My first visit was a gift. I like the idea of a monthly membership, otherwise it could be very pricey. Great atmosphere.There were a few things I didn’t like during my session. Like I don’t like starting off face up. No one wants a circular imprint on their face when leaving the establishment… I feel I’m picky. I could tell my massage therapist was new to the trade yet he did a good job.I would consider getting a membership if I found someone that I liked. Too expensive to find out.
Last year for my birthday I was gifted a spa day so I booked my massage and facial appointments . My facial was done by , Ethan who AMAZING! As for the massage and the therapist is was HORRIBLE !!!!! I filed a complaint and to this day almost a year later no one has reached out to me. Don’t waste your money!!
I recieved a gift card for Christmas and was excited to visit this place. When I first walked in, the smell of oils from the diffuser was very refreshing and I saw three lovely faces greet me as I walked in the door. Registration was a smooth process & the atmosphere was very comfortable!It was my first time going to Massage Envy & I have to say it was wonderful! I got a massage & a facial and both made me realize that I should do more self care and take better care of myself. I didnt realize it until Emma (who did my facial) told me she wanted me to be comfortable & that I was there to be pampered. She gave me a skin analysis & had some great information on how to take better care of my skin. Lucy did my massage and even though I was relaxed, her & I had a great conversation! I enjoyed getting to know her & was bummed when it was over. Both ladies were absolutely delightful and I do plan on visiting Massage Envy again!
Its unfortunate as a long term member that ICE on the roads is not considered a winter storm. 2 weeks ago we had a winter storm and they told me I wouldnt get charged a visit if I needed cancel, I battled it out and showed up to my appointment. This week I cant get down my lane due to ice (more dangerous) and called them to cancel, they said sorry we have to follow policy and charge you for the visit. Ugh...this is why I will NOT be a member once I use all my credits from COVID that I still paid for when I couldnt get service, because if I cancel my membership now I lose all of what I have paid for. Its really to back, the therapist there are amazing, its just the business model of Massage Envy of what I am dissatisfied with. Be cautious when thinking about being a member. They dont tell you all the exceptions with it that change continuously with the revolving door of managers.
I have booked here twice. Each time I have called, the receptionists on the phone were rude and interrupted me multiple times. In person, the receptionists waited to finish their personal conversations before welcoming/confirming why I was there and did the same when I went to pay.The first massage I received was not much past having oil rubbed on my body (even after requesting a moderate to firm pressure before and throughout the massage).
So Extremely disappointed!! Went for a 10am massage today and at 10:07 went to the front desk to ask what was going on! Girl at the desk was amazing she said she would call the masseuse. ( Not calling her a therapist because can’t even act like aMature adult, and get to work on time) She wasn’t even in the building yet! Do Not Book with SHARECIA! So Rude that you can’t even make it to work before 10:00am for a client that is waiting! We all have things come up but you should plan better or let someone know you’re running late. I left at about 10:13 and she still wasn’t there. SHARECIA you need to learn respect for people’s appointments and time. First time at an Envy Massage, not sure if I’ll ever book at one again. If you have employees that treat clients like this maybe you shouldn’t be in business. Always usually go to Elements Massage, too bad there aren’t any close by.
Very unpleasant experience with the peoria location . Was told I had 2 massage sessions left she even verified with manager and wrote on a card that they had to be used by February 7th than they tel me I didnt have them .Asked for Reginal manager to call me and she never did .They are very rude and the massages are definitely not great .rude and

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy in Peoria. I asked for them to recommend someone for me considering this was my first massage. Tracy was great! Right away she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had an amazing massage, highly recommend.
Do NOT Recommend. We were members for almost a year, and by the end of the time there was no availability for months and our sessions stacked up. We cancelled our membership, and were told we could still use our sessions wed paid for during a time period. They would not book us services, and cancelled the services that we did have booked. They had me call in every few weeks because they almost had new therapists ready to give massages, but every time I called in they didnt. I spent many hours over a 5 month period trying to schedule the massages that they owed us, and after calling in again today, the manager told me that we were just out of luck and that none of credits were applicable. They literally took our money, couldnt book our massages, then after months of promising me that our credits were still there, the manager said tough luck and cancelled our account.
Extremely dissatisfied is a great understatement. I had a membership for a couple of years and tried several therapists that were less than impressive, and also found two that I loved but they both left for better workplaces. As time went on I could never get in for an appointment then before I knew it I had accumulated around $500 in credit from automatic monthly charges (even though I couldn’t get in) so when I tried to cancel and get my money back they said I could not get it back and the credit expired. I’m sorry but where did my $500 go? To pay their bills bc they have lost so many clients?! To this day I am furious and now plan to contact my attorney- I’ve heard I’m not the first. Well played ME.
Love this place and always enjoy my massage! They are friendly and helpful and even correct issues that may arise on your membership.Front desk associates are polite and courteous. The facility is warm and inviting with a spotless appearance which adheres to their cleanliness.I would highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.**Also, your massage will be a heavenly release!Massage Envy, keep up the excellent business practices!(5 stars)

