My time at LaBelle Day Spa is always a treat. I look forward to my visits here for pampering and looking my best. Molly takes care of my nails and gives me the best manicures. I also see Nicole for facials and I’m always impressed and happy with the customer service at LaBelle. I’ve never had a bad experience and come here often for a variety of services. Donald is my go to for massages. I’ve also had hair treatments and blow outs and LaBelle and received many compliments. I highly recommend LaBelle Day Spa to all my friends and family members

I have been going to Shelby here for haircuts for about a year. She is incredibly talented at long layered cuts and styling. The salon is very nice, has friendly staff, and high quality products.

Chuck is an incredibly talented masseuse and has my full recommendation. He’s very respectful and responsive to your needs. My shoulder and neck were in so much pain when I went in and now they feel relaxed and loose. The post massage glow is real! 5⭐️

I had a relaxing time at Labelle. It’s a gorgeous spa, with a lovely staff, and a soothing atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out for a mani/pedi or more.

This experience was top notch:All nails were shaped consistently, the cuticle was removed thoroughly and the shellac application was even (without streaks or bubbles). I recommend this place.

This would have been 1 star because I got my hair done yesterday and I asked for a warm chocolate down, but I walked out of the salon with permanent cool toned jet black hair. I went back to the salon today to get it fixed by Pristine and she worked a miracle!!!!!! My hair is now a warm toned chocolate brown just like I asked for.

Beautiful new expanded spa space and great staff ... got a basic pedicure, which was super rushed for $40 base. I know i just got the basic, BUT there are other spas in PA that are more thorough with buffing, cleaning, and theyll even throw in a massage for $30 base.

Great job and service! The girls were super nice and mindful! Thy helped me as much as they could to get the same result as a picture i showed them, with brilliant results. I was helped by Tina who was extremely nice. So far the best nail salon in Palo Alto! Honest pricing too (50$ for shellac)

Been going here for last 2.5 years for facials. Asya, Mira, Fay and Minaco are excellent estheticians who provide high quality care for your skin, and customize facials based on your skincare needs :) highly recommend this spa.

Went in on Saturday morning (April 13) to ask about a curly hair color consultation! I was greeted the most disrespectful treatment for simply asking about their services. As a woman of color just trying to get my hair done, they did not want to help. When I asked if they had a curly hair specialist they looked at each other and made a rude face before saying they had one stylist. WHAT AN UNSAFE SALON!

Got the most adorable pastel french tips here and a pedicure. My nail artist was Jasmine and she was super sweet and picked out a great color for my pedicure. My friend had Molly as her nail artist and she was wonderful too! We would highly recommend either of them for a mani-pedi 😊

So I was looking for an eye serum I finally found this site by Google. The eye serum I bought from show in NY. It was so easy to shop here and I got a great price. Cant wait to receive my serum to use. I have seen great results

I got a Hydrafacial for the second time ,it was so worth coming in and getting it done by Jane!She really took her time she was explaining the entire process! I highly recommend her! Also staff at the front desk and back so friendly and attentive. Thank you.

I had been eager to try out their services for a while, and I’m thrilled that I finally did.Oksana, my stylist, made my experience truly wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my highlights and haircut. As someone with curly hair, I’ve always been apprehensive about coloring, but Oksana’s expertise and attention to detail instantly put me at ease. She patiently explained the color selection process and tailored her approach to suit my hair type, ensuring the best possible outcome.The results were absolutely stunning - the color is perfect, and the haircut with layers is both cute and sassy, just as I had envisioned! I cannot express enough how wonderful LaBelle Spa is!My group of girlfriends had to cancel a weekend treat yourself getaway but still wanted to spend a day together to get facials and have brunch. I had the toughest time trying to find a spa that could accommodate the 5 of us. Most places were either booked, didnt have the staff to cover that many or could only do half of us in the morning and the other half hours later in the afternoon. I had called so many places and after many failed attempts I spoke to Helene at LaBelle who was very kind and advised me that the manager, Mila may be willing to work with me on accommodations/appointment times. Mila was very quick with responding and was so easy to work with for scheduling us. We were able to book all five of us perfectly from a 9a-12p time slot!Not only that, but the salon itself is a higher end luxury aesthetic we were hoping for. It fit that perfect Treat Yourself feeling we were more than needing and looking for. Each of us absolutely loved our experiences and felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. We absolutely plan to go again!

