Well Feet Spa

Massages were great we all loved them. The vibe is soo relaxing. Down.side everyone e felt extremely sore the following few days. Will give another try as I am aware this may be normal, however as a former chiropractic assistant & i get massages regularly I havent been this sore unless i was injured and all 3 of us felt the same way. If goggle reminds me again ill update

My experience was great, and I will return. They have individual rules where the massage beds can turn into the spa chairs. During the foot soak they give a nice face/head/neck/arms massage. It was not loud with a lot of chatter because they have a door front of the building and the rest, Which is it quiet. One thing that I really love is they have a large staff so it would be easier to get appointments because they have more than one or two people that work there.

I got a 90 min hot stone massage and it was amazing! I loved every minute of their services! Skip Groupon and just book through the spa directly. I plan to go at least once a month.

I recently to Well spa on Monday a gift from my son for Mother’s Day. I got the deep tissue massage. I been work from home & don’t seem to get much movement which causes me to have major back major. After getting a deep tissue massage on Monday I was in such relief. I never had a massage til that day. I am very satisfied with my visit. I am looking to go back soon. Will recommend to friends and family. Such pleasant people! Thank you so much for giving me a relief I needed for so long

So wonderful! Arrived without an appointment and lucked out with no wait! The Swedish back/Foot Reflexology combo was so great! My masseuse was kind and attentive, the place was clean and professional- really wonderful service!

Love coming here to relax. The 90 minute massage is a prefect way to reboot and recharge from today’s stress. They do a great job getting in at all the spots you wouldn’t even think about. My husband loves that get up and walk on his back. The best is when they stretch you and kinda twist you like a pretzel. I have recommended a few of my friends to go and they are also hooked.

Took my mom here for a little bday massage! The staff is beyond friendly and make you feel welcomed very sweet and soft spoken host!I picked up my mom and she has been on bliss ever since I hope we all take time to get massages and when you do check them out this will be my new place

I absolutely love coming her. The place is easy to find. Its always very clean and neat. The staff is so nice and helps to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while preparing for your massage. The massages themselves are beyond amazing. I always come out feeling rejuvenated. If you havent visited yet, you should and make sure to try one of the small candies in the waiting rooms. I’ve had many massages in my time. Tina at the Well Feet Spa was amazing and so effective. I came as part of a group for an outing and I will say we were all impressed and plan to come back…

I do not recommend this salon. We were hit by three in the evening at 7 oclock, we went there. We took the service for one hour, one of us had a facial and leg massage. but for two of them they just gave a rough massage to only the back and legs. I explained that I just needed a soft and relaxing massage of my body, head and face. but it took an hour and only did my back and legs, and then my back really started to hurt.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Well Feet Spa! I have been there numerous times and love it, but this was her first time there. She was extremely satisfied and said that it was her best massage for the value that she’s ever had. I agree! My husband and I love it here!

Very nice afternoon 3 generations grandma mom and daughter. I booked 3 combo massages only $70 dollars each combo for 60 min full body massage plus a 30 min foot massage a total of 90 minutes.Staff are very nice and do a great job !

I had a 80 minute massage today and Sally was the best! Periodically checking on my comfort/pressure level. Can’t wait for my next massage! Highly recommended her.

My experience here was terrible. The lady that massaged me didnt even do my shoulders and neck stress points. Massaged my spine, not my muscles. And rubbed the top of my feet, squeezed my toes. That was the foot massage I got. I so pissed I wasted my money here. My neck and shoulders are just as tight as they were when I came in before the massage. Dont waste your money

For my recent visit I did a 90 minute massage with deep tissue and Lily took great care. I am a laborer and have chronic back pain. She gets right at the problematic areas and I always feel refreshed and ready to go back to work. Thank you

My 2nd time here. Different massage therapist each time, both were great, hands down best massages I’ve ever gotten! 1 hour Swedish massage great price. Clean and comfortable place. Only thing, there are curtains between the rooms, no doors or walls.. So you can here other people at times.. But they try to keep a quiet place and massages were so good I still give 5 stars. Will definitely be back! :)

