Massage Envy- Desert Ridge (AZ) was exactly what I needed. The place was neat/clean. The front desk was cordial/funny and extremely helpful. The masseuse was knowledgeable respectful. I will certainly be back next travel.

Nice environment but I have not been back here for quite sometime.I had an hour massage & every time the massage therapist would talk, which was often, they would not massage.I decided to not continue a membership & have not been back sense. I had also let them know.It’s too bad. I just felt like I had wasted time & money, then left feeling just as stiff as I had walking in.

Massage Envy markets relaxation, wellness, and filling up your cup. Well, keep an eye out on your wallet or spouse’s wallet because their real concern is going after that.I made the miserable mistake of believing my membership was cancelled for over 2 YEARS! When I found out it wasn’t, they finally called because my credit card that was being charged was about to expire and then needed a new one on file. Up until that point, they made no effort to contact me about the increasing session I had been incurringDon’t worry though, Dora will help you freeze your account for up to 6 months with a fee of $20 a month while you catch up. I suggest talking to Dora in person, or recording your conversation because some things might be missed when you speak with her over the phone. Oh! And don’t you dare mess up your schedules and not show up to an appointment. Even if it’s your first time, no grace is given but instead, a 50% fee.I have had minimal help with management and this location and after 4 months of trying to catch up, decided to forgo the rest of my sessions and get out while I can.I highly suggest you stay away from getting into a contact with them, you’ll most certain regret it.

Tony Tony Tony!! First off, I’ve been in Arizona for almost a year and a half now, and have struggled to find a quality massage/massage therapist. Well, my search is over. The appointment was made easy online, and confirmed through their automated text system. The staff upfront was friendly and efficient both to start, and when leaving. The building was clean, and I didn’t hear residual noise during my time, like at other locations. But finally, and most importantly, Tony was amazing. From start to finish, he checked on the pressure level periodically, but was not invasive with talk or anything. My massage was relaxing, but again, most importantly, he hit all the right spots: the ones I stressed to him in the beginning, and those I didn’t even know I had. It was easily the best massage I have found in Arizona, and all thanks to Tony’s expertise, knowledge, and thoroughness. Job well done! Will see you again soon!

Places gone downhill ever since PCRK took over It’s like they don’t care about The therapist or the customers, and I encourage everyone to go to hand and stone or Elements massage

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for this particular Massage Envy!! The front staff was helpful and friendly, with high, positive energy and lighthearted humor.Loved my session with therapist Adam and will request him for every future session. He was friendly and professional, and thorough. He listened to my specific needs, carefully working around places where I had been injured previously. He asked lots of questions so as to be able to follow my requests and he adjusted according to my personal preferences and needs. My session with Adam was therapeutic for my body but also my mind and heart! Had a wonderful time and was sad when it was over way too soon!!!

Had a 30 Tension Relief visit followed by a Hot Stone Massage... it was heaven!Tony is a Master, giving detail to every sore spot. Best foot and hand massage too! As a health care provider I recognize excellence in practice and Tony sets a high bar.And thank you to Adelaide at the front desk, what a sweetheart and the perfect first representative of your franchise.

This location at Desert Ridge has been amazing especially with their professional and sanitary process during the pandemic. The front desk provides great customer service and is very responsive via text which has been super helpful to me. They are very kind and accommodating. The waiting area, therapy rooms and even restrooms are always sparkling clean. The therapists at this location are all wonderful and very experienced. My favorite therapists are Lorre and Ana, but they are all truly amazing! Most of the therapists and staff I’ve seen seem to have worked at this Massage Envy for many years, which is a testament to how well they treat their staff. I highly recommend this location for an overall amazing experience.

I look forward to my visits at ME Desert Ridge and am never disappointed. The level of customer service is always top notch! My faves are Natalie for my facial and Isabel for my massage. My skin is always glowing after Natalie takes care of me and Isabel knows just the right amount of pressure to put on this ole body! These ladies are the BEST and book up fast cause they’re THAT GOOD!!

Definitely enjoyed it. Stephen is very easy to talk with. I would suggest more communication re pressure (What level of pressure do you like? Is this okay? Do you want me to work deeper? Etc.) Also, smoother transitions from one area to another.(Maintaining contact w the client is very soothing.) Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

Sheana did such an amazing job. She was very in tune to my needs and seriously killed every knot. The best massage I’ve ever had! Rhiannon at the front desk was also very pleasant to work with. We had a slight hiccup with one of the gift cards I had purchased for my husbands birthday and she took care of it for us.

