Linda is smaller then I would imagine A good masseuse to be, but it was one of the best massages Ive had in a long time! Enough (without to much) pressure, thorough and very relaxing. Plus she did hit each area. I have been before where they skipp something like hands or feet. She got them all.Thanks

Charessa was awesome! She really knows how to get to the muscles that need some attention. She listened to my complaints and gave me the best massage!

Sierra was great, she took the time to review my history and asked questions about my daily skin care. She explained the process during my facial treatment and gave great recommendations.

They tacked on some sort of rapid tension thing. I had no clue was was going on with that. The lady that checked me in never said anything about that. She did ask me about aromatherapy, which I said yes, but no one asked me what kind. When I mentioned it to the gal up front she just seemed irrated and told me I was asked when I checked in which I tried to explain to her but she just got snappy. I didnt bother. I just checked out and left. Oh well.

The therapists and staff here are friendly, it is also a clean location. However, I arrived fifteen minutes early but was taken back to the massage room nearly ten minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start, leaving me to rush to make sure I got the full time of my desperately needed massage. Calling it a 60 min MASSAGE is misrepresentation and quite disheartening. While my massage was okay, the area I asked to be worked on SOLELY was not the area focused and I am still in more pain than I should be if I was truly listened to (this is the second time, I was very specific this time on what I wanted as to not have a repeat of the last time, wanting to give it another chance, but was again disappointed overall). Also, I am not sure if they set the clocks back but I checked my phone time before and after and was absolutely not given 60 min of time as a client, very disappointing especially after waiting for almost 25 min beforehand. Ultimately, I will not be back. The price is definitely not worth less than an hour of hands-on on time. I am upset to say the least. If there is ten minutes to change and consult included then it should be extra time, not time taken from the massage. Unprofessional.

Lillie hits the spots! I had sciatic nerve pain, and not only did she knead the aches away, she gave some great recommendations for at home therapy mixed with my massage treatments. Highly recommended for medium to firm kneading. Great location and management!

I had a massage at the park west location for the 1st time with Stephanie because my girl Lilly was booked and i was in so much pain. The maddage was by far exceptional and her skill set is more than amazing. I came out with loose muscles, my shoulders were so relaxed and the pain is gone in my back. This lady is definitely a 10!!!! I love the owners Eddie and Jill and their commitment to excellence and customer service is the reason I will always make this my choice for pain relief and relaxation. I’m 63 and they keep my life in motion!!! Thanks a million 💋

Steven is amazing at Massage Envy in Peoria! He lets you know when the time starts and when we will end. The pressure is consistent every time. If you ever need him to go up or down in pressure, he does accordingly. He makes you feel welcome and cracks a few jokes when leaving! Such a wonderful man

Great experience every time I go I have no complaints of anything. Ismael is one of the best massage therapist there at massage envy in Peoria. I would advise to schedule appointment in advance because he gets pretty booked. I come all the way from Buckeye so the distance may be long but it’s well worth it.

Having fibromyalgia and multiple herniated discs I have the hardest time getting a massage without causing even further pain. Ismael is the first massage therapist Ive had in a long time understand my needs and yet still give a relaxing massage.

Dulce does an amazing facial. She is relaxing, gentle, and checks in with you throughout the process to see what she can do for you. She makes sure to answer all your questions and makes helpful suggestions to what would be best for your skin type. She is super sweet person and I’m looking forward to my next facial with her.

Yesterday I had my first professional massage ever, and Lillian was amazing. She has such good energy and she took care to be sure I was comfortable. I was very relaxed on the heated table, and I literally felt the tension melting out of my body during my session. I havent had such little pain for the past two weeks, and I was able to sleep so much better and now the next day I feel like I can move so much easier. Lilly advised me to stretch more to lengthen my muscles (she said muscles need to be lengthened not just loosened!) and try the stretch sessions there. I will definitely be back for those; I feel like the quality of their services are worth it and I highly recommend Lilly for her professionalism and care.

Charessa was amazing she listened to my problem areas and focused on them. I was in a lot of pain when I went in. I knew it wasn’t all going to be gone in one session but I did have a lot of relief that I was able to have a good night sleep. Highly recommend her.

This was my second time going to Massage Envy. The first time I had Gina and the second time I had Steve! Both were really amazing! Gina made me feel super comfortable and explained everything especially since I was completely clueless my first visit! Steve asked me what I would like to focus on and cued a lot of what he was doing. He did an amazing job and released a lot of the tension I felt in my neck and shoulder blades. In both visits, I felt completely safe and I asked for deep tissue each time! If you are considering getting a massage, don’t be afraid! They were very professional and allow you to undress to your comfort level. As a woman, I felt as comfortable with Steve as I felt with Gina. And don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you like! For reference, I am 5’5 and weigh 300 lbs and participate in powerlifting, zumba, etc.

