Place was clean and staff were extremely friendly, the issue was the nails itself.At the front desk we were asked what our designs were and if we had reference photos, and the lady said they could do them.I got the younger guy with the tattoo on his arm, and showed him the reference and he said he could do it. Another girl came over and told him the design needed to be done with eye shadow, which didn’t go as they planned so they wiped it away (not fully). Then they got polish to make the design and it was non existent, so they went darker (literally NEON).I told them if he couldn’t do it (since he was clearly struggling with the design) that I was fine with a basic round shape with no design. I got almond shape, it was all crooked and not cleaned up, the color was awful, and the acrylics were pointed UPWARDS from my actual nails. Trying to save it, I told him to add like art to distract from the mess and he said sure…but never did it and put the final coat on.Paid $72 and unfortunately hopped to another salon immediately to fix my nails. Even the nail tech who was doing my friends nails (which came out great) next to us said they were bad and that she was sorry, she said that’s why she makes sure to show the client before completing a set, which this man did not do.First photo was the reference (had a Pinterest tab of similar photos as well). If he couldn’t do the design I would’ve moved on to another one. Unfortunately would not be coming back here, it’s a shame since the staff are so nice.

This place is absolutely amazing. I was in the market for a new nail place and I read the reviews and how much praise Helen was receiving and I quickly booked an appointment with Helen, and let me say the reviews are 10000% true. Helen takes her time and really thinks of the client. She always out does herself on designs and never rushes. She wants you to relax while you’re here and I always walk out with a smile and excited to return. Everyone at this salon is so nice and very welcoming.

I always love coming to Windermere Nail and Spa but today, May did such an especially amazing job with my gel manicure and design. She’s truly an artist and I will be coming back for more.

I went here for the first time after a rather long and tough week. Helen was absolutely amazing. I had gelx put on my nails by some artist at another salon and she took it off so gently. The receptionist was also super kind and helpful. Despite having worked in another salon myself, I would have to say this place may be my new go to salon!Edit: I came back again and Helen did an absolutely amazing job! (See pictures!) her attention to detail is absolutely amazing. The rest of the staff was super kind and polite. The salon itself is super clean and the decor is super cute!

Pedicure was great. But my set was so ugly and bumpy / uneven. I was surprised since all the reviews have gorgeous nails. Mine were a little embarrassing tbh. I had tot sake them off right away. Three stars because the pedicure was great. They look really nice and I enjoyed the very long massage.

It was my first time at this salon and I had such a great experience! I booked with Helen based on other reviews and I’m so glad I did. She really took her time and was so gentle. She also made sure to keep checking in so that I was satisfied with my nails. I will definitely be returning!!

I’ve been going to Sue for over a year now and have always had the best experience. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and always gives exactly what I ask for for my nails. Sometimes I come in and don’t know what I want and Sue always has the best ideas. The prices are great too. I will always recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Came here while on vacation in the area. We popped in mid-afternoon on a Sunday for two basic pedicures. They took us right away! Staff was super friendly, the chairs are modern, place was updated and clean AND the foot massage work was excellent. Very happy with my polish results and they had a wide variety of colors to choose from. We will definitely come back here on future trips to the area!

Windermere Nails and Spa is the best nail salon around! I’ve been coming here for two years and see Helen exclusively, and her nails are always perfection! Helen always takes her time and is absolutely meticulous in shaping and designing my nails. Any design I show her she can do without a problem. There are also times when I have no idea what I want and just let Helen do whatever she wants and it always comes out perfect! The salon is immaculate and all of the staff there are super friendly. I came to get acrylic tips and a pedicure. Tiffany did my nails, she was absolutely amazing and so so nice. The design I wanted to do was kinda difficult but she did it perfectly and I absolutely love my nails. If you are wanting to book an appointment I would recommend her, she’s so good.

Its been almost a year since I started getting my nails done by Helen, and Ive always had a fantastic experience. Not only do I feel comfortable and welcomed, but she is also incredible at what she does and helps me to get the most beautiful nails ever!!! These are just a few examples of what she has done for me, and thats why Ill keep coming back to her to do my nails!!

