the counter to pay, it took an additional 15 minutes to get my gift card to pull up on my phone, and I wish I had been able to apply my form of payment upon check-in instead.
My sister bought me a gift card to pamper myself for Christmas and I finally scheduled my appointment. I can’t begin to express what an amazing experience it was! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desks staff and another staff member came out and gave me the tour of the facility. They offered tea, coffee, wine and mimosa and made me feel comfortable from the start. After I got in my robe and waited for my masseuse (Andre) my mimosa was waiting for me. I was there to get a 80 miniute massge but he mentioned the salt scrub, bath and 40 minute massage (plans changed real quick) ..AMAZING! I took advantage of their amenities, quiet dark room, dry sauna and mimosas. Thank you to my sister, staff and Andrea for a pampered day that felt like it was all about me! I’ll be back with my sister to return the gift and the experience.
My wife and I went here for a deep tissue massage recently and had a wonderful experience. Both our massage therapists catered to what we needed most and adjusted throughout the massage. This is beautiful customer service as they genuinely care about the customer and their needs. Jacob did a great job and we had great conversation during the experience.
So, I have been going to Woodhouse since 2014. I have always had an awesome experience, except this last time. Yesterday I went with my friend, it was her first time going. Her masseuse would not stop talking and was talking about inappropriate things. Her masseuse brought up how some people Madrid ate or ask for a happy ending. The masseuse proceeded to ask my friend who i was and went as far as to ask her what was she thinking while she was giving her a massage. I called Woodhouse right after the massage and gave my complaint. The manager was in shock and told me someone will call me tomorrow. Today I spoke to a lady named Sara. Sara had the nerve to call me and tell me she spoke to the masseuse and that it would be out of the masseuses character to speak like that. Sara basically called my friend and myself a liar. She was completely unprofessional, my friend and I will never go back to Woodhouse.
I was hoping to fall in love and have this my “to go” place for services. However, our first visit wasn’t as perfect as I expected (spa date with hubby). First timers have paperwork to fill out and they were placed in the waiting room area. They set us up between a table that had used tea cups. Rep stated she’ll come back and clean that up after she showed me the way to the locker room. Received very soft robe and slippers and was asked what I would like to drink. I mentioned I wanted tea and she stated she’ll have that ready for me. Once I finished changing into the robe and headed back to the waiting room I see the dirty tea cups were still there and my tea was not. She also did not bring my hubby to the locker room for him to slip into something more comfortable (she said she would do that after I was set). He remained in his wet clothes (passing heavy rain shower) until service time (30 min as you must arrive 30 mins before scheduled services) while other male clients were comfortable wearing robes. [Note: we both had booked 80min services.]I had booked the Lazy Days Renewal Ritual. Masseuse was great but there was a hair in my seaweed bath. Why? Are the seaweeds recycled with other clients? That was disturbing.Trying to relax was a bit hard because of the buzzing noise the ventilation system gives off. It sounded like you were at the dentist or tattoo parlor and someone was getting lots of work done. If the music would be turned up it would just not be relaxing either. Then another sound crept in: that of the music from the restaurant nearby (it was close to 3pm by this time). If you don’t mind a constant buzzing noise, I suggest a morning slot as not to hear the loud music from the outside.Locker room was clean but lockers don’t work. Rep mentioned there was one temperamental locker but it was more than one. When I returned to get my items from the locker my code no longer worked. I had to get a rep come and use the master code to open it up. Two other clients had to get theirs opened up as well. Seems they need an entire new locking system.Perhaps the St Pete location will be a better experience.
Wood house Spa called and cancelled my appt. 35 min before I was to be there. I had scheduled the appt way in advance for my sister and I to celebrate her birthday. Will not be returning nor will I recommend them to anyone.
We got a couples deep tissue massage, our masseuses were so efficient and effective. I entered skeptical because i’ve been to big spas such as the grand hyatt, the grand floridian, the hilton, massage envy, and j sterlings in the area. Also had a couple experiences in miami and have been mildly disappointed every time with the lack of effectiveness. This was by far the best treatment I’ve gotten aside from my regular masseuse. My partner and I are athletic and felt so relaxed afterwards. Will be recommending to all friends. Best value for price.
I absolutely adore the Woodhouse Day Spa! I cannot understand why anyone would go to any other spa. The very moment you enter the spa every problem or slice of stress is eliminated. The staff is unbelievably hospitable and makes you feel right at home.. better than home! I love the infrared sauna, the mimosas, the relaxation room and I want to be buried in their robe! It is the most wonderful thing.Lauren is the one that did my Organic Discovery facial. She is AMAZING!! She gave special attention to my bad areas. She allowed me to relax and really sink into the whole experience. The next morning I experienced something I never thought imaginable... My skin looked the best Ive ever seen it! I have already booked my next appointment for the Illuminating facial and I look forward to it.Thank you Lauren and Woodhouse Day spa!!
So I need to update my review, dont worry its still beyond 5 stars and absolutely the best place ever. Well Ive been trying to get pregnant with my husband, weve been together for 5 years and nothing. I go for the first time ever professional massage and boom im pregnant, this place was a good luck charm, and had me so relaxed and in heaven after I was able to knocked up.
The facilities are very nice, clean and relaxing. I highly recommend checking this place out for a spa day. They had a waterfall shower and sauna available. This place is the real deal. We actually prefer to go here over the spa at the Ritz. They also offer complimentary wine, mimosas, champagne. This is a great place to go fora couples massage. They also make it super easy to gift a massage to someone. You can purchase a gift card online and call and make an appointment for whomever you are buying the massage for. I highly recommend this spa and my husband loved it too.Great experience and we will make sure that we come back for future treatments.