-0⭐!!!My appointment was for their 50 minute FOOT massage service. The hostess asked me if I wanted a body massage as well or just the feet and I said JUST MY FEET. I requested to have specifically my arches focused on because of foot cramps and a therapist who can give DEEP pressure. What I got was my feet soaking in a bucket of PLAIN water, & a light massage on my face, arms, & legs for the first 30+ minutes. When she finally got to my feet, she was just pinching my toes. After several minutes of that I was so frustrated that I had to stop her and tell her to please just focus on my arches ONLY with DEEP pressure. I kept asking her for MORE pressure, but the pressure never increased. Then when she finished that foot she moved to the other and started with my toes again. At the end of the massage I probably got a total of 10 minutes on my feet with a few minutes actually on my arches. The 50 minute foot massage included her leaving the room to fill the bucket with water and then leaving the room again to empty it before continuing on with the rest of the massage. When I went to pay the hostess asked how my massage was with the therapist standing right there, which was very uncomfortable because I responded honestly. After explaining my disappointment and letting them know that after leaving there I was heading over to another massage place to get the foot pain relief I needed she proceeded to request I give the therapist a tip. I reluctantly did so... without even getting a thank you or a smile of appreciation. That put the nail in the coffin for me to never return nor recommend them.IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS FEEDBACK: There was NO misunderstanding with my request. The hostess confirmed she understood my request and translated it to the therapist in front of me. Your response did not acknowledge the point regarding the tip. 1st, the hostess should NOT ask how satisfied one was with their service with the therapist right there IN FRONT OF YOU staring you down for a tip... thats EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! 2nd, if the client expressed DISsatisfaction with their service, your response should NOT be to disregard that and REQUEST A TIP! The purpose of a TIP... given VOLUNTARILY for appreciation of GREAT service, going ABOVE expectations, SATISFIED!If you want me to give your service another chance then my next service should be complimentary.

I went with my husband. We had 90 min sessions that seemed to fly by as we enjoyed every min. Our masseuse were polite and made sure to check that the pressure was just right. They were attentive to all the knots and places that needed extra care. Hours after the experience, we are still talking about how good we feel. We are planning to return within the next 2 wks for a 2 hour . I would recommend Well Feet Spa to anyone who enjoys a great massage!

Got a couples massage. Full body, including feet. Left there moving in slow motion. It was sooo relaxing. Cant wait to go back again. Price was great. Massage was unbelievable. Never felt better.

The massages are good but the prices are made so low to the point where you need to tip significantly - makes me super uncomfortable when they’re reaching their hands out and saying “tip tip tip”. would not go back

Words cannot express how thankful I am for having discovered this gem. My neck and shoulders are particularly challenging. I havent been able to turn my head to the left for a few days, which I hoped could be resolved by visiting my occupational therapist yesterday. No such luck. Cocoa (guessing on the spelling) in particular showed great persistence and determination in untying the many knots in my neck and shoulders in just 50 minutes. I tried turning my head after the session, not only have I regained full mobility, but the pain in my neck had receded from a 7-8 out of 10 to a 1, maybe 2 out of 10.

Listened to everything I wanted.And I have asthma so helped with a pillow so I could breath better on my stomache.Was a great massage.

One of the best full body massages Ive ever had!

My girlfriend has had a bad back for a very long time. She used to go to a different massage parlor for years and stopped because of the crazy increase cost . So for our 6 months together I decided to treat her to a 90 min deep body massage in hopes she would feel a little better . It was the best money I ever spent she has done nothing but talk about her experience in her own words it was AMAZING . That being said thank you wellsfeet we will now be coming every two weeks . Hell I might even join her one day . Great place and it was highly recommended by a few of my friends that have been going here for a long time ..Bill.

