Greeted with a big smile from Ashton - very pleasant and welcoming! My massage was with Nick - truly amazing. Deep tissue massage to the perfect level - took care of all of the knots in my back, shoulder and neck. Looking forward to my massage next month!

Amazing receptionists, always. Friendly, caring. Excellent way to begin my service, good reception is key starting everything off in a positive tone. And then, I met Marz, and received one of the best. Incredible touch. Confident, the perfect strength exactly where needed - didn’t just crank out a routine but actually “listened” to my body and provided each area with exactly what was needed. Took my pain from a 8 to a 0. Decreased my stress and anxiety. And, saved my membership - I went in to finish up with my last massage as I had just filled out my membership cancellation form. When I was done with my massage I immediately told the gals up front to please shred that cancellation form - Marz’s massage truly reminded me of what a great massage is, he has the “touch” that not every therapist has. I am extremely grateful to have met Marz, and would like you to please know that he saved my membership.

Love this location! Wonderful variety of TALENTED therapists and WONDERFUL front desk staff! Marz in particular was amazing! Highly highly recommend! Tho Ive yet to have a bad therapist here so take a chance!

The front office staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. The office and massage rooms are clean, inviting and comfortable. My massage therapist Ryan is wonderful! I prefer deep tissue massages and am sturdy enough to take a lot of pressure. Because of Ryans skill, I am once again able to squat and stand right back up without assistance or pain! I definitely recommend this location and Ryan.

The front desk is so helpful. They are always friendly and eager to help. They remember my name and make me feel welcome. Mariko, the therapist I go to is very skillful. I can tell she really cares. She listens to all of my concerns and addresses each of them. I feel so comfortable with her.

Great price for a new client. You get that same price with a membership. Listened to where I needed a massage the most. Asked levels of pressure I wanted applied before hand.

The massage itself was nice but the front door staff was confusing. My husband paid $100 gift card for me to go here, then my massage was only $80 so I figured I could leave $20 as a tip from my gift card. Then the staff tells me that I cannot so I leave a tip in cash. Then I asked for my gift card back because I thought it would still have $20 left on it to put toward another massage another day and the staff tells me I can’t have the card back because they need it for their records. So I felt like the remaining money my husband spent on the gift card disappeared into thin air! Definitely felt scammed afterward. Probably will never go here again.

I had an appointment with Nick, and he was great! Very relaxing, but also relieved a lot of my muscle tension. Highly recommend!

I had a satisfying deep tissue massage last week. Nick was good with his pressure and communicated with me well throughout the massage, making sure I was doing good. Ive been to Elements two other times total, one other time at this location. All massages left me feeling good. Great place.

I enjoyed my message. When you walk in it is very relaxing and peaceful. They offer you water and will walk you through everything you need to fill out. The message therapist was communicative but not chatty during the message, which I appreciated. I would go back to this location.

The front desk staff were very nice, the facility was clean and the music was relaxing. My therapist Jessica was amazing. she made me feel relaxed and did a great job hitting all of my problem areas. I have come to this location several times and have always had a great experience. I was a little nervous about the procedures with COVID and how it would affect my experience and the staff made it very comfortable and easy. I did not feel that having to wear the mask affected my massage at all and felt that everyone took great care at following the safety guidelines.

James did my massage today. I dont have a lot of time to get bodywork done. Im a bodybuilder and I told him my main problem areas but, he seemed to know all my biggest issues without even having to tell him. He did a wonderful job, and I will definitely make time to come back to him. I was pleasantly surprised because Ive had some not so great massage therapists every time Ive tried one since moving here.

Did cupping massage and it was awful. The lady didnt know what she was doing or that I even booked cupping. She kept reminding me how much time I have left and didnt even do the complete hour, like she was in a rush. I told her multiple times she was too rough and she didnt listen. She put me in a room with 2 massage beds and it was freezing. I went to front desk and said I dont want her ever again after my hour massage. Rebooked with my original massage therapist and then they called me to change my time to 30 minutes earlier. I told them I couldnt and they kept asking throughout the next few days so I finally did. Got there and there was no notes on what I wanted. And it was with the same massage therapist that did an awful job. Manager was supposed to call me back about my complaints and never did. The front desk helped me cancel and put the reason as scheduling issue. No you guys are just awful.

