Excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere. My new go to. Business hours are perfect. Store is fully stocked and very nicely displayed. You can find anything you need here and has great prices. Parking area is clean and convenient.

Everyone talks wonderfully about this place, Ive been coming here for years myself. But recently I came a little before there closing time which is midnight, and noticed the two workers were not helpful, and very short and irritated, did not feel welcome whatsoever. Left there EXTREMELY disappointed. Also there prices are pretty high compared to other shops, and they dont have very good selection of items, for example, nectar collectors.

This place is super awesome! 😊 Nick and Derrek were so nice. We showed up 5min till close and they didnt bat an eye. They were still welcoming and patient while we picked out what we needed. Well definitely be coming back!

I cant say enough about this spot. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that go WAY above the call of duty. Theyve got my business for years to come and I highly suggest checking them out.

The staff is always so friendly when I come into this establishment. Theyre always extremely helpful and have Smiles on their faces. They are extremely knowledgeable and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable the service is excellent and the product is high quality. I absolutely love the large selection that they make available. Definitely five stars. Absolutely recommend to anybody needing any vaping or smoking supplies.

They do have quite a large collection of glass pieces and torches, but I’ve seen prices cheaper at a lot of other smoke shops and the collection of colors females typically like was very slim.

The two younger dudes that were working were super chill and talkative but also gave us space when we were looking around but were immediately available again when we had questions and not rude and pissy about having to help . Decent selection of disposable vapes. Bong selection could be more diverse. Great mod selection and a hell slot of lighters and torches m big store with a little bit of everything !

I will definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for tobacco or any smoke 420 products. Randy the employee actually helped me out and is a solid dude I appreciate everything those guys do over there if you are new to the as area definitely check them out

I live in Oregon. During my trip here I broke my mod. I went to 7 different vape stores and they all had one little display (5 or 6) of #mods. I finally arrived to Zeronaa and it was like I could hear the harps of heaven as I saw their wide selection of mods. They helped me find the best mod to replace my broken one. If you are down a #mod, go to Zeronas. Theyve got you covered!

Ive been coming here for like 6 years and it used to be the BEST, but things have been going downhill. The employees are nice, but super unhelpful. Theyre out of the house juices frequently, and they only sell one size now. But the real problem is when you need help finding a new juice since theyre frequently out of your usual flavor, they cant help you AT ALL. Most of the employees dont know anything about the vape products, Ill ask for tobacco flavors and they have no idea what they carry. I ask what the flavor notes are, like if its very sweet, they dont know. They suggest salt nic when I need eliquid, and they dont know the difference. I just cant understand why people who work in the vape portion, dont know ANYTHING about vaping. How are they so uneducated on their own products? When I was there a few weeks ago, they were also out of the house juices again and when I asked the employee if they had any other similar flavors, she just said I dont know. and just stood there and made me go searching on my own, which was hard from the other side of the counter. Its just gotten so bad with things being out of stock and the employees, while theyre usually friendly, are all just so incredibly unhelpful now (except for the one guy thats been working there forever, hes great but hes not always there of course) I feel terrible saying this because Ive been coming for so long, but I think Im going to start looking for another shop. It makes me really sad because it used to be a great place to buy vape supplies, but its just awful now.Also, the juice that I finally left the shop with, turned out to be a couple of years old. What is happening to this place? :(

Amazing experience came in to see if they had a pack of cigarettes and not only did the man willy help me out I had only 15 bucks told him my limit. Explained I also wanted some glass gear or maybe a water pipe. He hooks me up and kept me no budget walked out spending 14.97 aye the bro love this place definitely coming back . also they hooked me up with a sick lanyard much love. Man

Come here almost daily and never had any problems till this morning m. I know there no returns, but I bought a terp slurper at 1150 last night and when I got home it was broken. Tried to bring it back at 915 am and they said it wasn’t broken when it left the shop. Very disappointed, never had any problems before, and I have brought a few things back. What happened to customer is always right???

I tried to return a defective rig after 5 days. I was asked if I had the box and told I would have to go through the manufacturer. I could understand if was 30 days or so. But 5 days? I could return a car after 5 days. I’ll go back to Kure on TBird. They’re way more accommodating.2 stars for their really good hours of operation.