Unfortunately my experience with this nail salon was not a good. While the staff was nice the service/skills that were provided for my friend and I were below expectations.First I had trouble with my pedicure as the employee who was doing it was not consistent on how he was “painting my toes” there were spots that should have been cleaned up as they went over my nail bed. The french tip design was not done well as from my upper view they seemed okay but upon closer inspection weren’t as clean as i thought. Despite using multiple top coats of gel polish the nails still chipped after 2 days.My friend after receiving her pedicure next went to get a acrylic set done (which she had to do despite choosing gel x the tech who does that service was not in)and during the service she did have to inform the nail tech to add on more acrylic as it was thin and uneven in certain places. The tech also didn’t shape the nails giving it a really harsh structured square shape. I myself was going to get an acrylic set done but decided it would be better to just get press ons nailsAgain the employees were nice but I will not be returning to this nail shop again.

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. They immediately took care of my friend and me, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our visit. The conversation was engaging, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the expert nail shaping and upkeep! One of the few salons that offered a Gel-X fill.

Whenever I get my nails done, it has to be with Helen and no one else; she is the best, and I wouldnt trade her for anything. She is extremely friendly, takes great care, and is very gentle with her clients!

I came in with man hands and my girl Julie worked magic. I’m leaving with a bright red that she suggested and I’m feeling like the queen of hearts! Even though it was already half an hour past the time they closed, she insisted on letting my nails naturally dry because it is better for my skin. Every time I come here they are honest and do what is best for my nails. Love Julie. Love this place!

Couldn’t be happier with my gel manicure and pedicure, kept it super basic with my astrological sign in a similar shade on the ring finger. I’m super ticklish and normally can’t stand doing the pedicure but sue was amazing every step of the way, will definitely be coming back to see her!!

Went in wanting the color of my case and they delivered.Follow up- this is the third time and I truly love their services. Spectacular! I found a flower on the web and asked it be recreated. We don’t know what is involved in the creation and I learned quickly it was complex. Complexity didn’t hinder. With collaboration my flower was created to perfection. I’ve already gotten compliments on my French and flower. Thank you for taking the time to make this design art as perfect as can be.

As a visitor this place is an incredible find - exactly what I asked for first time and beyond affordable for such a tourist heavy city. The salon was very clean well kept and larger more roomy than expected! Water and wine are options, they have a great selection of various pedicure treatments. The CBD lavender package I’ve purchased is amazing! My nail tech’s name is Helen. She is GREAT! I cannot wait to come back time after time once I move to the area. This is the second time Ive been to this place. Ive seen two different people. I forget the first girl who I saw but she was excellent and did a great job. Today I went in and saw Tom. He did a wonderful job on my nails. I did seek out to get my nails done at another salon, went to three other salons who acted like they didnt want to be bothered. This salon everyone is so friendly and they fit me right in and they even had the right color I was looking for. I think Ive found my new go-to nail salon! Thanks Viet!

I was pleased with how my nails turned out but don’t purchase the add ons. It’s not worth the money. I paid $15 for an EXTRA 10 min of leg massage but my nail tech only gave me 10 min. Should extra mean that you get the normal massage time plus some. Just not worth the money but everything else was good

I was referred by one of my girls so I made my appointment with Andrew. I was in and out in like 30 minutes which I loved. The quality is great, the shaping and the design was good too. The second picture is 3 weeks later and barely looks like it, I’ll definitely be back!

I went to Windermere nails and spa today and it was the best experience I ever had at a nail salon! Sonny was phenomenal and went above and beyond on my nails! I am only ever coming back here the prices are amazing and the staff is so friendly. I was so grateful that he was able to take me today so last minute! Incredible !

Caution: Employees here will use pressure tactics and hard-sell you on upgrading your service package. While the service provided was excellent, my consent for services was violated. I have a witness who saw me explicitly refuse an upgrade multiple times, but when I changed from explicitly saying no to just Ill think about it so they would stop asking, the person working with me brought out the expensive product at the end and applied it to me without explicit permission. She then asked me if its okay, but only after it was on me and I felt compelled to just accept it once it was there.Overall, this venue offers a wonderful spa experience with talented individuals working on your hands and feet. I would highly recommend them for their skill and environment. Although I heavily caution you regarding their sales tactics and consent violations.

