Amiras customer service is above and beyond. I couldn’t make up my mind on the flavor juice for the week and took a step back to ponder this difficult predicament. Other customers had now walked in and she rightfully helped them out. Both customers she welcomed into the store and offered into great detail a newer flavor profile to a request of their own individual needs. The only reason I noticed both interactions so closely was I as well am in the service industry and noticed the products offered were one of my possible choices of the night. I would recommend all to stop by the store when looking for that fully stocked outpost of Vape and vape accessories and amazing customer service to all. Cheers.

Rob has always been very helpful. The rest of the staff have also been very nice and friendly as well. This is my go to vape shop. In fact, there are times when they have run out of certain things temporarily such as my preferred vape juice and I choose to come back when they have it back in stock (which is usually no longer than a day or two) just to show my support for the store and for their service. Outstanding customer service is the most important thing to be able to offer in addition to solid vape devices.

The place had great prices and lots of selection and the girl that helped was amazing her name was Amira I would definitely come back she was so sweet and helpful.

Well Well Well. What can I say about this store. This shop feels like a second home to me. The WOMEN led vape shop has become a safe haven for me and the girls have become friends that I like to see on a regular basis. The brands they carry and the selection they have is the best in the valley. The shop is always spotless and clean. Highly recommend. I don’t shop anywhere else anymore and haven’t for a long time. Austin is the most knowledgeable and patient person that Ive ever encountered here. My wife took forever to choose a flavor and he never complained. He just stayed patient and waited as she took 15 min to choose one flavor. Great guy!

This is my favorite and go-to Red Star location. There are two closer to my home, but I go out of my way to come here because the customer service is better. Also, Amira is the absolute best! She’s so sweet and always helps me and talks to me very personably. I’m always excited when she’s there when I come in.

Amira is an absolute doll and helps me out with anything and any coil I need. Even if she doesn’t know the device she looks it up to make sure she gets the right coil, and even if it isn’t then after I buy it I can return it and get the right one for free!

Im really wary of buying an expensive bottle of juice and then finding out I hate it. Its happened so many times before, but these guys have never steered me wrong when I ask for recommendations.The store is clean, the staff is nice, Im always in and out fast and it doesnt look like the Russian mob is operating out of the back. In my estimation, one of the best vape shops around.

This shop has an excellent line of house juices, and they always have my Falcon coils in stock. They have excellent customer service, every employee I’ve encountered has been super patient and helpful (I’m picky when it comes to juices) Austin and Nicole helped me out today and they were both awesome. Dude, okay. Mel is probably the coolest person in the whole world and I always enjoy my experiences when shes there. Like this one time, a guy was tryna jack a car and she busted out the store and knocked him out in one blow. I was like WOOOAHHH SHES SO COOL . And another time , I was wearing candy corn colors , and she totally noticed I was wearing candy corn colors and she said Hey , you dressed like candy corn! LIKE HELL YEAH MAN I DID THANK YOU VERY MUCH. She always makes me feel welcome. Like this one time I was runnin late to work but needed that juice ya feel me, and I came in and she totally already knew me by name and the exact juice I needed , like she LISTENNS to her customers man. And another time like , I was chewing gum and I came in and she said this seriously hilarious joke and I laughed so hard I inhaled my gum and started choking and she pulled that movie stunt slide across and gave me the Heimlich and I could breathe again like she saved ma life dawg and sold me the best juice afterwards. Austin does a comprehensive job at personalizing your visit each time. He’s great at suggesting new flavors or strengths based on the vape you have or what you’re looking for. He’s always spot on with his suggestions. Gets me in and out the door quick and is seriously awesome.

The first time I came in this location, I wasn’t expecting the amazing customer service I received it was late just a manager named Dorris who was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, helpful and just made me feel good about purchasing their products. I’ve been to about 3-4 locations and this one I drive out of my way to go to for the service! The location with all men working was the worst!!! Won’t be going back to that one, bad attitudes and not friendly so Dorris I will see you again for those deals and thank you again for such an amazing shopping experience that will keep me coming back!

The service was great. I couldnt find the freemax Marvos coils I need anywhere and they didnt have any on the shelf. Most vape shops would just tell me no they dont have any and try and get me out the door so they can get back to their phone. Mel went above and beyond and checked the back of the shop twice and found a box of coils stashed in the back. I will be back to this location for sure.

Awesome place. Ive been to a lot of vape shops and I can say this is hands down the best place place Ive seen. Their selection of house juice is huge. Ive only tried a few but every recommendation was spot on and has not disappointed. I particularly love the honey bun and the fruit flood. The staff is laid back and does not judge for inexperienced vapers. The environment is nice and does not make me feel awkward which is a first for me. And their prices are pretty hard to beat. You will not be disappointed with this shop.

When our favorite custom flavor shop changed drastically due to the FDA regulations we decided to call around to other local shops. Red Star kept the same concept that we were looking for in custom juice. When we went in both guys were very friendly, helpful and informative on their new changes. Affordable and quick!

