The owner is fantastic! Honest, and takes great care of his customers! We found EVERYTHING we wanted here! Cigarettes, vapes 🌳,🍄, pipes, all with honest feedback on products! I felt very safe because he made me feel safe 🔫 from anyone thinking they could get silly in there. This will be my goto place! Big event on 4/20 too!

Its a new shop so I had to stop in and check it out. Its bright, clean and well stocked. The owner is friendly and helpful . The prices too, way lower than the other shops nearby10/10 stars and I recommend this shop before going anywhere in the neighborhood.

I only smoke 0% and haven’t been able to find the ice mint I’m used to getting and Fadi (owner) told me he’d go out of his way and special order it for me and see how it sells in store! AMAZING! The only smoke shop I will routinely drive 20 minutes just to pop into. Fadi and all of his staff have such positive energy and you’ll feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. They have a great selection for smoke, vape, etc, and bring new stuff all the time. The owner truly makes an effort to go out and seek new products to offer customers and actively seeks feedback and community with anyone who walks in. Great people, great place! Dope little spot tucked away behind Filiberto’s. Great variety of products, huge selection to choose from and good pricing. First off- I love OneLove Arcadia. They have earned the prestigious 5 stars that they sit at. The vibe in here is immaculate, and the offerings are abundant. OneLove Arcadia has every reputable vape brand available, cigars, and a vast assortment of smoking equipment for your flower and wax if that’s what you’re after- the last two I can’t personally speak on that because I do not partake but thankfully Fadi has got you covered on product knowledge especially if you’re in the market for something but you don’t quite know what. Not only is Fadi knowledgeable, he genuinely loves his place- he genuinely loves people and loves to help and get to know you while helping you get what you need. This shop, thanks to its staff’s welcoming nature, fosters an energy that makes you interact with your fellow humans while waiting to get rung up (if you’re in the mood to chat), and having a little social interaction and kinship with people while you’re running what could be a mundane errand usually just adds a little bit of positivity and tranquility to my day. Another thing I found to be absolutely outstanding is Fadi also is a community-minded owner, OneLove Arcadia has events and the like to try to foster a little bit of fun and excitement multiple walks of people can enjoy. I love that so much! I am happy Fadi and company chose to set up shop in my neighborhood and chose to bring a bit of sunshine to what I view otherwise as just another mundane errand. I enjoyed my time here and will be sure to stop in again.

Fantastic store, the owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and great to converse with. Amazing selection of products, they had exactly what I was looking for and more that I didn’t know I wanted! And their prices are better than most of the other shops in the neighborhood. Add to that that they stay open later than everyone else, and they made a customer out of me. I wanted a new vape and found this place on Google close to where I live. First of it smelled amazing in there. Both staff members, Jazzy and Fadi greeted me with a warm welcome right away. They asked if I needed help with anything and since Im sort of new to vapes they were quick to educate me and helped me select a good starter with a yummy flavor at a pretty decent price. Fadi even helped me out with some Zippo flints which was awesome. They even told me about their daily happy hour. I will definitely be going back to One Love Arcadia! Thanks yall!!- Drew.

Absolutely awesome experience going into One Love. The owner and the main guy. Fadi and Jacob, were so nice and friendly. Super helpful as well! I felt like Id been there before and it was my regular shop and went there all the time. The greeted me, chatted with me, asked my name, and were very helpful with everything.Im definitely going to go here for my vapes from now on when Im in Phoenix at by my work.They also gave me a good deal on my Geek Bar Pulses. They also have the new zodiac edition flavors, which I dont see much around where I live.

My first thought when walking into OneLove was the music, matching my attitude that day, which was happy and welcoming. Excellent customer service, Fadi was very informative, knew his products that he sold and was also concerned about how my day was going, which was very exhilarating as I left his store.