The location in a busy hub was at first a deterrent, but the alternative for me was Stanford and NO Thank you. So, I booked my first appointment almost a year ago. This was the best decision! I am always greeted by cheerful receptionist with knowledge of the staff and their expertise. I apologize for not knowing her name because she deserves a shout out as well! Upon being informed of staff I chose Erin and again this was a great match! There has only been one negative experience (which was addressed immediately with ease and to my satisfaction)which is AWESOME to me because it demonstrates organizational culture. The products recommended again a plus! Worth all my pennies 😀 * Update* how are they going to shrink the packaging 👀and not the price🧐

Go anywhere, but here. My facialist did nothing to make my experience comfortable. I asked if the bed had heat. She said no, but offered nothing to make me warmer. She didn’t explain anything going on my face and shocked me multiple times with a cold cream. No hand massage. It was the worst experience. I have never not left a tip, but she didn’t do anything to deserve one. Avoid this place. I’ve never found them to be friendly.

Brittni is a master with every service she does. It is a privilege to know her. Sean (front desk) couldnt be nicer and making each client feel so welcome.

If you are going to get waxed, ask for Fae!! She is so gentle and nice, she puts a lot of care into the job and makes sure you are happy with your outcome.

Best spa! Love the staff especially Hana K! You will not be disappointed with her massage skills and great people skills. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Anya for waxing at La Belle. She is very detailed, listens to the client and consistent. I have been seeing her for over five years and every experience is always seamless.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING - I went to La Belle for the first time this past Sunday for a bikini wax and will never go back. My service provider double dipped the wax sticks which is extremely unhygienic. Not only that, she did not know how to use the soft wax so she ended up using the hard wax on really sensitive skin. Ive been getting bikini waxes for at least 4 years now and I have never been in more pain or had my skin so irritated post-wax. It seemed like it was her first time ever doing a bikini waxing.

Best nail salon in the area! Ashley always does a great job with my shellac and pedicure! She’s always on time and makes the experience so fun and relaxing🩷 I get so many compliments on my nails too!

It is 2 years I am having my haircuts with Katy Lotfi and each time I have loved her work, Katy is Fantastic.I got many compliments for my haircut, and a handful of my friends asked for my hairstylist contact.The way she cuts my hair, it looks great even after 2 months. It also works for my hair thickness.

I had a lovely experience at Labelle! It was my first time visiting and I would definitely return for future appointments. Stella, my hair stylist, suggested a cut that was subtly different from what I had done for years and the difference is so nice! It doesnt feel drastically different but has more shape and movement than before so it feels great. My mani/pedi was lovely and I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the spa as well. Vicky was very nice and my nails look wonderful!

The facial technician named Roselyn she didnt have any experiences at all and have trouble in conversation. Not recommended.

Hair:My hair specialist Taryn is absolutely the best. Can’t say enough about her and her work!Beauty:I had my first facial with Fay last weekend and was blown away. I haven’t felt that relaxed in weeks. She knew my wedding was around the corner and took the best care of me. I also love the new products and have been sold on the brand!Love this place and the people!

When I went to check in, I was told that I did not have a reservation for my daughter and myself. The gentleman asked if I had canceled. I said no. He said he would see what he could do. Luckily, Mina and Jasmine had time to do our nails.They both did an excellent job. Next time I will call to confirm my appointment. It was very awkward waiting to see what the outcome would be.

This is the second time I have had Stella do my hair. She is fabulous! She is very attentive to details. Will definitely be back to see her on a regular basis.

I had such a great experience and finally found a hairdresser I could trust in Palo Alto. I read good reviews here about Tomoko and they were right. She was so kind and she cut my hair the exact length and style that I wanted.I always had to go up to San Francisco to get my hair done but finally can get my haircut here.Highly recommend.

Donald is the best massage therapist! I have worked with numerous people over the years, and I am ecstatic when i know I can get an appointment with Donald. He is calm, strong, concerned about his clients and always makes my body better. Thank you Donald.

My massage was fine but the day spa feeling is now non-existent. La Belle used to include a foot soak, and offer refreshments such as tea, fruit, crackers, nuts and chocolate but no longer. It was a standard check-in/check-out experience and did not feel rejuvenating, relaxing or different from any other mall spa. Hopefully they will add these back to the client experience.

