Used to come here all the time but not anymore, sold a half empty leaking cart and when you go back in 10 minutes later they make you buy a new one for their mistake? Makes ZERO sense. Go to chronic guru instead, its worth the drive and good prices, oh and they wont try to scam you which is nice :)

This shop is amazing and has so many surprising finds with literally 100s of items. Reminds me of my many dinnings at the Bubble Room on Sanibel/Captiva Island with so many things to that will catch your eye. Direct your interests and questions to Schuyler he can answer all questions and demonstrate the function of the item or items that peek your interest. If they dont have what you could be looking for, they will do their best to find it for you. A big thank you to Schuyler for directing me and showing me items I was interested in.

I gave a five star review on this establishment, but then this event happened. I bought a few items, and although the previous purchases went perfectly, this one didnt and left a sour taste.I got some vape carts that were marketed as CCELL but were the furthest thing from that. They were cheap plastic and missing a central component. I went to a different store to get them, with the intention of returning them, because it was obvious what the problem was. Mistakes happen. But they just offered store credit, and not even a discount. The clerks were great but Jay the manager was the one who said this.It wasnt that much money, but the principle of it all is the sticking point. I shouldnt have to get store credit for a store that sold me some obvious junk. Im skeptical about all of their pieces now, so much sure you do your research. Also, prices have gone up quite a bit. They also offer items for reviews in the store so do with that what you will.

I went in today and devin helped me out. He is spot on in product knowledge and super sweet. Devin really takes time to explain the products in depth. Also the other few times I’ve gone Maddy has helped me out so much. All around they have a great and knowledgeable staff.

Jake and mike were amazing. I’ve been searching for certain items for months but didn’t know what was the best option and they took the time to understand what i was looking for and delivered exactly that. And most importantly, the store was fully a great vibe! Fully recommend

Choosing this store was an incredibly positive experience. I came in with a friend looking for a glass pipe to give as a gift. The selection was so good that we were in front of the case for a good while, especially when we were told they were on sale for bogo 50% off, and Kim patiently showed us each one we were interested in and made helpful suggestions. Austin was also in the shop and helped me select an inexpensive herb grinder, even checking to make sure I received the one in the best shape, putting aside one with a too tight lid, and threw in a pouch to keep it in. They were so friendly, Ill definitely be back.

I went to the E. Colonial location (11039 E Colonial Dr, 32817) around 3/7/19 and I needed a specific product. It was a bit last minute on my end due to a time crunch but I had a loose idea of what I needed (stage set).When I got there, I met the closing employee there, Litza, and upon meeting her I was greeted QUICKLY and then shown perhaps the BEST customer service/shopping experience that Ive ever had (enough for me to write about it). After I mentioned what I was (kinda) looking for, she brought me on a short and informative tour involving not only the perfect product for what I needed but also a range of other similar, alternative products that would also be interested in.Not only did she help me with EXACTLY what I needed, but she also made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I have to credit you for the people youre hiring: theyre knowledgeable, kind and VERY helpful (particularly Litza).THANK YOU DEARLY,NEW repeat customer

Bought 2 thco carts. Never had an issue with cartridges. Smoked these and within 4 days, and now I have an itching sensation in my lung. My throat was scratchy last night and I coughed up a dark mucus in the shower. They’re obviously awful carts, not sure if they’re fake but I’d recommend people stay away from this place.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have a huge selection for whatever youre looking for. Bought a Davinci IQ from there and it was DOA. Brought it back, they tested it out and promptly switched it out for me. Prices are definitely great; no more than the price you pay online

Clayton was a great help, shattered a piece and even though I didn’t even know the size, I definitely got the hook up! Will be returning :)Update: within 2 hours, the slider to the bowl FELL off. Within 16 hours, the bowl was placed on a glass table, tipped over, and shattered. $14 on a broken bowl when the one I was replacing was $10 and supposedly poorer quality. Will not being returning and left a review for free stickers, a $14 refund would be cool.

My experience at Climax smoke shop was definitely a great one. The service here is great as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and you are treated as if you are family. This shop is inexpensive which is great when you dont want to spend a lot l. I highly recommend this shop!

Climax is one of my favorite smoke shops. Their employees are always nice and can help you out with anything needed to know about their products. Keanu always helps me out and is so great about it.

This place is absolutely terrible. The staff has only gotten worse. I bought a pack of stigs and they sold me a deceptive product. The stigs tasted burnt and could barely hit. I asked if I could exchange them or get a refund and they would not allow it, despite being a loyal customer at that shop since 2014. This is not the first time they have sold me a deceptive pack of stigs. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

Every time I walk into the shop, there is always someone to help me find exactly what Im looking for in a matter of seconds. Very clean and Ive never experienced any juvenile nonsense because everyone is I.D.d as they enter. The service never makes you feel rushed to buy and will give you honest opinions to help you leave feeling great about your purchase. Climax is my go to for all my smoker needs.