Absolutely amazing half day of 5-star pampering with my husband on our anniversary. Everything was beautiful, classy, and they thought of every detail, from gorgeous robes and wine to soft lighting and relaxing music. We got massages, manicures and pedicures and all were fantastic. Cant wait to go back!
What a beautiful Spa! I wanted to get my wife a day away from the kids and this Spa was perfect. She raved about the services, facilities and friendliness of the staff. She is picky and they exceeded her expectations! She also loved the retail, cause she added to her experience by bringing some of the products home. She was even good enough to get me some of the mens line products. Thanks Woodhouse. I am happy to see a high quality spa with attention to detail in the Orlando market.
Well. Where should I start!....I have sent my wife numerous of times to this spa. We found it many years ago when we used to work at the nearby hospital. Needless to say all of her experiences have been great. She’s had facials, manicure, pedicure, wraps, massages...so she’s experienced just about all the spa offers. I read some of these reviews about the front desk and I’m flexible to a certain level, but myself and my wife haven’t had such experiences. With this being said...the lovely ladies that attended to my wife’s holiday retreat facial, manicure and pedicure...to thumbs way up!Thank you extremely Maribel Vasquez! You made her feel relaxed and pampered(just as I expected). I would give all the stars if this review to you and the front desk. However, to the male masseuse(Andre)....I know(because I’ve had massages myself) that not all masseuses practice the same. Not all tell you what they are about to do right before they do it. For example, if you’re getting a back massaged some would tell you if they are moving from upper to lower back. SPECIALLY if it’s a female client and a male masseuse!(regardless of the client or masseuse background)I would have expected this as a common curtesy due to the difference in gender and as a gesture of respect.I also understand that the human body cannot be separated for the treatments. My upper back can’t be massaged separate from my low back so not to make me “uncomfortable “, because upper and low back are still part of one entire body part. However, if you(as a masseuse) are including my low back as “part of the area” included in the session, please don’t assume that I know this. Do not assume that I know what your job is(if I did I would tell you how to do it). Most of the tension in the human body is in the upper back(shoulders and mid thoracic area) Not down the waist and hip area. If the massage is advertised as back, neck and shoulder(as it was confirmed by email), you need to explain that upper and lower is not the same for everyone, please DO NOT assume! After all the massages she’s had there, this is the only time that she’s been uncomfortable and displeased with this specific service. Needless to say that we’ll be more cautious next time when having such treatments in the future. To the Woodhouse Day Spa...I strongly advise your management to inform/educate your male masseuse about how to direct the sessions when having female clients and be conscientious about the difference in the cultures! This could prevent a more serious outcome for the company and the individual.
While my massage itself was fine, the experience overall was disappointing. I have been to The Woodhouse Day Spa before and recommended it highly to my friend who was visiting from out of town. Upon our arrival we learned that the air conditioner was down. We were told we could continue with our appointment or reschedule without having to pay any rescheduling fees. I was frankly quite annoyed that the receptionist even mentioned the waiving of fees because clearly that’s the very least the business could do. Frankly I would have appreciated some compensation for our inconvenience such as a discount or complimentary up charge, such as aromatherapy or more time. Rescheduling was not an option for us as my friend had a flight to catch that day. I enjoyed my previous visits to this spa but do encourage management to have more options and benefits for customers when unforeseen discrepancies, such as a broken air conditioner, happen.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and honestly made our entire day! Everyone was wonderful - Always offering drinks and asking if we were comfortable! Highly recommend Brittney who does nails and facials. She was an absolute doll!! We will be back, thank you to everyone!!
Best Spa in Orlando! I got all changed and ready for my appointment and it must not have saved online, but they were so polite and gracious and still got me in! Michael was amazing! And I left there feeling great after a stressful week! The woodhouse is so clean and the best place to relax. I would recommend this place for all your spa needs!
My husband and I felt safe and welcome when enjoying the spa facilities. We came as a treat for our 1st anniversary and felt so welcome, relaxed, and safe. Social distancing, masks, and sanitation was done properly. We felt relaxed and comfortable when getting our massages and pedicures.
I believe the experience starts before you get your treatment at a luxurious SPA. They claim to invite you to experience the woodhouse day spa difference. And it sure was. It isnt clear where you should park and the staff doesnt seem to do a good job of describing it and neither does its answering service. The place is nice, but some process issues occur such as a large intake form which made me feel I was visiting a doctor. In addition, the two relaxation rooms dont make sense and arent too relaxing as one is dark and one is bright. While waiting for the treatment the staff seemed rushed to get you to your treatment. Seems as if they overbook. No one reviewed the layout of the locker room nor the other way in which to relax. (I.e.) how to use the sauna or lock your locker. The treatment was nice, but not extraordinary nor different than most places. Simply put, its not worth the extra money for a regular treatment and mediocre luxury.
The Woodhouse day spa exceeded all expectations!! I was unsure of what to expect with the ongoing pandemic issues, but everyone at Woodhouse made me feel safe, clean, and comfortable. Another point in Woodhouse’s favor is their employees. It’s so refreshing to see a beautifully diverse crew working together to make an oddball like me feel like a million bucks. At other spas, I’ve been mocked and even ignored for my tattoos and funny colored hair, but seeing Woodhouse employees free to be themselves and not have to hide their tattoos is just so impressive to me. The Woodhouse is the epitome of class and luxury, and I will absolutely be back each and every time I visit Orlando. I cannot recommend them enough, do yourself a favor and book the Woodhouse Escape with Madison.
