Shady ass bouncer. If you cant trust security, you cant trust your safety in a place. I asked for a VIP cover to skip the line. $20/person. Fine, done. He seemed surprised I agreed... Then waited until after I gave him cash to mention theres an additional cover to get past the door. Seriously dude, why not do some basic math & be straight with me? Whatever... $5/person he says... No big deal. Get to the door cashier. $10/person she tells me. I explain. She says theyre separate covers & its $10/person. You know, separate charges are whatever... I was celebrating and budgeted at least a couple hundred... But to not be straight with me about something as simple as money...? Yea, Im not having it. Done! Left and went to the place next door: $10 each, no line, & variety of fun music.

It’s a fun place to go and have drinks and fun with your friends on the weekend. Great DJ mixing up your favorite songs. Keep in mind this place is very small so I definitely recommend getting a table for yourself because it does get crowded very quickly. I’m talking elbow to elbow crowded with people squeezing by you and spilling their drink on your favorite shoes. A place like this you won’t even know which guy grabbed your butt

Two of my lady friends were physically assaulted by a male patron in this bar last night. Two security guards and the manager did nothing to stop the man - their response was to kick out my friends for making a big deal out of nothing. It was far from nothing. Businesses have a responsibility to protect their patrons, especially when alcohol is involved. This place proved they are unwilling to do that, which means they do not deserve any business. Stay away from this place!

The service was terrible the music was ok. But the system is way to big for that tiny space. So some high pitch noises would come out the speakers! Horrible. I will never go there again! Also they said 8 of my guest were suppose to get in free. But they charged them anyways. I booked my birthday there. Big mistake

If I could give this place -1 I would.... I made reservations for my fiancé birthday a week in advance. They said well see you Friday!! Well when we got there Friday night at 11:30pm they had already gave our table away. If there was a certain time we had to be there they wouldve told us not just give our table away. Or at least give us a call its not like they didnt have our number. Why ask for our name and number and not even us it. So worthless

Unsafe for women. My experience with this club was ruined when 2 of my friends were assaulted there. They told two security guards and a manager about what happened and not only did the staff do nothing to stop it or kick out the man who did it, but they actually kicked my friends out and treated them disrespectfully. Security should be there to protect patrons, not perpetrators.

Had a great time, although there isnt that much room to dance. You have to be in VIP to be comfy it seems. However there is no dancing space in VIP as well. Once i found a little room near the bathrooms and a couple shots of Don, It was lit! Not really use to the music but I still had a great time. There was a little hip hop towards the end of the night.

Women, stay clear! Security, management and outside cops do NOT take women seriously when they complain about being manhandled and assaulted in this club. Two women last night were treated very badly - not only by a couple neanderthal customers who thought they could put their hands all over the women, but then by Security AND Management AND the cops as well. Stay clear of this place.

Zero stars needs to be an option. Women are not safe here. Security, management, and local police ignore serious, valid sexual assault allegations from their women patrons. Do not give them your business. Rampant and flagrant victim blaming, shaming, and intimidation. They need to be shut down.

Beautiful venue... but service was subpar no cap! Paid for a hookah & tipped well, and put our hookah literally at the end of the bar (where waitresses pick up already made drinks) next to some ppl and said “here’s you spot”.Then wanted to get a table with our hookah instead of being at the bar smh... waited around for 15 minutes and didn’t have a table for us....Didn’t even touch the hookah... but they kept our money.Maybe next time I try this place, it’ll be a better experience.

I have two lady friends who went dancing at this club last night and both were man handled and physically assault by the same male patron. When they reported it to security they were dismissed several times, they had to insist on speaking to the manager. Once the manager was located, he took them outside to discuss what happened. When he questioned the ladies one of them started to get emotional and he rudely dismissed them and left them outside while he reentered the club.Then when they sought out help from the police and tried to reenter the club to identify the the guy, they were not allowed back in.BEWARE, FEMALES ARE NOT PROTECTED IN THIS ENVIRONMENT!

Very small area....overpriced for the tables there...the was A scuffle at the front door and people were saying there was a gun involved. The place was packed and there was literally only one way in one way out so everyone had to just run towards the back this was around the time they first opened up I’ve been back a few times after but nothing has changed honestly.

We went on Saturday night for my birthday and were disappointed with this club. The cover charge was $10 to get into a place that was the size of a Subway restraunt. It was almost $20 for a beer and a shot and the staff didnt want anyone near them and closed off an area for them to text on their phones. We left after 20 mins of boredom.

Two young women were assaulted here over the weekend. The bouncer and manager did nothing. Bartenders (I was one in Manhattan,NY) take care of people. Don’t spend your dollars at a club that doesn’t at least respect their female patrons.

Been to clubs all over the world had a wonderful time at Luxx. The staff was very professional the bottle girls were beautiful and so down to earth and the drinks on time. Best hookah Ive ever smoked and the hookah guy Ali even gave me a free refill.

Not safe for women! I have close friends who were assaulted here and neither the bouncers or manager did anything about it and were extremely rude and disrespectful to them. Women beware and steer clear!

I just wanted to inform you how upsetting Luxx service is. I have been in line since 840 for my reservation that I booked. Yet I was not given one because “1st come 1st serve”?This is the reason why I reserved and was there before 10 pm for you to be #1 club in phoenix it is very upsetting and sad.Reserved with time, got there on time ready to spend money and pop bottles yet you have no table for me.I cannot express how upsetting and how bad I was treated and how bad of a service I received.

Zero stars. Just read that two of my girlfriends were assaulted here by the same men and neither security nor the manager did ANYTHING about it. Absolutely ridiculous. Women are not safe here. Don’t waste your money.

Always a good time, kinda small but its a good place to mingle and vibe, if you grab a table its just that much more fun. Nice servers and good bartenders

Wasnt even closing time but they still wouldnt let us in. I asked the bouncer what time they closed and he said 2, it was 145...I get wanting to get out earlier but denying people who made the effort to come here BEFORE closing time, shouldnt be denied

I just like the music. Overcrowded for a small club, should make it bigger. They evan ran out of some certain type of beers like what club aint prepared for drinks.