This used to be a good place to get a therapeutic massage. Not now. I have chemical sensitivities, and my massage therapist let me bring my own massage oil. Now, the ownership has changed, and I was told that I could only use their corporate oil. I asked for the ingredients, and no one would respond. I finally got them, and there are chemicals that I would probably be sensitive to. They still declined to use my oil, even with medical needs. I asked for a refund on my sessions I had already paid for. The manager said she would talk to the Regional Manager. More than a month has gone by with no response, and no refund.
I became a member in January and while I get charged every month its impossible to get an appointment,I was told there is a Massage Therapist Shortage. Its September and Ive only gotten in 4 times and there is no refunding. I did this as a treat to myself and all is been is a stressful, frustrating, expensive hassel. If you cant provide the service you shouldnt sell the membership!
Had a appointment that I make weeks in advance only to be told 4 days prior they couldnt do appointment. Proceeded to not have any openings and lady was very unprofessional. Asked if they offer a discount or something to compensate the trouble and Lindsey the manager said no. Dont expect to be able to book massages when you want to and they have poor customer service. Do not go here for massages. Many other places in Peoria that will go above and beyond d to make it right for the customer. Masage Envy definitely doesnt believe in the cuato.er experience
Called to make a massage appointment and receptionist rambled on and on and took forever to get to the point explaining things and could not explain things efficiently. It was so annoying! Had to interrupt her to say what I wanted to say. I don’t have time for that. This unfortunately has happened twice now when I’ve called inquiring about times. When we finally made an appointment she told me I had to wear a mask the entire time I was getting a massage and when I told her I would have trouble breathing facedown in a cradle with a mask on, her response was “well I didn’t have trouble with it.” And told me to call back when I am comfortable with it. Wow rude! I am appalled at how unprofessional her response was. How do you have a receptionist answering your phones that doesn’t know how talk to people professionally? I was also interested in booking weekly massage appointments but they lost my business. Plenty of other great massage therapists in town!
I love this place! Great therapists and staff go out of their way to help you. Place is clean and inviting. They offer a Stretch that really helps alleviate pain. The best part is the membership they offer. Call and ask Triston (who goes out of his way to help) and ask about membership prices. Thanks Massage Envy fir making me feel awesome!
My friend and I both had 90 minute massages today, very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Alyssa was my therapist and did an excellent job. Considering signing up for the membership program so i can come more often.
Great place and great staff however DO NOT sign up for the membership! They will tell you that 1 is massage included every month for the monthly price however if you accidentally miss even a single massage session you loose it even though they will tell you it rolls over - It Doesnt. I signed up in August to start my membership from September and in October I only used one and now their system does not show September credit. The membership is only their marketing tool.
When I called for my first appointment, careful attention was taken to ensure I was paired with the right therapist. That makes all the difference in the world. Sara is super accommodating, caring and intuitive. She will adjust her technique to suit the client. The relaxation room at this location is decorated very well and feels nice and homey.
I absolutely LOVE this place! I visit often. The ambiance and atmosphere is beyond relaxing. Everyone is so friendly! I am disabled and they are very accommodating to my needs during each session. I recommend booking in advance because it is hard to get in short notice. I recommend Kayla! Shes amazing!
5 Stars...Loved it. Ive been having some pain in my leg (sciatic) and a massage was recommended. ME has several options that allowed me to get the message I needed. Terri was great, friendly, and really tailored the massage to my needs. There are cheaper massages in the area but not as good. 3 days later and the pain is gone, just sore. Im going back soon but will like space out further sessions.
Dishonest. Had not used account in almost a year, however paid and had a lot of massages in “bank”. They closed due to COVID, claimed they tried to get ahold of me for non payment, because my card expired. I have no emails or calls from them at all. I have a lot of promotional emails from them asking me to come in. They took over $1,000 of my money and then canceled my account!
I was very disappointed with my experience. The office manager was very rude during check in with a gift card mishap on their part. We had two appointments and they were late taking the girls back due to their mistake so the girls time was cut short by around 20 min each. No apology for their mistake during any of the experience. Would not recommend.
Bad first experience. When I called to schedule a prenatal massage, no questions were asked. I live an hour from this location. I arrive for my appointment, do paperwork, then (ONLY then) was there any question of my medical history during my pregnancy. Because I have gestational diabetes, I was told we could not do the massage until they had a doctors note. Whole trip wasted! Those are things that should be verified before scheduling.
My husband & I just had our 1st visit & now we are members. We both had an amazing deep tissue massage. I was so glad to get in last minute. My husband had a migraine all day that Terri B. relieved.

Booked appointment several days in advance at this location. The morning of the appointment received call from Shay stating that the esthetician doesnt know how to do the services requested, and do I want something else. I said, No thank you, cancel appointment.

Husband walked in to purchase a gift certificate for his mom and the guy was smug and said we sold our last one yesterday. SERIOUSLY! Turned away a paying customer. I cant believe they couldnt have given him something for a certificate purchase. Very disappointed!!
I was so excited to receive a gift certificate to Massage envy for Christmas but decided to wait and use it for my birthday in January.My massage was for 60 minutes once I arrived and answered initial question an waited for the young lady 20 min had gone by leaving leaving me with a 38 minute massage not happy!
Clean facility, professional staff, ease of online scheduling a plus, and massage therapists are great. I have had three different therapists and they all did a great job!