Miriam is the best! She really knows how to work out your knots and isnt too rough about it. She does a great job at focusing on the areas where you really need the most attention.

Very happy with my massage. The staff was very polite and professional. The entire place was very clean. I was Nervous about going to a male but he made me feel very safe and comfortable. He focused on exactly what my concerns were and did an amazing job making me feel better. I came Home and slept like a baby after not having any sleep due to pain in my body. It was a great first time at elements massage. Ive been to other places and this is one of my favorite places. Very reasonable price and relaxing. No pressure to buy a package plan and the masseuse did not have random conversations with me during the assuage which was great as I was just there for a relaxation get away to release muscle tension.

Bryanna is hands down the best masseuse that I have ever had. From her professional demeanor, to her elite technique, Bryanna is the best in the business. In the dew sessions I have had with her, my chronic neck and back pain have disappeared. Cannot praise her enough!

37 weeks pregnant and told them I was running late and they said no problem . Drive over 1 hour to get there and they called me told me they couldnt do it . Lady wanted me to fill out papers while I was sitting in traffic. Unbelievable

Had a prenatal massage today (currently 27 weeks pregnant) and was extremely dissatisfied. The therapist didnt even use lotion on my arm, legs or neck. I have broken blood vessels on my neck because she was rubbing my neck so hard without lotion I feel like I have rug burns on my neck. I asked her to work on my lower back because I have a lot of back pain from being pregnant and she only worked on my neck and shoulders, she didnt even touch my back. I also asked her to not touch my head or scalp because I dont like my head being touched and after she lightly rubbed my feet without lotion, she rubbed my head. She also didnt even help my sit up when she had my lay on my back. I was obviously struggling to sit up (being pregnant with a big belly) and she didnt even help me. When I turned over the room was so extremely bright as well so it was hard to relax.Teft the massage more irritated and tense then when I came. Extremely dissatisfied.

Always a relaxing experience at Elements. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Marrisa is wonderful. She asks throughout the massage if the pressure is okay. Love the aromatherapy!

My massage therapist of a couple of years is the amazing Joy. She is very intuitive therapist and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

Well first of all I was called when on my way for an 8:30 appt. I live 20 miles from elements, The girl had an emergency which I get but I was on my way and you should have a backup girl. I got called at 8:15.

Gabby did a great job, took me to that euphoric place and took care of my neck issue. She paid attention to my back issues. The staff was friendly, the hours of operation and location are perfect for everyone. They dont push, but do offer good package deals as well. I usually travel to one of the resorts, but this is good, & more affordable. Ill definitely be going back.

Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. Rocky did my massage and it was absolutely perfect. I was so relaxed by the time she was done. I, unfortunately, cannot remember the name of the lady who did my facial, but it was my first one and it was very enjoyable. Totally recommend both ladies. Worth every penny.

I want to start by telling you that my review is based on my overall opinion after going here regularly, almost every 2-3 weeks, since the 1st of this year. Thats 8 months of visits.If I had to write this review after my first two visits... it would have been 3 stars. Mostly because the membership is basically required if you want to go here more than once and NOT spend a ton of money. I dont like feeling forced in being a member. I signed up at the Glendale location and I was told that it was a membership to any of their locations. Yes, you get the discount, but I cant schedule any appointments online because it will only allow me to for the Glendale location and the lady who helped me to check out at the Peoria location did not seem to know how to get mycredits over to their location. It was frustrating on multiple occasions because of that. It seems like they know how to now and figured it out sometime around May. It was almost always the same person helping me to check out.Other than the membership frustrations, my experiences with the massage therapists have almost always been amazing.The location is clean and professional and Ive never felt uncomfortable.I recently discovered my favorite therapist, Anthony, who is FANTASTIC! He uses a unique technique without lotion. I was skeptical at first, but hes given me amazing relief in my major concern areas.

