This will be the 1st of 2 reviews as I’m still in the process of my lymphatic massages post surgery.I got a pack of 10 and I’m finished with 5.The office is fantastic. Clean, calm.The owner, Vivian, is energetic, honest, humorous, and transparent.Barbara, one of the massage therapists, is tremendous and I love her too much. Sincere, caring, and really interested in seeing good results.I feel they are working hard to provide me with great feedback and great final results.The owner and staff are Brazilian so I know they already know what they’re doing!!!Looking forward to providing my next review in a few weeks

This is my second time choosing Ms. Vivian and her team at Zen Brazil for my post surgery care and maintenance, and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. At Zen Brazil they care for you as if you’re family. Facility is always clean service is always prompt and staff is always friendly. And to top it all off they’re are very well versed and knowledgeable in the services they offer here which gives me peace of mind that I’m being properly cared for and advised!! If you’re in pain ask for Letisha she is the BEST! I love Zen Brazil

My experience at ZenBrazil is unique. The ladies are professional. I had multiple lymphatic massages and the first thing they do is feel where the areas of pain are and concentrate the massage to where is most needed and have specialized tools if necessary. I came here after reading all of the reviews for my post op lymphatic massages and they have not disappointed! I see Mary and some sweet older woman. They are so sweet, knowledgeable and make me feel very relaxed after my massage. They have made my recovery process much easier! Vivian the owner is also great every time I chat with her up front and catering to my schedule. Both locations I’m happy with and will continue my services there in other areas. Highly recommend :)

I was a patient of Dr. Adam Oppenheimers and was recommended this place by several people who have had lipo procedures and needed/wanted lymphatic massage and had been here. The pricing is up front and on the website so there are no surprises. To schedule you reach out to Vivienne directly. She was able to get me in for an appointment quickly and kept me on a waiting list to move up for my second appointment -which she was able to accommodate. The communication before you get in is great so ask all the questions you have. You will send her a deposit through several electronic options and pay the reminder when you go in. The facility is very nice and relaxing. Neia was my therapist and she was great! I hope I spelled her name right. She was very delicate with my body yet also effective in the treatment goal. I went in on day 2 post op so I was a little sore but after leaving there I really felt a difference in my body. I bought a package of 5 and look forward to Zen Brazil helping me on my healing journey. You can tell that this team really loves what they do and creates a personal connection with their patients to make them feel good. I had no idea what the expect but knew I needed some movement of fluid post operatively. They provided an ultrasound therapy which promotes tissue healing and then followed that with a massage guiding fluid through your lymphatic system to drain. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having elective surgery and wants an added benefit to their healing process.

I had surgery in Mexico and started lymphatic drainage massages somewhere else in Orlando after returning and I wish I found ZenBrazil sooner. They know their stuff when it comes to post-op massages and every person I’ve had has been great. I look forward to the massages because not only do I get relief and leave less swollen, but they’re nice and relaxing and feel good too. Came to Zen Brazil 10days post op from a mommy makeover. I opted for 80min treatment with laser therapy. I was fully expecting for my first lymphatic drainage massage to be unpleasant. I was pleasantly surprised it was incredibly therapeutic and relaxing. I truly hope I can find a comparable place for future appointments once home but I highly recommend Zen Brazil in Orlando. Fantastic location and lovely people. I’ve seen Viviane 3 or 4 times for lymphatic drainage. She know exactly what she is doing and treats you so well. My fibrosis is already hugely better after my operation and I always look forward to my appointments! She treats me like an old friend and is very sweet. Everyone I’ve met here is the same. I did a tummy tuck and liposuction on my back and waist, as well as my arms. I also had breast implants. I came here to get the lymphatic drainage massages once cleared from the surgeon. I had hard lumps all over my back and stomach after my surgery from the lipo and tummy tuck and I startedMy massages a week later. My results are so great and the massages are amazing! My body is shaping so beautifully and the hard lumps have gone away and tummy is smooth and my waist is tiny. The fluid and retention that I had is going away so fast. They’ve been doing ultrasound and cavitation as well as massaging. It feels wonderful! Everyone here is so professional and sweet. Vivienne the owner is so sweet and recommended that I needed more massages so I bought the packages, (10 massages total) and the tank tops she sells there are incredible, it goes under your faja and bra to protect your skin, help with the itching and discomfort of the board and faja and are so soft. I purchased 2 of them. They are well worth it! The massages are really necessary and are worth buying the package. You won’t be sorry. I look fantastic and no fibrosis. Leticia was my therapist and she is so gentle and sweet. I love this place and I highly recommend anyone who has had cosmetic surgery come here, they will take very good care of you and your new body! Five stars!