Charessa did an excellent job of assessing my needs and checking in throughout the massage - it’s clear she does her best for each client. The front desk communicated in a clear and efficient manner. Great experience and great location!

I came in for a facial with Sierra. As a licensed esthetician myself, it is easy to know when someone is being thorough or not and the quality of work. Sierra did a great job! She did a good consultation before my service and made sure to go over all of my options with me, and telling me what was safe for pregnancy since I’m currently expecting! Her technique is awesome and she has a very relaxing touch! My skin felt amazing after the service and she checked in with my throughout the facial to make sure I was comfortable! Highly recommend!

I give my masseuse Lilly 5 stars, but overall 4 because it takes so long to get an appointment at any of the Massage Envy locations. Lilly did a great job. She used the right amount of pressure and asked several times if the pressure felt right. I didn’t have a focus area so Lilly spent a little extra time where she noticed I needed more attention, yet spent ample time on each muscle group. I especially loved the attention and pressure she used on my feet. Can’t wait to see her again next month.

I have been coming in this branch for years now. Dulce is a new discovery of mine. She is really great! For the two times that I had my facial with her, she gets it. I came in to be relaxed and take care of my skin, and she gave that to me 101%. She is a gem! To the management of ME Park West, please take good care of her. Ive been to this location twice now, and both visits were great. The place is well kept and stylish. The therapists that Ive had were both good, although one could be a little bit more communicative.I am looking forward to my next visit.

I had a great first visit to Massage Envy Park West Peoria! Jazmyn checked me in. She was super professional and very welcoming as she walked me through the process. Steven was my therapist and her was excellent! He asked for my feedback on pressure various times throughout the massage, and listened when I expressed a need for more or less pressure. He was the epitome of a professional and even though I am female and he is Male, I was never uncomfortable. He was able to give me relief from chronic pain in my shoulder when its been there for months. I would definitely recommend him and the whole ME team there to anyone who was looking for a place to go.

My mom recommended me to Dulce. She was very nice and she answered all of my questions throughout the session in a very helpful way! She informed me on some helpful tips to manage my skin concerns. The service itself was nice and relaxing too.

Sierra was so lovely! I went in for a facial and she was so kind, professional, and very knowledgeable! I asked a bunch of questions about my skin and what products would help my problem areas and she recommended a skincare line for me as well as figured out a course of action to tackle all of my skincare concerns. My wife and I have been going here for well over a year! My therapist Shannon is simply amazing! She makes sure you leave feeling better than when you walk in. I highly recommend her! I can not leave out the amazing crew you meet when you walk in the door!!! Deanna is always so helpful not only when you a alk in but also when you are all finished up.The facilities is clean, and they continue cleaning making it as safe as possible! Again, I highly recommend them! Mask must be worn, but we have gone several times since the reopen and they are making sure you are as safe as possible! Should be a 10 star button right Christina? 🤗

Great stall overall! I was greater positively and smiles and hellos from every staff member I walked by. It was my partners first massage and he is was nervous and Shannon made his experience perfect. Now he cant wait to go back.I had crystal and let me just say she really got those knots out and I cant wait to go back and see her.

I am so happy with massage envy. I gave been going here for over 2 years. I have had multiple therapist and have not ever been disappointed. I gave recently also having facials and a chemical peel. Sierra is who I have been seeing, and she sure knows what she is doing very pleased with everyone I have come incontact with. Office staff is wonderful with working with me and my crazy schedule. I truly enjoy my time here!

I have a young lady I normally go to do my facials for about 6 years. However I was very impressed with Sierra. Facial did not hurt at any time. Even Vitamin C treatment did not sting. As I asked questions on facial she explained in detail in a way that I could understand. She was not pushy on sales but explained what they do. I was given. 2 gift cards which is why I went but my experience was so great I signed up for membership and will be setting up monthly facials with Sierra. She provided excellent customer service. Please recognize her in front of her peers. Nice job on hiring her to represent your company.

Linda was awesome! She really helped me relax and does a great job in key areas that were important to me. My favorites were the upper back/neck area, hands and feet!!! I will definitely be scheduling with her next time. I think I found my new favorite person!

She was excellent. I came back to her this time and wasnt disappointed. Their aroma therapy is great. I got the relaxation one this time. I was totally de-stressed and comfortable. I will definitely be back with her next month. Last month I had a severe pain in my shoulder blade and muscle and she totally worked it out. It was such a relief because it was cramping bad. I felt great when I left. Totally pain free.