I will never be back again and have never been so embarrassed by the front desk!! They definitely need an update in customer service!! My daughter and I had an appointment for a couples massage because I had been given gift card. Otherwise, we dont typically do these kinds of things but through fault of my own I have forgotten the gift card on the counter at home. So when I went to pay I explained the situation to the girl up front and offered to have the full payment held or charged to my credit card and my daughter offered to stay behind while I ran home. But both suggestions were declined. She said if I had only known that you were going to pay with a gift card... I can take it if someone is home to read the number. I explained that there was not and was given a snarky sigh. She then offered the membership multiple times even after I explain I could not afford it and was the reason for me wanting to use the gift card and again given the snarky sigh. Keep in mind the lobby was full. So basically was forced to pay the full balance out of pocket which now leaves my very tight budget short for my daughters school supplies. And still have the gift card.

This was my first time at Elements, I had a Groupon for a regular massage. The ladies up front were very pleasant and didnt hard sell me on upgrades. The office, rooms and restrooms were very clean.I had the pleasure of meeting Justin who asked me a lot of questions so he could assess my exact needs. He was very professional, pleasant and put me at ease. He spent a lot of time working on my neck and shoulders because of past injuries I had. I left being able to turn my head further than I have been able to in years! I recommend them highly and will be going back. Thank you Peoria staff! Good job!Follow up: Justin left so I have been seeing Mariko for about 3.5 yrs now. She is always fresh and inviting, remembering our short small talks and my areas of concern. She is always ready for any issues I may have and willing to focus on certain parts of my body; always encouraging me to stretch and drink more fluids after our visits and before our next visit. When I leave Mariko, I always feel better than I did when I went in. I highly recommend Elements Massage Peoria Arrowhead for all of your preventative needs.

This is only the second negative review Ive written in my life, just as a heads up to anyone. I was a member with Elements Tempe for several months and had great service, then I moved to Peoria. I switched to this location, both massages I received here I was unhappy with, which in itself is not noteworthy of a negative review. I became pregnant shortly after moving, after waiting the 3 months to reach 2nd trimester I received my second massage which I would not even call a massage. I understand theres no deep pressure in pregnancy but it was literally a teen girl rubbing lotion on me, no more. To top that off upon booking my massage the front desk was so rude to me I almost didnt show up because I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I have never been made to feel bad for being pregnant by anyone else, but front desk was atrocious. I have tried to cancel my membership through Tempe location and they seem to have lost my cancellation request, keep charging me and I am now at the point I had to cancel my debit card and contest the last month of service because I refuse to pay to go to someplace that makes me feel horrible. It never should have been taken this far, this is extreme for a membership that is supposed to provide relaxation. I have switched to Hand and Stone, have received several good prenatal massages and would highly recommend them.

I see Gabriel-- he is exceptional.He is very receptive, professional and soft spoken. I immediately felt comfortable with him and have developed a good relationship with him. He understands how different modalities of massage therapy can help with different physical conditions, and is always careful to address what I need at each visit.Everyone from the desk staff to Gabriel are excellent.

My friend and I had a massage in the same room and it was such a fun and relaxing time. The massage therapists were so professional and friendly. If you want the best neck massage then make sure to book with Devon, he is AMAZING! I didn’t sign up for a membership but I will be back for another session with Devon! My friend had Cynthia and she was really happy with her massage too!

I really enjoy coming to this location for a massage. It is a very clean, comfortable and professional environment. I highly recommend Kolton as a therapist. He is very professional and courteous. He asks for feedback to make sure you are comfortable and that you are getting your problem areas focused on. Ive been to many therapists from various businesses and I dont really want to see anyone else.

Enjoy my massage here every month. The therapists are friendly and know how to work those knots! I like the personal cards they give you with some chocolate. The schedule is pretty flexible, I dont know many massage places open past 6pm so it works for me. Plus I can see their schedule online if I ever need to do one. Luckily they have tons of locations, so if I cant get in on one place, I can go to another. Plus with a busy schedule if I cant use my massage, Ill just let my spouse use it.

Ashley C. is the absolute best massage therapist, she is the “Element” in Elements Massage. Whether I’m coming in with soreness from the gym, back pain from bad posture or to deal with stress from a chaotic work life, she’s able to spot all the trouble areas and get me feeling better until the next visit. She’s good at what she does, so you’ll see her book quickly, but she’s worth waiting to schedule around. Aside from her skills, she also has a great personality and makes your time there relaxing and entertaining, whether you want to just lay quiet the entire time or have a conversation, they excel at both situations. I’ve been going here for about 10 months and will continue to do so based on the experience with this therapist and their knowledge/skill to improve the health of their client. You’ll literally be in the best “hands” possible with Ashley.