My bridesmaids/MOH and I came to Orlando for my bachelorette weekend and our first stop was Woodhouse Day Spa. We originally researched some resort hotel spas and after looking around I found Woodhouse. I am ecstatic to report that Woodhouse Day Spa Orlando did not disappoint one bit! As a matter of fact, my girls and I left our spa experience raving about how we had never received this type of treatment at any other spa we had been to. Between the everflowing complimentary mimosas, to the beautifully decorated quite rooms, the access to the sauna the extremely clean and updated changing rooms, the robes and the therapists, I would give this place 10 stars if I could. It was the perfect place to start such an amazing weekend. For starters the location is in such a cute part of town with beautiful scenery nearby, ponds and fountains galore which made great backgrounds for someof the pictures we took to document our trip. Once we entered the Spa we were greeted and treated like celebrities... every one of us! We were accompanied into the ladies changing room with was more than equipped with locker for our belongings, refreshments if needed, hygiene products on hand, a sauna as well as private changing areas and a shower, the location was SPOTLESS! We all received robes and slippers and were then accompanied into the quite rooms to relax before our services. We had the option of going into a darker more relaxed room with dim lighting or a brighter room that was beautifully decorated with drapery and tapestry galore, it truly was whimsical. There was coffee and tea unlimited and some small finger snacks (peanuts and pretzels) as well as couches and chaise lounges galore for complete relaxation. We all relaxed while we sipped our mimosas and filled out our client information forms to get a spa service tailored to our needs. After a few moments enjoying each others company we were each greeted by amazingly pleasant spa therapists. The next hour was massage heaven while we were escorted to our own private rooms with wamred beds and the most tranquil music around. My massage therapist Sonia was spectacular! She was attentive and did not talk much so I was able to fall into the deepest relaxation. I was on cloud 9! The other girls agreed that their therapists were just as awesome! We each then were lead into PRIVATE pedicure rooms that much to our surprise has sliding doors so we could all see each other in each persons room. A private experience while being able to enjoy it together. It was AWESOME! The bowls of the pedicures lit up neon colors and the rooms we were in were dim, so it was a perfect chance to shut our eyes, sit back and relax while getting pampered. And finally, with each of us getting a massage and pedicure (one of us received a facial instead of a massage) INCLUDING TIP and tax, we walked out all spending less than $200 in total! The prices cannot be beat, and the service value for that price was incredible. We couldnt have chosen a better way to start our weekend and I am forever grateful for Woodhouse showing my girls and I the best spa experience for one of the best weekends of my life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have never been to any kind of spa. Going here was much more than I could have ever imagined. The ladies were very sweet. The moment you walk in the door it is as if you have stepped away from the stress of the world and into a beautiful relaxing place of magic. I had a message, facial and pedicure and all of them were above excellent. If anyone every gets the chance please take a moment and come in. Make sure you have plenty to tip because the ladies deserve it.
Hey, I just want to tell y’all about the amazing spa treatment I received. The staff was amazing, the building was beautiful and very clean on the inside. The service was too tier. I definitely recommend this location if you’re ever in Orlando and looking to spoil yourself with a SPA day.
I was visiting from Pa and while my husband golfed, I did the spa. I cant tell you how many spas I have been to over the years, but this one had exceptional service, awesome treatments and the décor and feel of the place was great. I would absolutely go back! I initially signed up for massage and reflexology, but when I was done I wasnt ready to go home so I booked a facial as well. Great team. Great work
First time here, and for being part of the aesthetic/therapeutic industry I tend to have high expectations for many reasons one mainly because I give my clients 120% of my attention to give them the best experience possible and I certainly expect nothing less when roles are reversed and I am the paying client. Do I think there is room for improvement? Definitely. One thing I did not like is there where two relaxation rooms; a bright room and a dark room. Most other spas I have been to have a womans lounge and a mens lounge. Here did not. Id highly suggest it. I mean god forbid your robe comes undone at least youd be in a room with other people of the same gender. I honestly was not too impressed. Ive been to better places, however my massage was nice. The downside to my massage is I have a feeling my masseuse looked at her phone at least twice during my session (she used two hands the majority of the massage and about 2x she only used one hand and eased up on her pressure as if she was distracted) and if I am not worth your time when I am paying for a service dont expect me to return. I may give this place another chance perhaps with a different provider.
I normally do not post reviews, but I do read others reviews before purchasing any service or product. I believe it is important to highlight a businesss strengths and weaknesses. My experience with Julian at the Woodhouse was exactly what I needed. He listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend this place.
We came here on a cold rainy day that was our Anniversary while we were in Orlando. After our wonderful hot stone couple massage we were invited to stay as long as we liked with complimentary mimosas in a quiet relaxing room where we got to chat with others having services, it was so relaxing. My one complaint, the girl who checked us in and brought us to our rooms to change told me we were late 3 times before we even got to meet our massage therapists. We werent told to come in early and showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment. I kept asking her why she was saying that and she just said you were late. When we mentioned it to our therapist we said we apologize we understand we were apparently late but we werent told to come in ahead of our appointment time and they apologized and said that was rude of her to do that and they didnt have anyone scheduled after us anyway so saying it was a mute point. I thought it was very rude of her and didnt set a good tone for what was supposed to be a relaxing time with my husband. But, Mark was my therapist and did an amazing job and my husband enjoyed his massage as well. We would definetly go back for he services but customer service at th beginning was less than desirable.
Such an awesome experience from beginning to end. I had the Wood house pedicure, the Lavender and Seaweed body scrub, and a Swedish massage. EverythingEwas excellent, especially the body scrub. The robes are super luxe, and the quiet rooms are so nice to spend time in between or before treatments, and the staff is so knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this place, and have already booked my next spa day.