I was a little bit hesitant but I was fully blown away! Tomoko cut my hair the way exactly I wanted. I could not decide what I wanted but showed her a few different hairstyles and she combined them all together for the most perfect look that I am absolutely enjoying.Labella was also kindly accommodating towards my requests!! I had wanted a private room for the haircut which they did not have but offered an early appointment where the salon was relatively private. The place was sanitary and has a nice layout. I have only gone to the salon 3 times in the past 10 years so it’s a big deal for me to pick this place. Loved my experience here, definitely worth every dollar!

I am a devoted fan of Ania! She is the reason I return again and again. Let’s face it - waxing can be awkward - she does excellent work while being a professional, relaxed, kind, humorous and quick. Ask for her by name!

I got regular mani pedi done but with a removal of gel. Had to pay extra $20 for removal which is fine. The removal was done in a rush and damaged my nails. Manicure itself was only ok. The whole experience was just Not worth the money

Great mani/pedi/paraffin dip for hands & feet! Labelle is always so calming & peaceful for me. I have peripheral neuropathy and nothing calms both like the deep penetrating heat and moisturizing qualities. Pure heaven and reminder that self care is the best care. Ciao!

I had a wonderful experience with Molly. She was friendly and really took her time and made sure my pedicure was Perfected! I was way past due for a pedicure! I didn’t need to say anything just relaxed and enjoyed experience .I never like to feel rushed out she really took her time.

I had signed up for a 90 mins facial services ( Pamper & purify) with Mira. However, I received only 45 mins of service from check-in start to finish. Massage was barely about a minute. She was very quick to point out how deficient my skin was but did not at all care to explain what products is she using to help that. She asked that I go in for $300 facial as opposed to the $200 version that I had signed up. To which, I refused to up by budget. Then she says, she can’t do much in $200 service. Honestly, for price they charge, the service is pretty mediocre. The front desk offered me some discount when I said I will write a review but not until then. Also, the discount they offered was not at all proportional to the deficiency in service quality and time. All in all, it was waste of money and time.

I do not recommend the $85 pedicure at the Town & Country Village location because the place reminds me of a nail shop in the mall instead of a spa. I would not mind the cost ( keep in mind I did used to go to the Stanford Location in the “circle of peace” with the drugstore foot basin..lol) if this location would give me an experience of tranquil. This place is not relaxing maybe I should try a hotel spa for my pedicure.Note to managment: this review is for this location but I did make the edit that the “circle” was in your Stanford location to justified that I did not mind paying for relaxation and tranquility that is not at this location.

I arrived 5 min. early to my appointment, checked in, then waited 20 min. Had to go to front desk to call the esthetician. The esthetician did a great job but wasn’t aware the full service I booked, she thought she was done after the first service. I wanted to leave a tip, but told it is only cash. I asked again if they can add it to my credit card and she said no. I felt horrible leaving without a tip as I didn’t have any cash. At this age and time, you would think they would accept tip with a credit card. Don’t think I will go back.

AVOID prenatal massage at this facility. I booked a 90 minute massage and left after 30 minutes. Was in excruciating physical pain after communicating several times to avoid certain areas and that I was in a position that was putting stress on my shoulder. Therapist did not appear to be trained in completing prenatal massage. Facility did not have an intake form which is incredibly risky for pregnant clients. Manager did not appear to take the issue seriously. Would recommend pregnant women avoid this facility for massage.Massage was also on a normal table with me laying on my side. Facility doesn’t appear to have the ability nor equipment to do prenatal massages and their negligence with pregnant clients is beyond concerning.NOTE - I have since had multiple prenatal massages at other facilities and can confirm that Labelle had neither the sufficient equipment or staff training to be offering this service. During my experience at other facilities that had me lay on my side, the table was wider than the standard massage table and the staff ensured the positioning of my body was both safe and comfortable. While I appreciate that the manager did not charge me for this service, I did not believe my concerns were heard and considered leading to improvements for future clients. Would highly suggest avoiding this facility for prenatal massage and I have personally stopped using Labelle for other services (eg facial, pedicure) after this experience.

Thank you, Ania, for years of excellent eyebrow shaping, and facials. Not only are you professional and competent, but delightful to engage with. A shoutout, too, to the manicurists and pedicurists whom I frequent randomly because they are all top of the line.

Nicole is the consummate accomplished professional, and she is a lovely person as well.

