I’ve been recently coming to this shop simply because they have everything you need or desire, they offer discounts if you sign up for there rewards, the employee working there will help you out with any needs. Honestly the only smoke up that has any brand and if they don’t have what you looking for they’ll for sure make sure they’ll have it next time. Recommending for anything one looking for a one stop shop.
There are vape shops everywhere & certainly shops that are closer to my home/work, but THIS one is the only one I have preferred. For me its worth driving just a bit out of my way for a cool, comfy, clean shop, helpful & friendly staff, & also points you can collect & stack up for some savings. This smoke shop had to be my first ever review because of the quality and customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jake B. when I entered the store on 2-16-23. Very well informed along with providing great customer service to myself, but also the other patrons that entered when I was there. It’s not a big shop but it makes up for the it that in high quality products and prices that aren’t marked up like other smoke shops. This is a shop I would recommend if you’re in Orlando.

They sold me a product that has flaws on it and when I came back a day later they just said ohh well. Thats how all of them are. They knowing sell bad items. Unlike some smoke shops that I have been to which project a convenience store/gift shop aspect , I SMOKE OUTLET on Orange Blossom Trail, has a more relaxed ambiance which, after making my first purchase there about seven years ago, keeps me returning.The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell which is extremely instrumental when deciding what product you want to purchase.But also helpful and caring !Case in point: I was returning a device to Jake because I was having problems with it. It turned out that I had made a simple mistake whensetting the device up which ultimately damaged it. Jake could have negotiated a discount price for a replacement but, instead, he replaced the damaged device free of charge.Great customer service!

This store is by far THE BEST iSmoke outlet in Orlando! The Best and most selection I’ve seen. All the staff is for the most friendly but Jake takes the Hospitality to a whole new level. I’ve been going to this location for Over the past two years and everytime Jake is working he Always takes the time no matter how many customers are in the store. Today I went in and Jake was with a customer about 5 or so minutes but you don’t mind waiting because Jake is that way with every customer. I have owned my own business for over 20 years and to find a representative to treat your customers the way you’d want them to be treated is almost impossible. Not with Jake, in fact the only complaint I have is never knowing the days he’s off. As I mentioned all the staff is friendly and accommodating but definitely not Jake.Thanks to Jake for going over and beyond customer Satisfaction!!Definitely 5 STARS!

Been a year, since I posted my Review. Usually, I am greeted by (Owner) and very knowledgeable. But, I went back to pickupmore supplies. And went to the back of the store. Looking around, and was NEVER asked if I needed help😞! The Guy never asked me anything.Just stood by the cash register.
Once you go, you will never go to another shop again. Jake’s customer service is unmatched and always makes sure you are taken care by of. They stay getting in new products which helps a lot and if they don’t have it always ask because usually they will get it in if they don’t already have it! Got my peak pro from them and won’t go to another shop but them because I know Jake will always make sure I’m squared away. Also for my fellow vets, let them know and they will give you a little vet discount to help you out. Good customer service stands out these days and exactly why I tell my friends to go to Ismoke and ask for Jake. You won’t be disappointed!

There are lots of vape shops around town but I will drive out of my way to make sure I get my vape supplies here! They are the best in town by a mile! They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called this shop this morning out of desperation looking for pods for another device. Jake was very apologetic for not having these pods, though I didnt buy the device from them. But Jake went above and beyond. So I took my happy self to their store on O.B.T and purchased another device and juice. As a matter of fact Jake had the device waiting on the counter for me. He did have another customer there when I got there, so I waited patiently as when its my turn I like to have all of my questions answered. He didnt rush the ladies before me, and they seemed happy when they left.Now it was my turn and he was very, very informative. Which anymore is not the case when you go into a lot of the smoke shops. He was super patient with me looking for a specific flavor that I just am crazy about. They dont carry it but we got very close to it.As for the device that originally had me searching, I asked him if he would consider getting the pods for that, that would make me be a life long customer !! Lol I do plan on making this my go to, would probably only go to another store just for my Juicy apple as I am addicted to it !! I also plan on bringing my adult daughter here as well so she can now also become a customer. We have a pretty large group that vapes and I will be encouraging them to shop here from now on.Jake was amazing, his knowledge and explanation of what I was purchasing was top notch. Stopped here a couple of weeks ago because my old regular shop closed for the Rona and it was the most convenient one for me that was still open.Great selection, fantastic prices, friendly and knowledgeable shopkeeper, and a loyalty program. Nice selection but product line turnover is high preventing you from finding replacement parts or attachments. I was a customer since 2015 and this has happened numerous times after Ive purchased gear. It is never that they were out of stock rather they discontinued product line. 2019 marks the year I take my business elsewhere.
Love The Shop. Great Value in Juice. 3 Stars cause last few visits have been downers and this is the only shop Ive ever gotten a mod in that lasted less than 7 days! Ive been coming here cause Jake is knowledgeable and helpful and can sale the products, does a killer job. Last few times Ive been here unfortunately coming in outside of his hours thus my experience has been diminished. Nothing against other guys working they just arent as good at offering insights or advice as Jake when it comes to vaping. Additionally, vape batteries they carry are a disappointment as well, and they refuse to carry any higher end ones. They got tanks for vapes but lately I cant get coils for those tanks here. Its a hit or miss relationship with this shop. Have to experience for yourself. This is just my 3 star 🌟 opinion.

