Hi Liter Club

I went here tonight and a girl asked propositioned me. We I told here I couldn’t hear her she got upset and tried to take all of my money off of the table as well as my friends. I stopped her from taking my money but she took all of his and the management didn’t want to do anything about it. Also while the manager and I were talking about the situation he decided to put his hands on me. When I looked down to see his hands on my biceps he let go. This is totally unacceptable behavior for any establishment.In response to the owners post, I would like to say that the regular that I was there with is my business partner of 26 years. Also, if you read my post correctly, none of my money was stolen because I stopped her. It was my business partner, your amazing regular, which you think they’d have a little bit more respect for, money that was stolen. We did not leave out of embarrassment we left because Disgusted with your place of business. He witnessed it and my girlfriend witnessed it. My girlfriend actually brought it up to the bouncer outside and he said yeah we’ve had some problems with the girls here but we try to keep it under control. There is no story to make up here and it’s shameful that you protect theft over your customers best interest

Will never go to this clue again. And highly recommend no one waste there money here. Tried Going here for my girlfriends birthday and had the worst experience ever. The girls were beautiful music was good if we were at home but definitely not good stripper music lol the eagles? to dance to? Tried to pay to get my girlfriend on stage with 3 dancers a hour later I had to remind the dj then he said I didnt pay him gave him a hundred dollar bill and he gave it back and Said I needed to get change from bartender cuz be didnt have any. Like seriously? The cost was 60 I gave you a hundred to make it happen but youre going to give my money back? Then at last call our server who was like 70 years old < like not even over exaggerating lol took our drink order and never came back so me and the whole party got up and told the bartender and they said they did late call already.... explained everything to the manager who was playing clash of clans the whole I was trying to tell him Experience all I got from him was guess this isnt the place for you maybe you shouldnt come back. Like really? The place was dead there was dancers seating there waiting to make money Im there trying to blow lots of money to enjoy a birthday Celebration and the establishment did everything it could not to take my money? The manager said his name was Carl which I doubt is his real name. But definitely any time I go out to throw money this will never be the place I go to aging 🙃

Definitely wont be comin in here again. Was insulted and disrespected by a dancer for saying no to her company. She was rude, aggressive and very unattractive. No idea why they bring in this type of junk. The quality of girls here has gone down drastically and now its not even worth goin in anymore. Nothing but unattractive, rude girls working here. The rest are Cubans that dont speak a lick of English. They sit in a corner and shout at each other in Spanish. Very annoying. I used to be a regular, coming in at least once a week. Now I refuse to go in here at all. Would like to see this place shut down and reopened by someone who knows what theyre doing.Edit: I wanna thank staff for replying to my review. I dont know who she was, just a tall, thin black girl. It doesnt matter anyway because its not the only bad encounter Ive had. Ive had an encounter with the bouncer getting mad because I moved seats. I also had an issue with the cook, whos extremely nasty to you when you sit in one of the chairs in front of him. He only allows the girls to sit there which I find hilarious LOL. Good experience however , I am wondering what ever happened to my favorite dancers Ember(Jessica Dominguez) and Fiji(Arianna Torres)? Hopefully they still dance here as they were awesome dancers? Kindly clarify upon this

I am a regular for about 10 yrs now and prolly go around 6 times a yr, girls are pretty very diverse and I noticed alot of girls like talking if you treat them respectful. Drinks during day are 2 for 1 for $5, vip room is fun depending on girl ha. My only complaint is the cook he was rude to me when I sat at bar trying to order food told me its vip and to get away ,lol I even told the waitress about him she agreed he is rude to people , so as long as you dont speak to cook or sit at bar to order food you will have a great time, also the bouncers are always nice to me.

Ive been coming to Liter for years. Also I have been to most if not all the others and Liter is in my top 3 clubs I enjoy. This club has a little of everything for everyone. The beers are cold, women are diversified and staff is on point. If youre out during the day THIS IS THE CLUB; especially Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cheers!

This club does not have more than one type of girl. It seems the manager John only hires his demographic of interest and absolutely no one else. A waste of money and history this club now

Prior to covid this was a gem in the Phoenix club scene with a long history. The girls were mostly gorgeous with a nice mix of ethnicities and overall the place had a welcoming atmosphere. Its completely different now.The girls are 98% Hispanic or Latin, most barely speak English. The music is no longer well rounded, its Spanish rap or nonsense club music also in Spanish obviously catering to the non-English crowd.The 2 waitresses were less than friendly and had zero common sense. Thats a big change too; they used to be flirty and good at taking care of business. Its the opposite now.Overall Hi Liter is a sad shadow of itself.What used to be a great place to enjoy the girls has turned ghetto and dirty.