Labelle is starting to get very crowded which just speaks to. It’s great beauticians, but it said it away. Sometimes I can get one last appointment by calling the same day. I do think they should offer a senior discount as the haircuts are getting quite

La Belle is amazing and I particularly would recommend Nicole for facials. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and my skin has never looked better.

I inquired on a serum I have purchased from them for over 10 years that I love. It was no longer available. I emailed them and they told me it was discontinued, but would send me their last bottle and recommended samples of another serum to replace it.

I enjoy every session with Lisa and always looking forward to it. Its not only about the service she provides (beautiful nails) but also about the relationship she builds with her client.

They do a great job on the mani/pedi but I am pretty sure their sanitary practices are very poor. While I was there I noticed that no one cleaned the foot bath next to me after the customer left, which made me a little uneasy. Unfortunately, 2 days later the most terrifying infection appeared on my foot/toe making my worst fears come true. After multiple doctor visits I am taking antibiotics hoping for a quick recovery.

This review is for Tomoko. She has been cutting my daughters hair for years and today I decided to splurge and have her cut mine.Firstly, I was especially appreciative when the gentleman at the front desk called to let me know she was running 15 minutes behind.Tomoko is a genius at cutting hair. Her quiet demeanor is so calming, and the massage she gives when washing your hair - it literally made the headache I walked in with disappear.She is one of the only hair stylists I’ve had who doesn’t tear my very fine hair out when combing it. She’s just so gentle.Her cut showcases her minute attention to detail. She’s definitely a perfectionist and well worth the 45 minute drive.Allow yourself an extra 10 minutes to find parking. The new salon space is excellent, but the parking situation is a nightmare.

Diane is a wonderful makeup artist. She is truly an artist. She is kind and very knowledgeable on current makeup tips and products. I always love my makeup after a visit with Diane.

ABOUT: The new mani/pedi room at Town & Country ONLYTL/DR: if you want relaxation, dont use the new spa room; I went mid-morning on a random Thursday, it was packed, noisy, not relaxingIve been going to LaBelle for 20+ years. Town & Country is my preferred location for mani/pedi. Ive found my person and thats her location (if she ever leaves, what will I do??).I brought my daughter in for the first time for a special treat. I know lots of people in this area get these kinds of services weekly but I dont. I take care of my nails at home- short and neat. This is my special relaxation place. I think of it as a massage with a manicure/pedicure on top. The hot wax!!! Thats my favorite part. But this review is not about that.First time in the new dedicated mani/pedi space. It is enclosed and feels cramped. The ceiling is low. Maybe sitting by the window would feel more open but I was sat right next to the door.Next to the door, there is no barrier. In this seat I could hear the loud music and talking in the main room. It battled with the soft spa music in the manicure room. People were coming back and forth through that door. It really took away from the relaxing spa experience.My direct eye line was to the small staff area- staring at the broom. Honestly, I felt like I didnt need to spend $100 on this because I could have been in any random strip mall and would have saved a few bucks to buy lunch (again, this is ONLY about the space experience).There is a large digital display screen right next to the staff area, not in it, for the schedule. If my eyes wandered to the left, I was looking at the large screen with all the names, times, for the day. This definitely took away from the relaxation. I angled my body to the right so I wouldnt have to look at it.Now the room is lined with seats on both sides. So when I was looking into the room, there was someone looking back at me. Not the way it used to be. Every seat was filled and having people face you also added to the crowded feeling.This was not the experience that I specifically come to LaBelle for. If it was my only experience, I wouldnt come again.

I’ve been multiple times for hair cuts and styles, and all of the stylists I’ve had have been excellent and experienced. They’re attentive and listen to what I want and are always efficient and friendly. The salon is clean and bright and pleasant too. I’ve had some really bad hair experiences in other salons, but nothing except good things here!

Have been going to LaBelle for over 25 years. Had a manicure about a month ago and at the time thought the manicurist accidentally cut too much cuticle or was a little aggressive with my thumb. I ignored the discomfort for over a week but it resulted in an infection that required antibiotics to treat while I was on vacation overseas (so a very expensive issue). Ive never had this experience before but the doctor confirmed it was from an aggressive manicure or dirty tools.

