Thai greeted me and was very kind and explained all of the services. Mohammad was my therapist and it was such an amazing and relaxing session. He talked me through the transitions as he worked through the massage. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout my session. I would recommend! Definitely a 10/10!

A great greeter always leaves an impressionable memory that was Rosey for me! Now Marlin ! You truly are a gem, I just finished my massage (literally) and I have too take the time too praise and rave about this women! This is not the first time I’ve had her as I clearly enjoy her massages. Besides her excellent hands, I want too add her positive, radiating aura. She is always so kind and honestly she doesn’t tell jokes but I was laughing the whole time for some reason…. Genuinely maybe it was just her great presence. I’m looking forward to coming back again and if you see this review get her while you can because she’s always booked up for obvious reasons. I have gotten massages with multiple ladies at this location. Wilma, Maribel & Tisha and they are all 10/10! I’ve recently been seeing Tisha for my chronic migraines and the results I’ve felt makes me so happy! I love that she’s really knowledgeable on what she knows and not only helps target those problematic areas but also gives great suggestions to do at home if you feel pain come back in the problematic areas. If your going to book please book with Tisha! She’s amazing ! 10/10!!

Today was my first time at J Sterlings Wellness Spa and Im happy to say it wont be my last! Both Thai (Spa associate) and Cassandra (Therapist) greeted me as I walked in. Cassandra did my facial, which left my skin glowing feeling restored and hydrated. Clean establishment, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and great service!

I had an amazing experience at Jsterling tonight! I felt VERY welcomed before I even came in. Thai reached out to offer me an earlier appointment and wished me me safe travels on the way. She greeted me as soon as I came in and knew it was me! The little things count especially after a long stressful Friday. Elizabeth was wonderful! I booked a facial for my daughter as a pre-wedding gift. Rosy at check-in made everything really easy and explained the services to me. The facialist, Maria, was very good in her technique. She performed an oxygen facial, making her skin look refreshed and renewed. I am very happy with the ease and results of the appointment. Thank you ladies! The manager of this location, Jenny, is awesome also. She really cares about her team and it shows! 100% recommend!

The experience in J Sterling Orlando was excellent. I had a deep tissue massage never felt better. The therapist Ricardo was excellent. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He asked questions prior to starting the session. Explaining the process. The room was relaxing and clean. Ricardo explained what to do post massage. I would schedule my next massage with Ricardo without reservation. The front desk staff, Thai was great. She was friendly, informative, and professional. She made you feel welcome. She answered questions as to the other services offered by the spa. I would have no reservations recommending J Sterling wellness spa and returning to this facility.

This was the best massage that I’ve had in a really long time. My therapist, Ricardo was amazing and he listened to everything that I said about how I was feeling. He really helped alleviate some of my pain and I will definitely be going back to him for future massages. The staff at J Sterling’s amazing. The associate Rosey was nice and fun to talk to you. She’s very down to earth. I will definitely be back to the spa and future.

Just WOW! What a great time. Went here for my friends bachelorette party, we had a party of 7, they were able to accommodate all of us. We scheduled ahead for hour facials and massages. They had a little waiting room with water, mints, and movies set up. They came and grabbed each party member for their services, let us do add on services. Everyone was so friendly and happy to help. I personally had Cassandra for my facial and she walked me through the whole process. Melissa gave me my massage, she gave some great tips on how to help alleviate some pain areas. All around excellent service, the whole party was very glad we chose J. Sterling!

My experience at J Sterlings and Co Was wonderful. The young lady at the desk named Thai was amazing she made my experience 10x better explaining products that’ll help my acne problems and add on options, not to mention Madi my Therapist gave the massage of my life, it was phenomenal. I was greeted by Nashiras warm smile upon entering the establishment. Maribel provided me with an exceptional deep tissue massage that effectively eliminated the knots in my back and alleviated my tension. Her firm touch even induced a few snores from me! 🤣

Loved my experience here, Linda gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. So glad I booked the 90 minute deep tissue, seriously great. Madi gave a perfect massage! I feel fantastic! Maria was also fantastic she was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything going on with my skin after my facial.. The staff were all friendly and kind. A great experience all around!

