I live down the street from this shop and I have to say this is one of the best shops in the west valley. Their selection isn’t massive but if they don’t have what you need they will try to accommodate and order it for you. They are super friendly and welcoming as long as I’m in the area this is the only shop I will go to. I wish their hours were extended but I recommend this shop 100%. If you are looking for something super specific order it online, otherwise this is the place to go!! Thanks guys

Went there first for coils for my mini mod, soon upgraded to a larger powerful mod.Owner is amazing, very hospitable and honest. Helped me out with my mod and when the original was faulty.All around good service and well managed. Will be returning again, ready for more coils and juice. Maybe another mod once Im ready ^w^

I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone!!!!Im not sure if the kid working knew where he was when I walked in. Service was a joke and product selection was less than adequate but the kicker was that the price tag said $10.99 yet he rang it up as $18.99. When I said excuse me, the price tag says $10.99 Garth replied, oh thats wrong... my price is the right price. What kind of scheme is this business trying to run?!? Im looking for a new reliable, local, vape store to shop at and this is what I get.

Good selection, great prices, awesome staff! I cant tell you how many times Ive been a couple minutes late after closing and theyve been busy still helping another customer. They finished with the other folks and took care of me too, never once mentioning the time. I think they must have traveled with the band at some point cuz theyre totally with it.

Recently purchased a rig from this location. Owner was knowledgeable in product and gave me a good first time discount. Came in again for reclaim catcher. Employee had no idea what I meant but bent over backwards to not only learn what one was but also made a note to ask the owner to order some This place is the definition of proper Customer service. I am a Customer for life and will recommend this place to anyone

These guys are awesome!Everyone there is knowledgeable about their products... Theres no, You know, Im not sure, I really dont know, or anything like that. The recommendations on King Palms theyve given have been phenomenal! I was looking for a new way to smoke, and I tried it, and absolutely LOVE my King Palms! Each time that I go in, theyre all super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to joke around to keep customers smiling. Its why its now the only smoke shop I go to. Ill wait to go to a smoke shop because these are my guys! King Palm all the way!

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN THE AREA, HANDS DOWN, super chill place with many great accessories for all things Smoke. Owner is super cool too, originally didnt carry my smokes but ordered them for me so I can pick them up here, great pricing as well. Highly recommended.

Had all basic supplies on hand, great pricing on butane, most other items average prices on par with other similar shops. Owner, manager is very helpful and friendly. Im not only a satisfied customer, I am a satisfied customer that is more than happy to recommend this smoke shop as a go to place for all your smoking, and smoking related needs.

Great prices and a ton of selections on everything. Was surprised by the hospitality, you normally dont get that in most shops in the valley. Will drive across town any day just for the service and quality of the products. This shop will receive my business again.

I bought an elf bar from this location and opened it up when I got home. I noticed that the bar was smoking on its after 1 hit. This means these elf bars have been sitting on a shelf for a long time. Will be calling in the morning the see if I can replacement this is not 24.00 well spent.

I have never been more disappointed by the professional behavior of an establishment in my life! Last visit I made, there was a roach crawling all around the countertops, and I kept my mouth shut, knowing how unclean the area this shop is can be. Tonight, not only did the cashier mention the incident with the roach, she had the audacity to suggest that it may have come from me! The manager, who was standing less than 5 feet away and was well within earshot, had absolutely nothing to say in response to this.To make matters worse, whoever the woman was that I had the unpleasant experience to be checked out by, had absolutely no idea about the prices of their vape juices. She quoted me $16 for a bottle of juice, that ended up being over $20 once rung up. She then copped a mild attitude with me as each and every other selection I inquired about was not what I was looking for, as if I was greatly inconveniencing her by wanting something they usually have in stock. Unfortunately I will never revisit this business as I am absolutely appalled by the behavior and lack of administration of their staff.

The most rude person . Prices are higher than anybody else . Ill never go back . Avoid the pug smoke shop at all cost !!!

My favorite smoke shop in the valley. The people there are knowledgeable in most vapes and the proper glass for the marijuana smoker. Even though its out of my way I still go there for all of my tobacco and glass products.

Yo this place is legit. There was a guy working that was wearing a half cut shirt and shorts. He also looked like a young Benecio del Toro mustashe and all.

When I had made my purchase at This store . It was stated they had just ran out of receipt paper .I thought nothing of it until later that day when checking my online banking That I was charged More than what was told to me at the time of the purchase .There was an additional $15 charge to my Card .I went backup there to bring this to his attention . Only to be threatened And told to never come back on the property .