I went to LaBelle religiously for years, but it’s been a while. I called in with a special request. I needed someone to style AND THEN cut and color. I was planning for a _very_ special event and wanted a new look. I was told that I would receive this extra care.The day before the service, I get a call from LaBelle, cancelling my appointment. WHAT??!!??I call in. I reminded them about the importance of this appointment. They scheduled me with someone they said was equally capable.When I’m introduced to the stylist, she has NO IDEA that she’s supposed to be a “stylist.” When we talk, she’s confused. I ask for recommendations. She’s really nervous. I didn’t want to bias the process with pictures but I showed her some on my phone and she got to work.I had pretty long hair that I wanted short. I was open to the style that would be best for me.This stylist went to work. I had no idea what outcome she was aiming for. She was super fun to talk with. I tell her about my history with the salon. I ask if the owner is still involved and she said, oh yea, and told me about the expansion of the business.Then, without a word, the owner sits in the chair next to us. You can’t miss her. She still looks much like the huge portrait that’s long hung on the wall. The odd thing is, the stylist didn’t mention her - even though I had brought her up earlier.My radar is now up. Something is going on. The stylist clams up. She’s no longer friendly. The color is done and it’s time to cut my hair. I’m not sure where she’s going, with this turn of events. I ask if I can go back to some photos. She says there’s no time for that. She said she’s now late for other clients. (In my mind, I did not sign up for this. I asked to be styled, not rushed. This was a very big deal to me.)The dynamics persisted. The owner didn’t budge. I was pleased with my new bangs but wanted my hair shorter. No time for that.I now had highlights I had hoped to go darker, not lighter.I was told my hair would be styled. No time for that either. Just a quick blow dry.Off I was shoo’ed.I really likes the bangs. I wondered if the approach to color was adding highlights now, darker tones later. No time for that either.As I checked out, I was told that the stylist was now no longer working for LaBelle.WHAT??I think this person has talent but this person should not have been assigned me.If I was one of her last clients, why did LaBelle hide that from me?And what on earth was up with the owner sitting next to us - like she was spying. Super creepy.I fixed my hair with $18 color kit from Whole Foods.I won’t be going back to LaBelle.Take it for what it’s worth. I paid hundreds of dollars to be treated unprofessionally.

Asya was kind enough to step in for Nicole, who could not be in this week. Service was wonderful and I appreciated the suggestion to add a brow wax as I really needed it.

My wife scheduled a pre-natal massage here for her birthday, and right after it got started called me crying because her massage person was hurting her shoulders and neck to the point she had to go see a chiropractor. They did not have her full out a form (what massage place doesn’t have paperwork? Even the most low rent massage places in other countries have paperwork…), and the massage person would not stop when my wife told her no and that she was being caused pain. Apparently they also didn’t have tables for pre-natal massages so my wife felt like she was going to roll off the table the whole time.Also, the manager who whoever was in charge was barely apologetic and didn’t seem to care all that much that they have a worker who blatantly won’t listen to clients and harms them.This is completely unacceptable…

Onai is amazing! She’s so personable and completely takes care of you! She also does an amazing job on my eye lashes, brows and waxing.

Your receptionist on Sunday, June 18 was snooty, and gave me the impression she didnt think I belonged there. My technician was very good, and professional. I probably wont be back.

Ashley, a perfectionist for your every callus and hangnail, and Sarah, for your most luxurious blow-out and special occasion makeup. When you cant do it really well yourself, leave it to those with years and years (and years...) of experience to do it right. Big wedding to attend and these women helped to make it perfect. Ill be back! As I have over and over (and over...) again for the past 26 years!

I received a $300 facial on Saturday from Faye and it was the laziest service I’ve ever received. She massaged each arm for approx one minute. Every time I looked up she was messing with the machine used for the service. I was so excited about this luxurious treatment and was so disappointed by her lack of attention to detail and customer service. Will never be going back and I do Not recommend.

Cesar is an incredible massage therapist. He gave me a deep massage and really helped my feet and knee. I am a runner and he was able to get all the spots where I had extra tension.

As always, Ania is gentle and careful. There are not many people Id entrust with my eyeballs! She is a find.The reception people also friendly, pleasant and quick.

Elle always provides great cuts and excellent styling. Fun to work with, too! I highly recommend her services for special events and everyday glamour.

I visited today for a haircut and had an amazing experience with Catherine. She listened, answered my questions, and gave me great advice all while giving me a great cut. Ive been searching for a new salon and stylist and have found a great one. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist.

