So much variety, had my favorite brand of smoking products at a very reasonable price. Everyone who was in the shop today had such an amazing welcoming vibe I felt right at home. Will be coming back often!

Jared was beyond helpful with our purchase. He helped build different options with very specific parameters trying to help us. He was so friendly and informative, knowing glass details, manufacturing information, and what our specific partaking styles would need as opposed to others. Hilarious fun guy.

I had an issue with this company giving me the wrong vape oil and not wanting to replace it. Once I got in touch with the manager on Instagram. The issue was resolved. Out of appreciation to that person I deleted my negative review. So if someone has an issue, contact them on Instagram. If your issue is valid. Then they should resolve it.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store looks well kept. The parking lot is small.

I think the owner must be a crook. This has always been my #1 head shop until today. I’ve spent A LOT of money at this store the last couple of years. The employees are almost always amazing. Today I was sold an empty Nitrox can. First time I had gotten that brand so I wasn’t sure how to use it. I get home and it doesn’t seem to be working. I figured I was doing it wrong so I call the shop. They tell me the mouth piece might be the problem so I go back up there and they give me a new mouth piece. I went to my car to make sure it worked and it still didn’t. So I take the can back inside to have them show me how to work the damn thing… the girl confirms it’s not working, calls the owner and then comes back and tells me that it’s empty and they can’t exchange it. THEY LITERALLY SOLD ME AN EMPTY CAN FOR $40. Absolutely horrid customer service from the owner, especially considering the amount of money I’ve spent there and how many people I’ve recommended or shown the place to. Uhg, I’m still so mad about it 😡

I have never visited vapors, I have visited The Herb Shop which is very close by. So I cant speak to much other than the shop seems well isited and maintained - not at all seedy looking ... I put the 1 star earlier because there is really nothing else I can say about the shop so Ive upped my rating as far as a stranger can lol

Love this place and I visit often. They have a huge selection of flavors and products and every person that works there are always on point and in a good mood. All of these things should tell you to “take my money!!” :)

Haven was wonderful and extremely helpful. I was wishy washy on what I wanted. She was patient with me and picked the perfect color for me. Definitely will be back. Good variety of items and entire staff was kind and funny.

Great shop- Everyone there is always very nice. Their vape policies are very clearly stated on signage in the store, so anywany posting 1 star reviews with regard to getting a vape and leaving the store and unable to return it, well, that is the policy and its hard to miss. Prices are WAY BETTER than any other store ive been to around town.

Vapors is definitely the best around Pensacola. Every other shop Ive tried has a limited supply of coils, liquid and accessories. Vapors has everything. Music is good and the people are chill. Dont bother going to these other shops. Thanks guys

They sold me a faulty battery and when I tried to return it 4 days later, they wouldnt allow a return or exchange as it was outside their 24hr return policy... Who has time to go back to test to see if its a cart or battery failure and return to the store within such a short amount of time??

Per my last review: I watched her put her mouth on my vape. How else would you test it? You can say your employees don’t do that but I watched it happen. One thing I’m not going to do is lie. I come in there all the time and have been for years. I gave my opinion on my experience.

After my family and I bought hundreds of vapes there and one went bad 3 minutes outside your store and you refuse to replace. If we hit 3 more times, it wouldve failed. Thats terrible business. Everyone notices us and saw us just leave. Terrible customer service. Luckily theres a bunch of vape shops around.

I’ve been going to this vape store for yearsssss! I walked in to get my vape and it tasted kind of weird. I let them know and a girl hits my vape right infront of me and hands it back saying it’s fine. Like there aren’t viruses going around! I’m not going back there again, that was disgusting! I don’t understand how you can be so comfortable putting your mouth on something that 1. Isn’t yours and handing it back to your customer! 2. Not even asking if it was okay! I don’t know who can be called about this, but I would suggest not going there. And there goes $20 down the drain cuz I’m not going to use it now.