I came in yesterday for a Relax & Deep Combo Massage and left very unsatisfied. Staff was very friendly and pleasant, however my masseuse barely did any massaging. It felt more like she was lathering oil but there was no pressure whatsoever. The only times I felt pressure was when she used this plastic DIY massage tool which I found very odd since I’m paying for a massage done by a professional. There was no technique and she did not get the pressure points and pain areas with knots that I’ve stated in the beginning.I left a good tip but definitely not worth it. I knew the price was too good to be true, I would rather spend extra for an at least decent massage. Again, I left like I didn’t even get a massage, but my calves were also a little sore from when she used the plastic tool on them. She also used her elbows on my spine but the bone parts which was pretty uncomfortable. I was hoping to become a regular here since I really need to do massages often due to my work conditions but it was definitely the worst massage I’ve ever had.

The booking process was super easy and the services are affordable! Our spa associate Rosey was welcoming and very kind. I got the 80min deep tissue with hot stone. The upgrade options are also super affordable!

Rosie, and Michela are absolutely amazing at the front desk. They are kind, compassionate, caring and warm and welcoming. Always super help and accommodating. Some of my favorite therapists are Sam, Ricardo, Jesus, and Marlin.....all amazing. This is my favorite massage place I have ever been to bc of the great therapists, services and affordable pricing.

This location is TOP NOTCH! Starts off with Thai as you walk in the door, so welcoming and friendly. I had the absolute best massage EVER by Tisha. As she put me to sleep several times, it was time to head to my facial with Lilia. A very relaxing way to end my day of self-care by an amazing team. First of all I just want to say that customer service from phone call to schedule with Rosey who was already gone but fit me in before she left , to arriving with Thai and still positive great attitude welcoming from before my massage to even after my massage on how I feel , MARIBEL omg! Smooth fingers I’m not talking pressure I’m talking she hits every point finger tips to to your toes phenomenal!! And you know what don’t come for me but they are way better then Hand and stone you get way more attention for a lesser value ! It’s so genuine in there! J Sterlings does a wonderful service for taking care of massages,facials and lasers.The receptionist Thai has amazing costumer skills, engages with the customers needs. Therapist Yatsel did a good job for me massaging my back and my shoulder. He gave me advice on my shoulders having some tense knots he took the pain right off.Definitely recommended the service !!!

We absolutely love J Sterling! My husband and I have been coming here a few years for massages. The customer service is fantastic. Just today I had to reschedule last minute do to being sick and Joy took care of it easy peasy. She represents her name well! I have scheduled cranial massages (for migraines) with Ricardo a few times and he is the best. Really helps with my migraines. All in all both my hubby and myself are very happy with the service and pricing here at J Sterling and highly recommend coming here.

I have had multiple massages from Madi and it is pure bliss! I usually am so “massage drunk” and need to relax 30 minutes so I can recover and drive home. The front staff is incredibly customer friendly. They always greet you in a calm relaxed manner. On my last visit, Thai, at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. JSterling’s is by far my new favorite spa !!! I have been to many in the central Orlando Kissimmee area. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Thai she was very welcoming and caring. She stood up from her desk after offering water and filled a drink of water for me and also walked me down the hall to the tranquility room. I was able to shut the outside world before my massage ! Also offering amazing enhancements! I recommend the CBD OIL! It relaxed my muscles instantly! They have massages, couples massage and facials packages . GO NOW AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LOW PRICES ! With that being said, I definitely have high standards of quality in the field.I have been going to Jsterling for over a year. I have seen many different therapist there and have never been let down.My clients often ask me if I get massages and who do I see. My answer is always, yes of course I do! And the therapist I choose depends on what type of treatment Im in need of. At Jsterling I have a few therapist that I love but all have a slightly different technique/specialalty. Here are the few I see most often and what I personally love about them.1. Maddie/MadisynnShe is an exceptional massage therapist. She is passionate about her craft and very knowledgeable. Her energy and vibes are immediately calming and she has a way of making you feel like youve had an out of body experience and left the planet for a while.2. RichardoVery knowledgeable, strong and great with pain management. He finds and works out areas that I myself am unaware are issues.3.MaribelTiny and mighty! I see Maribel when I need something specific worked out. She gets in there and sends an eviction notice.These are the therapist I see most often but again, I have seen several on a whim because I more often then not am kind of random when I decide to go in. They generally have same day availability and the actual location is beautiful and provides a calm & peaceful environment 😌.My only complaint is that I think they keep it a little too cold in there. Even with the table warmers on I have been pretty chilly which in my opinion takes away from the ability to fully relax.