I enjoyed my massage, Leah did a nice job, but I book a 1 hour massage and have only been receiving 45 minutes. This is disappointing since Im paying for an hour! If this continues, I will most likely cancel my membership.

I honestly usually visit resort spas to get my massages... but with the crazy prices of spas in the Phoenix area, I decided to give Elements a try. And let me tell you it was SUCH a lovely experience! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and we had a nice chat before my massage began. And the massage itself was very enjoyable - Loribeth was very kind and helpful as well as professional. I felt extremely relaxed after my Himalayan stone massage. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Such a charming location, great customer service right from the beginning. If you want a great massage for backaches or migraines this is the place to go. Front desk has awesome ways to save money too if you need more than one massage.

Having a hard time finding a good place to relax and get a massage. One star for being able to schedule quickly and another star for front office staff. I cannot give it more because the therapist are inconsistent and both times I have scheduled appointments they have been late and/or have had to change rooms. They noted my account to have the table warmer turned on, my apt started late and was put in a room without a warmer. When asked to change rooms or reschedule it seemed like it was an inconvenience to them. My massage lady did not take to consult with me, I felt like I couldnt express my needs or concerns. The worst massage, I left more stressed than when I came in.

The massage therapists do a great job and listen to your specific needs. The front desk staff is kind too. The updated prices eliminate the point of having a subscription -it’s not a loyalty discount if it’s easy to get the same level massage elsewhere for less cost.

The staff at this Elements are all amazing. They really take the time to make sure you are getting the most out of your appointments. I had a membership and it was worth every penny. I am sad that I was moving and had to leave. I would highly recommend this location and their therapists.

Jayde was very energetic and friendly when I first came into the office. She answered all of my questions and had a great attitude. Valerie had her work cut out for her as my back has been messed up for months. It was the best massage I have ever received in my life and I used to get massages regularly. I live in the east valley but was in Peoria for work that day and decided to stop by. I will gladly make the drive to visit her again, she is truly a miracle worker

I was on vacation and had two massages at this location. The first was amazing, probably the best Ive ever had, so I signed up for another. Unfortunately the same person wasnt there, so I got a different girl. My second one was a 2 hour and all I wanted was some peace and quiet, but thats not what happened. My masseuse talked for 95% or more the whole time!!!! I know more about her personal life and her families personal lives than i ever want to know. The whole massage was ruined - way too much talking!!!

We had a membership before COVID and kept it during COVID. Our first visit back was poor. My partner and I had both a 90 min. massage and they ended his early thinking he only had 60 min. He got dressed and everything and then she realized she was wrong and then completed his massage. He was also supposed to get the himalayan salt and after our appointments asking him how his was he didnt even get them! I then call probably in March/April verifying our passes and they said he had 2 and i had 1 which didnt make sense because we had never gone without each other. Of course I spoke to the manager. She said she would look into it and give me a call back. Well that never occurred. The service was so disappointing we forfeited the remaining passes we had left because of the disorganization. We kept getting different therapist because people kept calling out or whatever. If management says they will handle something and call back it should be done.

Amazing place. Have schedules that are open not completely booked all the time. The staff is GREAT. And I love Nick my Therapist!

They offer a wide array of massages. Front office staff are courteous and the masseuses are skilled professionals. They often have different specials going on so quite often you wont be paying full price for a massage. I was on their membership for a year but due to moving had to discontinue. Had I not moved, I wouldve stayed on their membership plan and taken advantage of a great massage every month.

They claim same day appts available, which is what I needed. I selected everything I wanted, went thru all the steps, then got to the calendar & nothing till next week. Put the calendar first. Thatd be helpful. Or state no same day appts.

Ive seen Nick for the 4th time now and hes amazing. Listens to my specific concerns and targets his bodywork to my needs. Rest of the staff is professional and friendly. A+++

As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome as the receptionist was quick to acknowledge me and meet any needs I may have had. The therapist was amazing and also met my every want for what I would consider an amazing massage! This was definitely the best massage Ive had and signed up for another one before I even left!

