LOVE this place!!!won’t tell you who my favorite therapists are so just try all the assigned staff and you will find out who is who.Pls tip therapist well!Parking is limited so try to go early so you can find parking spaces in the back or in front of the location.Don’t get mixed up and go to the one at the end corner. There are two massage therapy place but pay attention to the number 3731!!!!

Service is very professional and the massage therapists really know what they are doing. I have lots of orthopedic issues and I always feel better after a massage at Happy Feet. I usually do 90 minutes. Price is great too.

I was feeling some tension in my shoulders, so I knew a massage was in order. I asked for a 30 minute full body massage focusing on my shoulders and they delivered! Im used to keeping my clothes on for Asian massages, so I was surprised when she asked me to uncloth (with a courtesy blanket). She let me keep my underwear on, but everything else had to go- haha! However she didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all and I was placed in a privately sectioned off space.Throughout the massage, she asked multiple times if I felt comfortable and was willing to adjust when I couldnt tolerate her strong hands (which Asian massages are known for). After a general pass, my back was massaged with lotion, wiped down with a warm towel, and then hot rocks were swiped over my back. She constantly asked if I felt comfortable with every new experience.The 30 minutes flew by and if I wasnt on a time crunch, I would have opted for an hour long massage. Id come back again if I wasnt from out of town!

Place was clean and parking was easy. My massage started with one person who was excellent but then changed people after 10min (not sure why?) and the second person was just OK :/Personal preference I like to start face down then end massage face up so I dont leave with lines all over my face. Im sure they would accommodate this if I asked.

Just found Happy feet reopened! 10 am-8 pm is the hour. They set up 3 tents outside in the back, which are nice and clean. The masseuses are all wearing masks and gloves. The place prepared plenty of disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer on the outside table. They offer a combo $45 for an hour, including 30 mins feet massage, and 30 mins back massage. I appreciate a local business working so hard throughout this period and would love to support them! The massage therapist is friendly and professional. One thing I have to mention, its cash only.

I have been going to Happy Feet for about a year now. whenever I am having a stressful day I call for an appointment they are almost always able to take me in even if it is just for a chair message. I highly recommend the 90 minute head to toe message! it is the best! Peter is amazing!

Very nice ambience. Affordable pricing. Everyone is in a open space. It is quiet. My massage was deep tissue. I had a lot of tension in my shoulder and the message relieved me from the pain. I will definitely be coming back.

They kindly wash your feet prior to the leg/foot massage. Lighting is warm and dim. Background music is calming.

Sonny very helpful hit the right pressure points. Combo 1 hour is the best an less you want targeted areas you want done pick 30minutes.

Very friendly staff! Appointments were very open and flexible. I was running late and when I called to let them know they were so understanding. The massage was great, intuitive pressure, lots of techniques used, warm towels + hot rocks. I will be back, this place did not disappoint! 90 minutes for $70 is a great service.Also the masseuse didnt touch my spine once which is a clear example of body anatomy awareness. So grateful! I have had such bad luck at other places where it hurt but not here!

Amanda provided the best massage I have ever had! She checked in to make sure the pressure was ok and seemed very knowledgeable about which muscle groups were connected and was able to get out a few knots under my shoulder blades that other masseuses have not. I walked out of the appointment feeling 5 years younger and will be back next week!I love that I can book online same day appointments, my schedule is hectic and the booking and payment systems are great. The combo package is the perfect amount of time at a very affordable price!!!

The massage was wonderful, the heated table was something I never experienced before, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint is that laying on my back while my feet hang down to soak is hard on my lower back.

Whenever I am tired and have trouble sleeping, I come here for a massage. Amys massage is very light and suitable for me, which makes me feel relaxed and eliminate fatigue. The manager Chloe massaged very professionally and beautifully. Today they both gave me a four-hand massage at the same time, special s！

Been coming here for over ten years, they obviously do not disappoint! All of their massage therapists are highly skilled and all their equipment is clean, which I really appreciate. For years I just did the hour option but more recently have been really loving the 90 min option.My work involves a lot of labor so I need consistent massage to stay sane and pain-free. I am SO grateful for everyone working here that makes Happy Feet possible.