Wonderful Swedish Massage by Kenya. From all the spas I have been to, this one made me feel relaxed and calm. I love the atmosphere and cant wait to experience my spa day I have booked for next month.Update: My Spa Day was wonderful. Again an amazing massage by Kenya, my facial was truly relaxing. Ashley was great. This is the place to be!Update: Back for a massage. It is my go to place to relax and get an amazing massage.
I was in Orlando 2 weeks ago for a babymoon with my husband. During one of the typical rainy Florida days I did a bunch of research on Spas and came across Woodhouse Day Spa and selected it over the one at our hotel. I could not have been more satisfied. I purchased the Great Expectations package (massage, facial and pedicure) and everything was awesome - in fact I would go as far as saying it was among some of the best spa services I have ever had! I particularly liked how spacious it was as there is nothing worse than hearing background noises when you are trying to unwind and relax.Best of all Woodhouse has just opened do a location in my home town of Atlanta! Cant wait to go back!
Its been since December, 2019 that I visited The Woodhouse. Im going to visit later this month. Its been a rough few months, were all tense and my toes are a mess. The pros at the Woodhouse do a spectacular pedicure, splendid massages and have a great selection of products. Ive never been disappointed when Ive gone here. I expect that things might be a bit different during Covid, however I cant wait to support this wonderful spa!
For Christmas, my daughter gifted me with a Swedish massage, a facial and a pedicure from The Woodhouse Day Spa. What an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this spa.
My wife and I walked in without any appointment ahead of time. We were referred by a close work colleague of mine. From the moment we walked in, we were completely taken care of. We walked in, discussed what we wanted, without any pressure or sales tactics. They then took us into a peaceful waiting room and signed some basic paperwork. Next, we were taken to the locker rooms, and changed in to our robes. The bathrooms were very clean and a variety of amenities. After we changed, we went back to the waiting room, where peaceful music plays, and there are about 10 different hot teas to choose from and a variety of snacks. We waited about 45 mins for our couples massage. They came and got us and brought us to our shared room. The masseuses took the time to personally discuss with us, exactly what we wanted, (The areas of our bodies to focus on, and the touch we desired). The entire massage was amazing. 100% PERSONALIZED. After our 50 minute massage, they offered us our choice of champagne, wine, or whatever our favourite beverage was. I had the champagne, and my pregnant wife had orange juice. Champagne was delicious. We will definitely be returning soon, after the birth of our son. They cater to you, and the services and amenities are wonderful. Cheers for taking care of us!
Ive been to some awesome spas in different states, this isnt one of them. Actually the first time Ive walked out from a spa feeling nothing special happened. I do not recommend the seaweed wrap, not moisturizing and you leave still smelling like seaweed. Not what I asked for when I called. Not feeling like I received value for the money I paid. I may or may not try it again. If you are going to be a classy spa, make sure everything down to the toilet paper isnt cheap!
My therapist Julian was amazing. I came in not feeling great and my body was tense and in 60 minutes he changed Everything. My back neck circulation was instantly restored by his technique.
I had contact with three staff at Woodhouse Spa in Orlando. Claudia is a lovely hardworking woman who shows you how to use your locker and gets your robe and glass of champaign. My massage therapist was also lovely and hardworking. The problem was the massage began 25 minutes PAST scheduled time and was NOT with the therapist I was promised. Apparently the owner, Allison, who I was told does the scheduling, didnt get the memo that I requested and was actually PROMISED a particular therapist ( or she simply didnt care; I dont know as I wasnt given the opportunity to speak with her) NO apology from the second Allison, who works the front desk and took my initial call suggesting and promising the other therapist, when I asked her why my therapist was switched. (Allison2 blamed it on Allison1) Allison 2 has a bad attitude. It made my time at Woodhouse frustrating and awkward. Poor customer service at this front desk does NOT help us relax as we begin our spa experience; its absolutely counterproductive to enter the relaxation room stressed out. Several reviewers here had similar bad experiences with the front desk staff. Woodhouse has work to do if they want to be one of the best spas in Orlando. So Woodhouse has replied to my review. Be forewarned that you may not only experience bad customer service, they likely will lie about it if you dare to point it out in a public review. The therapist I decided on at time of booking (and was promised) was Andre. Thats NOT who I got. The session began 25 minutes late, NOT three minutes as they claim in their reply. Their reply is not only unprofessional, its downright childish. Ill pay attention to the one star reviews next time. I see Woodhouse have lots of these. Lesson learned! Youll be happier at the Spa at Shingle Creek or the Ritz-Carlton.
My favorite spa in Orlando. From the great, professional service to the treatments they offer (the Shirodhara is to die for!) to the ambiance, this place is definitely top-notch. Ive been going here for years and highly recommend at bare minimal a facial and a massage. You wont be disappointed!
This spa is worth the drive it takes me to get here. I always have a quality experience. Nancy and Sydney are my favorite practicioners. Not only are they super sweet, but the services and amenities are amazing too. Its my go to place to treat myself (or for my husband to treat me). Its so hard to find a good spa, this is my fave in orlando!
Me and my wife had a fantastic couples day here, we booked a couples massage, pedicure, and facial, they were able to accommodate us being in the same room/area for the whole day which is very hard to find, even the moments before and between services were wonderful and relaxing. They had a nice peaceful atmosphere and an amazing staff who were very professional and attentive. We can’t wait to do it again.