This review pertains to twenty years ago when this place was a great escape from the heat. Crazy drinks, cheap as can be and the girls were smoking hot as was the music. Makes me sad to read the recent reviews as Im heading back to the valley for a visit and this was going to be one of my trips down memory lane.

I don’t know too much about strip clubs, but I can tell you this one has always had one of the best hamburgers in the valley.

Love this club ! Just wish there was less Cuban Non English speakers . They are pushy, other than that it was great !

5 ***** all the way. I have been coming here for years and its still on point. The day staff is on-point; kudos to Pam, Mirna, Brig, Jason, the bouncers and of course the beautiful ladies. You have a different mix and type of women here. The Cubans; theyre all over and I have no issue with them. I will definitely be coming here for years to come.

I stopped in on Thursday, mid-afternoon (around 2pm) as a spontaneous post birthday curiosity thing. The last time I was here was probably back in 2010, and any prior gentlemans club visit was in Vegas about 5 or 6 years ago. My experience was that staff was not rude or pushy; neither were any of the dancers that spoke to me. I cannot comment on the drinks, as Im a non-drinker so it was strictly water. It was surprisingly packed for a Thursday afternoon, but I was told its known as more of a day club. Anyway, overall it was a good rare visit experience for only being there an hour/hour and a half.

First time here great experience girls are beautiful and the security are great guys Brad; Lance, Greg, and Alex provided great customer service with amazing attudies. Slim was my server flawless. I had my drinks for me when needed fantastic job. Great time definitely stop by. If you want to have fun for the night this is the place to be..

The hi-liter is filled with old school strip club charm. I spent a good bit of time with “I think her name is Layla” (Korean-African American) she treated me well and I appreciate her. All the girls are wonderful. I did drink a drink too many— and flubbed when I was filling out the tip- the waitress came back very upset. I apologized- and updated the tip… but in retrospect I should have left her twice as much as I did. She was also wonderful. I apologize again to her - if she serves me again I will make it up to her.

Had a horrible experience waitress got me the wrong drink and my lobster came out severely under cooked! In addition, while I’m being mistreated a middle aged woman with the wrinkles of Morgan freeman knocked over my drink after being turned down for the dance she offered me!! She looks 45 but goes by “Princess”.

A dancer gave me her number at a different gentlemans club... I decided I didnt want to date her..I rejected her through text message (in a nice way) I went here to Hi liter with coworkers and she harassed me while I was leaving about why I blocked her. Smh then had me put on the banned list. Horrible and embarrassing time here. Dont get a girl unless you ready to save her from the strip club lol Princess is boo-boo.

Went to club round 7:30(4/30/23). While waiting patiently i waited for a hour & was never acknowledged by the server. When she approached me, said I had to get two drinks, obviously Im a regular & know club ettiquete. Same server last Sunday, took 30 minutes to get my 1st drink, over a hour fir my second. After i was ready to server took 20 minutes or more to get my tab. Pretty bad service from server.

I can’t say 100% but we both are pretty certain that both my friend and I were pocket picked (both of us “lost” $250-340) from our wallets but don’t recall spending much. I didn’t even get a lap dance, other than few drinks. Did talk to one of my friends that is in such circle to stick around and do a sting operation on such place. More to come! Don’t mind being hustled but know, we will hustle you back! If you stole, we will find you and set you free!

Went out in search of some fun and was skeptical at first due to other reviews. Cover charge was normal rates as I have seen across the country. Waitress was an absolute peach. My entire group including DD all agreed that every girl present was gorgeous which surprised all of us. Everyone was wonderfully kind including bouncers and our table ended up being quite popular because even the girls were saying they were having fun hanging out with us. Sadly I am horrible with names and was quite inebriated as well but the redhead with all those wonderful freckles and glasses... made my night.TLDR: most fun Ive had in a long time thanks for a wonderful b-day

Had my wallet and $500 stolen here by one of the girls. Manager Jason says nothing I can do, I dont have access to the tapes and the owners wont even look because they dont care either. Edit and Response: Your explanation is both rediculous and insulting. When a customer asks for help when theyve been robbed and your answer is sorry we have a policy not to care or tell you who stole your money/wallet when its our employees and we have the ability is a cop out.

Came here last Fall while in town for a baseball tournament. I was having a lousy week, but one night at the Hi Liter turned everything around. Beautiful women, great drinks and food. Thanks Jolene for the suggestion. Cant wait to come back here this November.

