I recently had the best girls weekend at my favorite spot in Palm Springs, and I can’t stop raving about it! We spent the day at the spa, and it truly felt like spa heaven—each of us enjoying different parts of the spa and completely unwinding.Gerardo, the amazing spa director, set the tone for an unforgettable weekend. Not only did he ensure every detail was perfect for our group, but he also created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made us feel truly cared for. The spa also had a special Therabody pop-up wellness suite for the summer, which was an incredible addition. My friend and I had such a peaceful and intimate experience there, making our time even more memorable.And the facial? It was more than just glowing skin. Randi is truly a master and healer—her Natura Diamond Facial left me feeling completely rejuvenated, both inside and out. It was an experience that went beyond the surface, leaving me feeling amazing long after I left the spa.The whole weekend was filled with thoughtful touches and genuine care that made it so special. Palm Springs has a lot to offer, but this place really stands out as something truly memorable.

Old & Dirty!Loved coming here when it was the Viceroy. I had an upcoming spa day with a group of ladies for June booked. And my boyfriend ended up surprising me with a massage for my birthday. The spa still has some beauty to it, the service was great, and my therapist was fantastic. But the facilites are in dire need of deep cleaning. The locker room floor was filthy, I dare not step barefoot. For a luxury spa there was a lack of amenities in the space. No more steam room? My treatment room felt cold and more of a medical setting with a box in it. The cabinets were loud and falling part. The food was delicious but ultimately ended up canceling our group trip in June.

5 star, even 6 stars for the massage therapist Ann Marie is amazing and I would come back just for her.0 stars for the front desk/receptionist Susan/Susie for pretending like she did not know a 3rd person wasnt coming when I emailed days in advance advising no massage, saying that person only wanted a mani/pedi. The spa replied with they do not provide mani/pedis. The massage appointment was canceled, if you dont have the service that was requested, then its over. She says they countered with a facial, so they still held an appointment. ???? The spa was empty, there was a big hole in the wall in the back of the womens changing room. It just felt like a money grab which jumps on my last nerve as a customer. I happily paid for our massages, reflexology etc but $250 was money grab. Its too bad because it was one of the best massages I have had in years, and Ann Marie is a talented technician but the front desk, nope. Im going to try the new place or La Quinta on my next trip to PS.

Been to many spas in Palm Springs and Brandon has been the best. Pulled my back out the week before and he knew exactly how to work around it. The spa courtyard was relaxing and I loved sipping a glass of bubbly by the hot tub. Can’t wait to be back!

This spa is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything from the waiting room to the dressing room to the treatment room was perfectly done, and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. My facial with Nubia was so relaxing and my skin felt incredible afterwards, even in the dry weather. I would definitely recommend for an indulgent spa experience!

My husband and I went to Estrella Spa on our babymoon weekend. Stephanie at the front desk made us feel well looked after, and the facilities are clean, modern, and the waiting room was very cozy. My husband had the CBD massage and I had the prenatal massage with Nubia. I’ve had a few prenatal massages, and they’ve usually been disappointing since the therapist often goes too gentle and I don’t feel any real benefit from the experience. Nubia knew exactly how to help me with my pregnancy aches and pains. She really had a healing touch, and knew exactly how deep to go with the pressure to make me feel better with my terrible pregnancy-related back pain. Afterwards, Nubia showed my husband a few easy massage techniques he could use at home to help me. Finally, our wonderful time at the spa was wrapped up with a delicious lunch, which Stephanie helped make happen. It was a great experience, and I’d love to come again.

Nubia was great! She was very professional and able to provide the perfect amount of pressure to work out a lot of knots. The spa (like the rest of the property) has old bones, but the service compensates for anything the amenities lack. The eventual renovation will make this place hard to beat. Worth a visit while staying on property, ask for Nubia!

My positive experience with this spa started as I was greeted by James. He was so friendly and I truly appreciate being greeted in such a great way. I booked a 90 minute spa experience and it was the best massage Ive had in my life!! Nubia provided the most relaxing massage. She is very knowledgeable about her craft, provided attention to detail and was extremely friendly and professional. If I lived closer, I would get a massage here every month! Thanks again to Nubia and the welcoming staff at the Estrella Spa. The customer service was impeccable.

Excellent experience. I recently visited the Estrella Spa in Palm Springs and booked a deep tissue massage to work out some tightness. My therapist, Nubia, delivered one other best massages Ive ever had. I would strongly recommend her. The only downside is that Estrella only offered short 60 minute sessions. I would have preferred a more traditional 90 minute massage.

I prefer a meditative, consultative massage to pampering. Nuvia worked with me to create a rejuvenating experience. Impeccable staff, retreat-like atmosphere, lovingly restored (maybe even maintained?) period tiled dressing room with showers, lockers, vanities. Grounds are serene, private and on a December weekday not crowded.

A nice massage and beautiful facilities. As a guest of the Avalon Hotel, where the spa is situated, I was excited to learn about a 15% off midweek promotion via the tablet screen in my room. However, apparently there was some fine print to the effect that in order to receive the promotion you had to book at the time of reserving a hotel room - so not sure why the promotion was featured INSIDE a room already booked. My massage was also 10 minutes shorter than I paid for, hence only 3 stars. Other than that, all good. Friendly staff and nice service.

Wonderful experience. I had one hour deep tissue and my mom had a facial. Both were so happy end of the session and I was so impressed by my masseuse’s skill. Pain on my shoulders were literally gone. I take massage regularly so to me, it was obvious that my masseuse was spectacular at her job.

I had the most amazing massage with Nubia. She gave me some amazing at home facial tips. 10/10 experience!

Nubia is an amazing masseuse!!! She used various pressure, oils, lotions, and techniques. If you’re looking for an incredible massage in Palm Springs, I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and within the first 15 minutes I wanted to jump off the table! All poking and elbows. I left feeling more uncomfortable than I arrived.
