Mark up way to high. 35 bucks for 5pack of P Coils by geek vape. Prices are higher than any other shop Ive visited in Pensacola. Also tried upsale my wife a vape kit with coil/cartridge refill issues. Like does not know when he could get anymore if at all. Luckily for me I stepped in and asked him can he guarantee he could keep them in stock..... NOT good business practice.

The open time online said 10am so we got there at 1030am and it’s closed. Tried calling the phone line to see if anyone is there and no answer. Store hours are INCONSISTENT. Tried to go in the afternoon a few weeks ago when they were supposed to close at 7pm. So we got there around 550pm and the employee was helping a person. Then said they’re closed after he was helping the person.

This place is by far the best shop in the area. They have a great selection of juices and the guy was super helpful. The prices are unbeatable...they are running a 50% off special for the month of July. I got 3 bottles and a tip for $30. Plus the shop has an extremely clean and professional setup.

Absolutely Excellent customer service!Daniel & Tristan have personally both calmy answered a complete barrage of questions effortlessly! They really know there stuff and are willing to help you find the right mod/ accessories for you! It takes so much for me to write a review but I was absolutely impressed with the expert service of those Two guy 10/10👍👍

Great customer service. Amanda was very knowledgeable with all the products. I described what I wanted. She knew within mins what exactly what I needed and wanted. I liked the fact that she even made me laugh. She even made sure I knew how to use my vap before I left and told me that if i need help with anything come back and she will help me.

I was having issues with my vape and they actually looked at it and fixed it. I went to another place and they didnt try to help as much as these guys did. I really appreciated their help. We also bought a couple of other things and the price was not bad at all! I will definitely be going back! Super great guys!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vape it. EXCELLENT customer service. Gavin is the one who helped me and was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a new device, and after me looking all over, he recommended the DRAG system So very easy, and the flow of the vape is smooth. I would rate it higher if I could. 😊

This place is awesome. Staff is very helpful. They can make any flavor juice you can think of and if thats not awesome enough, they will even exchange your juice if for some reason you dont like the flavor (as long as its still at least half full).

Awesome guys there. I was expecting my first visit to be intimidating, but instead they were a huge help with finding me something that fit with what I wanted to pay and provided more then enough relief.Ive been smoking for 2 years and quiting never really worked before. The guys there showed me how easy it was to try, what to expect as I got used to it, and encouraged me to call or come back in if I needed any help.Chris and Lee are amazing and tons of help. Im definitely coming back for another mod, I think I wanna spend a little more to get something with some actual features.

Prices are phenomenal compared to other shops, and a better reward program...Cool layout. A lot of times when you go to vape shops, everythings locked up and you need to get the employees attention, and end up waiting in line.... Here everything is out for you to try yourself... Even mods & tanks.. And who doesnt like a pool table!

I have been to several places in town that ignore me the second some seasoned vaper walks in the door.. these folks have always been professional, super helpful, and friendly.. I just got started and even with the smallest purchase. . They were awesome.. this is my go to place now!

They know what they’re talking about, and can get any newcomer started. At times they can be pretentious, and they don’t update their hours, but it’s everything you need for a decent price. Been going there for two years.What got me off the bandwagon was the last three bottles of 120ml of BlueRazz(2 from Davis, 1 from Pine Forest) had ZERO flavor. No refund offered. No replacement offered. The first time a “fix” was given(something about using blue raspberry cotton candy) but that tasted worse than what was in the bottle originally.Nah. There’s enough on the market that’s a waste of money as is without wasting my time in store. Once is an accident. Twice is a habit. Three times is a full stop.

I moved to Pensacola year ago from Gulf Breeze I had to find a new vape store & this was very convenient to my house. At 1st I was very unhappy with one of the kids in there that was working he was not Professional at all. Im not trying to get anyone in trouble, Im old school. I just wanna be treated w/respect (Not All) Im stating let it be noted. Some millennium kids need to take a step back & not be so lacks-A-Daisy. When dealing with the public. What has happened with C/S.. Especially dealing with any elders. Ok.. on Definitely a better note, Im glad I tried one more time because I went in & met James Rogers in store # 6 this kid is fabulous, very attentive very very sweet he is very helpful. Im glad I went in one more time. The juices are very good the products are good & Im glad I did give it one more chance. An old saying 1 bad Apple can spoil the whole bunch..

Daniel is amazing! He is so kind and helpful! Ever since he became the store manager, the store has gotten even better. The store looks much cleaner and well organized!

I always shopped at this store but today the 2 people working there today are unprofessional to say the least. First I waited for over 20 minutes before the female with the pony tails said we will be with you in a few minutes the other heavier set guy behind the counter was carrying on a conversation and using cuss words while doing so first I own and operate a 5 star company non of my employees cuss around my costumers they would be fired! it is very unprofessional. Last thing the girl with the pony tails has a lip ring which is just disgusting looking to even look at other than that I purchased my Vape juice and so ready to be gone i will not shop there if these 2 are working the counter again.

This place is the best vape shop Ive been in. Alex gave me great advice on a mod, tank, etc. After that, he was able to mix me up some juices that were amazing. I highly recommend this shop. I am extremely satisfied!

One of the best vape shops in the area. The e-juices are the most inexpensive that Ive found and you can have them mix flavors that YOU enjoy as well as premixed. The people working are knowledgeable in all vape things and are a pleasure to just hang with while the mixologist works the magic. Great place that deserves 5 stars for sure!

Have been a hugh fan of this place since it opened on Davis Hwy. They make what you want when you order. Only problem is they dont have many coffee flavors. They do know you by name! Highly recommend.

Their home juice tastes like absolutely nothing. The cinnamon cereal, sugar cookie, and cake batter have literally no flavor. $42 I dumped down the drain.This was at the store off pine forest by walmart grocery.

Great place plenty of flavor selections and great prices on everything the service is top notch I own two separate 5 star businesss and as a buisness owner I will say the young ladie named Amanda is very welcoming and made me feel right at home she has great communication skills and is very well informed in her work she has definitely earned my return service for many years to come.

Best vape shop in pensacola. A huge selection of tanks and dripper. By FAR the best selection of coils in town. All the juices are made in house so you can literally make any juice flavor you want. Good selections on batteries and chargers as well. Plus they recently started selling preloaded terp/cbd cartos. Never had any issues with these guys.

I have always been interested in vaping - I finally jumped into the deep end and shopped here. I’ve been coming here almost religiously ever since. Three weeks in and now I am upgrading today to a more powerful machine. This is the only vape shop that I intend on shopping at from now on and from the foreseeable future.

Stopped here because while on vaca, my vape just wasn’t working for me anymore. Walked right in, described as what I wanted and needed. Within 5 minutes, had a new vape and also some amazing juice!!! Now I know where to go when in town again!!! Thanks!!!!!!

Didnt like the taste of the vape it had a old taste to it.and the smell was something you dont want to smoke and all of the products were yellowish in color when it got mixed I got sick vaping this stuff RULE you pay for what you get

This shop is absolute trash, they try to pawn off their house juices as a premium line even though they have house juice listed on the wall. Dripting and Antidote are just their house juice.