You will get kicked out at the slightest inconvenience to the bartender and your money will not be refunded. It’s also pointless speaking to the manager since they seem to side with their employees more than paying customers. Also, the bouncers will gladly try to intimidate you and walk you out the door. Overall horrible experience and I’ve been coming here for about a year.

The Doorman are absolutely professional and very friendly. I love going to this establishment!!! Best home town feel ever!!! 2 for 1 drinks every day 11am-7pm and no Cover until 6 pm. Why would you not come here. Most beautiful staff in all of Phoenix!!!!!

Smaller club, but was pretty decent.. Girls were fine especially for a monday, granted only white girls. Read some reviews complaining about the bouncer.. Dude was cool and more then polite when we arrived and seated us. Girls were definitely friendly too 👍

Been going here for 5 years. Got thrown to the asphalt for $25. Sick of taken advantage of by strippers and so called bouncers! yes I had a few drinks but I know I had had 1 dance and they said 3. Got thrown out! If I was in the wrong they would have waited for cops. Told me to go and never come back. I never will. Oh well. My own fault for continually going there.

Very high quality experience. Very nice ladies there especially Lala. She was very kind. Professional and sexy. Very fun place to go. Just passing through town. Highly recommend.

Went there for our buddies bachelor party. If your looking for the happy ending definately the place to go. However not the place for those not acquainted with how the game works you will get taken. Brought my passport down, told that it was good valid ID. Turned away TWICE with lots of cash because bank kept my ID and my paper one would t work. Don’t waste your tome at this club. Not good on their word.

This is a nice club small but Plenty of places to sit. I got there around 5 or 6 and there was no charge just a drink min. Dancers are lovely and very very pretty. U can tell its more of older rock genre club but it was cool. Im just not a fan of rock for that long so after awhile i had to leave. Too bad they dont play top 40 but hey im not the owner. Nice bar they have almost everything and the hostess are easy to get a hold of and the menu isnt that bad for what i saw but i didnt order any food. Uh i guess i would come back.

Almost none of the dancers were smiling on stage, it looked like they were ready to beat someone up. Drinks were a bit over priced. One dancer was amazing though so I can see myself going back sometime

Nice atmosphere, beautiful women and a great variety. But $9 bottle of beer was a little expensive. I know it’s the Biltmore area but a little too high priced.

The behavior of the staffs is very bad specially the door guy with the beard. just your ability to pay cover will not get you into the club. they have the right to deny access to anyone. they might deny you access for as simple reason as because they do not like your face. very disappointing experience.

The horse was getting tired from running through Tucson, stopped in for a whiskey. Good selection of Scotch, Whiskey and Girls. Relaxed atmosphere, different genres of music and friendly girls. Definitely saw the good, the bad(naughty) and no ugly.

BEWARE they told me to leave my debt card at the bar for an open tab, purchased 2 drinks . Later the next day I realized the charged my card over $1,200 called my bank and now im in this big mess with my bank because this nasty establishment stole money and charged my card and I have to get the police involved because this place SCAMS people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love love love this place! As soon as I came in I was greeted and served with excellent service. The vibe was sexy and comfortable and a complete bonus all the beautiful ladies! Me and my man will be going here on a regular basis.

This place has by far the best day shift Ive seen in Arizona. Was greeted by the staff at the door and seated to a table. They have some of the hottest girls at their club. I will be back!!!!

So we walked away and then the bouncer proceeded to let in the pimps behind us into the club. If youre looking to waste your time this is the place for you!

Avoid this place at all costs. The girls will rip you off. They will charge you for three dances when you only had one, and if you dont pay up the manager threatens to have the police called on you.Ive been to gentlemens clubs all over the United States and this is by far the worst one Ive ever seen, every member of the staff is just another gear in this gigantic House of scam.

All the girls here are either too skinny and terrible but the bouncer awas pretty awesome and honest. Maybe next time i come they will have better women who actually eat

We went to spend a good night with some coworkers, we arrived and some Cuban girls disrespected us and forced us to give them money, they told us that we were stupid for not giving them more money, apart from the fact that they grabbed money from the table, yes. Our consent is that those Cuban girls are very rude, one of them is called Jessica. In the end, we ended up paying more than 2,500 dollars. Dont lose good clients because of their treatment. Best regards.

The place is very nice and cozy but the workers are very rude and impatient. If you want to spend a pleasant night, I dont recommend it at all. You will receive a great deal without any mistreatment.
