I was in desperate need of a massage and used google to find the nearest place possible and was lucky enough to have M Body Therapy pop up.I have been coming to this area for vacation for years and this time was having severe lower back pain after working around my house prior to leaving on vacation.I made an appointment on line for a deep tissue massage and reflexology. I was assigned Elizabeth as my masseuse and she was fantastic.Upon arrival, i filled out the questionnaire and Elizabeth went over everything including areas i was concerned about. She then gave me one of the best massages i have ever had. She used several techniques, including stretching, acupressure, hot stones and walking on my back.The entire place was very clean and the massage room was lit perfectly and gave off the right ambience for relaxation.I look forward to returning next year.

We came here for a couples massage while on vacation. It was very easy to book, we were welcomed at the door and the entire place is very peaceful and clean. We both had an incredible experience with the hot rocks massage, and I tried a massage with back walking for the first time and loved it! They were both very conscientious, taking care to make sure we were comfortable with the level of pressure and heat of the rocks. Highly recommend!

Vacation doesnt go as planned but Lisa was there to help!My ankle started hurting during the night, bad enough to wake me. I could barely walk. Any movement was extremely slow and with significant pain. I called for help and was able to get in immediately. Lisa was GREAT! She was knowledgeable and an amazing therapist. Today I was able to get around SO much better. SO happy I found her!

I kinda giggled when my therapist told me nearly instantly that my shoulder muscles are very tight and that she needs to work on me. This was my first time os such a massage type.I can now turn my head to the right sight significantly farther and easier.This was a fantastic deep tissue therapy!I can highly recommend them!

I recently moved down the street and decided to get a massage. I remembered seeing a place right by the Publix so I called and luckily they could see me right away. There was plenty of parking available right in front of the place. The lady that checked me in was so friendly and pleasant. I felt very welcomed! This place is very clean and so professional. My therapist was Lisa. Lisa was wonderful! You can tell she has been doing this for a very long time. She applied the perfect pressure and techniques. I havent felt this good about a massage in years! I will definitely be returning regularly. I have found my perfect oasis to relax!

This is a great place with a wide variety of therapists available that is within 5 minutes of my home. Coco and her staff have been taking care of me for over a year now and its always great. Sometimes I need a deep tissue, sometimes just a swedish, and sometimes a combination of both with stretching and hot stones. She knows which therapist to schedule based on the pressure and needs of your requests.Thanks for the ongoing great massages.

As a first time, mom to be we was looking for a best prenatal massage. I 100% recommend Lisa . Lisa was amazing at explaining everything that was happening at the time of the massage she was very experience Lisa is currently my favorite and definitely will be back. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Chloe knew exactly what she was doing. She had an intuitive touch, expertly easing away every knot and tension point with precision and care. The ambiance was serene, enhancing the overall relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt like a whole new person – refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely at ease. AMAZING, 100% recommended. Husband and I had a couples massage and we had massages before and never this good. Coco is the best at targeting where you most need it. She massaged where I felt the pain and stress without me telling her, she knew where I needed it, my husband was happy usually he always says he does feel like they did something when he gets a massage, but this time he was happy Chloe did such a great job with him. Definitely will be coming back to them.

Professional and clean, but more importantly true deep tissue! By far one of the best massages I have ever had! Chloe was amazing and I have found my go to spot. Having been an athelete previously in life and a performer. I beat my body up pretty bad and now I am really starting to feel it as I age. Could not recommend this place enough!

This was my very first massage experience but I brought a friend who’s been a few times before, and both of us were very impressed. It’s kind of a hidden little spot but glad I found it! They really took time and care and even though it was my first time I felt 100% comfortable.

Booked a last minute massage on vacation because I had a very stiff neck after mountain biking and couldn’t turn my head in one direction. Coco did my massage and honestly saved my trip! I felt immediately better, and kept improving over the next 24 hours. I was so thankful I got the massage and could enjoy the rest of my trip! I went for a walk in because I slept wrong and my neck plus shoulder was in pain. I explained to the owner. Got a massage, but the girl wasnt strong enough so she suggested walking on my back. Was hesitant at first, but finally agreed to it. She did an excellent job and did her magic that cracked some back bones like a chiropractor, but with her feet and vibration moves. Got better within the next 2 days and the pinched nerves that was hurting went away. I usually do a chiropractor and deep tissue massage visit for this issue and didnt have to with this type of massage.