I have been coming here for years and never had a bad massage. Once Barbara started working there she’s become my favorite!!! She addressed all my painful areas and made me feel so relaxed the entire time. Such a great experience. She’s the best!!!!

Janae was my therapist. Shes very professional and knowledgeable. I have extreme shoulder tightness and she was able to relieve it by stretching my shoulder blades using trigger points to my armpit. My range of motion was very limited before the treatment and after hours able to swing My left arm freely. She also gave me exercises to strengthen my lower back and shoulders. I highly recommend this location and this therapist.

Elements Arrowhead is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The suggested gratuity does seem to be a little exhorbitant however the environment is nice and front desk ladies were helpful and kind. My massage was done by one of their younger masseuses who did an acceptable massage. She will become much better with more experience. No complaints really other then it didnt seem to be as thorough as other massages Ive received. However, it was a wonderful time and well worth it. Note, to find this location travel west on Bell and turn South on 77th Drive then a right into the parking lot. Elements is in the building that is about center of the lot.

The people, massage and experience was fine except that when we paid for a 60 minute massage, we thought that would be 60 minutes of actual massage. Instead, they count 10 minutes of intake info into that cost, plus 10 minutes of dont forget to drink plenty of fluids and take a salt bath afterwards. We got a total of 40 minutes of massage. The place we normally go to costs less and gives you the full 60 minutes of massage. My massage was great, but we left feeling disappointed.

I had the most amazing massage that I have ever had at the 75th Ave/Bell Elements location. I was greeted immediately by the front desk lady, who was extremely friendly. I greatly appreciate the fact that when she explained the paperwork that I needed to fill out, she took the time to have me sit down, offer me some water and then sat down next to me and explained the paperwork...I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. My LMT was Amanda, she too was extremely pleasant and very professional, she took the time to ask what my needs were and made me very comfortable. I have been in pain for quite some time but just dealt with it. My husband took me to Elements and I was very leary at first since I had a massage one time and didnt think it was that great or it did anything for me. So I never did it again. I can say after Rachel massaged me and did different techniques I felt really good when I left and signed up for a membership. I will definitely go back and I have felt good ever since. It really helped me.

Elements have very friendly staff and customer service representatives who go out of their way to connect with you. I have been to many different massage therapists within the company but my favorite is Jose. He does a wonderful job hearing out your concerns has unique tactics and a wide skill set to get the job done smoothly and intricatly. He makes good use of the time and is very professional and polite. I have to give this man some kudos and in return hope you give him a raise. (A large one)

Went there recently to get a massage. Wasnt told the card given and paperwork that was signed was for a monthly membership/reaccuring charge on our card. A bit deceiving! Now that we cancelled were being told there will be another charge since it wasnt 30 days in advance???WTH. If you plan on going there make sure its clear what they are doing so you dont have the headache we have. Partially our fault, yes but if it was explained we would have declined. Its not about the $69 dollars for the massage we didnt receive yesterday...its about being transparent!

I have been going to Elements for over a year now, and I love it. I purchased a Groupon and ended up signing up for a membership after that session. Ive had problems with my lower back for years, and these massages are wonderful. I have gone to multiple therapists at this location, and they are all very skilled and knowledgeable.

I own a video production company and work very hard. This Elements is great, and most of their therapists are great. Ive bounced from place to place for a couple years and have had massages throughout the country, but after a couple of times at Elements at Arrowhead I signed up because Ive found their service to be consistent, plus my latest therapist gives the best massage Ive ever had. She gives deep pressure and doesnt go overboard on the small talk. Im hesitant to write a review, cuz I dont want it her to get too busy and make it hard for me to make an appointment :). Loribeth gave me a 1.5 hour full body massage and I selected to go with aromatherapy at an extra charge of $10 and I do not regret it at all. It was such a relaxing time which I was in desperate need of. I was so pleased that I decided to go for their monthly membership and will encourage my husband to go as well. Loribeth really made sure I was comfortable and what I enjoyed the most is that she really allowed me to relax by limiting the talking during my massage.