I had an appt and was late because this is my 1st time here, and my navigation had me driving in circles as there is more than 1 nail salon in this shopping plaza. Was recommend by a customer that no longer lives in Windermere.My tech Andrew asked if his sister could my nails, which I said ok. Any and every design I asked for she said no, she constantly kept pushing gel or dip nails. When she shaped my nail and I said I didnt like it she got upset and said okay someone else can do it. She came back cut my nails and said okay no one wants to do your nails. With the owner Boa sitting there and allowing me to walk out.Im even suprised nailsby_andrew allowed me to just walk out.The customer care clearly is my issue but now looking at my nails, geez, look at all that acrylic on my skin.Your allowed to edit your review. I want everyone to know the owners fake response that he cared and wanted to make things right is just a response. They dont expect people to update their response letting people know they did little or nothing to make things right!

I have been a loyal client to Bao for about 3-4 months. I was so excited when I found him, it’s hard to find a good nail tech. However, the last experience I had was nothing but disappointment. He arrived late to the appointment and rushed through the entire set, cut me, my cuticles looked ragged, shapes were all off and just all around did a horrible sloppy job. Mind you, I’m very polite and tip well each appointment. My nails even lifted after 1 1/2 weeks, this has NEVER happened. He’s lost my business and I will not be going back. Sorry.

I make monthly appointments with Jetli and am never disappointed! He is my Go-To for everything. All of the staff are friendly and do an excellent job! Very clean business, prices are very reasonable, and nail art is always beautiful! I recommend the Deluxe Pedicure for an hour of pampering. Well worth the money!

Wow let me just say 10/10 recommend and I will be coming back! I called in after work to make an appointment last minute not knowing if I would be able to make in time. The receptionist gladly made an appointment for me for dip powder and pedicure. Ryan my manicurist was absolutely wonderful!! He made me feel comfortable and was so kind! He didn’t have to stay after close but he did to make sure I got my nails done before my trip. Not only that he was so gentle with my nails and always asking if I was ok. It’s so important to have a nail tech who cares. Not only that it was his first day and he did a great job. Will be coming back again with Ryan!

OMMGG if i can give them 100 stars i would. The most professional, loving, and caring place I have ever been too. I have been to several places in Fl and ive never loved the service and outcome of my nails before til I came here. There was no wait they treated me and my mom with so much care we had a paraffin wax gel pedicure and the ladies were beyond amazing I would recommend anyone of them because of how professional they were. The price was worth it, i showed them want i want and they had my vision come to life and my opinion mattered!! in their word you are the boss. I will be coming back every time i come back in town!!!. DEF WORTH IT!!!!! best in Orlando so far in my opinion.

I come to Orlando for an annual sales meeting and refuse to pay the outrageous prices at the Hilton or Waldorf for sub-par work. After scrubbing the Google searches for dip powder nail salons in Orlando I found Windermere last year and came back again this year after a great experience. Angie was very attentive and did a fantastic job on my nails. They know many customers by name and seem to run a quality, efficient business. I’ll be tipping off my other conference goers to get off property and visit this salon.

Co Co is the best at making my boring, ugly toes, beautiful. Try the lemongrass and ginger detox, Volcano crystals, activator, sugar, scrub cream, mask, and massage lotion with collagen that she used on me today for my pedicure.You can choose from six different books of colors. I always get something different. My toes don’t match my nails on my fingers anymore because I like to play around.

My wife went here to get her nails done and had absolutely horrendous service. They stayed late after the time of closing and still the lady couldn’t get it right. After the appointment we called in to get a refund for the nails And during the phone call the representative, or whoever we spoke to on the phone decided to gaslight my wife into making it her problem that she didn’t tell them when she did multiple times that it was wrong. Also, the representative kept telling her to come back in and fix it come back in and fix it and it’s an hour away we can’t find time to drive it. The lady kept making it my wife’s problem telling her she was wrong, telling her that it was her fault that the nails were wrong, telling her that everything was her fault. She was there for a wedding spa day to get her nails done and everything else and came back with a very negative experience and it ruined her nails. The technician was trying to paint on her fingers with nail polish, and on top of that they were very very rude and very sarcastic. Please never ever go here.