I was hopeful after reading all of the great reviews but unfortunately I will not recommend this place, definitely not worth the $100 that was paid. I am thankful I was able to get in same-day and arrived 10 mins early for paperwork. I walked in and there was no one at reception and I waited until after the time my appointment was supposed to start and still no one had come to the front. I had to walk around calling for someone and they were surprised to see me there. No waiver or any paperwork filled out, no conversation about injuries or what areas I needed to work on. Just simply told to take my clothes off and lay down.The massage itself was not good, the therapist (who never introduced herself so I did not get a name) did not really seem to know proper technique and kept pushing on my spine which was painful. I have a back and hand injury that was aggravated.The stretching was too much and could have easily caused injury. I also mentioned I did not want hot stones 4 times and the therapist kept trying to use them to the point I had to say please stop.I have had many, many massages and this was one of the worst I have received. I will not be returning.

So I used to think I needed to go to a guy to get a good massage (usually stronger so more pressure), but Selena obliterated by assumption. I really don’t think I’ve had a better massage from anyone. If you’re like me and feel weird about going to strip mall massage places, don’t be concerned because this place is legit. I’d have no problems recommending this establishment (and if you ask my friends I rarely give a strong reference). Check it out.

My husband and i came here after we had a massage booked for over a month for his birthday at another massage place ( which i wont mention their name , but i was super upset )and was canceled the day of due to scheduling problem!!! we called around several places with no luck until we called M body therapy! they booked us right away same day, we had the most amazing relaxing couples massage i’ve ever had!!! very quiet and relaxing and super courteous!!! definitely made our day, i would definitely come back again! thank you 😁 for fitting us in super last minute!

Went here for a couples 60 minute massage before a flight. I should have just stopped after the first 10 minutes. I don’t know why a massage therapist would have long nails. Digging and scratching the whole time. Elbows with pressure should never go onto the spine. Really left more annoyed. They both know I was really disappointed. Didn’t greet us at the end, nor ask how they were. The register was very happy to charge the card. Yes we tipped well anyway.To answer the response. There were 2 during the in room couples massage in the and someone at the register. They therapists didn’t introduce their names. I’m sure you can discuss with all 3 them and clearly just look at the one with nails. I complained about digging into my spine multiple times, and as soon as she digged and scratched my neck, which she knew she did she immediately stopped. She couldn’t get out of the room fast enough at 60 minutes because it was so bad. 4/9/24 @2:20pm -3:20pm

I’ve had many massages in my life but this was by far the best massage I’ve EVER had! Selena was amazing!! I was so relaxed and my body felt brand new again!!! I could not recommend this place enough. The building is new and very clean and cute. I highly recommend!! I am not easily impressed, everyone was very nice and professional.

I received a gift from a friend my recent birthday this week. The gift was for a 90 minute deep tissue massage from M Body Therapy. My friend decided to give this gift because I had talked so much about how I had preciously enjoyed a massage session here several months ago. I cashed in on the gift today and once again, all I can say is positive things about this spa. The cleanliness, friendliness, and customer service sets the tone. My therapist was Elizabeth. She started by asking what pressure I desired and if I had any problem areas where treatment was need. I described a pain I had in my back. Elizabeth took her time and worked on my back with just the right amount of pressure. Towards the end of the session she did some stretching exercises which really helped my lower back and legs. This place is definitely professional and well staffed. I hope to return soon .

Boyfriend and I did a couples massage 1 hour with Selena & Judy and it was AMAZING! It was definitely the best couples massage we’ve had and we’ll be back again! Felt more relief than a chiropractor - it was the therapy our aching bodies needed. The whole experience from start to finish was truly worth the price!

My husband and I were in town for a kid free vacation (and the half marathon). Decided to try this place for a couples massage and we both said it was the best massage we’ve ever had. Pressure was just right. We will be back when we’re in the Orlando area, even if we have to make separate appointments to tag team watching the kids.

While on vacation, was looking for a Spa and found them near the Publix. Truly THE BEST massage my friend and I have ever had. We got the deep tissue massage and they also used hot stones. Amazing! Thank you Cocoa and your team!! When we come back to Orlando, we will definitely come see you again!