Genesis showed great customer service. She was polite and friendly. Berkeley was my therapist. He took his time and worked on the areas I told him to mainly focus on. Nadia worked on my spouse and he said that she was great!

Absolutely stellar service!!!!I was looking to book an affordable spa for a Bachlorette party and J Sterling was one of the top three search results. I knew I wanted something with a facial and a massage so I floated the idea of J Sterling to the other six bridesmaids. We loved the price and were super impressed by all of the additional services that could be added to each experience. Even though we were all getting the same package, the experience was totally customizable. Some people got scalp massages, some got anti aging treatment. Everyone was thrilled.I spoke with Jenny and she helped with coordinating things for the party. It was such a large group of seven, I didn’t want it to take too long, I wanted to avoid going one at a time and I only gave a two day window where we could visit the spa. But they exceeded all expectations! Jenny pulled extra staff to come in on a Saturday, set up a room just for our party and even had decorations!. The service was exceptional: They took us two at a time and were so efficient and professional that it felt like there was no wait. We were super relaxed by the low lights and peaceful music.I had never had a massage before, so when Ricardo took me back, I was a bit nervous. Being rubbed by a stranger is a little weird, I’ve heard horror stories about massages gone awkward, and how good could it feel really?But Ricardo was very kind and thoughtful. He was receptive to what I told him worked and what hurt, we had a good conversation and he was really, REALLY good at giving massages. He had insight into what was causing the pain in my neck, he found and worked out knots that I’ve probably had since high school. I’m sold. Massages are amazing and very, very necessary for day to day life.The only bad part was getting off the table. Not because of anything Ricardo did: he lowered the table and warned me to get up carefully, but it was a heated table with a warm heavy blanket and I DID NOT want to get up. I was reduced to a cozy pancake. It was Bliss.I returned to the room and found that the staff had provided thick, fuzzy robes, just like the ones you see in spas on tv. Another piece of exceptional service.Then the facial: I had had facials before that had been followed by the worst breakouts of my life, so I was a little worried. But I figured it was worth a shot. I mean, I was worried about the massage too and it turned out awesome!I returned to the loving embrace of a heated bed and heavy blanket ( If anyone knows where to buy those blankets, p l e a s e hook a girl up) and resigned myself to probably needing concealer all the next week.I let the aesthetician know I was on some skin meds and she immediately switched my facial type from standard to sensitive.That was surprising I told the aesthetician at my previous facial at an ultra about the same meds and she didn’t say anything. Clearly the people at J Sterling know their stuff!So she put the first cream on and it feels pretty nice. Except around my nose. Around my nose it BURNED. But I’m not concerned. I’ve had acne for years. Sometimes treatments burn, right. Beauty is pain.She immediately cleans the stuff off my face and cools my face down with some kind of mist. We try three different creams, all with the same burn. She lets me know that it’s probably not safe to continue, I might have allergies to some medication and that she will REFUND MY FACIAL. I was touched that she thought of me as more than a sale, she was genuinely concerned with my health and not breaking out before a major event. A consummate professional.Everyone was thrilled to death with the staff and the service. The bride was VERY pleased with the whole experience and the price made affording the rest of the bachelorette trip possible.I cannot recommend this place enough. Though there is a J Sterling closer to my home ( they have many convenient locations) I will definitely be coming back here!