Poor customer satisfaction. I bought my vapes here 2 years and loyal customer, who spent hundreds of dollars here. Recently the fume infinity price went down and I wondered. Then the vape didnt work in the store and they replaced. The second vape also didnt work, after everyone in the shop put their mouth on it and handed it back to me and said they couldnt do anything. The manager/ owner could care less about his customers. The store should have made this right to keep their loyal customers happy and satisfied. The shop should contact their vender for faulty vapes as Im sure more unhappy customers are coming. Offered me a 10% off a $20 vape is a joke. Dont waste your money, owner has become greedy since making so much money selling vapes. Plenty of other locally owned nice vape shops that will make sure you are happy with purchase. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve been a few times and every time I’ve been given great attention by the sales associates. The owner, Ed is a great guy, very friendly, humble and generous. Dakota, his associate is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are very affordable and you get awesome quality products. All around great experience every time! Great selection of disposable/rechargeable vapes. So many yummy flavors. Only negative I’ve experienced is that a few of the younger ladies make me feel rushed to pick (so many options, not an easy choice) and have not given the discount after showing verification. But I will go here regardless for the options always available.

Be Careful, Check the dates on your juice. Guy/Mgr Will not credit, swap, or refund for out of date unopen black or stale tasting juice. No matter how long youve been a customer or how much you spend in there regularly. He says date stamp is best by not expiration. Juice date was 2019. This has happened twice in the past year. Despite him, The female staff Ive dealt with have been professional, attentive, and kind. They are more interested in serving a quality product and not just about taking my money.

An employee charged me for a Vape and when I questioned it, Rather than admitting wrong, She up charge me anyways. The fume 5000+ vapes are $19.99She charged me $19.99 for the 3500. The green haired guy instead of stepping in and saying that’s not right, his comment was Well it’s 3500 puffs. They just lost a customer. My friends that I told to go there, they won’t be returning either.10-20-22 11:45am

Knowledgeable yet humble staff, very welcoming. great people. Grade A selection and good prices on both their glass related stuff and vape inventory. on par with my hometown Mobiles Vapors, with a little bit of a better vibe in my opinion. If youre around Pensacola definitely give them a visit.

UPDATED MAY 14,2021 : The owners reached out to me after leaving this review last year and asked for more information and an offer to make up for the poor service. I came back to speak with him in person and was quite satisfied that corrective action had been made. I’m confident in saying that I once again make Vapors my first stop when I am looking for related products, and I have not had a negative experience since. I apologize for leaving this review without an update until now.I’ve come here for all of my vape equipment and it’s been a good place until tonight. The associate seemed preoccupied when I showed a picture of a dab tool I am looking for because he said they didn’t have those. I asked about another product for waxes and resins but he seemed way more interested in something else so I just left. I’ll just order online.

Excellent staff. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Watch out when parking, though; make sure you turn off 9th at the small street and not into the lanes they have out front. I pulled in there and someone was parked in front of me, so I had to park there to go in. I came out and they were gone but someone else had parked in the other direction. 😳 (Luckily driver was in the car, and he backed out so I could pull through instead of backing out into the street.)

Genuinely enjoy the atmosphere. Very kind staff and always knows how to help. But always trust your gut when choosing your vape. Dont go off their suggestions (which Im sure is probably common sense). Bought a vape tonight that was suggested to me and I hate it. Its very harsh and bad taste even though the lady said the brand has good flavors. But ultimately my fault, not the workers!

The staff here always are professional and really know their products. They are available to answer any questions and help find whats right for your liking. Many smoke shops are sketchy with questionable staff but Vapors Smoke Shop feels very safe, clean, and inviting to all guests.

Been to all the vape shops in Pensacola. This is the only one that talks negative about other shops. They told me another shop sells weed and they are a**holes. I went there and now it’s my favorite shop. It has to be illegal what they do here. Not only did they tell me the lies but they tell anyone who mentions another shop. Pretty pathetic the owner lets this happen. I’ll NEVER go to Vapors again.

