I had my first appointment for waxing with Jay a few days ago and he absolutely blew me away with his skill/talent and professionalism. His space is as warm and inviting as he is and let me not forget to mention how neat and clean his space is as well, which I really appreciated. My service was so amazing that I booked my next two appointments before I walked out the door. Best facial experience of my life, without question. The space was clean and professionally set up; Jay was pleasant and explained in detail what the facial would entail, the products he would use and what my at home maintenance program should be. Ive gotten several facials before. Theres getting a facial and then theres getting a facial with someone who goes above and beyond — and Jay is the latter kind of esthetician. Not only does he take his time, providing an amazing customer experience, but hes also detailed, careful to address any concerns verbally as well as in the delivery of his services. I booked an online appointment at All About Skin (a breeze, by the way!) for microdermabrasion and a facial after reading amazing reviews and I must say Jay definitely lives up to the hype! My skin was radiant right after that and has looked great since. Whether youre in Palm Springs or in the nearby area, I highly recommend!