Tuesday was my first visit with Andrew I’ve found this salon on Instagram, he did such an amazing job this was the quickest full set I’ve ever had in my entire life I was out in less than 30 minutes he did the shaping so nicely and used excellent quality acrylic power and top coat. I’m so happy to finally find a good nail salon who cares about their quality and products I will definitely be coming back again to see Andrew.

My best friend is on the phone having a mental break down right now due to the bad experience and customer service. her nails were done by a woman named jenny, she chose a picture from THEIR gallery which was a pink to white ombré. the lady said she can do it with no problem and 3 nails in she lost the glitter she was using and switched to a completely different one. 4 of her nails turned out crooked, when she asked ab the glitter the woman started yelling at her. after she was done my friend asked her why it wasn’t blended properly that’s when she told my friend she wasn’t capable of doing an ombré. like i understand if you can’t do it however at least tell her before. my friend doesn’t complain that much we went to dinner and had the worse steak to the point she puked non stop and got food poisoning and she didn’t say anything about that. she has been crying for the past 2 hours that her birthday nails turned out so bad. i really wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. WORST NAIL SALON!!!

Sue did an awesome job on my Christmas nails! Had a vacation nail emergency walk in and was taken care of almost instantly. Front desk staff is kind and helpful too!

Very nice staff and they do good nails but they tell you one thing and then when you get to the register it’s different. I was told the colors I was given was dip powder but then when I got to the register they said it was acrylic power which was way more than regular dip that I wanted. Got plain short almond nails with one sticker on each hand and it was $70. I’ve been going here on and off for years but the way they overcharge even for shape now, not sure I will go back. Thumb was cut, this set was not worth that amount.

Absolutely a JOKE! If you look on one of my toes some dust or nail brush piece was painted over and I pointed it out and he said it was ok! He barely did anything that was described in the pedicure I PAID FOR and did everything in 10 minutes. Barely did anything that was described as part of the treatment and kept messing up w the polish! This is the second time this happens to me and they change $20 extra just for gel aside from the pedicure…now I see why nobody goes there anymore! This place is NOT WORTH IT!

If you want acrylic white toe nails ask for tina she is awesome had a great experience with her she was super sweet and she didn’t use no fake nails these are my natural toe nails I highly recommend her

My friend and I chose the place based on the Google reviews, but we were highly disappointed. It is the worst gel nails service that I ever got!!! The gel started pealing 3 days later. The nail tech was very clumsy, she dropped a bottle of oil and spilled some on my jeans. My friend got a dip set, but it came out so uneven! I do not recommend this place!!!!

I absolutely love this place! With a nail salon on every corner, people think they are all the same but not the case here. Every time I come, I am greeted by several employees and one in particular has gone above and beyond every time. Julie is incredibly thoughtful, always on time and she is happy to come in early or stay late if needed. I usually text her to make an appointment and she always responds immediately. She is mindful of my time as well and while she is very fast, my nails look better than ever. I highly recommend choosing Windermere Nails & Spa, you won’t regret it!

Had to be the worst mani/pedi we have received. Booked an appointment in advanced to have a nice day with my sisters and mother and we all got a mani/pedi. They started my pedi after the other three were done so my tech was rushing through both my services. It was evident in the end because the polish job was awful. My mother’s French polish looked like a botched job. We were not pleased and we all felt like they rushed through our services. We had lunch reservations right after so we didn’t have time to request that they fix the issues. We just paid and left, but we will not be returning.

Had my first service with Julie! She did amazing my nails look great and she really took her time and made sure I loved everything. Go to her if you want a good pedicure!!