Id like to think I frequent the Woodhouse Day Spa a good amount as Im local and my mom and I make it a date to spend quality time and get pedicures here about 3-4 times a year as a treat considering it can be a pricier than a normal nail salon due to the service you are supposed to get. When receiving massage and pedicure service, the actual Slservice providers and therapists are great! However, there is one thing Id like to speak up about that I feel is important to note, especially as this is by no means the first time Ive had to deal with this, and literally just dealt with it again while calling to verify my appointment for tomorrow. The customer service and front desk assistance could use some improvement as it is the first voice and face you see before even receiving your service and it leaves an impression.I booked separate pedicure appointments online for my mom and I, because for some odd reason you cant book together even though it offers you the ability to book services for yourself and other individuals, just not the same experience (this system could use improvement too if Im being honest). Calling the Woodhouse Day Spa is so hit and miss to make joint appointments like this, so I was trying to save some hassle by attempting to reserve online I left notes requesting we receive our pedicures together and if door between our rooms could be opened as it was meant to be quality time for the two of us. When I called to confirm our request would be honored and began to explain the purpose for my call I was abruptly cut off and asked for my name, when I gave it to her she looked up my reservation and began asking me a series of questions, but the way they were being asked was kind of weird, I almost felt like she was frustrated or bothered. I started to get slightly frustrated in return and at the end of my last question the response I got was so rudeI responded with I was just asking! I understand this is a higher end part of town as it is in Dr. Phillips, but Im still a paying customer. And Im paying more for a service I could get just anywhere FOR KIND COURTEOUS SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!A time before this, when paying for services, my mom gave the wrong card and only was inquiring if the transaction could be cancelled and re-rung with the right card. The answer we got was no, but the way we got the response, was again so rude, it kind of took us both back. Also, cellphones on the counter and staff checking their cellphones at the front desk can be frustrating on occasion. Weve witnessed it a couple of times when cashing out.We like the Woodhouse Day Spa, a lot, but after this, I question if going through questioning if we are going to have a good or bad booking experience every time is even worth returning. We considered cancelling our service for tomorrow after the phone call I just had, but its after the 24 hour window so we will keep it, but whether or not we will return after this is questionable, and that makes me really sad.
I was given a pedicure at the Woodhouse recently as a birthday present and I am still smiling! The staff greet you and seat you in a beautiful lounging room for relaxation. Then you are taken back for your treatment. The candlelight guides you through the hallways to a private room with serene lighting and oils diffusing. The foot massage and pedicure were completely therapeutic. I felt transformed!
This was the best experience!!! The staff is extremely patient and professional. They pay attention to your comfort. I was unsure of visiting a spa during COVID, however, at first entering the establishment, I felt comfortable that I was in a safe environment. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!!
Wonderful place, wonderful experience!!! All of the staff is so nice and welcoming the minute you walk through the door. Me and my sister went on our day off and received Swedish massages. I had Sonja, she had Bethany. Yummy mimosas as well. Will be going back here.
My daughter purchased me this spa day as a gift. We had been one other time and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff and the massage therapist were friendly & professional. The massage therapist was very knowledgable and made me feel great!
I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday for a couples hot stone massage. This was our first experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. We were greeted promptly and taken back to the locker room. When you enter the spa the aroma is peaceful and calming. The ambiance of the spa in general was amazing....very warm, relaxing and tranquil. Once in the locker room (where theres a sauna for before/after your services as well as secure lockers for your personal belongings) we were given a robe and slippers to change in to as well as a glass of wine. We were then taken into one of the relaxation rooms where we waited for our therapists. In the relaxation rooms - tea, water and light snacks are provided while you wait.Kiara was my therapist. She was very pleasant and explained to me what was going to take place. Kiara was AMAZING and new exactly where to focus without me saying a word! The amount of pressure she used was perfect. I was completely relaxed and felt like I was worlds away from reality.Once our massages were finished we chose to go into the dark relaxation room and just rest until we were ready to leave. We got into the sauna to finish our visit. This was an amazing experience and I honestly wish there was a Woodhouse (or Kiara) near me. :)Cons: Scheduling the appointment was a bit of a chore. I called and spoke with an answering service and was told I would have better luck scheduling our appointment online. The only problem is, a couples massage was not an option for scheduling online. So, I called back the next day. Was told again I should try to schedule online. I explained the issue with that and the lady stated she would take a message and have someone call me back. After 3 days of no callback, I called yet again and the lady that answered was very helpful and apologetic for the hassle. I did explain the issue with scheduling online. So I think if they are going to strongly recommend scheduling online, the website should be updated to include ALL services as well as any extras that the guest may want to add. And basically just be a little more user friendly. The other issue we had was locating the spa. Once we parked and walked into the shopping court, the signage outside was not helpful at all. We literally walked in circles until we just happened to see a couple of employees from a nearby restaurant outside on a smoke break and had to ask for help.Bottom line - I would highly recommend Woodhouse Day Spa for a relaxing day away regardless of the minor issues we had. Our overall experience was fantastic and I would love to make this an annual visit for our girls getaways.
Took my daughter there for multiple services which were each fantastic. The spa “experience” was not spa like or tranquil at all. Walked in and found the check in area cramped and loud giggles coming from an adjoining room. In between treatments, we were allowed to wait in the “quiet” room. Again, anything but quiet and tranquil. Lots of giggling and loud conversations were occurring in the hall by other guests as well as staff. At check out, again cramped and finished by walking under a ceiling leak (which the staff didn’t care about).
