Been coming here almost 3 years because it’s close to my home and always the best customer service is given to me. They always have my favorite product or recommend products. They are personable and remember you and your name when you come in and know what you want as far as product. The guys make you feel always very welcome, and are always happy to assist you with any questions! Highly recommend coming here and you’ll leave very satisfied!!

This place is lit. They have good prices, great selection of just about wanting you could require for your vice of choice. Got a killer deal on a bundle, total cost for what was in it wouldve exceeded $150 easily anywhere else. Pay them a visit next time you need smokes or whatever!

I first discovered this place like 3 years ago & remembered that they had a great selection of torch lighters. Since then, I had tried to remember where exactly their store was located, but living clear over on the West end of town didnt have a whole lot of occasion to search for the place. In the meantime, I was in the market for a top of the line torch lighter & decided to give it a shot & try to locate this store. It must have been my lucky day, because despite mis-remembering where they were by a couple of miles, I quickly found them after visiting only one other head shop. I knew it was the place the instant I pulled into the parking lot. I entered the store & immediately rediscovered their vast selection of top of the line torches. With the help of a very informative employee, I quickly found 3 torches that I absolutely could not live without, but was instantly worried about my bottom line. The employee, (I wish I would have remembered his name), was more than willing to work with me to make sure that I could leave the store with all 3 lighters & feel good about the experience, feeling like I got 3 quality, top of the line torches & got a fantastic deal in the process! He ended up knocking close to $30 off the entire sale, making them not only affordable, but gaining a loyal customer, who spends a lot of $ on torches throughout the year! So yes, these guys deserve 5 stars, because they went way above & beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience, made sure I got exactly what I wanted from them & made me feel okay with spending over a $100 in the process. It was a win win for both of us! I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a great torch, a great pipe, a great vape, or any other accessory, pay these folks a visit & dont be afraid to ask for a deal. In my experience, they were more than willing to give me one & I now know where Im going to purchase my next lighter as well!

Nice little shop located around the corner from me, they have a nice variety of glass and vape juices/supplies. They have always been respectful and polite, The reason for four stars is because Ive gone in twice now looking to purchase a 14mm flower bowl and they have sold me a 10mm every time. I could have corrected it before purchasing but thats not the point. What if I was a complete newbie and had no idea what the difference was, they would sell me the wrong thing and thats a shame. So if you know what youre going for and are confident, chances are youll get what you want. But if youre a first time buyer, I cant say Id recommend this shop.

Ok service and products. Being generous with the 2 stars. Were charged twice for a transaction the same day. As of yet they havnt taken off the duplicate charge. Contacting bank timor to see why same transaction charged twice. Surprised they would do this to a regular customer and lose some of their good ratings??

A year ago I gave them a four star review. I am changing that to 5 stars. They are so helpful and happy to assist and show things from the display cases. They remember me now and never fail to greet me with recognition and smiles. They know the importance of return business and make me feel valued. Good job, guys.

This place is the best. All the staff are friendly and help you out almost like you are the only customer in there. They have great sales. They also have the best selection of glass and trendiest items. Sam is awesome. When I went, I got to spin a wheel for spending over $60 and I won a bong that had a $125 price tag on it. Great experience.

Great location, friendly staff, nice variety of stocked items, clean shop. Overall a great place. And if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, just ask! They were happy to suggest their favorite items, and it was beneficial for both of us (they got the sale, I got a good quality torch with a cool design and came with a warranty, which I didn’t know was even a thing!)

Amazing customer service, and great products!

I needed some smoke shop products early in the morning. Googling the one around an area I was in, this one was the soonest to be open at 9:00am. I arrived by 8:45 and was pleased to find the doors being open and the manager was preparing for the day. Sam, the guy behind the counter had a great morning spirit, was helpful with my needs, and EXTREMELY courteous in somewhat delicate situation, that arose during the purchase.Overall, definitely a go to place with proper smoke shop inventory, early opening time, and good customer service!

The place is well kept. People are nice. 1 star off because I get the same guy and never knows what Im looking for, or he doesnt remember me and has said my federally issued ID wasnt valid, luckily he calls his boss whos super knowledgeable, nice, and actually has a smile. Prices arent too different than most places but my normal place is competitive in vape products but closes earlier than I can get there so I come here.

I love this place. My dude there gets to know you, and yr family. Always makes you feel welcomed regardless any of those factors ppl might judge at face value. Great place! They have a LOT of cool stuff! Pipes of all kinds, nice ones too!, bongs, knives, and other self defense weapons, lots of Tobacco. They even came down on the price of a cigarette rolling machine I was gonna buy, when I told them I could get it cheaper online, they matched the price. So that was cool! For sure!

This place was clean and organized and everything was displayed nicely. Sam was very helpful and funny too. Explained different products and gave good recommendations. Coming here today was an accident but I’ll definitely make a point to come here next time.

Great selection, good prices, and awesome staff that really seem to know their stuff and actually want you to walk out of there feeling happy and confident with your purchase.I had to get a replacement piece for a bong, and didnt have the bong with me. I wasnt 100% sure of the size (ended up getting one that was too small by mistake) and they let me come in the very next day and swap it out for the right size.

Ive been a regular of Smoke Plus for almost 2 years now. Initially right around the corner from where I lived, I came to appreciate Sam & his consistently authentic customer service. In his absence, Gus & Chris were NO LESS hospitable. Having built a solid rapport with these guys, I highly encourage ANYONE to test my theory: they -WILL - take care of you!!! They have a complete collection of crafted treasures for smoking etc...So many to choose from having something for every budget..I left there happy and a little smarter..I will tell everyone I know about Smoke Plus and then return soon.. It seems over priced but then they all sell a 75¢ glass item or two for five dollars. And the good ol torch lighter for twenty dollars that really should be eight. That is why so many smoke shops have opened since the days a person would have to drive to a happy trails head shop before Roy Rogers put an end to that making the name change to Trails. They asked I not take pictures inside so I left if they dont want free exposure to advertise to a bigger exposure.

Best place in the valley to get all your smoker and vaping needs. All of the guys working here treat you like a friend and will help you find exactly what you need. And if you need something they dont have they are totally willing to get it for you.

Im not sure about the smoke shop, but I know I did go get a sub sandwich at Subway for my son which is right next door I believe. My son loves Subway and I dont mind them either they seem like a good healthy option!

And an update from 2 years later. This is still my go-to spot, Sam here always takes care of me.Always great conversation with staff and always able to help.

Came here to get some coils for my Smok 4 and the dude wanted $30 bucks for a 5 pack. They will open the 5 packs and sell you a single coil for like 5 or 6 bucks and charge the same when you buy the whole pack when the 5 pack cost around $15 everywhere else, what a rip off.

They are Super Friendly, Have a Huge selection to choose from , & have amazing customer service , I am a regular customer & Every single time I come in they always offer the best prices and not to mention 100% Most a satisfying customer service