I had an appointment with Pristine (sp?) on Saturday for a black tie event we attended that night. Pristine listened thoroughly to what I wanted and was very receptive. She paid great attention to small details and gave me a beautiful updo. I received lots of compliments throughout the evening. Highly recommend her for her talent!

Jessica provides supreme professional care, She provides meticulous service, quickly adjusting pillows, towels, and details to ensure comfort and relaxation.

I love Labelle Day Spa at Town and Country. I am a regular client since 1987 and cannot imagine going anywhere else for my nails and brows. Yolanta does quite simply amazing brow maintenance and Jessica creates perfect pedicures, manicures and nail fills. I love them! The front desk is also very friendly and extremely helpful. Amanda, Raquel and others are always professional and can assist with anything.

What a wonderful spa! My sister and I had a mani pedi here and we both agreed it was one of the best weve ever had. Clean, modern, and relaxing environment; excellent manicurists who took their time and got it right, snacks, water, comfort...what else could you ask for!? I highly recommend.

I love Tomoko at La Belle Salon. She figured out exactly what I needed in a haircut. I already received three compliments from people I know and from a stranger. Went here for a pedicure it was my first time at Labelle , everything was great! customer service and the hospitality was just beyond but the only reason why I’m only giving them 3 stars the lady which I won’t mention her name that helped me kept on filing my skin which was a little discomfort a bit rough with the filing part but other than that my toenails end up looking gorgeous.

Always top-notch. Love the fact that I can get close to Plastic Surgeon therapies in a day spa environment. These folks know what theyre doing. I love their products too - I order them each Christmas for all my BFFs. The custom blended foundation has changed my life! Love LaBelle!

I had a wonderful morning at La Belle. I had scheduled a mani-pedi with Jessica. It did not take me as long aa I expected to get to La Belle. I was about 15 minutes early but Jessica was ready for me. She did a fabulous job on my toes and fingers. I felt so pampered!

My neck, shoulders, and upper back were so sore and tight from stress. 90 minutes with Suyun and I felt taller, rested, amazing...I could go on and on! This was THE best massage Ive ever had. It helps that the guest services people at the front desk are gracious and friendly. I will definitely book more sessions with Suyun!!

I visited Lisa for a pedicure, to fix some black runner toenails. She was patient and careful while caring for the horror of my feet. Thanks, Lisa, for making them presentable for the next few weeks!

I have been a long time client at LaBelle and visit both Town & Country and Stanford locations, and I am always pleased with the service provided. I get the VIP treatment and most importantly, happy with the results.

My wife and I go for pedicures. It so fun and keeps my feet from looking ape like. A great place to go as a couple.They cut and clean and then massage your feet and legs, ahhhh. Very relaxing.

The only thing pre-natal about my massage, was me.Last Saturday my husband booked me in for my first pre-natal massage at 22 weeks because it was service la belle offered on their website.I have had many massages in my time so I was expecting something tailored to be pregnant.I entered and sat down for a hot foot soak with a hot beanie bag on my shoulders when it was above 85 degrees outside. It would have been pleasant if my body temperature isn’t already raised being pregnant.Then I entered the room and saw a normal size massage table with no cut out. The table was heated with two blankets, my request to turn it off and remove the blanket was courtesly done.First I had to lay on my back for the first 40 mins with the masseuse trying to give me a shoulder massage. Although I kept thinking how I shouldn’t be on my back because I am already heavily showing.Then I had to lay on my side with a body pillow between my legs while I clung to the side of the bed hoping to not roll off as the masseuse had to try and knead one side of my back. I had to move back on the bed a few times because as you can imagine trying to hold on without anything to brace you with someone pushing on you is quite difficult and resulted in a sore knee and elbow.I then rolled over to the other side and it was the same issue.The masseuse would have been great if I wasn’t pregnant so I was dissapointed this service actually cost more! I felt short changed and won’t be returning.

I have had my hair cut several times by Ramona and she does a great job. I can tell you I am very particular and Ramonas hair cuts are the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Ramona.

The facial was wonderful! The technician also great.What I did not like was trying to sell me products I did not ask for.

Beautiful salon but my particular hair stylist not so much I wasn’t offered the complimentary tea or coffee she barely spoke any English I couldn’t understand her even though I tried very hard, when she was straightening my hair she kept on pulling my hair it was very uncomfortable and on top of it all she was very pushy on selling hair product , over all not a good experience I will definitely will be coming back but not her as my hair dresser.