I have worked in the spa industry for over 20 years as an esthetician so I’ve had my share of massages but I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER had a may like what was given by the GLORIOUS HANDS & PERFECT PRESSURE like I have with Judy! After a long flight I researched & found M Body Therapy & I’m SOOO GLAD I did! So much so that I came back 5 days later after my return flight was cancelled to experience her sports massage AGAIN!! This is the BEST massage I have ever had! My wife and I had a 1 hour couples massage. CoCo was very experienced, perfect pressure, walked on my back and legs, and it was so therapeutic. Judy did a deep tissue massage which my wife liked the deep pressure and she too was the best she experienced. We both highly recommended you come here while you are in town. It is a must!

Did a couples 1 hr massage with hot stones and it was fantastic. Actually one of the best massages ive had in a very long time. It was the first time we had been there, but it wont be the last, we will be back. Every option for massage is available and its done by Licensed professional Who are absolutely amazing. Everybody there was kind, considerate and extremely professional could not of had a better experience.

Been here twice with my girlfriend and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Weve both done the 60 minute Swedish Massages together. Staff are incredibly knowledglable and friendly. The rooms are open and provide plenty of space. Judy is awesome! I saw her recently after an injury and she helped release a ton of tension in my back and shoulders. Ill be honest it was a little intense, but in after my body felt incredibly relaxed and less tense.If youre looking for a massage this is the place 🙌

I got a deep tissue massage with Selina and she was fantastic! Made sure I was comfortable and hit the right spots without having to ask. It was the best massage Ive ever had hands down, and was a very welcoming environment with very nice staff.

Great place to go after a day of Disneying. My friend and I were tired and sore from hours of walking around and the therapists at M Body took great care of us. The 60-minute massage was a FULL 60 minutes. The location is clean and inviting and the therapists are obviously well-trained. We went back the very next day for more! One really nice touch: they wipe you down with warm, moist towels as they go so you aren’t greasy when you leave.

Was probably the best massage I have had in a long time. Hub and I did a couples massage and I would go back in a second! We highly recommend and be aware, it is not on the lower side of price - But well worth it. I will be back and we loved the owner! So happy this business is here and look forward to our next trip to Orlando!

M Body Therapy was a great experience. The service was extraordinary and very accommodating. My wife and I were visiting Orlando for some vacation time, and I wanted to surprise her with a massage. Unfortunately, we got caught in traffic for about two hours. It pushed us passed the appointment I had set in place, but I called to inform them of my situation. They were still willing to hold my position. If youre living in Orlando or just visiting? Please give them a visit.

Absolutely amazing! I am a massage person, and have had I would estimate 100 or so in my life, from many different people. Lilly did a 90 minute deep tissue massage today and it is easily in the top 5 best massages in my life! Place is very clean, calm and inviting! Price is very reasonable for the area!! Let me preface my review by saying the people were very friendly. I was a licensed massage therapist in California and have gotten dozens of massages over the years in different places. Now having said that, this massage experience was not like any other and was not what I was expecting.We received a gift certificate for a couple’s massage as a wedding gift and we were really excited to go. When I looked up the reviews and saw zero negative reviews and 4.9 stars, I had high expectations.When we first came in, they didn’t talk to us about any areas of our bodies we wanted worked on or avoided, they just took us to a room, told us to undress, and lay face down on the table. When they started, they just dug right in… literally. They didn’t even use oil when they first started. Based on all of my education and experience, this massage was not done correctly or done well. It was painful because they were pushing on our bones and joints, which you are NOT supposed to do. I understand being sore after a massage, as I have had that experience before when I received my first deep tissue massage, and I understand why it happens, but both my husband I were in a lot of pain, to the point we needed to take ibuprofen afterwards and had trouble being comfortable while we slept last night. Parts of our bodies were skipped over altogether, and they did not use proper technique for a lot of things including making sure we were covered, the placement of their hands, or supporting our knees once we turned over on the table. Overall it was very aggressive and not a smooth and relaxing experience at all. It was noisy with the doorbell going off and people talking loudly outside the room. At one point one of our massage therapist’s phone went off and they were talking to each other.It was extremely disappointing to spend that much money on what should have been a beautiful, relaxing, and bonding experience for my new husband and I and ended up with us both frustrated, unhappy, and in pain.As an educated massage therapist, I am very concerned that they are not utilizing proper training and techniques for their massages and people are being hurt, which was the case for us. I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone and caution people against receiving a massage here.My guess is that they delete any negative reviews they receive because it is not possible we are the only ones who have had this experience, which would explain all the amazing reviews and high star rating.

Great deep tissue/sports massage. Judy did an amazing job. The strongest massage I have ever received. Did the hour massage and my body felt lighter. Highly recommend Judy if you have muscle pain, aches, knots that you want to get rid of. Hot stones and oils used as well.