Vivian and her team are wonderful! Scheduling is easy via text and Vivian is super responsive and accommodating. My first visit was for microneedling and lymphatic drainage massage. I was curious about microneedling and Vivian did an amazing job. She sent me home with a little container of Brazilian lotion for my face to use post treatment. The lymphatic drainage massage was excellent...I felt like she really took her time and knew what she was doing. It’s so important to have someone who is knowledgeable with LD massages, I’ve had many and felt really comfortable at ZB. I noticed a big difference in my lower back/hip area the next day. Overall extremely satisfied and can’t wait to go back!

This place saved my surgery! I had fibrosis and I thought the lumps would not go away. My doctor had referred me to Zen Brazil and I’ve continued to go to them for other treatments as well. I’ve been going to them consistently for 9 months and I trust Vivianne and the whole staff to help me in maintaining my body’s esthetic.

It’s taken me a while to write this, because I have deep respect for women in business…but this must be said and hopefully it helps future/current clients and the business in the long run. Although I love the staff and I did see results, the owner ‘Vivian’ is not a very pleasant person and you leave there feeling horrible. Us women go to places like this to help our self-esteem, to look better for ourselves, and just feel pretty. There is no need to insult clients on their looks like “oh no, you can’t go to the beach looking like that”, “ look at this flab”, “how old are you? Do you use any face creams? You need to take better care of your skin.” “Look at me, im 50, yeah I look this good because of micro needling, etc.” I honestly get compliments all the time because of my skin, so her insulting me to sell services was classless and uncalled for. She will ask you to get up and take pictures of your body while naked, without out even asking if you agree. Of course the lighting is horrible, and she will point out all of your flaws in the picture. She literally told me “I couldn’t go to the beach in a bikini looking the way I did…looking horrified.” It’s very unprofessional, she insults you in order to sell services…she’s rude and her energy just depleats you and stays with you for a long time. I hated going in when she was there. I really do hope that whoever reads this and has experienced this type of treatment as well realizes that they are beautiful and not to take those types of comments to heart. And when you see this type of behavior, to correct it. Never allow anyone to belittle you and think it’s ok.

I had 360 lipo with a BBL and absolutely love this spa! Everyone there is so nice. Being an X-massage therapist I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, their knowledge and how they treat their clients. All the massage rooms that I have been in are clean and set up to make your experience there truly incredible. I am fascinated with some of their equipment that they use. I worked at a spa that did completely different services. I want to thank them for taking care of me and helping me recover as fast as possible.

I was told by many that my first massage after Lipo and Tummy Tuck will be very painful and I was so scared when I went to get the first Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Upon my arrival the staff was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I didnt want them stop because it was no where near painful. I came across Zen Brazil when I was looking for a post-op lymphatic drainage massage after getting a liposuction on my arms . The staff was so friendly and professional. Viviane and her team gave me more information on what to expect on the upcoming weeks post surgery than my doctor. They made me feel comfortable and planned my treatment according to my bodys need. I am so happy with the results I got that, after finished my arms treatment, I started a package to treat my belly and back. I just love them!!!