I had a massage with Brooke on 11/18/21 and she was AMAZING. Honestly, it was the best massage I’ve probably ever had. Pressure was on point, she focused on the areas I asked her to, and she was super professional. I will definitely be going back to the Desert Ridge location to specifically see Brooke!

Sheana is a great therapist. She has good attention to detail in hitting those hard to relax spots. The front desk was very helpful with answering my questions and booking my next massage.

It was absolutely amazing from start till finish. The staff were so nice and professional and the man that gave me a message was so gentle and listened to all my requests. I didn’t have much because I fell asleep lol. It was just amazing. My body is more relaxed than ever before. I will be back

A little pampering goes a long way! This was Leo’s first facial. His face felt so good all day long. Mine felt good too🙂.A couple of suggestions: a little less noise with packages opening and washing of products during the facial I feel would be better done before and after the client leaves. And a little more care in the whole process. Plus I thought it was buy one get one but apparently not. Just a few things to help. Otherwise an enjoyable experience!

I love going to see Devon! Every experience is wonderful. She’s such a sweet girl. I highly recommend her or any of the other awesome estheticians. Microderms are great for a deep cleanse, but facials are a must have! They’re the most relaxing thing I’ve ever experienced.

Been really trying to like this place. The ladies at the front are super nice. As for the massages, theyre not really worth the money. Ive left this place disappointed & feeling like Ive wasted my money (still leaving a good tip even though I didnt receive a good massage) 4 times in a row & nobody seems to really care. Nobody ever gets my areas of concern. I leave still feeling stiff especially in my shoulders & neck. Stephen was good at first, & you could tell he kmew what he was doing & I liked his technique & his effort to really get the knots out of my shoulder blades, but the last 2 times I went to him he went soft & was really lacking, which is why I started trying other people...leaving even more disappointed than the last time. Giving it 1 more cancel my membership, even though I should have already canceled since nobody seems to care about a customer leaving unhappy.

Isabel was my massage therapist and she was incredible! One of the best I’ve ever had!! I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be back for her service.

The service provider was very nice, chatty. But if Im honest he didnt properly care to the places that needed massaging. He did a once over on my back, vocally took note of how my right side was so much more taut than anywhere else (which is where the majority of lifting goes to when I work, my right side/shoulder). But then proceeded to tend to my left side, both arms, and skipped almost entirely over the most needed area. Afterwards he asked instead of doing the full body that was requested, to finish just with the waist and hips. I wanted to be curious and said to instead finish with the legs and feet, but please give some time to my right shoulder before the time was up.I work at a bakery and am moving on my feet and constantly lifting at least 9 hours a day. So I really needed those spots tended to most of all.I really understand theres only so much that can be done in an hour, but I think theres a difference between assigning time to each section equally and skipping over the worst spots needing help entirely.Again, my massager was very nice and pleasant to chat with, but I left not feeling very refreshed or like Id actually gotten a massage, just more or less the same. Which has not been my experience before at Massage Envy and why I just wanted to say something.

The facility is nice and clean. Massage was just so-so. Started late and ended early. It was basically a half of a massage. Once I turned over she only massaged my neck and then said it was finished. I’ve had many massages and this ranked pretty low. I wouldn’t come back again.

Thomas is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been going to him consistently for several months now. I appreciate how he communicates with me about the process and is always looking for ways to make my experience better.For example, he uses a chest cushion so that I am more comfortable to lay on my stomach. He also uses an extra rolled towel for my forehead so that my eyelashes don’t get damaged. It’s the small things that make my massage more meaningful.

I had my first facial yesterday at Massage Envy Desert Ridge with Devon. It was amazing! She made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I love the way my face feels and looks too! Thank you, Devon!

Sheana has excellent technique. Always asks what my focus & concerns are before beginning. The atmosphere is relaxing. I felt great & relaxed afterwards. I book 90 minute massages several months out. I actual fell asleep yesterday in the middle of the massage. It was amazing.

Horrible massage at Desert Ridge Massage Envy and started 10 mins late because did not know package correctly I bought.. Told massage therapist areas of concern and did not do it. Told him 2 other tines area needed and ran out of time. Never did legs and minimal lower back. Talked entire time. Was not able to relax. Want money back or another massage. Complained when checked out and personnel provided me with nothing other than saying she would pass it along..