This is the best vape shop Ive been in since Ive been in Phoenix! Brandon, Benjamin and Quinn have been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped me get a new mod, and find my new favorite juice flavor. The store is clean and no matter how busy it feels like your getting focused one on one service. They took time to answer all of my questions and too time to help me find exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or as if they were pushing product. Parking is ample, via, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX are accepted. So far I think Red Star has the best flavors in town.

Hidden gem alert! I had the best experience here. I LOVE the Hyde disposable vape products and they had a massive selection. Got a 3300 draw that, upon first use at home, was a bad apple in the batch. Not only did they replace it with two Hyde products (the 3300s were sold out by the next day) but they came out to my truck and serviced me there because I had sleeping kidd.Thank you for the amazing service.

Just left the shop, I had a really good experience with Ryan! A funny and knowledgeable guy who is eager to help. If he went to a different smoke shop Id probably start going there! As far as the shop they have good flavors and good service.

Every other Red Star from Tucson to Phoenix has been great. This particular location is definitely not up to par. Came in at 3:50pm one employee was cleaning and the other was standing with their hands in their pockets. Tried to explain that the pdf scanner was not working and no effort to try and explain any of the product that might fit what I like.

I’m not in Arizona often, but when I am, I always come to red star. Freakin fantastic selection & a very welcoming environment, especially when Doris is around. She knows her stuff and will get you exactly what you need down to the letter

Great service and great options of everything vape related. Do not go to a smoke shops and get a lemon and ripped off. Red Star Vape is the best. I had an issue with the threading on my vape getting stuck. I brought I in and they showed me how to untwist it. Great service

Wow! This place is amazing. Such a great selection and very helpful staff, especially DORIS!!! She really makes you feel like family or like you’ve known her for a long time. She made my experience more than pleasurable. I walked out more knowledgeable because let me tell you, she knows her stuff! I’m kinda a noob to vaping since I quit smoking and she recommended the best stuff. And not in a pushy way at all. She was genuinely concerned that I walk away with exactly what I wanted. And I did. Everytime I go to the 40th and Greenway location they are always so nice and helpful! Ashton has helped me a couple times and he is great! Today he helped me with selecting a new vape, Ashton goes above and beyond.

Tarra was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didnt know anything about vaping and Tarra patiently answered all of my questions. I asked for her help selecting equipment and I am more than happy with her suggestions which were not the most expensive.

Fantastic Service, Amazing Selection, Great Prices. The only thing I would say is that I wish there was more circulation in there, or that the ceiling fans were turned on because it was getting pretty cloudy in there. Still, the service was so great, it still gets a 5 star rating.

Came here because I made the decision to quit smoking cigarettes and thought that vaping would be the best bet. Ask a bunch of friends for advice and a lot of them recommended me this place. Some this location specifically. Quinn was the guy that we talked to. He asked for our budget and promised he would try to get as close as possible to it. We ended up going over budget, but completely without regret. We walked in with no knowledge of what we were getting into. He gave us a life lesson in 30 minutes! Its been 2 days since Ive been there. And I normally smoke around 5-7 cigarettes a day. I have smoked 3 since I met Quinn 2 days ago. And my last one tasted awful. My bf told me that despite his high stress job, he is much more relaxed. I want to thank you guys for being amazing at what you do. And Quinn personally for truly looking out for us and our needs.

This place has my all time favorite juice since I’ve started vaping. GHOST TOWN - If you have not tried it, I highly recommend you doing so! If you like blue raspberry and pineapple then you’ll love ghost town! Absolutely amazing!

Called them to ask about products I was looking for. Going from smoker to vape pen and wanted to upgrade to mod. After I told them what I was looking for, they pulled products aside for me. When I went in, I added some products I wanted, picked up what they set aside. Awesome customer service not just with setting the stuff aside, but also answered my silly basic questions. Great job!

Very small selection of what mainly appeared to be made up of generic Chinese glass. Had no full size water bubbling nectar collectors..Staff seemed nice and the store was clean!

Decent prices, but I miss the old crew of employees. The ladies here now seem so disinterested and that really makes you feel like they just want you out of the store.

I have been loyal to this place for my last 5-6 different mods ($700+). I bought the new Orion and the manager told me, the coils lasted about 1-2 weeks with moderate vaping. Three days later, the coil was burnt out. I walked in there and let the manager know. His response was, “That’s life, you can buy another”. Needless to say, I did not feel like a valued customer. Given the Orion Coils are 3.5x the price of normal ones, it’s easy to see why I am frustrated.

Red star is without a doubt the best vape shop in Phoenix. The staff is amazing, and as a customer I am treated with the utmost respect. I have not found another vape shop that provides everything that I need. I can trust the staff on the expert opinions, and feel comfortable with any suggestions they give!

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this location. None of the times did they have the product in stock that I buy from other locations. I even called before this time and they said it was in stock. He also tried to sell me a faulty cartridge, it was clearly cracked. I hadn’t even left the store, and the manager made it a big deal. I won’t be recommending this location. And I’ll use another store from now on. It was so cloudy inside that my eyes burned and it clouded my contacts up. Unacceptable.

I stopped by the other day to get my first vape and some juices there was a lady working named Selena working she was super nice and informative she made everything seem so simple and easy I highly recommend coming here and if you get the chance definitely ask for her!