I love my massages from Juan! I have came here for years and also while pregnant with my second and third pregnancy. I love the table they use for pregnant women. Over all great place, friendly people and love the water they offer you with fresh fruit and candy. :) Thank you Elements for an outstanding experience!!

I really enjoy going to this location as it is always very clean and the staff and massage therapists are friendly. The massages are always on point! I cant wait to try other services and highly recommend everyone to get the massage they need here!

Going to Elements is the highlight of my month. Kisha is a miracle worker. She is able to identify areas that need attention that I didnt even know needed attention. I feel like a new person every time I leave.

First massage ever and I received it from Joy. She did an excellent job and found areas I didn’t even know needed some work. I let her know what areas I needed to work on and the 90 minutes flew by!! Thank you Joy and I will see you again in a few weeks!

This is the best massage Ive ever had! Before beginning, Justin asked how can I help you? I explained to him my problem areas, and he went into scientific explanation of how and why he is going to help. Throughout the massage, he used trigger points and stretches to truly get to the problem point, rather than just helping me feel better in the moment. I definitely recommend setting up a monthly visit with them, as it truly made such a difference in the stiffness and pain of my problem spots.

I purchased a Groupon to try and its was nice, clean, easy to schedule, and my therapist did a terrific job! BUT I arrived a few minutes before my schedule appt. 5:45pm, over the phone I was not asked to arrive early to fill out paper work. So I had to do that, waited in the lobby for quite a few minutes. Went back to the room talked to therapist... when the therapist came back after I undressed and was ready for massage is was about 6:05pm my massage was ended at 6:50. Which accounts for 45 minutes of a massage not the hour I paid for. So Im sure glad I didnt pay full price for 45 minutes. No one said anything or apologized for not telling me about the paper work just assumed it was okay to cut my massage short. Didnt really leave the best impression with me.

Deceptive advertising. Specials are not always what they seem. Went to buy gift cards and was told all specials needed to be booked at the time of purchase. Ok, but still wanting a gift card but no advertised specials were allowed for gift cards. I told my neighbor about this and she and her girls experienced the same explanation when trying to purchased advertised specials without knowing exactly what days would work for everybody. Oh, and of course the surprise would be ruined as well since they were gifts. Spent way more and chose Agave at Kierland resort and Spa. No gimmicks there.

Lahronda was so flexible with my wants and needs. She checked on me multiple times throughout our session. I asked for light to medium pressure but I had so much tension that she had to get a little bit tougher with me. I just pushed on through and I feel so much better. She was super sweet and made me feel so relaxed. Also, the aromatherapy is a must.

My daughter Rachel & I went for her Birthday and our therapists were amazing, Right amount of pressure and so relaxful. Place was clean, staff friendly. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks with my husband.

My coworkers were sweet and got me a gift certificate for my birthday. Unfortunately, due to childhood trauma, I don’t like to be touched. I tried explaining to the the receptionist my situation and then she said “can you repeat, I didn’t hear you” so there I go again explaining my situation again (as if it wasn’t hard the first time telling a complete stranger this small piece of information) she then asks if there’s no way at all I can come in. When I said I don’t like being touched at all again, she then said there absolutely nothing they can do for me and that I’m better off regifting it to someone. Completely dismissing me. Her voice might have been sweet and innocent, but her words were insensitive and really rude. I did ask for the manager and she said that she wasn’t in that that she was going to tell me the same. As a victim of what I went through, I shouldn’t be forced to do something I don’t like. This interaction alone made up my mind, I’ll never do business or send business here.

While the massage itself was fine, the sales pitch at the end was a bit much. They really push to get you sign up for a membership and to book your next appt on the spot. My therapist was strange, within 5 mins of meeting him for the first time told me i wouldnt be startled if he touched me at Costco because my body would recognize his visceral touch. Umm what?! Very odd, and unfortunately it only continued from there. The massage was ok, he did improve my range of motion and decrease my pain in my shoulder, but i wont be returning.

I had my first Massage from Elements a few months ago. I LOVED it so much I signed up for the monthly package. I look forward to my massages and have yet to be disappointed. From the kind office staff to the experienced massage therapist this place is great!!!!