Ismael was fantastic! He is very experienced and a great listener. My neck is very tense and I know it’ll take a few sessions to get it back to normal. Which I’ve already scheduled another appointment. If you need someone that’s really strong I highly recommend Ismael. He was able to adjust the pressure flawlessly!Northern and the 101! Crystal was amazing! She took care of exactly what we talked about prior to the session. Not only did i just want to relax, but Im hoping this will help with an injury that doctors cant seem to figure out. I felt like a whole new person after my massage and cant believe I waited that long to do some self care. A strange reception. Session began a little late and felt more like a doctor visit or as if I were taking my car to be worked on rather than a treat or spa experience. Music wasnt working so they asked if I could play spa music with my phone. What?! Nobody whispered as they had in the past. I Was told more about what I should do rather than asked what I needed. Staff appeared knowledgeable and highly trained but it just wasnt the same as what Ive come to expect from previous experiences. The appointment was booked months in advance and just wasnt a treat. Maybe I just caught them on a off day. Thanks anyway guys.

I just want to share how AMAZING Sierra has been during each one of my visits to this location.I am in my late 50s and it is my personal goal to age as gracefully and naturally as possible. This takes commitment on my part, but having someone you can go to who has that same commitment towards others in a very authentic and caring manner is pure bliss. Sierra took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for esthetically. She asks lots of questions, provides information about at home skin care, promotes the importance of sunscreen 💛! and is helping me achieve a healthy and gracefully youthful complexion!I was hesitant to post, some things you just want to keep to yourself especially when it comes to stellar service! I have been a member at this location for about 2 years. Very convenient location and easy to schedule appointments through the website.I do both massage and skincare, though my schedule is quite hectic, so I appreciate that I can schedule appointments a day or few days ahead and still get in.Today I had an extraordinary massage with Ismael and superb experience with a PCA skin peel with Timothy. Ismael was able to focus on several knots on my back and really took note of the areas of concern I wanted to focus on. I never felt like he was just doing a routine to pass the time, but rather focused on needed areas with a perfect pressure. Timothy was also very attentive and great at explaining the process of the skin peel. Great communication and an excellent peel. Overall a great experience today!I will definitely be back to see Ismael and Timothy soon! There are several great people there as well... Ive had great experiences with Crystal, Ashley and Jay.

I have being seeing Linda at Massage Envy Park West for years now, where I have always received excellent customer service! Linda is outstanding & I swear she has magic hands! I love how she is able to execute my massage targeting all my problem areas after listening to my needs, & has me leaving 100% relaxed & refreshed every single time! The staff at this location are very friendly! I am grateful that I can usually find a random appointment 1-3 days out.The rooms and furniture feel a bit outdated at this location. I was in room 1 last visit and the leather seat was peeled to death.

I had a 60 minute message with Steve and I was very pleased with the pressure & the areas that he he covered. I highly recommend him.

They makes sure that my needs are always met.I loved both Linda and Sierra. you will never find another therapist like this two ladies. keep them and make them both happy. they both deserve a pay increase!!!Your front desk at Park west needs CSR training. In my last visit, I called the front desk that I have been circling around the pparking lot trying to find parking for 10 minutes, the person who answered the phone sounds like she just woke up and she doesn’t even know what location she’s in.Parking at parkwest had gone bad. Having those 1 hour parking when you have 90 minutes sessions does not help. Please talk to the property manager and don’t respond to me that there’s nothing you can do. Your membership is not cheap and we deserved the service we paid for.

Lily is amazing with her hands and so attentive to what I needed in a good stretch and good massage. I would highly recommend her because she can do light to deep massage. She is very communicative and makes sure i am getting what I really need every time. I have been to her 3 times and plan all my visits around her schedule in the future. Thank you Lily!

Last year,I received an amazing Christmas gift - a gift card from Spa Envy! I was so impressed with my massage treatment, I purchased an annual membership plan and have LOVED it ever since! Camille is my therapist, and she is absolutely amazing! She massages ONLY the areas I want massaged with the pressure I desire. Also, I like that I can book appointments online and can book one hour massages, 90 minute massages or even 2 hour massages. Hours are great! I especially like that I can have a 90-minute massage at 8:30 and leave at 10 (when they close) and go home ready for a peaceful night of sleep!

I have been a Massage Envy member for many years. Ismael and Lily have both been great over the years as my go to massage therapist. I had my first hot stone massage with Ismael and highly recommend it. I do the stretches session they offer also. I felt the stretches after the hot stone massage was very helpful.

