Way over charged $185...I dont even know how to explain what April did to my extensions..I went in just for a adjustment (tightened up) she added beads on top and bottom (for what I dont know) it was tight for about a week then the sides started slipping..I called her and got quoted 125 to tighten up what shouldnt have came loose yet (2 inch slip)..had to pay somewhere else literally less than half of what I paid here to take it completely out and reset and it looks better than ever! Complete waste of big money here!!!

Do yourself a favor and go see April at Element’s Salon! I am 34 years old and have been going to her since I was 16. She is the only one I trust with my hair.I came to April when my best friend recommended her after I had an awful experience with a different stylist at another salon. My first time seeing April, my brown hair had platinum blonde thick stripes put in it (and at 16 that was clearly the end of the world). I don’t know what magic she worked that day but I left with my beautiful brown hair back and I have been going to her ever since.April has seen me through many hair colors and styles. Including blonde highlights, peekaboo purple and pink hair, and my natural hair color (brown). She has done a wonderful job at styling my hair for formal events as well as revitalizing my hair when it was dull damaged. April has a wealth of hair knowledge and her skills are invaluable. Not only do I continue to see her as my stylist but also does my Dad, best friend, best friend’s mom, and numerous other friends. I have attached a few photos from over the years.Go see her. You will not regret it!

The most excellent Salon. I wait all year to get to go to Florida, just to have my hair done with April. So worth the wait! Perfect cut, color, and perm every time.

April is AMAZING. I wanted to do a big chop after having my baby and was super nervous and she absolutely killed it after just taking one glance at my inspiration photo. My husband says my hair looks the best it has in years and I have been getting so so many compliments on how well the style frames my face. 10/10 recommend!

Tiffany has done my hair twice now. Cut and color/highlights both times. Its hard to decide to change hairdressers but changing to Tiffany at Elements Salon was an amazing decision! Amber did my hair. Woke up today and looked in the mirror and I love it. She nailed the color and cut. I gave her a very vague description of what I wanted as I’m not good at explaining how I want things. She did great job! All the stylists working there were awesome. The place has a good energy. My husband and I were blown away with the personal touches and professional of April and Carrie at Elements for hair and make up for our wedding day. No request was too much, even at the morning of our wedding I asked Carrie to please style my husbands hair and even though he’s a diva, she was very kind and patient with him. We are very pleased our experience and we hope you can share you big day with them too! You won’t regret it!

April is a hair GODESS!! When I found Elements I was in a bad way after another stylist had royally screwed up my lovely locks. April took one look and in less than two hours had me living my hair again! She is amazing with color and great to work with!! If you need color or a hair GODESS going to see April is a MUST!! ❣️

I screwed up my hair really bad and let me tell you...TIFFANY is a true miracle worker! Not only did she make my hair beautiful again in one session, she is a very sweet and professional person. You can really tell she loves what she does. She will be very realistic with you and give you her professional opinion on what will work and look good on you even if its not what you think would work or look good on you...and then allow you to decide on your options. I was very thankful for that because had I gone with what I thought would work I probably wouldve looked worse then what I did when I walked in... The salon is really nice and the rest of the staff was very sweet and kind as well...I recommend tiffany to everyone for all your hair needs...she does awesome work and I promise, not only will you leave feeling like a million bucks but you will look like a million bucks as well😁❤

My experience was great. I expected nothing less from Tim.Im never disappointed with my color or cut. He has a wonderful personality and is a true professional. Im so glad my neighbor gave me the referral and Id like to pass it on to your new clients.

I just got done having Britney Scott do my hair! Amazing! She listened to what I wanted which was a melted balayage highlight. She painted them on, did a cool toner and deep conditioner. My hair turned out a great neutral shade with no brassy color! The color was perfectly blended! She then cut my hair when straight and dry! I couldnt be happier!

I loved the effects! Tiffany did both the coloring and cut. Best I’ve ever felt walking out of a salon. There was no prep ahead of time. I would tell everybody but I don’t want to lose my spot in line 🍰

Dont go to Carrie! My husband needed a haircut, after reading reviews on countless salons in Pensacola for an affordable price, I chose this one. Huge mistake. He came back and his hair looked terrible, long hair here and there that had been missed, there was no fade from the top to the sides and it was uneven. Also he had a horrible red rash on his neck from the razor (he said it felt like she sharpened her own blades). If I could leave zero stars I would.

Carrie was absolutely amazing! Love my color and LOVE my cut! Everyone is super friendly, and it was such a good atmosphere. Make sure to ask for Carrie! You will not regret it!

Great Facial. I have been to a lot of high end salons and spas. At first glance this salon is decent but not dazzle. However the facial was amazing and the customer service was spectacular. The next time I am in Pesacola I will book another appointment here. ♧

Very friendly, I love what they do for my wifes hair. (Best part of bringing her here is that they somehow manage to not let it smell like permanent solution, something other stylist need to figure out.)

They offer Hair, Spray Tan, Lash Extensions, Hair Extensions (Permanent Makeup + Microblading in July) Big Sexy Hair, Keratherapy, Purple Shampoos from Italy. Tiffany worked me into her schedule for a lunch break blow out! Cant wait to go back... think I need some lash Extensions.

I had my nails done by Debbie. I usually pay $69 for dip nails and she only charged me 30, And $30 is Way too much to pay for what happened to my nails, they’re falling off ripping my skin. She never even filed down my nails before applying the tips she said that she didn’t know why they do that, and Itdidn’t make any sense but maybe that’s because you’re supposed to, all I asked for was an ombre nail.They are uneven botched and lumpy. If I can figure out how to post pictures I will. horrible horrible horrible nail job I should’ve never have left the place I was going before .I wouldnt have even posted a review if they would’ve given me a refund I asked for my money back and she said that she would like to redo my nails for me and I don’t want her to touch my nails ever again .

Everyone was so nice. I love my hair cut from Brandy. Its Fancy like Applebees on date night.