Came in for a couple’s massage. They forgot our hot stones, & foot soak, but this wasn’t the worst part. The person that massaged me seemed as though she was trying to hurt me 😳 It was so painful I was cringing & I like a firm massage. This was actually torture. I asked her several times to go lighter & at one point she read my body language & asked “too hard?” I said yes, she said “sorry” & continued to hurt me! It’s been 2 days & I am still very sore! Even a little bruised! When we alerted the person at the front desk about them forgetting the hot stone & the foot soak, she still had us pay the extra & gave us a coupon for a future hot stone. I’m not sure why I paid. I guess I just wanted to get out of there 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s a shame because we don’t get many chances to relax without our children & this was ruined because of this experience.This was our second time here. I loved it the first time but my fiancé had the painful experience that I had the first time. He enjoyed this massage but we didn’t get everything we paid for.

I was under the impression that I was getting a 40 minute massage and 40 reflexology. She did my shoulders for most of the massage hence the reason I’m in so much pain right now. She did my knees and feet for about ten minutes, nothing in between (not my calves?) it was a very strange experience to say the least. And not one person understood a single word I was saying and that was four employees

It started out a little weird, but the massage was good. The only downfall was we went in for a couple massage and they put us in two different rooms.

I come here twice a month for a relaxing 90 minutes massage. Great massages and will adjust to your pressure needs. Not everyone speaks English so if you let the receptionist know what exactly you want or if there are any areas to focus on, they’ll communicate it to your masseuse. I often find myself extending the massage to two hours. It’s inexpensive compared to most places and they accept walk-ins!

First look weird room..they need to improve to be better rooms but the hands of cintia is so nice. Nice firm pressure and make shire you are okay all the times I will come back again soon! I am massage therapist for over 10 years and I love her nice work

The girl was very good at her work ,except the she had a cold and was trying hard not to show it . It made me feel uneasy as she started to sneeze. Her breathing was labored because she was trying to conceal she was sick.

The best foot massage place in the city..$45 for 1 hr. I love this place. Ive been going here since 2014 when 1hr foot massage was $30, so the price has not increased that much. Its clean and the staff are very good at giving massages. If you want a deep tissue massage my favorite is Tina.

This is a overall good place but it had a very bad feet/socks smell and the massage was good but a little hard on my back and they barely spoke any English so the communication was really hard. My husband had a really good experience he loved his massage it was a little too rough for me.

AMAZING!! The 90 minute massage that I received was perfection. At times the masseuse was rough then gentle, but it was always the right amount if pressure. I was so relaxed that the masseuse had to ask if I was OK when it was time to rollover. I felt like I was in a trance and didnt wanna move lol. The oil and warm stones felt AMAZING, as did the foot massage. I have no complaints. I just wish this place was closer to me so I could visit more often

Definitely a hidden gem. Upon entry you dont expect what youre going to get but it was amazing. The ambiance and the decor in the massage area takes you to a different place, and the service was excellent. Throughout the massage they ensure that you are comfortable and constantly receiving the correct amount of pressure. I will definitely be returning.

This place never fails in the quality of their massages. I have had 4 different people and every time they’ve have done a good job. If you’re looking for fancy this is not your place. The rooms are made by ceiling height curtains. I don’t mind it, it’s too dark for anyone to even see anything outside of the curtains. BUT The place is clean, staff is good and polite, and of course the price is what drove me back to begin with. I have been looking for masseuses this good for a long time and I finally feel like I’ve found a good place where no matter who you get the massage is always good.

Massage was very hard although I told the therapist 7 times to lighten up the pressure. I paid $90 for my services and tipped the therapist although I was not pleased just to be kind. Therapist snatched the tip from me and walked away. Very poor service. I will not return.Update!I notified the owner and she was very courteous and professional with attempting to rectify the situation listed above. I have changed my review from one star to 3 stars because I dont feel that her business should suffer at the hands of her unprofessional masseuse by the name of Jojo. The owner was very prompt in handling the situation and offered me to stay for a courtesy massage today . I really appreciate her professionalism and I would still visit in the future and try a different masseuse.

A Groupon deal drew me to this place a few years back. My expectations were minimal but I figured for the price I wouldn’t be too disappointed. I completely underestimated the place. Very unassuming atmosphere, simple process, extremely talented, polite, professional massage therapists and the prices cannot be beat. It’s a unique massage and better experience here than at the well know chain salons. I have been back quite a few times and recommend it to everyone. Almost don’t want to give away this little known secret!