The service provided was great, but the customer service and how they run their business is awful. I went with a group for a birthday in April. We booked our services in January. When we went to check out, the total was much higher than expected for the two services that I received. I asked for a breakdown of the cost, and one of the services increased $30 from the time of booking (while the other service increased $5). When I brought that to the representatives attention, he gave me an attitude in saying that all spa services increased about $5-$10 and that an email was sent about the increase. There’s a big difference between a $5 increase and a $30 increase. I checked my email and I did not receive any such notice about an increase in price. Even if an email was sent, this is completely insufficient notice to your customers. I should have been contacted to see if I still wanted the service (which wasn’t worth $55) or the cost at the time of booking should have been honored. While they offered a 10% discount off of one of the services, which barely knocked anything off of my total, they failed to honor the price of the service at the time of booking. I felt like I got scammed and that I got blamed for not reading an email that I never received. I will never be bringing my business here again. I’ll take it somewhere else that doesn’t charge hidden fees.
Amazing massage! The mood music was just the right selection to get you to relax. I fell asleep multiple times and did not want to move or leave after the massage was completed.
This spa is amazing! From the minute you walk in, you can feel the stress beginning to melt away. The neck, shoulder, back massage is truly wonderful if you are experiencing tension in upper body! I wish I lived closer so that I could visit The Woodhouse Day Spa on a regular basis.
This is my third time visiting The Woodhouse Day Spa in Orlando. Customer Care and Service is superb! Jenny is the woman who does my Spa Pedicures and this time she did my facial. Morgan did my Swedish Massage and both are top of the line!
My wife and I were in from out of town. We had booked an appointment with them for their couples package over a month in advance. The day of the appointment they canceled on us do to 1 of there ladies having the flu. They made no real attempt to try to help us or accommodate us with other staff. I thought the communication and ability to accommodate us was very poor.
I had booked a customized gift for my mom but mistyped something on the card. I emailed them to change it however when they called, they informed me they cancelled the entire order. No where in my email did I say the word cancel. The person who called explained I would have to book everything again since they refunded the money. I have checked my account and still have the original charge and no refund.
I had the absolute best massage of my life by Andre. He was very professional and could feel exactly where I needed work done. I have had many massages over the years but this was hands down the best. Would recommend to everyone :)
Front desk greeting was nice. However, my massage therapist kept falling asleep during my massage. She massaged my scalp nicely and did the first half of my neck very well. Then, I kept feeling her stop massaging and a few moments later felt her jerk and start massaging again. This continued for several minutes while I was trying to figure out what was going on. Then she used her other arm to lean against my head and really fell asleep until I tried to look up to see her and woke her up. She then placed a towel over my eyes so I couldnt see while she moved to my hands. I moved the towel without her realising because she was sleeping. I watched as she fell asleep and almost fell off her stool. This continued and she moved to my feet. I watched as she continued to fall asleep with barely any pretense of massaging. At that point I ended the service. She asked if I wanted her to massage my back, but at that point I was done. When I went to the front desk, the woman told me they had never had that complaint in the 3 years she has been working there and that she had been working all day without issue. She did offer to schedule me with a different therapist later in the day or come back for a complementary visit another time. She refunded the money, but I did not know my husband had tipped so he went back in and get that. They told him she was jerking because she had long hair and didnt want her hair to be on me. No maam. I WATCHED her nodding off when I moved the towel from over my eyes.
This review is not about the spa itself as we will not get to experience it due to the poor management of scheduling. We were planning a surprise treat for our wives - during an upcoming trip to the area. After everything was scheduled I get a call back from the manager apologizing that she made a mistake and would not have technician available at the times agreed upon and that there was another time available - instead of securing that time when I was able to get a hold of her she said it was no longer available because they have an online booking option. The lack of professionalism and long hold times on the phone does not reflect well on this place.
The massages are always pretty good here. My girlfriend and myself have came to the Woodhouse spa many times. Although we have had issues with the front of the house staff before we decided to overlook it. The last visit was the last straw for us the front desk staff and the usher acted very unprofessional made us feel unwelcomed and the usher even told us that we are not allowed to smoke before coming in using a translator on her phone because she didnt speak English. We pay full price everytime wether we come in smelling like smoke or roses I would like to be treated with the same respect that we deserve. I tried to call for a manager left my number twice and never got a call back. We wont be returning ever again.
Looking forward to the new location and beautiful spa! Long time client at the Wood House and the environment is unbeatable in Orlando.
I had a great time!!! Mimi, Mark and McKenna thank-you from the Canadian girl who made my visit yesterday amazing! Love the lounge couches, the dressing room and the champagne 🤤 the two front gentlemen from Indo and NY, THANKS for the laughs on the way out ... I loved it here! Marks massage was wicked and when he rang that bell all my negativity floated away. McKennas pedicure has my feet baby soft. THANK YOU all!
We brought 6 women, each having 3 services, and they were awesome accommodating us. All the providers were great. Loved the relaxation rooms and enjoyed the mimosas. Highly recommend.
Wish there was less than 1 star. Literally no amenities. They should not be called a spa
Love this place. Talk about relaxation. I have been to many spas but this one is the best so far. The lockers to put your stuff away with ease (including your phone) for ultimate relaxation. The relaxation rooms for before after or inbetween treatments are ao comfy. I really enjoyed my time with my hubby.
While visiting from Ft. Lauderdale, I did a couples massage with my husband and we both loved it! The staff and the facility is top-notch! I would surely recommend and I cant wait to go back!
I recently had my girlfriends baby shower at this beautiful spa. The atmosphere was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff acommodated 15 of us and I cannot express how amazing all the services were and we all had facials, massages, manis and pedis . My girlfirends and I were very impressed with how they really made us feel relaxed and special. I would recommend this spa to anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Orlando. This is the place to do it!