Have been members at this location for many years. Called over to gift two massages. It all went perfect. Sierra helped us and she walked us through the process. Very much appreciate your support Sierra. It because of folks like you that we maintain our membership at Massage Envy at Desert Ridge. You guys are the BEST!

I am always pleased with Massage Envy. They are very Professional. My service provider was with Alek. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and considerate. Im from WI so when I get back to Phoenix, I will make another appointment. Thank you Alek!

Isabel is a great professional. She is very talented and makes me so relaxed. She knows the points of my body to help work out the knots.

I have been experiencing a stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Tony concentrated on this area and applied the necessary pressure to improve the range of motion in my neck. He communicated with me frequently during the session to ensure my needs were being met.

I have had facials at high end resorts that have cost me $$$. My experience with Devon was out of this world. She really gave me great advice about my skin and was so polite and professional. I will only go to her for my facials now!

It was the first time in over 100 massages ive received that my therapist fell asleep in the room i was supposed to be getting massaged in and left me out in the waiting room for over 30 min past my appointment time. When i asked her why she was so late she said “i fell asleep on you” i said what and she repeated I fell asleep on your. Worst experience ever!!

Been to them twice and have been disappointed both times. Your hands on time is actually 45 minutes. They bring you back to the room late, and end your massage 5 minutes before your time. Havent had a good massage there. First therapist kept complaining to me because she only did firm pressure when I requested light. Second therapist had no flow to his massage, and only did half of my body. I requested my legs to be focused on and I only got my calves massaged. Place is very noisy, both times i could hear when people were walking past, toilets flushing, and doors opening and closing. Not really relaxing at all.

Noushin is very professional, and skilled as a therapist! She has much wisdom, and insights and gifts. I strongly recommend her! Massage Envy as a corporation is backward in requiring the masks. Intelligent people know that the whole thing is a fraud. And this company plays into it, which is obviously wrong. The mask requirements are archaic and diminish the quality of the experience. So it is a negative to go to any service at a Massage Envy with these immoral requirements.

A lot of revelations by the Masseuse. I did not leave relaxed after hearing of a devastating car accident suffered by the employee just 2 hours before my session. Her employment offers her no escape to check messages. These messages will help her to see who she needs to drive to work the next day; at 6am no less, she needs to be at work at 9, but she can sleep at her moms house.

Tameka is the consummate professional. She immediately established rapport with me. She is a master at her craft. She is warm and personable. Tameka provided feedback during my session. I rate my massage experience with her a 10. Massage Envy is fortunate to have Tameka on board.

I was uncomfortable she was not wearing a mask and should have just left, but was too embarrassed to say anything with the way mask/unmasked in the world is right now. During the treatment she coughed multiple times, kept sniffling and clearing her throat, and was even on her cell phone when I was lying face up while she was massaging my arm and head. Super unprofessional and now Im worried Ive been exposed to COVID or the flu. Also, her two drinks were in the room, which Ive never seen during my years of being a member. It was my first time at the Desert Ridge location and will never be returning. I wore a mask, but will now be monitoring myself for the next 5-7 days to see if I get any symptoms. Shame on her for performing services when not feeling well AND not putting on a mask.

Tomeka is wonderful! Shes very intuitive in knowing what the differing muscles need, and offers deep tissue as well as lighter touch. Shes very professional and thoughtful, and cares about the heath and welfare of each client. Top notch!!!

Amazing experience. I was a little nervous due to Covid, but felt that Massage Envy has great processes. And what a way to get back to a massage after 12 months. Anavictoria was the best! Thorough, and relaxing . LOVED IT.

Desert Ridge was nothing but professional from the front to the back. I went in with a sore back and side and everyone was there to help. The ladies in the front were helpful and thorough. Lorie was the lady who did the treatment. Lorie went right after the area I described as being the issue. She knew what to do and got it done. This should be the place you would go when looking for a massage. Thanks ladies!

