Ive gone here at least half a dozen times at this point, and am quite fond of it. Its affordable, the atmosphere in the massage rooms are nice, and for the most part the staff is skilled. I get the deep tissue massage and each masseuse does it slightly differently, so youd want to specify a specific person if you want something consistent. But I dont mind going in without knowing exactly what Ill get, which makes booking an appointment same day always doable. Big fan!

As a loyal customer for over a year, I had a disappointing experience with the new therapist Suki, who didnt provide a proper massage, ignored feedback, and communicated poorly.I’ve always left this massage place feeling rejuvenated until today. My experience with Suki started with a blanket-covered massage with such light pressure it was barely noticeable. I assumed she was warming up, but it continued throughout the session. Despite my request for firmer pressure, she didnt change her technique.Half the session was spent with this nonexistent massage under a blanket, leaving me more tense and stressed than when I arrived. Unaware of how much time had passed, I requested a different therapist, only to be told to wait 40 minutes. She also left oil on multiple places, including my hands, and didnt remove the blanket from my head when she ended the session.I had to fight tooth and nail to speak to the manager to resolve my issue, given Suki didnt listen, take accountability, or allow me to speak to the manager even for a short while. She was not sorry about the poor experience I politely expressed to her, refused my refund request, and wouldnt allow me to speak to the manager unless I waited another 40 minutes. Thankfully, Lynn later came out and resolved the issue, but the entire experience felt like a total waste of time.I will probably still go to this place for Lynn, who is excellent. But to new customers, please reconsider if youre booked with Suki. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, as my experience was far below the usual high standard.

It’s a real shame cause I love this place and have been coming here since 2022. I call at 1pm and make an appointment for 90 mins and 4pm. They take down my info and phone number. I show up at 3:55 and no one is at the front desk. At 4:05 someone comes out and asks for my name and then tells me they have a problem and ask me if I can wait 40 mins. I’m sorry I scheduled this ahead of time. I drove to blue Danube. I could’ve been called to see if I could come in later so I didn’t have to wait. Or at the very least that they can’t fit me in. Just a waste of my time. I’m upset at the moment but I’ll probably be back

I recently had a couple of sessions from this place. It was an amazing experience! The therapist took the time to customize my massage according to my needs, and the results were incredible!I found that the massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. The therapist used specific techniques to target my knots and sore spots, and I could feel the difference within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tailored solutions that will leave them feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Good communication, wonderful atmosphere, best price quality ratio! Would recommend you to visit on Sundays to catch the most experienced therapist in the whole Bay area.

I came in with my boyfriend for the couples massage and it was a great experience! The staff was very nice and friendly, and multiple times during the massage they would check in and ask how I was enjoying the massage (pressure, pain points, etc.). I liked the atmosphere a lot, the rooms are clean, quiet, and had soothing music. The price point is great for the massage! They also gave me a cute little baby plush after the massage. I will be coming back with my mom in the future.

I had neck pain and headache recently and went to get a massage there. I chose a one-hour session (scalp massage) and it made me relax a lot. The place is clean and cosy, I would come again.

Have been coming here regularly and been seeing Lynn. Shes an absolute master of her craft and knows how to find your pain and knots with a quickness, and then make sure youre walking out of the room with all your knots released.In regards to the store, this place is very convenient to get to in the middle of downtown, and very clean.Highly recommend!

We went there last week for my husbands birthday massage appointments. I made appointments with quick response and we booked the couple massage bundle with oil massage. They also have free hot stone servie..wowo! Its was so relaxing. My therapist Candy show me where my problems are and how to treat it. My husband loves the deep tissue massage. Highly recommend. Definitely will come back.

I came to Blue Danube with my girlfriend for the couples spa and they did not disappoint! All of the staff, from welcome desk to masseuses, where very kind and pleasant. The actual massage was great and left us both feeling refreshed. The icing on the cake was a keychain gift for my girlfriend from the welcome desk attendant! Overall the price was great for everything we got and I will be returning!