Judy is the BEST EVER!!I went for massage every week when I was living in China. I knew it when I first tried Judy, she is the BEST! She immediately pointed out my shoulders werent moving right and what parts of my body werent functioning well as if she knew me for years ,I have lived with pain around left hip and lower back for almost 20years, tried different massage therapists the last 10 years in US, none impressed until Judy put her hands on my back, after 2 sessions, I had to leave Orlando, she also shared some technique that I can do on my own at home, my body sored for the first week , now I am home for 5days, that 20year miserable pain has completely gone!I am soooo grateful! If I am eager to share something good with family and friends , Judy would definitely stay on the top of my list!! I mean her techniques and profession.

I own a salon and am quite picky about cleanliness. The spa was incredibly clean and hygienic. The staff was all very nice! My husband and I really needed a last minute massage and after a long day of searching for some availability we found M Body Therapy. We were somewhat skeptical not being from the area or knowing the reputation so we chose to trust the reviews, and it did not disappoint! I love a good massage and many times have left feeling relaxed but my body not feeling “better”, I would say this was the opposite. I left feeling so much better than I came in. I love really firm pressure and it was actually what I consider firm. My husbands masseuse walked on him and while he said it was at times painful he could tell it was exactly what he needed. I would definitely go back for another massage. I’d be thrilled and a regular if they were located in our home town.

Judy and Isabella did our massages. I had the sports massage my wife had the a Chinese Truina, was excellent, with the combined method it was like getting a thorough massage and with the stretching a chiropractic adjustment all at once. Highly recommend their massage services for overall muscle and tissue health.

We did the hour and a half session and Jason did a great job on my back and legs, and Rebecca actually walked on my husbands back! One of the best massage experiences ever! Coco was amazing. I had a 60 min bamboo massage with aromatherapy combined with a 30 min foot massage.I didn’t get much from the aromatherapy as it was just a scent holder blowing a light mist in the air. However, the use of hot stones after using bamboo sticks more than made up for it. It felt like a 2 for 1.The location is extremely clean which is always a great sign.I plan to visit this place often!

Found by searching for massage therapy near me and found a gem. Suzie was professional and provided a deep and relaxing massage. Actually relieved my lower back pain. The spa was clean and parking was no issue. If you are looking for a strong sports like massage then this is the place. Highly recommend!

After an eventful return from a cruise we decided to get a massage. Not being from the Orlando area, we google for a massage place near us. Best google search ever! I have had massages in many different places like Disney, Hawaii, Cruises, etc. As soon as I looked at my wife when we were done we said the same thing, by far the BEST MASSAGES OF OUR LIVES!!!! Coco and Tony were nothing short of amazing. We come to Florida several times a year and have vowed to stop by on EVERY visit!

My wife and I had a couples massage today by Coco and Tony. We were both blown away. They were probably the best massages we have ever had. In fact, we are thinking about going back later this week before we have to fly home. The people there were all very friendly and the facility was clean. We were able to book it online very easily. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. So relaxing and very professional staff. The hot stones felt so great and the pressure was perfect. We did a couples massage and they stretched us out wonderfully and popped our backs and neck. Felt wonderful! Highly recommend. Very clean and separate private rooms with walls. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I think I need to in this case. I had an appointment in October. When I arrived, they seemed confused, but I had shown that I had booked an appointment. They quickly ushered me into a room. I purchased a deep tissue massage. I love deep tissue massages, but this was…a whole different experience. For the first 20 mins, I was super uncomfortable as it was painful. The masseuse kept saying “Wow, so tight” repeatedly, during the 1.5 hour massage. The room they put me in must have had some tools for other masseuses, because people kept coming in…males included. At one point my breasts were exposed when someone came in to talk to my masseuse. I enjoy a good massage, the massage wasn’t bad…but the masseuses there seemed incredibly unprofessional. Never going back! I do not recommend them.

Stumbled across this amazing place while on vacation. I went in for a deep tissue massage. Ivy was great! She did an amazing job and even walked on my back.. The whole experience was awesome. Everyone there was as sweet and nice as could be. They held great conversation when checking out and gave us recommendations of what we could do next while in town. It is in the Publix shopping center and definitely worth a visit. I will definitely go back when Im in town again.