I have had plenty of massages in my life. Some of them at high-end spas in multiple states. But, none of them come close to Isabell at Desert Ridge. I have been seeing her for years now. She’s kind, professional and highly skilled in her craft. I usually see her for more of a deep tissue, therapeutic massage to help me with chronic back and neck issues. She has assisted me with knee and rotator cuff pain as well. Take it from me….90 min. is what you want. You WONT be sorry! 👍

Had an amazing experience with Zack a few weeks ago so I went back and he was not available so I had a different massage therapist named Alexander and he was probably the worst massage therapist I’ve ever had. I kept hearing him take something out of his pocket and I only assume it was his phone and was texting and he kept complaining of his elbow or arm hurting . He got distracted many times and stopped massaging or barely massage for about half the time. I would highly recommend having them put sounds in lockers or somewhere so they do not take them out during massage. When I think of a massage therapist taking their phone out you never know what they are doing and these days you never know if a picture of you is being taken without you knowing. I am going back today with a different therapist since Zack is not available again and requesting my credit be returned that I used for that last massage

Tomeka is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She takes time to listen to where I am having pain and then works her magic. She is so caring and professional!!

Place is nice and clean. Staff is courteous. Massage was so-so..I was dissatisfied with the time. I booked for for an hour and it ended in 35-40 minutes. I have been to other massage places and this is not my great experience.

Devon was great. She provided an excellent facial. I loved the products and how they make my skin feel.

My message was ver good. However, when discussing getting the COVID Vaccine I was surprised and disappointed to find out the therapist had not taken the vaccine and didn’t appear to be interested in doing so. I find thisA lack of concern and ethics for clients when the company talks about safety measures and asks clients to sign a waver to not hold the Company accountable.

Natali was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made the treatment so enjoyable. My skin was gorgeous and glowing and I felt amazing!

I worked at massage envy for many years- I’ve been a member for years now and I’m canceling my membership because I can’t book until June or July and it’s now April. Completely ridiculous. Change your scheduling issues- don’t allow people to book out the entire year.

First off, the membership is a waste of money. $59.99 a month only saves you about $10 off the walk in price and so far I havent found a good therapist. This morning I booked an appointment because I was in last night and it was definitely not a $60 massage so I needed another one today and I was told the appointment was 2:30 and showed up at 2:20. Apparently the appointment was actually supposed to be 2:00 which whatever, it was an hour and half massage so I figured Id settle for an hour, nope! The therapist left!! And now they are charging me 50% off my account! $45 out the window on top of the $60 for the poor massage last night.

Every time I get a massage from Tomeka I always think it’s the best one. But yesterday was truly the cherry on the top. Not sure when I have ever slept so well follow massage

Poor customer service. I signed up for a monthly auto charge in June this year. I attempted to cancel over the phone two weeks prior to the first monthly charge being drawn but was told that a cancellation form needed to be completed by me and placed in my file (understandable). Days later, I visited, completed the form, submitted the signed form and received a copy. Now, two months later, theyre still attempting to charge my card and have told me that Ill need to pay for another month of service should I wish to use any of the services that I paid for and havent yet received. Theyve made no attempt to correct the matter even though the cancellation form was misfiled on their end and have said that they have no way to work around the way that their computer system works. In addition, no manager has been available any time Ive called.Services during my last appt were mediocre, with the aesthetician and masseuse spending more talking about the products than actually performing the services.I have never written a bad review about a business Ive used. This service was so bad, however, that I felt the need to share my experience.

I really enjoyed my facial with Natalie at Massage Envy. She took really good care of my skin and my skin is very clear and glowing after the facial!

I love my visits to massage envy. They offer great services and their staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend Tomeka for massages, she knows how to melt the tension right away!

Terrible customer service!!! Just the worst. I have been a ME member for over 3 years and was hospitalized and unable to use my credits. I accrued nearly 20 before being told I can freeze my account. Wonderful, except when I took the time out of my day to come in and fill out the paperwork ... they never submitted it. These sheisty, shady people continued to bill my account at full cost. The front desk has demonstrated themselves as USELESS. I sadly will not return to my therapist or esthetician here because of their deceptive business practices. Steer clear of this location!!!

Friendly front desk and Thomas was great! He listened to my concerns and gave good advice on stretching and nutrition.

She didn’t massage my arms ,hands or face& scalp. I guess she didn’t have the time as she worked mostly on my bad back which she thought was more important. An hour wasn’t enough time I guess!!

Good people quick getting registered but I’m having trouble booking slots. My wife and I and are #59&60 signups 19 years ago and this has been the most difficult time for us.

He was friendly and attentive. However, the one thing I wanted him to focus on he rushed through it. I think he might have a timing issues with his massage, but otherwise he was good.

Sheana is a fantastic therapist! She listens to what your problem areas are and focuses on them. Excellent massage!