This place is heaven ! I just did a lipo 360 and bbl on Friday and my drain was clogged and I just felt so swollen and sore I called her for an emergency massage and drain since its Sunday and the office is closed . And this angel came in for me♡ I feel amazing it does not feel like I had surgery 2 days ago . Vivianne thank you so much . Not only did she massage me , she unclogged my drain , and told me my faja was too big. I still cant get over how relax I feel . All the tension is released from my body . Im never going to someone else. 10/10 recommend

First off, I would like to say Vivian is by far the greatest masseuse I have ever been too. Words can’t describe my experience. She from day one has been caring, and shows that she truly believe in your health. Her staff has been welcoming and by far professional. I came to their Dr. Phillips location 4 days post-op from a lipo 360 I was hunched over in pain, I was swollen, I was miserable. I’d gone to another lymphatic drainage place in Winter Park the day before and left in tears from the pain of their massage. I explained all of this to the staff at Zen Brazil and they took my care into their own hands. Between their ultrasound machine and skilled massage and a hot cup of tea at the end, I left feeling like a new person. My swelling was cut in half, my lumpiness was flattened, I was so happy I look like I shrunk in half. I immediately signed up for their package the next day. Love Zen Brazil

Vivi is amazing!!!! I don’t trust anyone with my skin as much as I trust her. I have seen a dramatic improvement on the texture of my skin and visibility of dark spots. Over the past few months I have gained so much confidence when it’s comes to no make up days. The atmosphere is very peaceful , clean and relaxing. I was so impressed with Viviana and her team that decided to book 3 additional massages. The staff is experienced on lymphatic massages as well as regular massages. ZenBrazil is beautiful and Viviane is an excellent and very dedicated professional. I found ZenBrazil looking for a new Brazilian treatment that I was unable to find anywhere in my area, so I drove all the way from West Palm Beach to Orlando just for this treatment. Due to an accident on Turnpike I got stuck for a very long time and got one hour late to my appoinment. Viviane was so understanding and did everything to take care of me while waiting between patients. Even under this situation she made the experience great, and took her time on my treatment between her patients. I was so thankful for this, and I cant remember another time when I experience such an amazing service. She also had a great sense of humor and made me feel very at ease. The treatment went great, and I plan to return for more sessions.

This place is amazing!! I go here for post surgery lymphatic massages. My swelling has gone down so fast because of the treatments. It is fairly easy to get an appointment and they send reminders. The environment is very clean and relaxing. The price of the treatments are great. I recommend you budget for the treatments along with your surgery. The ladies welcomed me and cared for me in a way that you can absolutely tell that they genuinely cared and knew exactly what they were doing. The girls immediately identified that I had an Aspiration in my lower stomach and advised that the fuild had needed to be extracted which she took care of. Finding Viviane was truly a miracle for me! I had had a hysterectomy four days prior to my first appointment and I was in terrible pain and discomfort. I recently drove from Atlanta to visit my mother and really was looking for a good spot for a hot stone massage and for a Brazilian Wax. A few of my friends recommended ZenBrazil and it was a awesome experience. The hot stone massage was done with such care and passion. I work from home sitting at an desk for 8 hours an day and had so many knots in my back. The massage relieve all the tension out of my back and neck quickly and I feel like a new woman. I also would recommend the getting the Vajacial, which was done after my Brazilian wax. I will drive down once a month from Atlanta to get my facial, hot stone massage and vajacial again!

DO NOT GO THERE FOR LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE !! I went to Zen Brazil for Post Surgery Lymphatic drainage massage (lipo 360 /bbl) .. I had several sessions with them, the atmosphere was great, Vivian is a bit spicy but whatever... however, they are not performing the lymphatic drainage properly I ended up with a lot of Fibrosis and Seroma in which I was charged an additional $100 to remove the fluid.. Had the massages been done properly I would have never had this issue ... I would have never known that was the problem until I found another lymphatic drainage place ... my results were immediate ! My skin is much more softened and the swelling was reduced drastically and I’ve only had 2 sessions so far ! I’m upset at the amount of money spent with Zen Brazil... Lymphatic Drainage Orlando also known as Heaven on earth was a godsend ! Please heed this warning!

