Cherry Massage

Being a massage therapist I guess you really expect work that you would do to a client. I bought the full hour, I dont know the name of the lady that performed the Swedish session but she did ok, I didnt feel I got my hour which its not a huge deal, my main issue you might say it wasnt a full body Swedish Massage. She did my back and neck, back of the arms, back of my legs, (not the gluts) then asked to turn around and she did front legs, ( no abdomen, or chest) then got wiped down with warm wet towel and said she was done to get dressed and go to the front. To me an average experience but not to put this place down, Ive been to several places here in the valley and they all work the same way. Clean, affordable, friendly lady. I would visit again in the future.

Paid for 1 hour massage which is more than the usual places I go but I was already here. First of all I was told I had to take everything off to get a massage when I refused and said I would rather leave she said it was ok. The massage was ok nothing that stands out. I looked at my phone before and after and only got about 45 minutes of the 1 hour I paid and she did step out for like 5 minutes to attend the front and answer a call. All of this is ok and not a big deal, but when it was over she left to the front to wait for me and even before I reached the front she started asking me for tips. I already felt I overpaid but I was still considering it, then she started asking for specific amounts and saying I have to leave a tip for the hardworking girl. Then saying its like everywhere else you pay for the service and then pay for the person. She kept insisting that I had to leave at least $10 tip but at this point there was no way that was going to happen. I politely stood my ground and refused, she then ripped the reciept away and ranted on and told me to just leave.Never ever going to return to this or any business with this name.

Went in and saw the sign that said $4.00 for using a credit card, I left and will not go back.

Ive been here several times this month with Abby and Jessica and have been completely satisfied with their excellent service! They offer such reasonable prices without even having to use coupons of any type. It is only $48 for a 1-hour massage and $72 for a $90-minute massage. Thats almost as cheap as you can get get in Mexico but a lot cleaner, and they take much better care of you!Abby and Jessica have been wonderful! Instead of doing the same repetitive routine and sequence that many therapists do for everyone, they take the time to ask what areas you would like them to focus on before they start. Then they actually work on those areas!!! I prefer swedish which is more relaxing for me personally. When I go out of there, Im always feeling really great thanks to those two amazing therapists. Thank you, Jessica and Abby! Ill be seeing you at least twice a week!

First time here and it did not disappoint. Minnie Castillo was my massage therapist and she is amazing very knowledgable knew exactly what I needed was attentive to insure I was taken care of. I appreciate the fast service, as I did not have an appointment at the time. I am from out of town and for sure will stop by every time I am in the area!

Been stressed and had a rough night of sleep. Decided to get a full body Swedish Massage! Was very relaxing. Safety protocols in place so I felt safe. Will definitely be returning soon!❤😍

I really recommend Lucky Foot Reflexology and Mine Castillo in particular, I went to get a massage and walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She treated me with respect and very professional. I definitely plan on going back to get my massage with her!!! She was amazing!!

Clean place, polite massage therapist. However, she was on her phone during my massage almost the whole time! How is that possible you ask? Well I only got the foot massage and she would use one hand to rub and the other was operating the phone! Very aggravating!! Then when she was done I asked to add a $5 tip even though I felt it was unsatisfactory and she acted angry when I said to add $5!! Really??

The worst massage I have ever received! The lady who did my massage did not know what she was doing! I feel worse than when I went in. She applied waaaaaay to much pressure with her elbow in my back, I had a deep tissue FULL BODY MASSAGE and 45 mins was spent on my back and she rushed through the last 15 minutes. If you want to be in pain then by all means come to this place. If you want a great massage go somewhere else. I ABSOLUTELY HATED MY MASSAGE!

We bought a Groupon and they refused to honor it. I called to schedule an appointment and the person on the phone told me that the Groupon was only good during the mornings of the weekday, and no other time. She refused to schedule me on a Saturday, and said it would be full price for a massage, even though we had the Groupon. Nothing on the Groupon said that it was limited to weekday mornings when we purchased it. I showed up to try get a massage, and the same lady I spoke with on the phone told me I needed to pay up front.I would advise against patronizing this place. I’m now working with Groupon to get my money back. Total scam. They will be out of business soon.

There are some really great massage therapists there if you can get past the girl at the front desk who is extremely rude and unreasonable. She could use a course in customer relations.

Very good place to receive a massage, I recommend that if you visit this place ask Jessica to attend, was very attentive and very friendly and that is one of the things that make us feel comfortable the attention of the workers. Thanks Jessica and Ill be back soon.

Been coming to this placesince it opened and have not been disappointed since. New ownership was told but same service. Will return! Keep up the great service.

I truly believe the best massagists in the valley work here. I was treated with a high level of professionalism by abby, I advise anyone who wants a full body massage to go directly with her!

Good for a RELAXING massage but I wanted deep tissue, which I got for about thirty seconds after which it was back to relaxing pressure not deep tissue. Otherwise it was ok, clean facility, quick service and complimentary water.

I was in town decided to stop by great customer service and staff very professional the massage was awesome highly recommend this place thank you Minnie Castillo definitely will come back again

My person Mimi was great, she just had to rub her fingers on my body once and found all my problems, even gave advice on how to help get rid of future pains....

They are not open at the hours they have posted. Drove an hour to get here for an early massage before work and no one is here or answering the phone.
