Fall Spa Massage

I just got back from my first visit to Fall Spa Massage. I had a WONDERFUL massage by Lisa, who did a great job on my tight muscles, and when she would hear me utter a sigh or anything, she was sure to check with me to make sure the pressure she was using was OK. It was great!I was a bit hesitant to try this place--Im vacationing here and not familiar with any of the massage places-- and there is no website and not much information on their Facebook or Google pages. But, there are SO MANY great reviews for Fall Spa Massage!...Imagine my concern when I phoned there and could not understand the lady who answered and had to ask her to repeat herself frequently. She just asked when I would come, if I wanted male or female (therapist) and told me the price when I asked. (VERY reasonable compared to other places Id found online). Then, she hung up! Didnt take my name or anything ... !? I thought this strange.BUT, have no fear! In a few moments I got a text on my phone confirming my appointed time, along with the address, instructions and link that allows you to use Google Map. There was also a price list and a picture of the place , which made it very easy for me to find. This was all very helpful (although, I dont know how this would have been handled had I phoned from a regular land-line instead of cell phone).The place is clean and comfortable, the massage bays adequately private (walls dont reach all the way to ceiling by maybe 6 inches, heavy curtained entry way). It was quiet with very nice background spa music/sounds playing. Massage rooms were very dim and relaxing (but, coming in from bright daylight and having those automatic darkening lenses in my glasses it took me several minutes to adjust!). A face pillow and a nice sheet are provided and there are hooks to hang your clothes.I got a full one-hour massage, from head to toe and was quite satisfied by the experience! I will go to this place again (and request Lisa!), and maybe add on the full 1/2 hour foot massage or the hot stones! Im glad I found a place I like for my future visits to Palm Springs! I hope this rather lengthy review will help other new-comers or vacationers feel more comfortable trying out this place for their first time...Im glad I did! (photos on Yelp of the massage spaces are accurate, I didnt take any pics--the ones here are what was sent to my phone).

Very relaxing full body massage. Place is very clean with helpfully staff. My wife and I will definitely be using the facility more often.

If youre looking for a really good massage I suggest coming to Fall Spa. There were 3 of us that went, and all of us were so happy. We all felt amazing after leaving. Really nice staff. Great deal!

The practitioner was very inexperienced. I had nothing done to my arms and back. Only head, lower leg, and feet. Plus te rate has gone up from $50 to $60. Highest price I have EVER had to pay.

Had a massage this week with Simon and he was great! Strong hands and knew exactly where to work. He knows the pressure points and does a good mix of massage and stretches.

Terrific surprise in sleepy Palm Springs- one of the greatest therapeutic massage destinations in Southern California. Immaculately clean, friendly reception and - above all - A++ sports massage. It will give you one more reason to love Palm Springs.

I was in need of a massage. Knots and tensions were causing me so much discomfort. Simon was amazing. I originally booked an hour session but extended to 1.5 hour! So glad I did that. The techniques used were like a mix of Thai massage and deep tissue(I requested medium firm/firm pressure) he made it easy and comfortable to ask for lighter pressure when needed. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I am a former massage therapist so I’m very picky. Fall Spa has several great therapists! My personal favorite is Simon. He provides great pressure and is very skilled. He checks in regularly during the massage to ensure that everything is perfect. I feel he’s the best in Palm Springs!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage last night and it was definitely one of the worst we’ve ever had. The therapists seemed very inexperienced.Besides that, there was a man getting a massage in the room next to us and he was making a lot of noise, he was groaning the whole time. Very awkward and not relaxing at all. We had to make comments about it several times before they said anything to him.We really don’t see how this place got all these 5 star reviews… We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

This place is my go-to. Simon gave me an amazing deep tissue massage tonight. I’ve also been to Jerry many times and he’s great for deep tissue. The place is well run, clean, and they are super responsive so scheduling is a breeze. Highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased at Fall Spa to find it very clean, quiet and organized.The lady technician really knew what she was doing as I had a strong massage as requested. Muscles relaxed nicely. I felt well cared for and left feeling much better.I shall look forward to returning as I live here in PS full time. The masseuse’s name was LiLi.Dr. L.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages in a very long time by Alan. I was able to turn my neck to the left again after his massage. I will definitely return the next time I am in Palm Springs.