This spa is lowkey, but I had an amazing time. It was my first time getting a massage and I didnt know what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the lady at the counter and she helped me get set up. The ambiance of the spa was calming and peaceful, with soothing music and a lovely aroma. I got the deep tissue massage for $90, and hot stones therapy (for free!). This spa is by far the cheapest option in the surrounding area.Overall, I highly recommend this massage spa to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is peaceful and serene, and the massage was truly top-notch. I cant wait to come back!

Chelsea provided one of the best massages Ive ever had in my entire life! She knew exactly where I had knots and was able to release the tension in just one massage session, which Ive never experienced before. She was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will be highly recommending Chelsea and Blue Danube to everyone I know. I hope to return soon!

Had a wonderful experience getting a deep tissue massage here. came on a weekday afternoon and it was empty, clean, and peaceful. it seems to be the most affordable in the area as well. i have chronic back and neck pain/tension and left feeling much looser thanks to my masseuse lucy, one of the best i’ve met. she was strong and clearly skilled with managing knots and applying the right pressure. she and chelsea at the front desk were very kind and friendly :-) highly recommend this spot - say yes to the hot stones, bring cash, and don’t forget to tip generously!

Super convenient location and friendly skillful staff. I walked pass by this place so many times since it’s right on Cal Ave, and I finally decided to give it a try. Went in for a deep tissue massage. I called for an appointment 1 hour early on a Sat night, and I’m so glad they can take me in. I felt super relaxed and recharged after the 1 hour session. This is a hidden gem. Will come back for sure!

I have been coming for weekly massage with Chelsea. She is great! Friendly, kind and really knows her stuffs. She does an awesome job when there is a specific spot of discomfort, or even just for general maintaining when there is no specific area of concerns. I always feel so refresh after. Would highly recommend their 1 hour treatment.

I had an amazing massage experience with Ping! She was kind and very attentive to the areas where I have pain and knots. She also had me try the hot stones, which I recommend. That was a game changer for me. My only feedback is to consider adding soundproofing, such as door draft blockers so the noise between rooms and the lobby doesn’t carry so much. I enjoy the lighting, the calming music and the aromatherapy in the room.

I love this place.The quality of the massage is outstanding, the prices are very reasonable, the place is very nice and clean. I love the whole environment in the SPA. They accept walk-ins. This is perfect place for relaxation, massage therapist always take care of my well being. They ask questions about your needs and try to follow a perfect plan to your body needs.

Went for a couple’s massage. Last time it was good by professionals so went again yesterday. But it was really disappointing this time. Masseuse didn’t know what they were doing. They were just applying oil to body without any technique or pressure. One of the masseuse was on headphone I think listening to YouTube “how to do a massage”. Never going back again.

My fiancé and I went for a couples massage and it was fantastic. They just opened in the palo alto area so we decided to check it out. They did not disappoint. They apply the right amount of pressure and know how to the sore spots which feels rejuvenating afterwards! Will definitely come back again! Thank you Chelsea and Alice for a great massage today. It’s a really nice place! They just opened a couple months ago. They totally fixed my back pain - most massages are not able to as much as they did!The only advice I would give to the owner which didn’t detract from my rating, is to get rid of the clock in the massage rooms - it’s a bit loud - and it could also be cool to install dimmer switches so the room could be a little dimmer, but these are just minor details :)

We made an appointment and drove from San Jose to this place. When we arrived we were told that there is a 40 min delay and we have to wait now. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. They just don’t care.

Highly recommended Eva !The eyebrow embroidery done in Taiwan more than three years ago was almost gone, and I had no chance to return to Taiwan. I finally found Eva, a professional eyebrow embroidery artist in Palo Alto, and she did fog eyebrows and eyelash extensions. It was amazing. Satisfied 🤩, I think it’s even better than what I did in Taiwan! Big recommendation! 👍👍👍

If I use insurance to get a massage, I will be investigated by the insurance company and my identity will be affected. They didnt tell me that doing so would be dangerous. They only said that the massage was covered by insurance and I just had to sign. I only blame myself for being stupid if I take advantage of small things and suffer big losses!