Randomly booked this 90 minute massage, I was blessed with Selena and let me tell you she rocked my back. This place was clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing music and vibes. It’s in a Publix plaza right by the outlets, I live here in Orlando and I’ve seen it before but gave it a shot today because of great Google reviews. So glad I did and I will definitely be coming back, I think Selena cracked every bone in my back and my hips. Great Experience

Cocos deep tissue massage was THE BEST ever. I belonged to a massage spa & have had many deep tissue massages from several therapists. Cocos was by far the best. The hot stones and use of warm towels were the perfect compliment. Coco, as petite as her body is, was a force who narrowed into exactly the spots I simply asked for at the onset. Wow! Very talented. Wish she was up in Chicagoland where Im from; Id see her regularly.

We came from NY for holiday vacation. Went to Disney yesterday and was extremely exhausted so we made a plan for a massage today. I googled and made a reservation thru phone and the front desk was very nice. I had Judy for 90 min deep tissues and i was absolutely satisfied. She knows what she is doing! The best part was the crack bone! Definitely book her if you like strong pressure. After all, I would fly back for this!! 🥹🙌🏽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m typically skeptical of places that consistently have 5 stars but M Body Therapy absolutely 100% deserves it. My experience here (sports massage) was phenomenal! Short term the massage was painful so prepare yourself for that if ya got kinks and pressure points that need work but oh. my. god. I feel absolutely amazing post-massage, and so much more flexible after Judy worked on me. She literally has magic hands; spots I didn’t even know were trouble were found and resolved! M Body Therapy as a whole was wonderful and I will certainly be back to discover more of what they offer.

M Body Therapy is going to be my go to for massages when I’m visiting Orlando! I booked a deep tissue with Judy during their grand opening and it was the best session I’ve had. I’ve been to plenty of other places where the masseuses just give light touches, which doesn’t make me feel refreshed after an hour. If I’m paying the price for a massage, I’m looking for someone who knows how to work the different muscles and tissues. Ive recently visited Florida with my wife for vacation and Disneyland was our last stop. Due to all the walking, we were exhausted and needed some relaxing massage before return flight. I noticed this place was new and wanted to try out. My wife and I decided to go for 1 hour session of couple massage, but decided to add 30 minutes more because we were having such a great experience. I dont know when I will be coming back to Orlando, but if I do, I know I would definitely come back for more. 100% recommended!

My wife and I recently had a couples massage. She had a Swedish from Coco and I a deep tissue from Judy. After our 90 min. massage we both said that was the best massage weve ever had. They both new what they were doing. They found our tense spot and really worked them out. This will be our go to massage spot every time in Orlando.

The facility was clean and the people were friendly but the massage was not good. Relaxing, but I asked for a deep tissue massage and it was not that at all. She just used her palms the whole time in what seemed randomly, and didn’t work out any of the knots, which was the whole reason I wanted a massage. It was really more like a rub. It was relaxing but that’s about it. After I got in my room and got on the bed she just plopped some hot stones on my back and left for 12-15 min. And the same 2 minute song was playing on repeat the entire time I was in the room. At one point she used the hot stones to rub in my back but they were so hot it felt like burning. And she never asked if I had any areas to pay attention to or any questions on how it was. All that to say, if you’re looking for relaxing, maybe it’s okay, but if you’re looking for a good massage to work out the tension and the knots, look elsewhere.

Absolutely one of the best deep tissue massages ever….and as an avid runner, hiker and biker my body is messed up. Judy was as good as or better than any ART trained physical therapist. She worked out some intensely tight and sore spots. Amazing!

My brother and I came to Orlando for a vacation, and this was one of the activities on our vacation list. We casually chose this spot because it was close by. When we arrived there, my brother was all grumpy with an attitude, but the concierge maintained a professional and friendly attitude towards us. I was surprised to see him come out of the room smiling and very excited 😆. He said that was his favorite activity on our list. He enjoyed the massage so much that he fell asleep after his massage session, and surprisingly, they let him sleep it off for a little while. I’m not exactly sure how long because I was inside getting my own massage too. I got a deep tissue massage, and when I tell you it was deep tissue, she wasn’t playing! 😅 It was a little painful in the moment, but you could definitely feel the release afterwards. Overall, it was a good experience.

We went to Orlando for the weekend and after 14 hours of Universal Orlando parks we woke up sore. So we decided to look up massage places nearby before our flight and found this gem. It exceeded all expectations. Massage was terrific, place was spotless and staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely would visit again if Im in the area.
