Very organized smoke shop with proper display with a wonderful selection customer service deserves more than 5 stars. Staff are so friendly, you must visit the shop if youre in the Orlando area. I will definitely pass by there if I ever visit again. from the uae ✈️ 👌

Been here a couple times but they just brought in more items. Hands down one of the most stocked shops I’ve been to and their flower selection is great! Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to.

Top shelf, i got too much ego but i have to say i wont be calling anyone from the streets. Dzone is the spot to go for your flowers guys cut the bs they have all kind of varieties and crazy deals. Big thanks to Amen big help that guy knows about flowers just listen yo him and say Amen 🙏🏻😂

Unprofessional owners when it comes employment. False advertisement when it comes to buying flower they make us lie and say it’s pure THC when it’s thc-a and delta combined. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SMOKE SHOP! Stay away they would fire you without a warning instead of advising and telling you what you’re doing wrong.

This place is terrible, I came here earlier today and decided to buy a vape. the guy had asked me what kind of flavor I was looking for so I had told him and he recommended me one. I opened it and tried it and was not satisfied with the flavor at all. He had then proceeded to say that he wouldn’t exchange the vape for a different one nor did not want to give me a refund. I am very unsatisfied with this customer service. Every smoke shop that I have ever been to has always willingly been able to exchange the flavor to ensure customer satisfaction. DO NOT COME TO THIS SMOKE SHOP. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS AND WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT HOW FLAVORS TASTE JUST TO MAKE A SALE.

Tons of products and a knowledgeable salesman at the counter, who if I didnt have a vacation budget would have had me on the hook for more cool products. Best smoke shop I’ve been to by far

By far the best vape shop. After a full day of travel with my wife and finally making it to our destination, I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness that was given to me last night trying to get a vape for my wife. As someone who is not familiar with Florida I was welcomed with the same respect and courtesy as I would have been if I was a regular here. Highly recommend and if I am ever back in the area I will always stop by for their vape products.

I have so many problems with them, always buy more than 3 and some ones have a problem, I back to the store in the next day, but they dont chage to other, and this is no fair.I really dont recommend them.

I came in with a game plan on what I needed to make my visit to Orlando the best possible (or so I thought) . After talking with a great guy named Sam that worked there for a minute he helped work out an even better plan. So far its worked out fantastically. All I can say about this shop is they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have a great selection of everything. Will be going back next time Im in town.

Open till 11:00 pm or midnight sometimes. They got the newest smokes and vapes plus bomb flowers . Usually at good prices. Fluctuate. Oh and the cutest BONGs I’ve seen in a minute. Mady made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. No pressure to buy anything I asked to see

Girlfriend bought two vapes here for their “deal” we get outside and she hits one of them and the vape keeps firing, so we return 10 minutes later. The employee had us wait there for 10 minutes while he text his boss who offered us a 20 percent discount for a faulty product to buy another vape. I was upset so he texted him again, now 50 percent off.So we bought a broken product for 20 dollars and found out 10 minutes later and the owner is so parsimonious he couldn’t satisfy a customer and just give us one that works?I respectfully showed my frustration and the worker responded “your not the one who bought the vape why are you even mad”Because I don’t like seeing my girlfriend or anyone get ripped offNever going back again. Terrible customer service.