I made an appointment with Bao after seeing the great reviews and I came out from my appointment very disappointed. My appointment was at 2pm and I was not seen until after almost 2:40pm. Bao’s apology was “sorry, everyone comes here because we are the best. “ not really an apology but moving on... he then rushed through my nails making them crooked and rough not shaping them into the coffin shape I asked for at all. I have clumps of dried acrylic under my nails from lack of detail and time. My nails look completely unfinished. I would give 0 stars if possible : (

I went to this Salon yesterday, i got a pedi/mani (acrylics). My pedicure was great, the lady who did it was very nice and did a good job. I dont remember her name. For some reason she didnt do my nails even that she said she would so instead this other guy did my nails. Everything was good until that happened. Super unfriendly, didnt smile for a second, made me feel like i was bothering, made me feel NOT welcomed and didnt say goodbye to me when I left (I said goodbye and thank you). My nails are very cute but have some flaws, not perfect. I wont be back to this salon because of his attitude. The salon should get rid of him.

I had an amazing experience here. Staff and communication was amazing. The lady who did my nails was so kind and knew exactly what she was doing and was so polite and respectful. I went here to get my nails done today and I’ve never been more disappointed. First off I told the lady how much my budget was and she kept changing the price telling me it was way over my budget when I got short black French tip and glitter nails and she swore that black French tips were hard to draw, therefore, it was more expensive And I ended up paying $60 in total for short black and glitter French tips in my opinion. I would rather go to a homebase nail salon, knowing the risks then to come here again.

I’ve been here twice. Each time, I walked away with an extremely high bill. The first time when I specifically told them I just want regular acrylics, I was given colored dip powder acrylics only to find out on the 2nd visit that I can’t drastically change the color because the colored dip powder shows through. I would be charged to remove the colored and then would have to get the white dip powder nails (a larger price tag). I later found out this is a money making gimmick. The second time I got a $70 pedicure, which was wonderful, but was charged $20 for gel polish on top of that. My second bill was higher than $150 for a manicure and pedicure!! I’m not happy with my manicure due to the color issue.Albeit, the facilities are clean, the staff is nice & accommodating, and the products are clean. Which is why I gave them 2 stars. I didn’t care at all about the fact that I wasn’t told ahead of time about the colored dip powder turning into a very expensive correction if I choose!!

Terrible experience, avoid at all cost. I wanted a simple manicure and was served by Coco who was antagonistic from the start, chided me when I asked for recommendations and was overall extremely unprofessional. When I expressed concerns about the manicure (uneven nails, nail polish with bubbles and cracks, polish missing in areas), a nail tech with shoulder length straight hair retorted rudely that I did not know what a manicure was. Hah. Mine was a very simple manicure and it was rubbish, imagine if they had to do something more advanced.The receptionist was witness to all this and was horrified herself. She was apologetic and another nail tech Tina, who was lovely, tried to fix what she could but by then the experience had soured and there was no going back. And yes, I was still charged.Many other salons in the area, will never come back to this one.

I give this place 10/10!!! They are always so welcoming and they always know me when I walk in. My nail tech is Tina, I always go in for a spa pedicure and acrylic nails as well as waxing. Such an amazing job and always takes care of me from my badly ingrown nails. But always tells me she will take care of me and does her job, Goes above and beyond. Horrible I will never be back. I asked for French tip and Angie decided she wanted to do white. She didn’t pay attention or listen to what I wanted at all. I wanted white on my toes and good thing I confirmed with the person who did my toes because she told them I wanted French on my toes. The work Angie did was horrible. She literally slapped oil on my cuticle and didn’t rub it in she got up before even finishing my service to help someone else instead of completing my service correctly. Also not even a week later my pink nail lifted and I had to replace the nail my self at home. The work they do here I can do myself at home. A waste of $100. 100% do not recommend if you like your nails done right

I came here for the first time as I was looking for a new nail place. Based on the reviews it looks like Emily was highly recommended, so I made an appointment with her. She was very sweet and kind, however it is certainly not the greatest gel manicure. The color looks very uneven and one of my nails is very bumpy. It looks like she recognized it and tried to fix it but it just doesn’t look good. I also noticed this place does not use the sanitized manicure tool packs that most places use nowadays. This was very surprising. Sadly I’m walking away as a disappointing new customer.