This place is awesome. The appointment was easy to make (even with rescheduling). The prices cant be beat. The treatment was great, although the deep tissue massage was a bit rough for me, personally. Your treatment is in your own booth thats warm and darkened and very relaxing. Although, there was a guy next door who was too relaxed, fell asleep and was snoring loudly. Thats took a bit out of my experience because I hate snoring but clearly not something the establishment could control. Overall, great experience. I will be back soon!

My cousin and i really enjoyed the best massage ever last week. Im planning another massage today because now Im hooked.

Weve been enjoying this place for 3 plus years now it WAS always a fantastic massage, BUT the last few times ( most recently over the weekend) massage was terrible! Too hard, too soft just rubbing the skin like you would a childs back. constantly having to tell them what to do and them not understanding English, and lastly cutting the time short by 10 minutes! Not acceptable

I had a wonderful experience here. Jon (John, spelling?) was so delightful to be around and had some really strong hands. He was very methodical and provided a great massage. He checked in about pressure. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in.I am a bigger woman (size 22) and felt completely comfortable. The table I was on soft yet supportive. The table adjusted well to transition from footwork to back work.

Always awesome service. I have been going to various places over the years and none have even come close to how great this place is. Rooms are a little tight and you can hear everything going on around you but nothing compares to how intense the massage is working all the knots out! Overall a great experience. I got the 90 minutes massage with hot stones for a fair price. Especially like how they focus on your most tense spots. My only concern is not being able to run to bathroom when you have sudden urge to pee bcs no bathrobes are available while in middle of session. Also, its not as quiet or serene as the rooms are separated only by a curtain..and can hear every little white noise...ppl talking/whispering , footsteps, etc. I was a bit annoyed by it 😑

Massage was nice but the lady who was doing my massage was being very rude. After my massage, I told her I need 5 minutes until I would get picked up by my husband and she complained and said “oh my goodness..... I want to go home!!!!!!! Hurry”. Like what? I just gave this business my money and they cannot understand that standing outside in the rain is not an option. Esp for a girl in northeast Philadelphia. Just needed 5 minutes until he would arrive and had to get treated horribly. What a horrible ending to the night. Don’t think I am coming back. Shouldn’t be treated like this when I gave this business my time and my money. Please work on your service and how to treat customers.

Great place, Eva did a great Job with my shoulder pain over all full body was perfect and relaxing.If you are paying with a card they will charger for card. So I recommend to pay cash that was my only downer.

Have been there several times. it is heavy/deep work, but that works for me. I definitely move easier after, have never been sore after. Interesting ambience with multiple tables in a single large room, darkened lighting, appropriate relaxing music, and sheer curtains between booths, but the massage is done fully clothed so there is no problem with that. will definitely return.