The massage was good, even though I was not asked if I had any injuries, or wanted to concentrate more on a particular part of my body. When paying the asked fare, which was $60, I was asked to leave a tip. I didnt know that were expected to tip for massage. Anyway, I gave the masseuse a $10 bill, and she looked at me, asking for $12 to make it an even 20%!! I told her this is the money I have actually, she said that they could provide change. for bigger bills! When I declined, she finally took the $10 while walking away and mumbling! This was a very bad note for me to end the massage, and ruined the experience! I really hate it when people ask for tip rudely and tell you what to pay. Tip should be a voluntary act of gratitude! Ive already payed for the service Ive received. If you want more money, just increase your fare, and dont manipulate people like this!

Sorry to say this, but the service was just bad. Booked for couples massage but the room was unavailable. Ok, that’s cool. However, the room was so cold..and for 30mins out of 60mins massage, all they did was rubbing my upper body with no pressure. Ok, that’s not cool. I’ve been to at least 30 different spas around Bay Area and this one is far the worst.

Foot and leg and back/head/neck. Very reasonable price. Room is shared. I think Jenny gives massage with good pressure. But I’ve never had a bad massage there. English speaking minimal. If you get a good massage please consider giving a generous tip b/c the price is low.

A gem! We didn’t need an appointment and we’re able to upgrade our massage to 90 mins instead of 60, no problem. Proper draping technique and excellent massage service. Deep tissue massage with hot stones. My therapist checked in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was okay, she was very attentive. I left very relaxed and renewed.

If you have a knot or pain, they will fix it. Its not fancy but it gets the job done, and gets it done well at a great price. I wasnt looking for a luxury experience, I was looking for someone to help make my pain go away, and that is exactly what I found. I had the 45 min $45 back massage after showing up with a strained neck/shoulder area and came out feeling like a new person. Kevin was great, professional, he checked in with me on pressure, and focused on my problem areas. Hot stones and warm towels were a nice touch to cap it off. Limited English but my limited Chinese worked well in combination. Cant beat the price and the quality of actual massage, Im definitely going back.

I got the 90-minute foot and body massage and it is literally a head-to-toe massage. The young lady at the reception desk is super, super nice (I forgot to get her name). David has the best pressure. He got into my knots and I felt relaxed by the end of it. Best athletic massage Ive had in a long time.

The remodel is beautiful...OMG...been going for years, beautiful before but so nicer now. Every one is experience male or female, If too hard say too hard, if too soft say too soft. Not much more of a conversation.I go once a week the price is good, lowest price from San Jose to South San Francisco.They work so very hard ,its nice to tip decent. They do the very best to please you, and rejuvenate the entire body.I know I sound silly, but I do not write reviews : )

Because the price was right for a body massage and Jenny was the best!! My Mother in law and I enjoyed our massages very much !!! We will be back in couple weeks. Thanks again for having this promotion.

So-so massage, no private room only space with curtains, and the lady told me there is a 5% credit card fee after I decided my tips, it’s okay that they raise their price for 5% or telling at front, but a 5% charge on credit card(even on the tip as well) makes me really uncomfortable, won’t come again.

I love booking a massage there. Always great! I just hope to feel a little warmer. There are times that I feel cold in the room. But the service and massage are great, friendly and professional people :)

I continue to be extremely pleased with the excellent massage therapy provided here. I think it is the best foot spa in our area and I have tried many over the years.The setting is very professional, quiet, well-designed and most relaxing!! I have referred many people here over the years because the staff seem courteous and well-trained. I have found two therapists in the group who actually seem very professionally trained and experts in their work: David and Ginny. I am so glad David continues to be at HappyFeet Palo Alto…. I actually think he is the best therapist I have had anywhere.

The lady who massaged me wasnt clear on what clothes to take off. So when she was about to work on my back, she decided to strip all my clothes. I was fully naked and didnt feel comfortable. Im not sure Ill be back

We got a couples massage and it was a Very good massage, clean space and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We only wish someone at least at the reception desk spoke English but we will definitely be coming here more often

I really like this place. Its very clean and quiet, with relaxing music, the therapists skill is excellent, and its affordable. To be sure, youll be disappointed if you expect a premier spa massage - you dont have your own room or new clothes for the massage. But the seats are placed with enough distance, so I didnt feel uncomfortable at all. Some people seem to have trouble with tip - I paid $10 as a tip in addition to the price ($30) because I thought its worth, and the manager seemed to be very happy (the recommended amount is 20 to 23%.). If youve ever been to a mid-class massage at an Asian city like Hong Kong, you know the rule here. Additional tip: You are recommended to come with loose clothes that are easy to wash; they use a slight amount of massage cream.

