Loved spa at The Four Seasons. I tried the honey body treatment, felt wonderful. The room has a shower so you do not need to leave and go back. The have plenty of amenities, so you get the full spa experience. Jacuzzi spa, experience shower equipped with music, lights and water show for your body.. Steam room, cold treatment. Snacks and drinks.. beautiful place. Definitely going back
I went there to get my children a princess makeover for my daughters birthday it was 150 I didn’t do the princess option it was supposed to be like the bipity bopity boutique it was far from it my kids kept being told to be quiet what I under stand but there was other people being loud In there I felt as if they rushed threw my children’s services as a hair salon I would have assumed even a fully slicked back bun no they put my daughters hair up without brushing and you could see the bun sponge threw her hair I also offered to brush threw it the glitter they used was craft glitter and is now stuck in my children’s scalp I don’t know if your thinking of doing this don’t bother I was rushed out within 20 minutes for two kids for 150 a child without a dress photos attached where of my children’s hair 1 hour after it was done they offered me 20% back from there service
Local Orlando resident. The entire massage was extremely rushed and the deep tissue could not have been any lighter. The men’s spa steam room didn’t work and the women’s steam room didn’t work or the jacuzzi. That should definitely be told upon booking
I had the most amazing vitamin drip. I felt fantastic afterwards. I had no problem doing non-stop theme parks and family vacation adventures for 2 weeks in Orlando. Normally I would have had aches and pains. John gave me a custom blend and Im honestly considering flying back to Orlando for another one.... it was that good!
Booked a deep tissue massage for my husband’s birthday and said he had the BEST massage he ever had! He got home and he was raving about Tammy and how he loves her lol The thing is he is 6’4 and weighs 265lbs does a lot of working out, and we could never find someone to give him a good deep tissue massage. So thank you Tammy! 💕
My wife and myself, and another couple we were vacationing with spent our last day at the spa. It was a wonderful experience. The massage was relaxing. The amenities including the steam room, hot tub, and shower facilities were also nice. Valet parking was validated. Although the spa was pricey, we enjoyed the visit and would recommend to others.
I love this place. Les who did my massage was amazing. The only thing is there is construction going on.I would wait until after because theres a lot of things closed in the experience wasnt quite the same.
Top drawer service. On time. Ultra friendly. Clean. Luxurious. Complimentary bottled water, lounge area stay as long as you like, showers that make music based on your mood, hot tub, everything you need. Received a facial from Alysha and it was fabulous. I would come here again just to experience this again! Great job Four Seasons! Enzyme facial $205. Add one $25. You get what you pay for😌
Gorgeous location for a day of relaxation and pampering. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. The dressing area is clean and comfortable, the waiting area is cosy and serene. The zero gravity couches in the sun room are perfect after a service. The steam room and hot tub are also a nice touch along with the loungers outside. You could spend the whole day here and feel like you just got there. Highly recommend it.
I take my family here quite often. Out of all of us the person who enjoys it the most is my 14 month old baby
Excellent services in a serene environment. The locker rooms need updating and the spa could benefit from better access to food for day visitors (not allowed to eat at Capa, no spa restaurant, room service that can be delivered is slow and limited). But I am exceptionally happy with the facials so I go and go and go and go. I appreciate the fireplaces in the main waiting room, the curtaining for privacy in that room, and the zero gravity relaxation chairs in the Zen room. The tea and snacks are thoughtfully selected - good quality and healthful.
Second time going to this spa and it was just good as the first time (almost a year ago to the date). Our usual spa is the Senses spa at Saratoga springs but as it is still closed, we tried this spa and did not regret it. Has nice amenities to enjoy prior or after services (hot tub, sauna, “experiences” shower etc). We had a couples massage and classic pedicures; both were top notch so it makes the price tag not as jarring. 10/10 recommend and would come again.
Bippity boppity boutique is still closed in the aftermath of Covid, and 4 seasons is taking full advantage of the opportunity to provide this experience, which is absolutely fine. HOWEVER, to charge more and do much less is not fine. I wanted my daughter to get to do this, but now that I know what’s Included I wish I hadn’t. The lady that did it was nice enough, but for $310 (plus tip, details to come) it just wasn’t worth it. We were probably there 25 minutes, we went straight to magic kingdom from there, the dress was torn in two places before we got there, everything was just lower quality and not what I had in mind. But the icing on the cake was the expectation of a tip for the full amount. I fully expected to tip, but we were asked to tip the $310 dollar amount. I didn’t realize we would be expected to tip the cost of merchandise, which I did not appreciate. Even after I asked a couple of times, it was presented to me as if I was expected to do so, so I did. The quality and experience just did not fit the price, so I cannot recommend the kids royal treatment experience to other parents on a vacation that is sure to be expensive enough already. Four seasons is super nice though, the resort is beautiful. If you happen to see this review, please contact me.
I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience getting my hair cut at the Salon with Alejandra. I was booked for an hour long haircut, which they called a few hours before to push back 15 minutes, no big deal. I was told my time would not be affected. From the time I sat down in the chair to the time I checked out, it was less than 30 min. About a 5 minute wash, 10 minute cut, and 10 minute blow dry. I have longer hair thats incredibly thick and I dont think Ive ever had a haircut last less than an hour. The whole thing felt incredibly rushed, with no care involved. I was shocked at the level of service considering they charge $145. I unfortunately will never be returning and Id recommend you spend your money at a real salon that will give you the time you are paying for.
Front Desk staff professional and attentive. The service was lovely. What was surprising was allowing one of the guests to conduct business via cel and computer in the waiting area. Even after bringing it to an attendants attention - nothing was done. Not my idea of a relaxing time with the chatter and tapping of computer keys. Will not return.