I love Woodhouse Spa and my massage therapist Jessika was wonderful!!They did move from Dellagio and I hope they can re-create the lovely ambiance and all the amenities they had before. Thanks!!!
The atmosphere was great, but the massage not so great! I paid for couples 80 min hot stone massage but only received 60 min of actual massaging and it was not all of that. I called and spoke with the manager but no resolution. very disappointed!
This is my favorite spa! ...and I’ve tried MANY!... Peaceful, tranquil, soothing is how I describe this place. All masseuses are impeccable! I am always treated with genuine kindness and catered to. I highly recommend this place to everyone even if it simply for a manicure.
Very nice and very professional. Got a 50 minute swedish massage. Locker room was very clean and comfortable with a large shower and a sauna. Very happy with the entire experience starting with calling to book the appointment.
Julian is amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had, have returned to see him and every time is great! Definitely recommend!
Yesterday morning I went to Woodhouse for a massage. Let me tell you, this was the best spa experience I have ever had. The place is beautiful and the staff is great. I got a swedish massage from Sarah and then hung out in the tea room because I never wanted to leave.
Amazing experience, very nice atmosphere and a very friendly and professional staff. Deep tissue massage was wonderful. It’s super easy to book appointments online, just make sure to come 15 minutes early or 30 if it’s your first time as it says on the website.
I would like to thank the staff of the Woodhouse Day Spa at Dr. Phillips Dellagio for the most incredible advanced training in current and future therapeutic treatments. I will personally commend Holly, Christy, Zhi, Sonia, Allison, and Jenni for their exemplary communication, research and treatment coordinating efforts. Their support truly make me feel as though the industry is really going places. I wish them and the business the greatest quality, success and dedication. Truly the most pensive place to receive a Treatment within the Dellagio area. Congratulations!
Very poor customer service. Booked a massage for my wife...there was construction going on and she heard drilling the entire time. The therapist was aware, and just raised the music. They were aware of the situation and did nothing. STAY AWAY...not a relaxing experience at all!!!
Sonya is skilled and easy to work with. She makes you feel very comfortable and the results are always great. Ive done 3 facials with her as well as body treatments and I always leave feeling like it was money well spent.
If you are in need of an outstanding deep-tissue massage, ask for Adam! I was in considerable distress from neck, shoulder, and back pain, and Adam’s expertise eased the pain and restored my mobility. Thanks to Adam, the tension in my upper body was released, and I was able to relax for the first time in a long time! I highly recommend Adam and the Woodhouse Day Spa! 🏆
While I was waiting other clients asked if they would like a drink and were given a tour. I was not offered either, which made me feel uncomfortable. The nail service I had done was ok. The polish came off the next day. I would not return on next visit to Orlando.
One of the best day spa experiences! Affordable with great customer service. You are pampered leaving feeling relaxed and special I highly recommend it, I always look forward to my next appointment.
Woodhouse Spa in Orlando is amazing! You immediately feel any stress go away the moment you walk through the door. The entire staff is very coordinated and does an amazing job. Thanks!
First you have an appointment answering service tell ypu someobe will call you back after they ask you what day and time youd like hypothetical then u wait 4 soneone to cal you back from the actual spa. My mother had gotten me the classic package..she even put the gratuity already in there...and they still wanted my credit card for extra fees. The service was really nice though, great masage.
Terrible temp location. Should have been advertised better with decreased rates. Nothing relaxing about a building that has make shift bathrooms, massage rooms and trim falling off the floor. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!
My wife and I have numerous massages in our lives, but nothing compares to the Woodhouse. Words cannot even begin to express the feeling that you get when you arrive or when you leave. You have to try it to understand what I am trying to say. May you enjoy it as much as we do.
Cute place but the staff seemed a bit lethargic and uninterested with most people that came in, including myself. My mani and Pedi was ok at best and the nail tech was probably having a bad day, but was just a bit unpleasant. I passed on booking a massage.
What a fantastic place to get away! We had a massage, facial and pedicure! 3 hours of solitude! I even took a nap during my facial I was so relaxed! If you havent treated yourself...please do!
Great place to relax and be pampered all day! Facility include 2 sitting areas with plush lounge chairs and ambient lighting and music, infra-red sauna in their locker-room area, showering amenities as well as champagne, tea, and water provided. Top notch service!
TESSA WAS AMAZING! I have had massages all over the USA and hands down the best I have ever had. Hats off to an amazing job! Next time I am in Orlando I will be back to see her. Thank you
Right in the middle of Doctors Philips! Kiara is amazing! I literally couldnt move my shoulder before she started, after the massage with hot volcanic stones Im finally feel alive and healthy! Thank you, I will come back next week.
Atmosphere is simply amazing. My Massage Therapist Miranda made me feel comfortable and did an outstanding job.
I was out of town and needed a massage. They had convenient openings, very friendly, and immaculate rooms.
Professional team. Treatment was excellent. Had the gentlemans hot stone. Only downside...due to COVID many of their additional ammenities are unavailable. As such I do find the current pricing structure a bit excessive.
I am happy to have found this wonderful place: high quality in all its services, the latest technology in its equipment or machines, and something very important as its employees mainly: Arelis has divine hands and above all a lot of experience in all areasThank you thank you very much,We will continue seeing each other!
McKenna was great! I had a facial and a pedicure with her. She made it very relaxing and I felt great afterward! I would definitely recommend her!
Our first time there was a couples massage for our anniversary we had the most wonderful time there. We would go back over & over & yes I recommended this place to anyone.