It was pretty bad. Wouldnt recommend except as a prank. I would have included pictures except that I was in a rush to leave.Atmosphere: there arent any private rooms. Just a curtain. Twice during my 45 minute massage, someone came in and you could hear the whole conversation. The area also isnt clean. I made the mistake of opening my eyes while on the table and they probably hadnt vacuumed in a few weeks.Staff: theyre definitely mandarin chinese speakers primarily. I heard the front desk person call a translator twice because she couldnt understand the customer. This would fine except that they dont know what softer means.Massage: The guy I had started well, but it quickly became apparent that he was clumsy and inexperienced. He actually pinched my shoulder at one point, pressed hard on my spine and on the bones in my neck, and used hot stones when that wasnt advertised in the Back Massage which burned my skin (not 2nd degree but it hurt and made the experience worse)I mean on the brighter side, its cheap?

Came for a 60 min foot and body combo massage. The massage was relaxing and I didn’t notice that THEY MADE A MISTAKE and gave me a 90 minute massage. They then made me pay for 90 minutes even though this was THEIR MISTAKE. The therapists SHAMED ME for not tipping more even though IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE.Might have been a scam they run when business is slow. Who knows.

This is a good place if you get your expectations right. It’s a “communal” massage where everyone is clothed and has their eyes covered. So It doesn’t bother me to have everyone in the same room. The therapist is different each time but the massage is mostly the same quality each time. I have been going here for 4 years once a month. There are a couple of times when I thought they could have done better but that was the same in fancier places. Here, I almost always leave with my knee feeling better and improved mobility. I think this is a very good value for money and the tips are what keep the therapists paid. So do budget for a tip before you come in. It is still much much cheaper than other places around here.

This is an excellent, well- run massage center. Staff are all well-trained and the setting is peaceful and extremely relaxing. I have tried several massage and reflexology centers in PA and Bay Area and this is definitely the best and my favorite.The price is remarkably reasonable and the staff all work hard to please you with the massage. I go almost every week (close to Stanford near Page Mill) when in town and come out a new, stress-free person! I highly recommend this place- 1 hour massage plus tip (dont forget a tip!) is around $30-35- unbeatable deal!

I wish I would have gone to my usual spot in Mountain View. The deep tissue massage ($70+tip) was not strong at all. It seemed that she did not know where the muscles are. In the middle of the massage I was asked if I had time because another appointment had come in to finish my massage later. She finished the massage in a rush.

Awesome service for a great price. The specialists here have all been good. I find myself going two or three times a month and have found that I have better results for my back issues than I was getting with Chriopractic care alone. I still do both, but I have greatly reduced the frequency of my chiropractic visits as my adjustments are holding much better with the combination of both treatment modalities.

Cheap and cheerful. Nothing fancy but an awesome massage. Once you close your eyes and relax you will forget you weren’t greeted with a robe, slippers and cucumber water.

Do not expect customer service to be good. It is not bad, it is different to what we expect in Bay Area. Sometimes you can get very good massage, sometimes ok. I am personally coming back to that place and happy that places like that one exist for massage. For that low price , still one can get good massage and remove stress.However if you are not comfortable with communal style and no communication with therapist find yourself better place.Make sure to have cash and 20% tip cash as well

Like a lot of other foot massage places the price is right and this place treated me well. The facilities are clean and nothing shady about it. The masseuse took care of me and as long as you have your expectations in line (these are most likely not certified/licensed therapists) then you will have a great relaxing time.

Really good value for money. We had the hour-long massage which cost $45 each. Service was fast and professional with very skilled masseuses. In addition, to that the bathrooms were very clean which I appreciate.

The lady who gave me a massage kept leaving the room without telling me and she didn’t understand / speak English .. I paid for a 45 minute massage but only got less than 10 minutes . Also she didn’t gave me any real massage , rather she kept rubbing the blanket on the top .. I’ll be disputing this with my financial institution. WASTE OF TIME !!

If I could give a zero or negative rating I would. The Spa manager was VERY dishonest. I purchased 4 Groupon vouchers for Happy feet foot spa. Today when I tried to make another appointment for the 2nd time just to use up my remaining Groupon vouchers, they refused to make an appointment for me and said I could not use my Groupon vouchers for another session. But it was not anywhere indicated on the Groupon purchase site that I could not purchase more than 1 session when I made my purchases earlier. This business owner is SO unethical, please do not use them. The place is pretty much empty on a weekend date when I went there for my first appointment, and I should have known better. They kept harassing me to add on additional services that I was not asking. Avoid this place at all cost, the massage is subpar as well.---Not really sure what fine print the response below was talking about. One the phone, she could not really explain or point me to the webpage this so called fine print that she talked about below. Please attach a picture about this fine pint in the response. In addition, once she could not explain herself away, she said my boyfriend posted this Groupon and please contact them directly. How irresponsible! I have reported this business to the Better business bureau. And saw the site had other customer complained something similar.