This was a very happy accident. My wife got sick and she needed a smoking device and found it through Google maps. This was the closest place so I went there on a limb. Well I bought something for my wife and after she got better I took her inside and we wound up spending over $50 on different items. The prices were great and the staff there was very helpful. We very much look forward to returning here in the near future.

Finally visited this place after living a 1/4 mile away from it for a year. I should’ve visited a long time ago. Not only do they have a massive selection of vapes and pipes but their prices are great compared to other smoke shops around it (not naming names). Very knowledgeable & friendly staff that are willing to help and answer any questions. I was impressed and will definitely be back in the future.

So I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and I always have a good experience! The workers are always super nice and helpful. Last night I came in looking for new juice, salt nic and regular juice. I didn’t have any idea of what I might want and they gave me great recommendations and I’m loving the juice I am vaping on! They take their time and don’t rush you out the door. This shop is Phenomenal, from the premium juice to the employees to the way the shop is set up, its jaw dropping. This is my new vape shop, with the service and product they offer and for the price I have to leave the shop I was previously going too. They give a discount if you show you marajuana medical card! Found just what I was looking for for a little pipe to burn herb in. Found a very cute silicone guitar shape pipe about 3 inches in length, it has a little glass bowl where the herb gets burned. It was about $8.00. They have a great selection of all kinds of pipes, bongs, and such. Very friendly staff, I felt very comfortable looking around at all they had and asking questions about how they work. Will be back.

Guy with light curly hair and a SnapBack on made an inappropriate comment to me regarding my breast. Very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Had to hold my boyfriend back from going inside because he could see I was clearly upset.

TERRIBLE, sold me a big expensive bottle of cake tasting vape juice, claiming it was Tobacco flavor. I called, and owner was very rude and would not swap flavor for a more suitable one, claiming his tobacco flavor is only mildly sweet. Wrong

Only place in town with more than two flavors of backwoods. They have the vanilla ones at the moment $25 a pack. Theyre so expensive because theyre imported from somewhere with high tobacco taxes. They also had honey, honey bourbon, dark stout, black sweets, original and honey bourbon. Had Russian cream singles last time i went but they were out this time. Also got a very nice water pipe for $50, might be Chinese but its a minty green color which you wouldnt typically see on a Chinese piece and for the price who cares. Either way great piece good price. Awesome shop way better than psychedelic shack for rillos.

Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible “management” and worse policies. Was talked down to by manager for asking for help with defective product. Purchased $70 item and brought it home as a medical mmj patient — I AM LEGAL.. was told that since my meds could have touched it legally they can’t help and refused to offer even a simple apology. 👎👎 WORST head shop on the gulf!!

So this is one of the best vape stores out here. I wish I knew his name, but the guy from Hawaii is so helpful! My go-to juice was discontinued from another shop and I had been looking for another for weeks and he narrowed it down based off my description. He truly has a gift lol. There are SO many awful vape shops where the people working are vape snobs and you feel uncomfortable being there, let alone having to ask for something but this was the exact opposite! Awesome selection and prices as well. I actually get excited when my bottle is running out now because I enjoy coming here!!

I purchased a device from this company, it did not function out of the box. Vapors will not exchange the product, and directs customers to the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer claims that the product sold by VAPORS is COUNTERFEITED, and thusly will NOT be honoring the warranty. BE EXTREMELY WARY OF THIS BUSINESS, THE DEVICE MANUFACTURER IS THREATENING CHARGES AGAINST VAPORS, AS WELL AS MYSELF, FOR FRAUD...a Criminal Federal Felony.

This shop needs to come into 2018. I wont give a scathing review cause i was kinda embaressed going in and didnt want to stay amd shop. But ill go anywhere else in the future.

The workers want to say that CBD and DELTA-8 are the same thing and had us overpay for a mislabeled CBD cart. Watch what you buy, peoples.