Very, very (did I say very?) comfortable. The dark room is calming, the atmosphere is heaven and the pampering is spectacular- everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience.
The reviews didnt lie. Julian gives a great deep tissue massage. I will be requesting him again next time.
Came for a couples massage today with my girlfriend, and the Woodhouse did not disappoint. Guest service was amazing and spa services were none like we ever had before, just fantastic!
Amazing service and great experience! kind and attentive staff - my wife and i had a seriously relaxing couples massage a few weeks back and cant wait to make a return trip!
Amazing!!! Gloria has the perfect touch for my massage! Beautiful spa, wonderful staff! Next time I’m in Orlando I will definitely be back!
Best staff and best masseuse in Florida. I felt like butter when I left.
Such friendly staff, beautiful location inside and out. Very relaxing atmosphere, amazing massages and love all the little extras they provide like snacks, drinks, sauna, shower, etc. Have been here twice, and plan on going once a month.
I had a great experience here! Everyone is very nice and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. Fransh is amazing!! Best massage I’ve ever had.
Bought a gift certificate for my boss for a very expensive massage. He told me it was nothing special. Leading me to believe it is overpriced. The aesthetics inside are beautiful though.
They cancelled our 90 min couples massage last minute and could not accommodate anything for us. The communication amongst the staff at this establishment is very frustrating!
Came in for a manicure and pedicure and left feeling that I didn’t get my money’s worth. The aesthetics of the spa are nice but I can go down the street to any other nail salon and get better service for a fraction of the price.
Was in area visiting and was needed some relaxing time. This place is amazing and service was incredible. Had a deep tissue massage with Kiara and loved it! Would definitely recommend and I will return.
I HAD AN AMAZING DAY, NOT TO MENTION I FELL DOWN MY STAIRS EARLIER THAT DAY, MY DAUGHTER AND SON AN LAW TOOK ME TO THE SPA, I MUST SAY IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE BEST HANDS THAT PERSON WOULD BE ADAM, BY THE TIME I LEFT I IT WAS AS IF I NEVER FELL AT ALL, HIS HANDS ARE TO DIE FOR, I HAD AN 80 MIN MASSAGE 1ST EVER AND HE MAD ME FEEL WONDERFUL AND VERY COMFORTABLE, I HIGHLY RECOMEND ADAM IF YOUR FEELING ANY PAIN OR STRESS YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER WHEN YOU LEAVE GUARANTEED, AGAIN THANK YOU ADAM.*******SINCERELY ERIKA (*@*)
If you need pampering this is the place to go. The staff was great! They make you feel comfortable and welcoming. I will be returning.
Best spa treatment ive had in a while. Sofia was great. Very kind loving and relaxing staff. I will be revisiting them when I return to orlando
This wass a professional, and experianced business. They make you feel comfortable. Andy was my massage expert and did a great job.
Nikiea was my masseuse and she was really the best! I told her what i needed and she delivered. Wonderful service from everyone
This is a must see Spa! Extremely professional. Relaxing atmosphere. They make you feel extremely welcomed. I’ve told all my friends about the Woodhouse Day Spa
Excellent place my kids and wife treated me for fathers day and my Spanish masseuse was perfect.this place be warned with the massage it will put you to sleep the music the candles and atmosphere alone.
Amazing!!! They really listen and apply your needs into their technique. Thank you woodhouse for the best massage experience, EVER! :)
I only rated 4 due to the front desk women she was kinda rude I got the Mani pedi which is 55 a piece mind u I had a gift card that still had 15 left on it after I paid for service so I said can u charge 20 on my card which makes it 35 and she was like only 20 of course I said well charge 30 which us now 45 dollar tip ive never felt I was a bad tipper until then thats almost 40% .......but other then that its a beautiful spa and the experience was awesome
Extremely accommodating. A rewarding and relaxing experience. My treatment was exceptional. I did the lazy day with Renee. Ahh-mazing experience
Was there on a recent trip and location is great but price much more than other close location and massage was nothing special. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. For the price you would think the customer service would be better. Relaxation rooms seem very cold and not comfortable seating.
My favorite spa in Orlando. The aesthetic is so beautiful, the massages are amazing and the staff is super nice. Love it!
Fantastic spa! Had an amazing experience w Kiara! I had the Woodhouse Escape and it definitely was an awesome experience! Cant wait to go back!!
Adam at wood house day spa in dr Phillips is amazing!! One of the best massages I have ever had!! You will not be disappointed!!
This is one of the best spas I have been to!! The customer service is excellent and how they provide their services is excellent!! I just met the owner, who is really nice, and those are the reasons I have been coming to this spa since its been open!!
Had the best Christmas Eve deep clean facial. Ready for the holiday.
Relaxing atmosphere. Professional and attentive staff. Had a massage, facial and pedicure; each service was excellent!
This is only my second time to a spa for a massage. The atmosphere was top notch, and the staff was very polite and professional.
I love this place the best massage in Orlando Area, they offer 110 min which is awesome 😎
It’s worth every penny. Staff are very professional and the place is very neat and calming. Will definitely recommend to my friends/family and come back myself.
Great afternoon doing a couples massage, pedicure, and drinking wine and mimosas. Luxurious facilities. Everyone was very attentive.
I love coming here for a relaxing massage, facial, pedicure, etc. All of their staff is so friendly and I always walk away so relaxed.
Staff is super accommodating and friendly. Pricing is appropriate for the superb service. Great spa experience.
I work by this spa and I stopped in to get info and they lady at the front desk was so helpful and so friendly just talking to her was a relaxing experience and I am definitely planning a spa day here .