No one could communicate in English or understand it they didnt or choose to ignore the massage I asked for with me repeatedly trying to explain what service i wanted. Had to get up and leave at 30 min mark because that is what I asked for- had a meeting I needed to make. Just wanted a foot massage and he start trying to rub oil all over my face. Then after 30 min he tried to charge me the 45 min price and guilt me into giving him more of a tip even with the prices on a sheet in front of me that I pointed to em I walked in. No thanks - not enjoyable at all, even for a cheap hole in the wall place. #yougetwhatyoupayfor

We got the $35 foot massage only and paid $7 tip which is 20%. Then the Chinese lady yelled something at us in Chinese and started cleaning the towels from the couches that we were sitting on. Not a single customer was there. I wonder why. Not even a thank you. If you want us to tip more, then you should do a good job or increase your prices so the normal tipping of 15-20% is not worth getting random Chinese phrases yelled at us.

This is not a luxury spa experience, however, I got exactly the type of massage I requested and it was very well done. You cant beat the price--and do tip well please. If you have the money to pay for a massage, you have enough money to tip well if someone gives you a good one.

Made an appointment at 2. Called in to let them know I was running just a few minutes late but that I was on my way and close by. When I got there the guy argued with me saying I had rescheduled for 5 -.- first of all, why would I be on my way if I was rescheduling for 3 hours later.. Second of all, he made the mistake of double booking and he didnt even take responsibility or offer to call the other person back. All he did to try and fix the situation was offer me the appointment 3 hours later that he had rescheduled me for.. Also make sure that you ask how much to tip, otherwise they have no problem letting you know that theyd like a better one. nice that this is a cheap place for a massage, and the massages are good - you definitely get what you pay for by way of the treatment to expect from the front desk staff though.

Where to start, first of all I couldnt understand the girl in front. We paid for a 2 but as single massages and where told to walk down the street to another location and mind u guys we are not from here and very far from it. But we got to the next location, no communication with that lady and ya got rushed into a room for both of us when it should of been private rooms and then to top it off was told that we had to pay a 20% gratuity fee, which we had no idea about cause not being told till ur trying to leave. So ya we will never go back

Just went there last week. They are operating in tents in the rare parking lot. I really appreciate their smart way to deal with this pandemic. Still the best massage you can get for the dollars you pay for. Glad that they are thriving.

Super inexpensive foot (and body) massage. It seems pretty clean. They take you to a big back room with many lie-down armchairs and soak your feet in warm water. Theyll do a foot massage and also give attention to your back, shoulders, arms. Its not in a private room (like at a spa or something), but its also much less expensive. The masseuses dont really speak much English, but they were efficient and seemed polite.

The massage was good but the lady at the reception heckles for more tip even after paying 15% as tip.

Happy Feet Foot Spa surprised me big time today with there amazing outdoor service. I would imagine that massage industry is having an extremely difficult time now because of the COVID and Social Distancing order, but Happy Feet has transformed their ways to provide service and provided their customer a brand new experience. They set up those translucent white tents under the big trees at the back of the shop, which enabled fresh air flowing through and enabled the right level of privacy you would want. The coolest thing is that when you lie down, you could see the trees hugging you all round. Definitely a new experience comparing to indoor services. It provided even more relaxation and calming atmosphere than before. I am so glad that I tried their new services and took myself out of this depressing reality. Thanks Happy Feet for rising to the challenges and finding new way serving us!!!

Okay for the price. Do not expect to have a spa like atmosphere. Its a big room, on a busy street therefore noisy, without music or aromatherapy. They answer phones in the same room so its not a relaxing space.

They are true to their word! They are great and they give a full hour massage unlike some I know that cut off 10-15 minutes if you are not on the alert!

They offer a service for a foot only massage which is nice. It is $5 extra but worth it if you only want your feet massaged.

Unprofessional! lol you will find out yourself once you check this place out. Cash only too and I had to go and take money from ATM because I believed that it would be worth trying this place out but it was just completely waste of time and money.
