What a great find! Needed to kill a few hours and wanted to try this place. And what a place it is.The selection is massive and diverse. I love love love when a knowledgeable owner is able to steer me to cigars I never tried before - and theyre winners.Top notch hospitality, the other patrons were great to BS with, and the shop dog is a cutie. Plenty of room, lots of comfy chairs, TVs, A/C (of course!) - it was a great experience and I cant wait to get back.

Really awesome cigar lounge! Perfect place to relax, talk to new people, and get some work done comfortably. Owner is super nice and knowledgeable about his passion of cigars! Totally recommend for anyone needing a bit of relax time during the week!

I was visiting my parents while in transit between duty stations, and as always, looked up cigar lounges in the area. VIP was one of the first to appear when I searched. First, let me say, the lounge itself is beautifully kept, and very comfortable. They sport an excellent selection of cigars, and are reasonably priced. The gentleman, Fava, and Tony who are the owners are incredibly gracious and friendly hosts. If you or anyone are visiting Phoenix, Arizona and and are looking for a great cigar lounge., I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful brand new cigar lounge! This is by far the nicest lounge in the area.They have an excellent selection of cigars and accessories with an abundance of comfortable seating. For people who want a more private setting, they have a private lounge area as well.Definitely check out this lounge when youre in the area and enjoy a nice cigar.

VIP Cigar Lounge is the best. They have a great selection including the elusive Opus X. The store is great but Tony and his family are even better. They are warm, ingratiating and great cooks to boot. Spend a little time at the VIP Cigar Lounge and I promise you’ll have a great time.

Grate cigar lounge! Super spacious very professional leather comfy seats, big screen tv’s , Tony the owner it’s a super nice guy that makes you feel welcome and he gives you the assistance if you need it ... he knows his cigars !! Always he got 10-20-30% off in his cigars ! Great deals every day! Highly recommended the customer service it’s outstanding, you feel like you are part of the family!

Best Cigar lounge in AZ I have visited and I visited a few ! Tony the owner is incredible warm friendly and great host..Great selection of premium cigars all priced well. TVs, sitting areas private and open. A must stop for all Cigar lovers local and not local.

Awesome! Cigar lounge with a wide variety of sticks and very friendly owners, I have always been greeted with a friendly embrace and rewarded with great sports viewing and spirited conversation. Most definitely recommend for the cigar enthusiasts.

This is an ok place to visit if you are just picking up your favorite stick or lokking for so.ething new as they have a good size humidor room. Not a place I would go to hang out and smoke as the seating area is not designed for that. As you walk in, it has a nail/hair salon feel of people just sitting in oversized chairs waiting to be called back. The person in charge on our visit was very helpful once in the humidor and went to great lengths to find a specific stick we were looking for, and even opened several different boxes to find it. Service 5 stars, price 5 stars, ambiance 3 stars. Grab and go is the story here.

Trilogy Cigar Club went here first time today.Room temperature was perfect, great ventilation, and plenty of TVs to watch. A great collection of cigars, Tony was very helpful in recommending them . Everyone was happy and commented that this will be a great place to go.

Fantastic humidor, comfortable lounge, and a very relaxed atmosphere! This place is definitely worth checking out if youre anywhere in AZ Theyre Super welcoming and I cant wait for the grand opening!

Friendly, relaxing, and comfortable place to enjoy a stick, and have a conversation with like minded (or not so like minded) people. Watch sports or whatever. Nice humidor with a great selection to choose from. Good deals to be had, regardless of your tastes.

A great place to hang out with friends or watch your favorite sports. Tony is a fabulous host. This is a good place to come in and buy cigars for home but a great place to meet new friends and have a good time.