I came to Vivian with hope to heal and help get rid of my fibrosis in my stomach and lower back after having very aggressive lipo over seas. I was 1 month post op with extremely hard pockets under the skin . I am now 2 months post op and i have seen a HUGE difference in my stomach and lower back I wish there was an option to post pictures but you can check out the business page to see many testimonials. I was treated with their fibrosis treatment which consists of both hand massages and machine, along with cavitation. Recently it was recommended that i move on to getting Carboxy treatment, which burns like hell but gives very effect results. I’m thankful for this team especially Barbara and Vivian who’s responsible for my fibrosis improvement.

Yesterday I had an appt for a Post Op Massage session at this place and had a horrible experience. Firstly, let me say that I am 48 y/o and have received massages since I was 20. So, I perfectly know the protocol for professionals in this field. My appt was at 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:27pm since they required me to come over not earlier than my appt time due to Covid 19; which I totally understood. I arrived and the receptionist was very unwelcoming. She did not even say Hi and asked me what I wanted. I told her I had an appt for massages and she said ok seat. Not a Hi or a Please; really poor manners for a place full with Buddha’s” statues and Zen symbols (I bet Buddha would not be so happy about her lack on kindness). It was 12:38pm and I continued waiting without anybody taking care of me. At some point, the receptionist called the therapist to see if she was coming or not. I heard the receptionist asking the therapist if she needed to cancel my appt. The receptionist hang up and never cared about giving me an update or apologizing for the delay. At that moment, a man with his upper body totally naked (not shirt on) got out from 1 of the rooms and came to the lobby. I found it very inappropriate and thought that they were going to bring him back to the room immediately; contrary, the receptionist and other staff (a lady who got out from the room with him) started talking with the man as if nobody was sitting in the lobby area. Even more, Receptionist got so excited about the chat that she pulled her mask down from her face; yes, ignoring all the Covid-19 signs around the building requiring the use of the mask all the time” and “no more than 2 people allowed in the lobby. Now, we were 4 people in the lobby and 1 of them without a mask. Very unprofessional. It was 12:43pm and I started feeling uncomfortable. At that moment, another lady showed up and gave me some paperwork to complete. Then she made me to go to a small room. She brought more paperwork to fill and at 1:52pm a therapist called Viviane finally showed up. Again, no apologies for being late. I told her that I had had my surgery in my thighs around 5 weeks ago and that I was looking just for gentle massages to reset my body, nothing deep or hard since I still had some pain (I have the texts that I sent her stating this the day before my appt). She asked me to remove my clothes because she “needed to see my body”. I told her that I was not going to remove my shirt because the surgery (and the massages I wanted) were in my thighs only, so it was no need to see my whole body. She got bothered by my answer, left the room, and came back. She sat and asked me to get closer. She started talking about my buttock, so I stopped her and explained again that the surgery was in my back thighs, not in my butt and I turned and said: I only want massages in my thighs area. She got bothered again and asked me to lay down face up on the massage bed and I did. She sat in a chair next to me and grabbed a device and said I will start with the cavitation machine, so I said No, I do not want any machine on my body please and added I only want some massages, if you can provide that then it is fine, if not, I will look for another place . Suddenly she got very upset and started raising her voice saying that she had many years doing what she did, that she had hundred of clients, and that she was the one who decided what I was going to have done on my body, not me. Then she stood up behind me and that is when I did not feel safe being in the room anymore, so I quickly stood up and said “I am leaving”. She kept staring at me. I asked her to give some privacy to get dressed up. She left the room. I got dressed and left as faster as I could. When I was living, she told me wait, give me your credit card info to return your deposit. I just wanted to run away from her office so that told her “keep it as a gift”.Do I recommend this place? Absolutely NoP/S: Management, please do not call me to change my review because I will have to report you. Thanks.