My go to place now for six years. Always well staffed and very friendly. Always check in to see how pressure is and how you’re doing. Really care about the areas of concern. Every massage has been great Love this place

Received an amazing 90-minute massage from Michael last night! His style was amazing and he helped release some muscle knots that I had around my shoulder blades! This was our first time in Palm Springs. Decided to get my husband a message and this place did not disappoint. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely go again when I’m here.

I came for a massage and the place was cold. I complained that it was cold, but that didnt seem to sink in. I mentioned what parts of my back needed work, right side, but the focus was on the left. The masseur was totally not understanding me. To top it off, Im charged for a full-body massage but no one touched my feet. Arent feet part of the body? Very odd. I think this place over charges and the language barrier is too much to overcome.

I had a great massage at Fall Spa Unfortunately I don’t live in Palm Springs, but I will come back every time I come to the desert. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and Nana gave a great massage.

$25 pedicure. You get what you pay for. Worst I’ve ever had. Not sure the tools were sterilized. Nails badly cut & uneven. Poor cuticle removal. Heels left very rough. A quick job but terrible. Won’t be going back. Might be good at massage but terrible at pedicures.

Simon is an excellent massage therapist. I have spasms in my lower back so I need a very firm and focused massage. Simon paid attention to my directions and gave me the right massage for my back!

Exactly what i needed after 5 games of golf in 5 days after a 3-month gap since my last game. I feel like a new man!

They are getting 2 stars because they are opened on Sunday. My wife and I stepped in to get our feet done while on vacation. Massage chairs didn’t work. Asked to switch to one that did. Was informed none do. There were no options of service. They did the absolute basic service, lasted 12 min. An extra $5 for my wife to have her nails painted. No wonder this place had no one else in it. Ugh.

Went in for a Pedicure. Cindy was excellent. I always dislike going to new places but immediately felt comfortable. They asked if I wanted a massage, and after a thought said okay. I had planned to come back another time to give it a try anyway as the reviews for Jerry and Mark are excellent. Jerry was there, so I was ready. Very nice people, very friendly. Soft music playing in the back round was to my liking. I almost gave it a five, but will judge more after my next visit as surely I will go back. Thanks to the people working there who made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that. And thanks to Jerry. Update: I have returned for a pedicure with Lili. Very good job, and a massage with Brian. I had been in a lot of pain from a fall. Amazing results. I went again this last week, and cant believe how much better I feel. I am sleeping more soundly. I highly recommend this business.

I have been there in the past and loved the foot massage. This time the foot massage was too hard and painful. I asked for less pressure but he didnt understand. Also his fingernails were sharp and he used them often pressing into my skin. I even stopped him and looked at his fingernails to see why. Sometimes he even stopped and it took a few seconds to get back on track. At the end I found they are new owners. I wont be going back.

We stayed at the Hyatt on the Palm Springs strip and found Fall Spa to be a fantastic getaway. Great place to have a relaxing and therapeutic massage.

Booked this place for my birthday. 2 foot massaged and 2 pedicures. My mom and I couldnt even get both together because they only had one nail technician. So I got my pedicure first and my mom got her massage first. I didnt want my pedicure first because the massage would have messed up my pedicure. The lady said she would just paint my toes after me massage. I agreed. Well my pedicure was a total of 6 minutes long. After my massage I just decided to not get my toes painted. They charged me $15 for 6 minute pedicure.

Fall spa massage The environment is very good The price is reasonable, treat people warmly and sincerely, and the masseurs skills are in place, which makes people relaxed and look forward to going next time.

Great massages at good price.We have been customers for 5 years. We do not go to any other spa.

Worst pedicure ever. Not only were the lights off and the AC was provided by a box fan, I also had to hunt through a bag of nail polish for my selection...and then had to open it on my own. Added bonus, a day later, my heels looks like this, to the point it hurts to walk. Oh and the massage chairs dont work. WOREST experience ever! Please do not go here. Im still in pain when I walk.

My feets liked the pedicure. But I did not like to be a klient - Because the staff (There were 3) Ladies and one man.....They talked chineese and I felt like I was NOT There, the reason is They talked and laughed and when I tried to communicate, I Got only YES or NO in return.Just felt like not in the room👎🏾😡

An incredible massage at an unbelievable price. Did the 90 minutes massage and it was great. Totally rejuvenated and energized afterwards. Theres not another place with this price in Palm Springs.
