This is the best vape store. Customer service is great. Wide variety of vape juice, vapes and CBD. You are not just another customer but a friend. After you purchase 10 vape juices you receive a free bottle. I will not shop anywhere else. Top Grade Vapors is the best. I highly reccomend this place. You will not be disappointed.

I cant express enough how amazing the young man who works there is! Although I have been in there several times this particular time I went in there I was looking for something different so I was taking up a lot of his time asking a lot of questions going through a lot of products with him he was very patient super friendly answered all my questions and had no problem taking as much time as he needed with me.... It is sad in todays world a lot of people will take the time out to write a nastyreview when they had a bad experience and that is fine however why cant people when they have good experiences take the time to write a nice review for the people who did their job and acted the way they should. Anyway I just wanted to take the time to write this review to say how amazing my experience was in the store, with the products and with customer service I highly recommend it. Fantastic line of house juice, and exceptional quality at that. If you want high quality good juice, I recommend you check this place out. They have great customer service and will work with you on learning and whatever else you need. They will do simple repairs, only thing is they can not warranty something that was a user error. So be careful with your stuff! If you drop it they can’t get you a new one from the warranty on it.

Best place to get all smoking needs

The store has two types of juice in multiple flavors and strengths. They carry a smaller selection of tanks, units and cartridges/atomizers. Their prices are the best compared to most stores. They offer a customer loyalty program which has saved me a ton of money. The staff is first class. They remember my name and what I am coming in for. They are the true reason I keep coming back. Parking can be a hassle.

Anyone complaining about the pricing here are probably the same people who buy $5 juices at a gas station. You get what you pay for here! They have a decent selection of juices here but they are all quality products! They might have a smaller selection of rigs but it’s quality over quantity at Top Grades. Bought a geekvape Vape here and it’s the best quality vape I’ve ever bought! They are a small local business and the great staff sets that tone with helpfulness and a good overall attitude. Great rewards program you can’t get with some of the larger shops around. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in for my first time on April 9th and was very impressed. While the selection is not as large as some other shops they still have a nice variety of flavors to choose from. The CBD selection also seemed plentiful however I did not investigate it to much. Speaking to bill, the owners son, I learned that they make all of their flavors in house in the Kennett square location which is incredibly rare to find. Bill was also very knowledgeable about their products as well as various topics involved in vaping and taught me quite a few things as I’m not heavily involved in it. While the prices are higher than shopping online I found that between the great conversation I had with bill, the awesome rewards program they have, the quality of the vape juice and it being a locally owned family business it is well worth the money to shop here and I will be stopping in for every vape need I have.

Pretty nice. Juices are top grade, but the pens and accessories are hit or miss. You gotta be willing to spend big if you want a nice pen or something.

Cashier was very informative and helpful about cbd products. Helped pick a great flavor because they didnt carry my usual.

Poor Selection of juices, coils, tanks, and mods. BUT, I do like the juices they do sell. They have several good flavors and the staff are really nice.

I was in need of some juice and found this place on Google. A little pricey but convenient.

Small shop, rude employees and very small selection with kind of crappy vape juice. I stopped going here and started going to Wesleys. Im probably never going back.

Prices are outrageous. Rather than tell you sorry, we dont have what you need, theyll sell you what you dont. Just buy online.