Received an amazing facial from my favorite girl Sierra! She totally takes her time with you to find out your skincare needs and explains all the facial options and add ons so everything is easy to understand. The facial steamer and arm and hand massage are my favorite!! Next appointment will be for a Chemical Peel then Dermoplane?. Sierra always reminds me to keep up my morning and evening routine and drink lots of water...My skin looks amazing! Please boom an appointment with Sierra. You wont be disappointed!

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for years. Sierra is my aesthetician and she is wonderful. I love that she explains what she is doing and her recommendations.

I had Lilly for the first time and I was not a fan . Normally getting a massage is so relaxing . She came in tossed the sheets and basically aggressively started massaging my back . She was rude the entire time asking if I did stretches and I should do stretches . When I was turning over face up, she held the sheet up but I get like wasn’t really covering me . Even after the massage she was just rude and felt like she was judging me . Not a good experience at all.

First ever facial and it was beyond amazing. Dulce explained every aspect of the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I’ll definitely be back to visit her again for a little daring chemical peel. Dulce was very informative, gentle, and has the sweetest disposition. She a MUST to see when visiting ME.

Excellent massage and masseuse. I explained to Ismael my lower back and sciatic nerve has been acting up. He focused on that area with awesome pressure and heat along with stretching to help relieve nagging pain. It was one of the best massages and I felt great afterwards and still feel good today!! Lilly has been wonderful. I get massages to help with a back injury I’ve been recovering from for a while and it’s amazing how much better I feel.. I regret not going to Lilly sooner. I’m also 6 months pregnant and the prenatal massage is a game changer.

Very happy with my first visit to Park West Massage Envy, which ultimately ended up with me becoming a member! (Extremely affordable with great benefits!)I had a 60 minute session with Umar, whom I had never met before. Long story short, his work convinced me that I needed his touch in my life every month.Facilities were extremely clean, front desk staff was awesome, and like I said becoming a member is extremely beneficial with no down side. I am not just saying that. Treat yo self.

This is the second time I have been to see Lillian she is very thorough and helpful. I shared my areas of concern and she offered suggestions and then went to work. Im sore today but feel some much less tension and pain. I have other appointments booked now to continue to feel that relief.

I’ve been going to Ismael for a bit now, and he’s always given me an incredible massage! However, I’ve never been as great full for him than I am today! I went in with a very sore shoulder that I could barely move. Not sure how I was going to work the next day, as I’m a hairstylist, Ismael fixed me! I have full mobility and no pain. Shannon at the Massage Envy at the Peoria Park West location is AMAZING! My wife and I both go to her at least once a week and I look forward to it each and every time. All the staff there are very nice, professional, the place is always clean and a calming environment. I really think people overlook the benefits massages provide. Its not just the relaxation of it but it help me on a daily basis. I sit in front of a computer 8+ hours a day which may not seem like strenuous work but it does put a strain on my hands, wrists and lower back. I dont know what I would do without my weekly massages!

I had my monthly facial by Sierra, who is so attentive listening to any concerns I may have, always friendly, gentle and doing a great job and enhancements needed. I have been a long time standing customer and look so forward to getting pampered and my husband always compliments me with the results.

These people are shortening the time of service. I was for was at 10:15 am for appointment at 10:30, the person took me at 13:36 I to the room and tried to sell me more products while I had already input what I wanted online. I asked to go with what I wanted to not waste time. By the time he told me to get ready for it, it was 10:45 so he left and came back afterwards to start the massage with ended exactly 11:30. I have a total of 40 minutes massage and they advertise 60 minutes. Thats stealing from customers.

I had a facial done by Sierra and she was amazing! She listen to my trouble areas and help me start a night routine for my skin and gave me some great recommendations on skin products. I left feeling beautiful, relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Sierra!

I only trust Sierra to do my facials. She is friendly, a great communicator/listener, and truly takes my skin’s needs into consideration. I was referred to her by my sister and I now drive 20+ minutes just to see Sierra specifically. She also gives great neck/shoulder massages!

I love the cleanliness and attention to health guidelines when I walk in. My therapist, Lily, is the bomb. Personable and caring. I always feel like a new woman when I walk out. She works along with my chiropractor on my scoliosis and hip flexors. I have a stretch session with my massage and now I have very little pain. Call and ask for her. You won’t be disappointed.

As long as the massage therapist is a great listener and tend to every clients’ needs, I would be a repeat customer. Umar sets a great example here. He is a great listener when I asked for firm pressure. He offered at-home stretching tips to help with the knots on my upper back and neck area. Overall, it was great experience.