I was referred here by a friend. My first visit was good,The tech did my nails decent with nail art. The second time I made appointment with the same tech and I drove a good distance to get there and the person at the desk told me that the nail tech was not there and they had to leave the nail salon early and that I can come back tomorrow. No one called or text me to let me know that my appointment was canceled. (What’s the point of taking my number for the appointment) I went back the next day for my appointment and the tech rushed on my nails and seemed to have attitude. My nails were shaped horribly and the acrylic was super thick. (My new nail tech had a hard time drilling the acrylics down/off because they were thicker than a snicker) The paint job was uneven and sloppy. For the prices they charge they do not give great service. The nail tech seemed to pick and choose whose nails to do a great job on. The tech was good at nail art but didn’t care much about certain clients. There’s so many great nail techs in Orlando that actually care about each and every client and will go great lengths to make sure you are happy with your nails. Ladies and gents please don’t settle or give your hard earn money to techs that don’t take pride in their craft and who don’t take their profession seriously. Orlando has nail techs that LOVE what they do and will appreciate your business.

I just got my nails done for a wedding with the rest of the bridesmaids and Julie did amazing! I had to wait a little bit since the other girls got pedicures and I didnt, but they provide me a drink, and checked in on me until Julie had finished with her other client. Once we figured out exactly what I wanted it was quick, easy, and she was very gentle. I absolutely love my nails and cant wait to come back!

I really tried to like this place, but my experience here was not the best. The people is really nice, however my pedicure was not the best my husband was complaining about his pedicure as well, but it was our first time so we over look that. I did my manicure a full set with Emily she is really nice however after 3 days 2 of my nails came off just like that and after 5 days the rest kept coming off so I’m not sure if the glue she used was not strong enough, but this never happened to me before usually my manicure last about 3 weeks.

I love getting the pedicures at this spa. Very clean and the techs are great. Coco usually does my Mani Pedi when I remember to call ahead. Walk-ins welcome also. The heated stone, lavender Pedi is so relaxing and medically approved.

I went and got a regular gel manicure today when I was waiting to go to my hair appointment, and WOW. All I have to say is go see Emily. She put so much time and care into each and every nail and even helped me with a combo color that came out amazing! She was extremely gentle on my cuticles and I walked out with no cuts or anything. I cannot remember the last time I went and got my nails done and the lady doing them didn’t rip up my cuticles. Emily is super professional and does an amazing job. You should definitely go see her! The fastest meni and pedi I have ever been to. They were extremely rushing!!! 30 minutes pedicure only 15 minutes, and keep on asking about the colors while I was looking and choosing the color. My daughter nails colorso lumpy, and when I told her, she told me because the nail polish has sparkles, so look like lumpy. Bad experience, I checked reviews, and I didnt believe it since most of the clients gave 5 stars, but now I believe it, I shouldve given 1 star however my nail colors that I chose look nice on me so I gave 2 stars for that.

Tina is the real MVP. I am from charlotte and my family and I were on our way to Disney world for a week. I woke up our morning of travel with a very obvious ingrown toenail and the area was pulsating. I knew if I didn’t get it taken care of I wouldn’t be able to walk all week at the parks. I have had multiple traumatizing experiences with ingrown toenails so this is a huge source of anxiety for me. I googled profusely “ingrown toenail removal” for salons along our route from charlotte to Orlando. I needed to know a name and I needed their help. Well I found a review on Tina and was able to book an appointment same day. The review stated she took care of horrible ingrowns and the review was accurate. Tina knew exactly what she was doing and took care of the problem. It hurt and that poor chair was covered in sweat after I got up but tina removed the issue and assured me in two days I would feel much better. Tina was as good as her word and her previous google review. So thankful for her expertise and kindness. Her assurance and confidence gave me peace that she had handled it and I would be good as new. I haven’t been to Windermere Nails and Spa since they remodeled when they were named Luxury Nails and Spa, but wow! What a surprise! Andrew was super. Despite closing at 5 due to the holiday (Labor Day), I came in at 4ish, he was more than happy to do both a mani and a pedi for me. He did such an excellent job. I had the absolute best experience anyone could ask for when entering a salon. I was happily greeted by the staff and received my services right away. I usually do a ballerina (rounded coffin) nail design but this time I wanted the oval shaped nails. My nail tech was Andrew, who effortlessly did a flawless application of my powder, shape and design. I had no worries of the finish product as his technique was swift yet precise. After my nail application I received my Olive spa pedicure. It was the most peaceful & relaxing pedicure that I have had in quite some time. With serene music and an elegant ambiance the attentive pedicure was the icing on an already delightful cake. I highly recommend this salon and all staff as my mother and grandma also received prompt and excellent service while visiting with me. Horrible experience. I took my daughter here for a mother-daughter day afternoon and had the worst pedicure. First off, I was burned TWICE. The water was incredibly hot and thank goodness the girl doing my daughters pedi noticed and cooled it off. Then when they come with the hot towel, she just threw it on my legs, burning me again. I mean the towel was literally steaming. She left like dusty white stuff on my feet. Did not pay attention to my heels and this is where it went from bad to worse - the GEL nail polish peeled right off just 8 hours later! I will never go back, nor refer anyone to this place either.