Eucalyptus steam room was EVERYTHING! My body felt so great! Such a beautiful spa! The lounge with the tea and little complimentary treats was sweet. A very serene and cozy experience. Everything was very convenient and easy, from the showers to the locker cabinets, and the bathroom supplies also available for use. Beautiful modern decor and fireplaces in the lounge. Loved the outdoor seating as well. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. A truly wonderful place :)
We paid $300 for a royal makeover for my daughter and $50 for the knight makeover for my son. To say I’m disappointed is a complete understatement. They are NOT good with kids, get annoyed and frustrated quickly with younger kids (almost 4) the “designer crystal wand” is literally a plastic gold wand from the dollar store. The “bracelet” looks to be a hand made bracelet with the word princess on it. My son whose service was $50 was in the chair for a maximum of 10 minutes. Glitter just kind of dumped on his head. Thinking this would be a magical experience for them and it was the opposite. I cannot BELIEVE the horrible quality and horrible experience we had for this price. I will not be visiting here again.
Took my mother for a facial together for Mothers Day. We are Orlando locals and regularly go to the Ritz for spa treatments and normally eat lunch by the pool their after our treatments. Notably their online spa home page has a picture of a person floating in a pool. After our facials we headed out to the pool to order lunch and catch up. When we sat down to order lunch we were asked for a room number and told the attendant we were spa guests. We were then told that the pool was only for resort guests and asked to leave. I asked if any exception could be made as these were our Mothers Day plans, to no avail. I wanted to cry as this was both embarrassing and disappointing (we were in our bathing suits). Four Seasons does not see you as a guest worthy of sitting by their pool for an hour even after dropping $800 in their spa. Just all in really poor taste. I am not sure why spa guests are not recognized as valued enough guests to sit by the pool and pay them more money for lunch! I would never dream of having an issue like this and the experience quite frankly ruined my day. It’s an interesting policy for a five star hotel in the “hospitality” world especially when it doesn’t match industry/competitor’s standards. We will not be back and will just stick with the Ritz. *Rebuttal* regarding photos of a pool: please look at the spa check in iPads viewable when guests have completed intake information. 100% a photo of the pool, not a hot tub. Misleading and inaccurate.
The massage is beyond amazing. However I feel like the overall experience is lacking . We had a worker at the spa tell us we can’t go to the Pool area because we weren’t staying at the hotel (yet every high end hotel I know allows you to benefit from the Pool area as well after a spa treatment) that made me feel unwelcome . Also I wish they had access to drinks while relaxing at the spa . They only had water.
THE WORST MONEY IVE EVER SPENT! I was purchasing a $600 gift card as a birthday gift. Since I do not live in the area I called the spa a couple times to get detailed run down of what is included in the facial. It was a $330 facial and I wanted to make sure I was getting my money’s worth. I had to call more than once because the people I spoke to gave me such vague information. Finally I explained to the girl that I was paying a lot for the treatment and her answers where not satisfactory. So she put me In Touch with an esthetician.the esthetician told me that after a skin assessment, they would perform the steps for the facial, I asked if they would be able to recommend products based on the skin assessment as this line biologique recherche is very pricey and covers a lot of skin concerns so it would be hard to just guess. The brand themselves tell you not to guess but to get a professional assessment. She assured me they did all that. She also told me that you would be able to enjoy other rooms while you were there, jacuzzi, zero gravity, etc so we were prepared to make a day of it!Needless to say, the experience was not any of that. It was so impersonal. My mother was not given a skin assessment, they did not give her any feedback on products, they did not even tell her what rooms she can enjoy afterward. On top of that they ended up taking money off her gift card for a massage they ended up cancelling. And then not even mentioning it for several days. What a nightmare! I was soooo disappointed that I spent so much money and was given such poor poor service. I DONOT recommend this place to anyone. They are definitely not in the customer satisfaction business.
Brittany was wonderful and so so helpful. She is the best! She told us everything about the spa and even showed us around herself and answered all our questions. I was having a tough day but Brittany made it so much better. I am so happy to have discovered this wonderful spa. If you’re hesitating, don’t, just do it, I promise you will not be disappointed. It is the definition of luxury, tranquility and relaxation.
They cancelled my hair appointment with less than 24 hours notice, which was incredibly inconvenient, as I had already arranged child care and it was right before the holidays. They only offered an apology for the inconvenience, there was no offer to fit me in with someone else or squeeze in appointment within the next few days. I expect more from a spa at a 5-star hotel. They are also very hypocritical as they have a cancellation policy where you are charged a portion of the service if you dont provide a certain amount of notice, but they wont offer you anything if they cancel on you.
Absolutely amazing experience. We got a couples massage. Dont waste your time going to massage envy or hand and stone. Thank you for going above and beyond for my wife and I! We will be back.
Although we did not stay at the hotel we booked spa services as Florida Residents. To our disappointment we were NOT allowed to use the pool following our services. We were turned away and told it’s only for hotel guests. I thought this couldn’t be true... shockingly every manager said the same thing. To compare for future guests- Ritz Carlton has an adult pool for all guests to enjoy and grab lunch. Here at FSOrlanso-spa guests can over look a pond! Overall extremely disappointed in the customer service.
Sweetest service for my children- Belle of the Ball and Knight. My kids looked excellent, felt wonderful, and all the staff were exceptionally sweet!! Loved this!!!
My husband and I have been here several times and it’s always an amazing experience. We live in Orlando and will be back many times!
I’ve tried this spa twice. The 1st time the massage was ok, not great. 2nd time, next day I woke up and I can’t even turn my head all the way to the left.. I will not be going back.
One of best spas in orlando hands down. So relaxing and it feels like you have stepped away to a little oasis of peace and calm.
Fantastic experience! The spa was extremely beautiful and clean. Had a very relaxing time.
Beautiful atmosphere and superior customer service