I recently experienced the best massage in 15 years and I have to make sure that credit is given to Shannon at the Massage Envy Park West location. Although she went out of her normal routine of deep tissue massages to provide me with a medium pressure massage, she embraced the change in such a professional and positive way that I felt the positive energy both physically and mentally which allowed for a perfect, amazing experience. YES! First off, I’m so picky and, I’ll admit, I’m harsh to judge which is why I felt obligated to rate! If it wasn’t for Jose Miranda I would not come here. He is an incredible masseuse! I don’t go anywhere else because it’s hard to find quality people. He knows exactly what to do to help relieve pain as well as reduce stress. His great with pressure levels! Whether you like a softer level of pressure or need a full amount he knows how to measure himself. He listens to every need! HE KNOWS what he’s doing. The receptionists are always very sweet too. Always helpful. I don’t care what people think Massage Envy this location has been great to me for 5 months now. I highly recommend you ask for Jose Miranda. (Include his last name because they have two Jose’s) I hope they give him a raise. Good people like him that love their profession are hard to find.

Update: my usual masseur was unavailable but was recommended Ismael for a last minute booking, 90 mins with RTR. Wow! Ismael asked clarifying questions about my problem areas and helped me isolate the movements that caused me pain. He was immediately able to feel what the issues were and worked them out. Additionally, he also provided insightful advice for how to keep me stretching, and other proactive movements to avoid such debilitating tension from creeping into my neck and shoulders! I highly recommend Ismael!Im truly grateful for my ME membership. The reoccurring charge reminds me to take time for myself! The Park West location isnt the closest to me, but I found my favorite service provider there; J is an excellent masseur. Hes completely transformed my view of self-care. In the time that Ive been seeing him, weve worked tremendously on the tension I hold in my upper back. Ive visited in emergency situations when I cant even lift my arm up past my chest and hes been able to work it out! Im appreciative of his constant reminders to stretch and expert advice on what types of movement will help my body the most. Ive found this shop to be very honest about what I need, service and retail-wise. I never feel like products or services are being shoved down my throat, but rather, that options are suggested when they will undoubtedly benefit me. Their communication system(s) keep me informed about services, appointments, special promotions and safety protocols. I specifically prefer deep tissue work to help with fitness related injuries etc. She has great technique, and the perfect amount of deep tissue work. I have been pleased with my massage therapist Steve Gray for the past five plus years. I ve had issues with my left shoulder and neck pain and discomfort of which he always touches at the right comfort level and the deep tissue massage provides me relief and comfort. He has also worked with my Chiropractor from physical therapy from a infusion I had. My chiropractor is pleased that his treatment and massage does help me. I highly recommend Steve Gray.

Let me start off by saying I have an amazing therapist at the Surprise location and the service there is great. However, the Park West (Peoria) location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I opened a membership there years ago. And my last straw was when the male therapist literally fell asleep during my massage, three times! I refused to go there again. I have switched services to Surprise. Anyway, the Park West location still “manages” my membership and I’m unable to move it over due to having too many credits (what!?!). So I’m stuck dealing with their rude service and incompetence. The latest one being Diana. Who continually talked over me and slammed the call at the end. Unhelpful, rude and total disregard for customer service. Stat away from this location.

This is by far the best massage envy I have been to. the front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful and my therapist Brandon is by far one of the best. I always look forward to my visits here I always leave feeling relaxed refreshed and renewed. I started going to Massage Envy a few years ago and find that by keeping my membership and sessions going I am helping myself to be the best I can be. I am miserable without a good massage from time to time. I recommend doing 90 minute sessions every month or so to remain in good standing with your body. Listen to your body. These guys are great and they will take care of you.

And then said it would cut into her time if she didnt reschedule! Well, she went anyway, and guess what? They gave her a 50 minute massage, yet we paid and scheduled it for a 90 minute massage. STAY AWAY from this place if you like to keep your appt and not be penalized for it. Still trying to get my money back.

Love this place now. After having generic massages at every other place Ive been to and coming here and actually having the therapist listen to you is such a relief. My therapist Mike was awesome. He loosened up my back better than anyone. Since having severe siatica for 5 years, he helped it feel better after one session.

Shady business practices. They kept hard-selling their membership, so I asked point blank THREE times if there were any charges for cancelling before the year was up. They kept saying oh well you can freeze your membership blah blah blah etc... until finally saying yes, I could cancel without any charges or penalty.Months later I decided it wasnt worth it, and the smug manager said it would be $99 to cancel. I said thats not what I was told, and I was given no contract with that stipulation. They refused to cancel and said it would go to collections if I didnt pay, which left small claims court as my only option. Scumbags.