Overall good experience but Receptionist was a bit condescending. It was my first full body massage and I treated my little cousin to her first one as well for her 18th bday. With that being said, I don’t have other experiences to compare it to or expectations. But customer service, I know and have expectations.They should go over gratuity ahead of time when first checking. Like “once your message is done, if you are happy with your experience, gratuity is highly appreciated and can be left at the front desk.” I fell asleep during my foot massage which was the last 30 mins. I woke up abruptly to my masseuse saying “ok all done” and leaving right out. I am customary to tipping, being in the service/restaurant industry in the past, I tend to overtip, actually. Again, never been, not sure of the customs, and even read a short list of rules in my room before starting that may have mentioned but I don’t remember anything about tipping. To me, even looking back and with how I am, it’s kind of obvious for myself that it was “tippable” situation, I just didn’t like how she went about it. I’m groggy and kinda wobbly from just abruptly being awakened, I stumble to the front area. My masseuse is in the front desk area along with the receptionist, and a couple entering for a massage. I kinda stand there awkwardly like should I wait here or what. Also didn’t want to be too close because if ya know, covid and this other group was in there. No one acknowledged me, my masseuse, who was nice, was just staring at the new couple I guess waiting to take them back and the receptionist was in the middle of talking to them. I awkwardly stood there for a bit and just was like ok I guess that’s it and as on my way asking to the door, she doesn’t even excuse herself from the current guests, she just shouts over them toward me and says “uhm would u like to maybe TIP (emphasis on the word “tip”) the nice women who serviced u” and I said o m g, of course- again didn’t say anything just went back to talking to the other guests before i finished saying “i just wasn’t sure, they left out so fast”. My masseuse who was standing on the side immediately said thank you before I even got anything and I could def see she was smiling even with a mask on. So I searched through my bag for a $20 and she implied that she was splitting with the other masseuse (who helped my cousin). I gave her another $20 and thanked her so much for her great work. And apologized. I was a bit embarrassed by my own actions because I never NOT tip and am a huge advocate for tipping but mainly by the way the receptionist made me feel. Would I go back? Yes. Would I mention at checkin that they should mention tipping, just as how eager she was to mention an add-on service? Absolutely. Besides that, place was clean, massage was what I needed. but I do wish a “couples massage” could be side by side. We were foot to head in 2 separate rooms with the curtains open. 😶😕 lol

My wife and I frequently patronize this establishment but not anymore after todays experience. The woman who I had perform my massage kept coughing 😷 and when I asked if she was sick she didnt respond, so I cut the massage short and asked if I could get the half hour left next time and the boss said no and stated oh the air mustve been dry and Im like seriously. Keep the half hour and the tip because we wont be back..

I couldnt love this place more. How can the cheapest massage in the city also be the absolute best? Srsly never disappoints no matter who I get. I have been to many different places, Ive gotten a lot of massages in my life, spent 4x as much for service no where near as good. Best place EVER.

I’ve been going to this place for years. I don’t know what happened but over the past 1 to 2 years I have been made to wait. I have had appointments booked and I’m sitting there for 30 minutes. If they are too busy it’s simple don’t book the appointment. But it seems they’re concerned with money and having people sit there and wait even though they do not have an open appointment. This ihas happened on three occasions in the past six months. I am done. I am looking for a new place. I don’t care if it costs more. We all have busy lives these days and my time is valuable. Sitting there wasting it is unacceptable.

First time I came I had Eva who did an awesome job. I came out with no pain. This last time I went I had someone different. I walked out with more pain then I had when I walked in. I purchased the same groupon I had last time but they charged me an additional $10 to do my back. I ended up being in pain for days after. I will never return after this bad experience.

Before my massage I spoke with the receptionist who reassured me that she would tell the masseuse not to press hard. She spoke to her not in English, and supposedly told her I did not want heavy pressure. I have not been able to effectively communicate in English with my masseuse. She still presses very hard. When she asked me, pressure okay?, I said no and she said thank you and continued to press very hard. Its hard to relax when youre in pain. I still occasionally go to this place because I figure it might be good for my body even though its not relaxing. Looking for another foot massage facility.

I had a 10:00am appointment for a 30min foot reflexology massage and 30min full body massage through the living social deal. They were pretty much still opening up because as I was checking in one of the guys was still vacuuming and cleaning. I went into the room which was divided by curtains that varied from sheer to opaque. They had spaces in between where theres not much privacy when taking your clothes off or on. My massage was relaxing and I enjoyed it but not being in a private room was a little uncomfortable because a male massage therapist was sitting next to my area and he could definitely see me half naked! They also charge $5 extra to use oil on the body...um...I thought oil was supposed to be used for a massage. But I paid it with no argument. My advice is to only come here if you are not shy to show off your lady parts or if you just want to get your feet massaged with no extra exposure. The extra star was for the massage therapist who did a good job making sure I was comfortable during my massage.

Very relaxing environment and payed great attention to detail I had a huge knot in my back and Su really applied the pressure and was concerned about helping me with adding the hot stones for the heat it really did a world of difference I cant wait to go back !!!??