Best vape shop I have found throughout Orlando! This is the only shop I have been able to find the proper replacement pods for my device at this store. I use a Geekvape One which I had purchased from another shop that rarely carries the pods. Coincidentally, that shop sold me the Geekvape because they no longer carried pods for my Caliburn A2. Luckily, I found the iSmoke Outlet where they have done everything possible to ensure replacement pods are available whenever I come in! Thank You!!!

The best one stop shop for vape supplies. Been buying pods, coils and juice from the Altamonte Springs location for years. This location in Orlando is always well stocked with an incredible variety of devices, pods, coils and juice. No other vape stores near by even come close to the variety of vaping supplies as iSMOKE OUTLET. Great rewards program. If you buy vape juice/coils/etc locally then I highly recommend you sign up for their rewards program to earn points on purchases. Just uses your phone number and is quick, easy and worth the time. I get a free coil every other time I stop by here or if I save up a few more a free 30mL/60mL bottle of juice.They can be busy and typically only have 1 person working during normal business hours, so just prepare to wait patiently if you have someone there who is new to vaping or doesnt know exactly what they are there for. Its pretty standard for vape shops to have those customers in the store asking about every device or juice flavor they have, so just accept that part of your shopping experience. Id rather wait 10 or even 20 minutes knowing that someone is transitioning from cigarettes to vaping, because thats what I did and it changed my life forever. Quit smoking cigarettes 2-3 years ago and iSMOKE Outlet was honestly one of the most important parts of that incredible change. My health has improved dramatically. His vape device/tank/pod knowledge wasnt tip top on the lesser known about devices and such, but they release so many new variations constantly, so understandable. Got charged for an extra coil, but caught it before I pulled out of parking spot and just walked back in and had him give me one more to make things simple. Retail coils/pods/juice cost quite a bit, so $5 coils add up. Thats why I went diy and low maintenance. High reliability kylin m pro tank. Wick once every 2 months. So its essentially free to vape for me. Feel bad for new to vape vapers spending a small fortune trying to get off the cigs with how unreliable coils and pods can be. Hope yall find what works for you and is reliable!

I purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of products from this shop. Its very nice store the guys seem very nice, However I purchased a Kangertech ipow2 and i had for less then 2 weeks and it stopped charging. I took it back to see how they could help me and they blamed me! they said he couldnt do anything except sell me something else at a discounted price. This product cost me around $100 including some oil to go with it. i spent money in the store and wanted nothing more than a product that work properly. Called in to find a specific modnpod. They had it. The first place in Orlando that carries it. Dylan, I do believe his name was, was fantastic and helped me out. Within minutes I was reconnected to some sweet nicotine. Id recommend them as they have a great quantity of quality products.

Terrible. They act like they are your best friend. Upon purchase my fiance even exchanged phone numbers with the salesman. My fiance Bought a 100 dollar plus vape for me. Used it once and it leaked my cbd oil 1000mg valued at $140. I attempted to exchange it and was offered a 10% discount on my next vape pen. Very disappointed
This place is as good as it gets. Went shopping with my daughter and granddaughter and I needed filters for my e-cig and my daughter said there was a new shop on OBT so lets stop and check it out. We went in and the gentleman did not have what I needed but said it was out of style and I would not fine it anywhere but I told him I was going to go to the place that sold it to me, and low and behold he was right. The lady where I got it from said they did not have it anymore. Now I have bought several just to fine out no longer in stock. We went back to the one on OBT and the gentleman was so friendly and helpful and honest and help in in purchasing one that I am so very pleased with. He let me try several flavors and I even bought three at a very good price and he even gave me one free. This is the only place that I will go from now on.

First and foremost, I have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy at ismoke outlet. They have the lowest pricing on all vape products including these devices and the juices itself. the number one experiences that I have encountered are dealing with a young man by the name of Dylan. Dylan is very very knowledgeable and he listens to what you are needing and he doesnt try to just sell you anything he sells you what he thinks you would absolutely love. He is in tune with the promotions and make sure that you enter your phone number so you receive the reward discounts at the register when you period. I think Dylan customer service skill set should be the training model for all customer service in all vape stores. I wish it was that easy and actually ismoke outlet could use Dylan and actually market his outstanding abilities four other smoke shops to come in and just observe how good he really is. I know this is getting a little off path however I think you get i catch my drift with how impressive Dylan is and how much I thoroughly enjoy ismoke outlet. Ismoke outlet deserves 10 Stars. Stay away from Golden whatever it is on John Young and Americana overpriced and absolutely ridiculous.

Great place clean lots of assortment the guy that help me pic a juice let me try multiple juices before buyingbonly downside the white guy there was very rude saying we had to many people there it was five of us as a working crew we spent a total of 250.00 while there on juices n mod kits n the white guy almost ruined that buy his nasty rude comments but the color guy was very very awesome an patient with helping us