Thai was super welcoming at the front desk and my 80 min facial with Lilia was one of the best Ive ever had! I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards and the membership program means I get to enjoy top notch and affordable pampering regularly.

I am not the one to leave bad reviews but I wanted to mention so others don’t waste their money. Don’t get Dermaplaning or eyebrows wax services there. Pictures can tell how the results will be. Customer service isn’t the best when you complain about the results. As an esthetician, i have never seen anything like this before.

Was greeted by genesis. Today wasn’t as great as usual. I booked it the day of because I was feeling sore. I left not as satisfied as usual. This place is always clean and quiet. I usually come once a month because of their great prices. I will definitely still come back every month.

Anytime we are in the area we book a mini Spa Day at J Sterlings. Everyone is always just incredible. We left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. A 50 minute massage with Nadia really helped loosen some tight problem areas that were bothering me. My 50 minute facial with Lilia left my skin glowing. They both are quite experienced in their fields. Next time we visit we may book 90 minute sessions, because 50 minutes just flew by. Special thanks to the entire team at J Sterlings for an amazing afternoon at such an affordable price.

This was my first massage in 14.5 years.. 😧 I know… My Massage Therapist was Anthony. He was absolutely amazing. We did our consultation so he knows I had no clue what to actually expect and mentioned my daily lifestyle and he knew exactly what I needed. Thai at the front desk was so sweet! She helped me checkout and talk about the packages and the other therapist as well and answers several questions I had. Both Anthony and Thai made my first time visit wonderful! I have been coming to this spa for the last year or so, and Adrian has been amazing. I can honestly say shes helped me heal. Today I was greeted by Thai with a friendly smile. These two ladies are the reason I keep coming back.

Update: July 2024 if you love yourself don’t come here for a facial. I don’t think this woman was a licensed esthetician. The derma planing left SCARS on my skin. I paid extra for extractions.. she was pressing her fingers into my face. Like what?!? It was so painful and I left with a scarred up face. Omg and before this me and my boyfriend got a couples massage and it just awful. The guy was like tickling my face it was so weird. The paperwork that they have you do before hand ask what areas you want them to work on… which they clearly don’t read because they didn’t focus on any part that I asked for!! I guess you get what you pay for. Cheaper prices for awful service. Learned my lesson.The laser consult that I had done initially was very helpful and the woman had no problem telling me her honest opinion and suggest that I shouldn’t waste my money to not get the result I want which I greatly appreciated. Other than that don’t come here

First off all I’ve been coming here far a couple of years now, it’s one of my favorite massage places in Orlando! I started getting massage with Tisha (absolutely amazing… ) and then with a few other therapist which were all really good. This place is so nice, clean and affordable… and all the staff are amazing! Thai and the front desk show amazing customer service and professionalism…. Not lacking at all in her position, Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience!

First time visit at J sterling on OBT. It was for sure a 5 star experience. From Thai at the front desk making it a quick and easy experience checking in to Madi with an excellent massage. I went in with some problem areas: neck back and hip. I came out feeling like a new man, haven’t felt this way in a very long time. The stress and muscle tension in my neck and back was gone and the hip felt aligned for once lol.I will be making J Sterling wellness spa on OBT my go to spot.

My husband and I were from out of state. He was in so much pain prior to our trip but we had to proceed to Florida because we were getting married. My last ditch effort was to try a massage. The whole staff was amazing so kind, professional, knowledgeable, The combination massage gave him relief. We came back the next day. After treatments we were able to proceed with wedding plans and he was able to walk down the beach to me.

I was a regular customer but a $25 dollar increase for 90 minute deep tissue is ridiculous. I usually tip well and would put me around $150. I wont return!!!