Highly recommend Elements Massage on Bell. The staff is very friendly and the massage was incredible. The young lady who did my massage was knowledgeable. I was in so much pain in my lower back and shoulders and when I left I felt like a new women.

I never got the chance to go and enjoy a massage with this place because of the terrible customer service. I made an online request for an appointment for my mom and I for Mother’s Day. Knowing it was going to be booked up fast, I had planned this a few months in advance. No where on the site did it say that it was not a guaranteed appointment and that someone would get in touch to set one up. Funny thing is, I never received a call to either confirm my online request or someone call to simply say that they had no appointments available. So the day of, I called to verify that I still had 2 appointments set that afternoon. They said that I didn’t and that they were fully booked. When I told them I made an online request, they said someone was supposed to contact me. They asked if I would like to schedule out two appointments. I was too upset that I was not reached out to almost 3 months ago when I sent the request that I declined the offer and took my services else where.

I thoroughly have enjoyed both of my recent experiences. They worked with me around membership as well and made that process extremely easy. I cant wait to come back for my next massage.

The office is very welcoming and comfortable. I have had 2 therapists and both are very professional and address my needs. The staff was very helpful and informative when I became pregnant and had to switch my massage type.

I got charged for the same massage, twice on my credit card statement. Cal them and spoke with a young, who indicated that some on from management would call me the next day to discuss my refund. No call yet, so I am turning this issue over to my CC to deal with this issue.

What a wonderful experience..I usually get a little bored with massages but this time I was so relaxed by the therapist that an hour went by so fast! I also felt no pain like before the massage. I positively recommend and will be returning. Thank you again

What if find most annoying about these places is that, sure, they offer online bookings, but you HAVE to sign up and register your email address and information in order to book something. And then you try to call to avoid giving your email address and they dont answer and refer to their online services. I dont want to register, or give my information up to be sold off. I just want a massage. 😩

I had various people do massages, including a hot stone massage. All of them were great.The facility is beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful and quite. Everyone I was in contact with were friendly and caring.They do have a program for a reduced rate.

I agree with the other review on this place. The spa is very nice, and Justin is awesome at what he does. However my credit card is continuing to be charged, even after Ive told them I no longer want their services. I cannot give this place a good recommendation based on that fact. I have opened up a dispute with my credit card company.

Elements Massage is a very calming environment. When you walk into the front door all your worries are left behind and kicked to the curb!I came in a wheel chair and that was not a big deal for the staff. The condition I have was discussed and we both decided on the course of action.With the knowledge the masseuse had was extraordinary and before I knew It, I was feeling relaxed and free of muscle cramping.I wish my doctor could write a script for Elements Massage!

This is a scam. I have cancelled my membership two months in a row and they will notStop charging my card. When I talked to them I was harassed by an office lady and the general manager every step of the way. I now have to be in contact again to try to get charged reversed that we’re not authorized by myself. Do not give them access to your information they will continue to charge you for services you haven’t used in months. They will also bully you when you try to correct the errors that they make.

Top notch massages for a chain, for certain. Zenaida does excellent work, and friends I brought with me thought their massages were among the best theyd ever had. Conveniencet location, excellent access to parking, good ambiance inside. The fruit water is always delicious, too.

I highly enjoyed my massage at the Arrowhead location. She was eager to listen to what my needs were at the time and made my experience a relaxing and enjoyable time. Also the front staff is really helpful and courteous.

My therapist name was Erin. She was awesome! Prefect pressure! I went in there with a sharp pain in my neck and shoulder and when I left the pain was gone. Also when I called the ladys at the front booked me in the hour because I was in so much pain!Thanks guys!

BUYER BEWARE!! I just tried to cancel my membership which I am well past the terms of and the staff demanded my presence for a signature. I explained that this is not how credit cards work. And was prompted for my signature further, which I would not provide. Why cant someone simply cancel their membership? Update: This has been going on 6 months now, still charging my card, not allowing me to cancel my membership. Talked to two different associates to cancel my membership. This is worse than a timeshare.

The massage was lovely. I think my therapist forgot to offer me some of the options that are normally included, like a heated bed or a cold pack. It was great without them, but it would have been nice to have had the option!