Nothing is wrong with that, it would just cost you an arm and a leg without treating the root of the problem.At WELL FEET SPA, you would experience a true relaxation at a very very affordable price, less than $1/min.You would get ur own room (curtains), feet soak, and then back/feet massage.I usually come out 10 lbs lighter feeling like I was walking on cloud because all the stress were gone!!!

First of all the rooms was separated by curtains. So it was hard for me to relax and because I can hear the people next door from my room. And I kept saying gentle Im guessing she didnt understand English. My lower and upper back hurts from the massage

I purchased a 30-min foot reflexology & a 30-min deep tissue back massage from Groupon. The price couldnt be beat and the service was nice, but unfortunately the deep-tissue back massage was anything but.The foot massage was great, but the back massage was more like a strong rubdown. They had me keep my shirt on and also placed a towel on my back, so getting deep-tissue just wasnt possible. If it wasnt advertised as deep-tissue, I probably would have been ok with it and maybe go back, but most likely not.Also, you are not in your own room with doors or walls, its more like a booth with drapes dividing the rooms, so you can hear everything going on in all the other rooms. Little distracting

Well spa USED to have superior service. So much so that I would fly to Phila from Atlanta to get the foot & body massage. My roommate from college treated me to this place 3 years ago for my Bday. I took everyone that I knew to this place. Well Sir! Since they expanded the spa the poor service has become an offering. As usual, I always make an appointment when I book my flight. Well on Jan 23, 2019 I arrived for my appointment promptly at 10:00 am as usual. I was asked to pay in cash before the service was performed. Ok no problem, I gave the clerk a $50 bill. I was then escorted to a spa room that was at best about 50 degrees. Then an old man came in and asked me to get undressed (WTF??). Of course I looked at him like he was stone cold crazy! It was cold enough in the building to give a person pneumonia. I asked one of the staff if they had forgotten that I had an appointment, and if this was new policy to send in a man for a womans spa treatment, and then offer a freezing cold stall. Can you believe that the rude man had the audacity to scream at me as if I was one of his children to SHUT UP OF course it took everything in me not to spit in all of their faces. But as an ex Philadelphian, I realize that the power of the purse is much stronger than the power of a PUNCH in the FACE! After I I dressed down every member of their staff for their RUDE behavior and unpreparedness, I politely asked for my $50 back. Then one of the staff members who was arriving at work had the nerve to come out to my rental car and ask me to come back and receive a free massage. She apologized profusely, but to no avail. After their bad behavior I didnt even want a free massage from Well Spa. I have spent hundreds of dollars personally at this establishment and referred clients as recent as December to Well Spa. I explain that I had been a loyal customer for the past three years, and I had absolutely NO INTENTION of ever coming back to this place, and that the RUDE man should be FIRED ASAP! I used to have such high regard for this place. See attachment to my college roommate where i am giddy about going to the Spa. Go at your own risk, but this place is NOT the SAME. I had a guy give me the massage. By far the worst massage i ever had. All he did was create friction (rub). My second time here, still not happy. I even stopped to tell him what to do. He still kept doing the same. It wasn’t relaxing and waste of $.

I came here once and that was enough for me. I have been looking for reasonable reflexology places for a long time. I stumbled across this place and decided to give it a try based on the reviews and the prices. I got reflexology and a back massage. The reflexology was just like a foot massage, however, the back massage was what made me uncomfortable. There is a wall of rooms that just have curtains to open and close each room, however, the curtains do not fully close and as a result there are gaps. During the whole time, you could see people walking by and they often times they could see you. This is the same room that you are asked to change for your massage. There was no real privacy and I did not feel comfortable changing in a place where the curtain doesnt fully close.

Excellent massage, the only thing I did not like is that you are obliged to tip and it must be high if they do not they make a bad gesture, I understand that giving a massage is not easy but it should also be considered that it is not cheap, it is paid well and the tip should not be a requirement and less if there is not enough cash available at the time.

It’s a bet. Experience completely depends on the massage therapist you get. So I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are better Asian massage parlours. The only advantage is that it’s cheaper.