I had a 90 minute deep massage with hot stone. John was my therapist and he is amazing. My neck and shoulders needed a lot of attention. If you need a lot of pressure and detail then ask for him. I will be back!

I have been to this location a few times now. Every time it just gets better. Adrianne was absolutely incredible. My mother in law treated me to a prenatal massage and Adrianne was fantastic. My mother in law had a Swedish massage with Welma. She said it was also the best shes had. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time coming to J Sterlings and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Thai and she was so attentive to me. I was a bit early and she offered me water while I waited and was just great with customer service. The massage was amazing and I will definitely be returning!

These people are scammers!I became a customer at j sterling’s back in 2022, when they first opened their location on OBT for laser hair removal, back then they were offering free sessions for life after completing 16 treatments, when i got to my 16th treatment i informed the staff and they told me to reach out to “management” their management informed me there was no such thing although they themselves and the employees remember presenting that offer to bring in more customers to the new location… they stated i can only get 90% off… fast forward to my 17th treatment… i get to my appointment and they inform me the 90% off is no longer available and they went ahead and changed the information on their website! Luckily for me i took a screenshot of their website where it actually stated the 90% off because i felt there was something not right about them changing their words every time… after the thousands I’ve paid, no actual results & them not honoring the free lifetime sessions nor the 90% off! Do NOT waste your money! These people are scammers! & should go out of business!

First time here, went for a deep tissue massage.Thai the receptionist & Maria the masseuse:Both are very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and good at their job. The office is clean and welcoming with great ambiance.. plus they accept HSA/FSA !!Back again 5/4/24 and Nadia by far exceeds expectations. Tisha is therapist from the gods. She was very professional and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. She made sure I got my entire time with the massage and worked from the area I suggested all the way down to my toes. It was a great massage I left feeling so much more relaxed and pressure relieved from my muscles. Highly recommend and will be back again. The pricing you really can’t beat it. Go during the week for a discount, you will not regret it.

I had the best massage at J Sterling Wellness spa. I highly recommend John as a massage therapist. He gave me the best massage I have ever had! He was professional and courteous the entire time. Update: Ive been going to this place for years now and its still amazing. Just wanted to add that they do cupping and it is the dry version (not wet which can make you bleed). Ive had the professionals Samantha and Madi do it (different occasions) and it truly lessens the stress. Im left with bruises (which is normal) and the knots in my body are gone.Great Price and Quality! As soon you come in, clean/calm waiting room with a receptionist greeting you. Then, they call you to go along the hallway (its a little dim lighting compared to the waiting room but it sets the mood for the massages). Once inside, its angelic. Great spa music, great massage therapists, and they listen to your suggestions. I need to make time to go again and its definitely worth it.

This place is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I are on vacation from TN and spent literally 14 hours at Walt Disney world yesterday and were totally spent. They welcomed us in and then we sat in a lounge and they gave us wine. The staff here is so nice and kind. We knew nothing about this place before we came but I know we will be back next year for our annual wdw vacation. We are doing a couples massage and it was only $90. I want to give them 0 stars because the allegations I heard over the phone when my brother was trying to understand why he was blocked, was DISGUSTING. After the manager claimed that my brother was blocked because he so called asked THREE therapists to massage his private area, I almost jumped through the phone. And of course after she said such a horrendous thing , she hangs up the phone. I’ll be going up there with my brother and an officer to take down the names of the three therapists and the manager (Over at the South Orlando location) to file a formal complaint with the BBB. The manager seemed extremely hostile over the phone so for the safety of my brother and I, I will make sure to have an officer present because honestly, it seems like it may be a racial issue here and that’s fine. We will take further legal actions because to block my brother from booking over a disgusting lie such as that one cannot be overlooked.

Relaxing place, fairly easy to get appointments to. Sometimes the therapist is hesitant to work on you if you have any sort of preexisting injury but if you get around that, they are some of the best in the area.