My hubby and I are 1st time and inexperienced at vaping and Jason was SO SO helpful and informing! What we got was so HIGH quality and their juice tastes like candy! We will definitely be coming back and recomend this place to EVERYONE!

We could not hear his answers because he was turned away from us y there was the plastic shield between us.. He finally turned around y said it real slow like I am stupid.. I was referred to this location by another business as a partner that sold specific products, but after the was I was disregarded Ill drive across the city to a different store to get what a want. The customer service rep that answered my call was exceptionally rude. What a joke of a business, and I hope the owner takes notice and fires his staff and restarts from scratch.

I love going here and Jason helping me get everything I need. Jason is a great guy! This is my smoke shop now because its open late at night. They are open everyday until midnight, my kind of hours!

I really enjoy this shop, they have LITERALLY everything you could need or want, at least from all of my experiences shopping there. The staff is pretty helpful for the most part, a couple employees are a bit more distant and not as engaging or social. Which isn’t always a bad thing but overall the staff is good. The only thing that I would have to say I don’t really agree with is some of the prices they have for certain products. As always with name brand the price will be high, but at the end of it all I will pick quality and higher price over pretty much every other shop in the area because at Zeronas it’s the only way to go. Highly recommend to anyone!! 4/5 Stars!

Even though green is legal in many states, true head shops are hard to find. If you do, nothing like their prices here. 2 for $7 glass pipes and 2 for $5 blue dots. I compared everyone to this place. We used to come here 10 years ago when we lived nearby. It has become the most incredible shop, the art and product availability is unparalleled. The space is clean and cool, and everything we were interested in was reasonably priced. Definitely a must visit on our next Phoenix trip!

The establishment is one of the better places I have been. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable of all the products they have. Prices are about the same as anywhere you may go.I live in N. Scottsdale area and travel to Zeronas a few times a month to see all the new items they received and my normal purchases I need. So, yes, I would recommend this establishment.

Jason is hands down the most amazing person at this store. He always remembers what I get and usually engages in some polite chatter but with his own edge to it. The rest of the team is great too but Jason deserves more recognition!

I couldnt even get the call to go through because I have a private number. This business doesnt respect my privacy & safety so they will not be getting my money.

I do not recommend to buy paint here. I spent over $400 in two trips and requested a replacement for a single can and was advised I could have tested each can before leaving, when I had bought over 20 cans. But was not informed at time of purchase to test the cams just in case. Unfortunately no consideration for the overall purchase made, just simply not an option.

Im a 31yr old vet, smoke regularly. Worst service is alwasy from here. Trash, straight trash shop. Ive had multiple experiences andBesides being friendly their workers are some of the most incompetent in the business. They sell you stuff that wont work, then wont exchange, warranty or even attempt to make it even for at least youre trouble for their mistake. Dont get me started on the prices definitely running leader for highest in town for most things. Save time and energy go somewhere else.

I have gone by other ones and they look really small inside but Zeronas is huge and a very large selection of everything. Its awesome and even the prices dont make you want to turn around and walk out. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Even if you dont live close its worth taking the drive there to check it out for the first time you most likely will take a second trip back etc. Promise you wont be disappointed 💯

This place is the best!! Just recently moved here from California, this is the first place I stopped by just because the other reviews are good. Theyre totally legit. I was in there for about an hour just talking with the staff and they showed me whatever I wanted, never felt rushed or like I was sold to. Just a super chill great time!As we were walking out we happened to see a sign that said discounts for ASU students, that we had missed before! Since wed already paid we didnt feel like we really needed to apply the discount anyways (they already have super good prices!) Not only did they make it right, but they threw in a couple of free things as well! It was fantastic.I recommend this place as the only head shop you gotta go to if youre anywhere around Phoenix! Hell, maybe anywhere in Arizona. Would give it more than five stars if I could.

Love the manager helping me. Her name was Jessica and she completely blew me away. She knew what she was talking about and she made my first experience in here enjoyable. When I first intereacted with her, I thought she was the owner and I even asked her. She carried herself like a true manager. Even though this place is out of my way, I’m going to be coming back here cause of the customer service and the price of juice.

Loved it, Ive been to other smoke shops in the area that are rated 4-5 stars online but this one by far beats the others. The guys there are really down to earth people, very respectful. Great base prices for great quality products, and even had 50% off items with defects that still worked just fine. Staff are also knowledgable about what they sell. I have no problem visiting them again here soon.