I used to come to this nail salon frequently years ago. However, at my most frequent visit, I was incredibly disappointed by the service I received. Not only were my services rushed, but the nail technician also only did 1 coat of polish on my fingers and left nail polish on my hands without cleaning it with remover. Whats worse, she smudged my nails and then had the nerve to blame me for it. I actually left in tears because of how rude the technician was to me. Throughout my visit, she also kept commenting about how terrible my nails looked and how they would only look good if I chose the gel option which is more expensive and I, as a full time student, cannot afford. Additionally, she kept buffing my finger until the point of bleeding. It was very painful. Ultimately, once I got home, I ended up having to repaint my nails immediately because of how bad they looked when I left this salon. Safe to say, I have no intentions on returning here because of how poor and unprofessional the service was. I very rarely post reviews to Google, but my experience was so traumatizing and upsetting that I had to leave feedback.

This place did an amazing job on my nails! They were done very quickly with precision and looked very nice! I came back about a month later to just have my nails removed, and was unhappy with the fact that they simply ripped the nails off of my fingers. It was painful and damaging to my nails. The reason I go back to a salon to remove the nails is to avoid having them ripped off. I would highly recommend this place to get your nails done or redone, but if you have the same preference of nail removal as I do, this may not be the place for you.

This is the only salon I will go to in the area! After moving to the area and trying a couple different places, it was an easy decision. I always have a great experience here and love the way my nails come out! I have my nails done by Bao and he has done so many different styles and designs for me! We both had the Pearl Spa Pedicure with hot stone massage and paraffin treatment with gel polish. My sister was thrilled with the perfect French pedicure Hana did on her toes. Tran did a top notch job on my matching nude mani/pedi. Both technicians performed the treatments gracefully and with experienced care. My 3 other friends and I walked in to receive services. Myself, a pedicure and my 2 other friends, pedicures + full set acrylics. We were immediately attended to and the staff was very friendly. Our nails came out perfect. It was much needed relaxation before our trip!

We used to go here all the time. The people were nice and welcoming. It’s not like that anymore! The last two times we went, they all seemed like we inconvenienced them by coming in. They also kept turning the menu to the $80 pedicures that we both turned down and they kept turning it back saying it was the best. The last time we went, the two ladies cut our toes in multiple places and were bleeding and they ladies didn’t even apologize. Our toes literally hurt the next day! This was our last visit here. Everything is extra. The heels are $5.00 with a grater and massaging to the knees is extra. They do the hot towel on the calves. A normal pedicure is $30.00 plus a 20% tip. That was $36.00. With extras and tip would’ve been $48.00. Men don’t get polish. This place has 15 expensive chairs and 4 staff sitting outside, place empty. They need to rethink their pricing. Expensive Mephisto shoe store out of business. Think about that…

I had Julie who was amazing she did eyebrow threading a d did a. Amazing job.My brows were so uneven and she work’s her magic and they are perfect 👍She also did a polish change in my toes and they looks greatHighly recommend Julie

The staff is very good job at doing my nails. I had the dipping powder and she helped me pick the right colour and shape for me.