Reasonably priced, a smoke shop across the street from this one charging $4 more for the same products ‘OneLove Arcadia’ sells. The Owner had a welcoming energy, was engaged in conversation without being invasive. He had asked for my ID despite having an obvious elder with me, which I respect. They have allot of stock, and keep up with the latest products, even products I haven’t seen before. I was even pranked, any future curious customers, like myself, beware of just touching things😂💕, made my DAY. What sealed the deal was the collage of photos he made of customers in the area that have visited his store. All around great shop, who deserves way more traffic!!! #OneLove

The store was closing at 1030 and I called at 1029 saying I was on my way but still about 20 minutes out and the owner and employees waited the 20 minutes just to help me! I haven’t been able to write a review after experiencing this place but I’ll tell you now when I didddd!!! In love with this place! Not only does it have the friendliest workers, the items there are all so affordable and worth buying! Now the first time I went here I actually won a prize! Which was just a 10/10 experience for me. I truly recommend this place if you’re in this area.

Moving from Gilbert to Arcadia I’ve tried lots of smoke shops. I have not come across any other business let alone smoke shop where customer service was amazing. If I could give this store more stars I would. Fadti was incredible and knowledgeable. Customer for life!!!

WOW —First off, I walked in the door & would have thought it was the business of a friend or family member that I was already familiar with. Both gentleman, the owner & an employee, were so incredibly nice to anyone coming through their shop door. Not that phony ‘give us your money but I hate my job’ nice. They were true gentleman and deserve the title as such. Also, they were very professional as they both had a lot of knowledge regarding various products & were on the spot to answer any questions.Their quick attention, easy conversation and help with a warm demeanor was refreshing. That’s not always the case nowadays, especially in smoke shops where it’s often hit or miss with customer service.Despite their awesome product stock, I couldn’t find a particular brand/unique product I was hoping to find there. The owner said let me show you something else similar I have in the back & tell me what you think. It was a brand new product that was a full size (unused) marketing sample not for sale yet. I asked if I could go ahead and buy it and he obliged me! I LOVE this thing too- totally unique and made me forget the product I originally sought out. Wayyy above and beyond what most people would do for a customer. 🩵Second, the coolest thing is they have is sterile & sealed mouth guards on hand for anyone wanting to test out a disposable vape! What?! You can freely try any of the vast choices that are there open on display.Third, there are MANY product options here-whether it be glass, hookah, vapes, bud, incense etc. I can’t imagine anyone leaving disappointed.Fourth, they have a shop pet❣️ I love birds and noticing the lovely little thing there behind the counter was an added touch to the overall vibe here.I live way out in the west valley but frequent the Arcadia area. I won’t hesitate to exclusively shop here. Spending money at an establishment where you get more than can be bought is a rare occurrence & vital to a disconnected society. Honestly, I just wanted to stay and kick it with these dudes!

Went to their 420 event, Found myself surrounded by the homeless people of the area. Hitting all the samples and rolling up everything in their goodie bags by a dumpster. I guess the early bird gets the worm. My wife and I, Came ready to spend money and become regulars but obviously that won’t be the case.AZ1 still top smoke shop in the area.

I cant say enough good things about this shop. Fadi is always so helpful and knowledgeable. We bought our first hookah here and he set us up with everything that we needed and didnt try to oversell us anything. This place has a great supply of everything you need. I drive past three other smoke shops to get to One Love. Definitely check this place out you wont be disappointed. Fadi is the best there is.

This place is amazing. The ONLY smoke shop I’ve come across, and I’ve been to many, that deals with the vendor for the life time warranty vector torches. They only place that has multiple vapes that you can try before you buy… no more wasted money on vapes that you discover you don’t like as soon as you try it. And on top of all that, their prices are cheap. Oh and let’s not forget to mention they sell REAL WEED. A loophole in the law allows them to sell real weed so long as they have their certificate on hand and the do NOT charge the 26% (rec) 9% ( medical) marijuana tax! The guys that run the place Sergio and Fadi are amazing & helpful!!!

This place is a local hit that should be on your short list if you vape. I was immediately impressed with the store. Wall to wall selection of glass, disposable and mod related juices. I am a mod user and this place has a huge selection of juices, some of which I had not seen before. Another thing to note is the level of customer service. Both Fadi and Sergio were not shy to engage and were both extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. This is officially my new regular spot.

Moved to Arcadia in June of 2023 and OneLove Arcadia has been my spot from the jump! Not only a nice clean store with a huge selection of vapes, hookahs, etc. but also an awesome friendly place I go to where I can always count on for great interactions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The staff here is very helpful and cool. They have a good selection of vape juice but not to many, making it hard to decide. They go the extra mile to carry whatever you request. Try them out, my go-to smoke shop.