We go to Zeronas frequently. They are great to work with. It is clean, well lit, and really organized. They have a ton of products. The staff are really knowledgeable with the products that they sell. If they dont know the answer, they will try to get it for you. They can help talk you through, if you need it, particular products and purchases. While they do have some higher ticket items, mostly their prices are reasonable. They may run a touch higher, but if that means the better service, then I believe its worth it. They have made some improvements to the store in the last 6 months, so it is improving all the time. The parking lot of the shopping center that it sits in could be better lit at night.They also repaved their section of the parking lot recently. So its much nicer to drive through. Overall I like Zeronas a lot. 😃👍

When I walked in it was rather busy. Quite a few people walking around looking in all the very wonderful display cases. However, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I like that. Let people know that you know theyre there, and theyll be taken care of as soon as youre able. What more can you ask for? A nice selection would be nice, and thats what this place has. I found things that I didnt know existed. Does happen from time to time, always nice. They were very helpful with their suggestions. I explained I couldnt do one of the things they offered so he had an alternative quickly at hand. And it was perfect. Little Magneto pen and at just the right price. Very happy with it. I recommend this place to anyone looking for anything smoke, Vape or dab related.

I came to this smoke shop by fluke & im very glad i stopped!! The 2 guys who helped me were super nice & patient with me taking the time to pick out the correct & most legit products i needed. I previously had a negative experience at this place. I chose to give them a second chance after reading a negative review for red star, and they mentioned they wished they came here instead. I have to say plainly I am very pleased after today working with Donovan; hes a gentleman, very knowledgeable, honest, and just a cool dude. Im glad I gave it a second chance; totally got me hooked up.

The best everrrrrrrrrrrrrr. U can get anything here. They are very very very reasonable and if you are off by a few cents or so they are very very very generous and so kind to help you and or any customers they get. This place is 100% my absolute favorite place and smoke shop and vape shop and to go to to get spraypaints of Montana and all the other brands they have and also including the black books they got they are so awesome and amazing and very very durable and for my concerns there really isnt any bad ones on the black books. And the art pens pencils and art paint markers are very very very reasonable and they last long and they are awesome. Ive bought so much things here its insane but Im a good way of course. If I can rate you guys as a 100/100 it would be definitely no doubt about it a 100 duh. Lol. Anyways this is the best place on earth. I went in to check out this smoke shop and was pleasantly surprised! They have so many beautiful pieces and also even have incense which was awesome to me. Jessica was super cool and helped me find a cute little piece! Im definitely coming back Friday to buy another piece from her!

Jason and willi were very very helpful and kind to us on our visit. It really brightens my day to come into a store after a long road trip and be treated with such hospitality. They have a large variety of anything you could ever need and I could see myself coming back regularly.

If I had rated this store 6 months ago I would have given it 5 stars. But the recent change in staff has left me wanting. I miss being greeted at the door, and staff that jumped in to help, or had decent customer service skills.

The young man that helped me was very nice. I went in looking for a gift for my husbands birthday, he helped me find an awesome gift for him. He also explained the different types of vaping and I was able to get exactly what I needed, a very good product and good price. Very helpful and large selection.

The manager was such a bully to me, it was awful. I asked for a specific item and the individual gave me the wrong one, I tried returning the unopened package for a trade in for the correct package and the manager told me there’s no way in hell he will ever help me, his words, not mine. I then told the manager that it’s not an issue, I will just charge it off at the bank because it’s not the correct one and he said if I do that then he will be showing the bank that I purchased it. This company is shady if you ask me, they gave the wrong one and now I’m paying for it and when I politely ask how this can be rectified he chewed me out. Never again, I regularly purchased from this company but never again, I’ll be sharing this with all my friends as well to spread the word of how poorly I was treated. They will be losing far more money on a one time thing that wasn’t even my fault as opposed to a long term customer, not a very smart marketing move there, zerona.

Ive been to a few smoke shops, but this one was amazing. I went I. To purchase my first gape pen and it was the quickest and most painless thing ever. I was educated on everything to do with it as far as maintenance and overall what to do with the pen. Theres a wide selection but I was pointed into the direction of the best possible one. I was never left alone constantly talked to about the different types and asscrssories. I was very pleased and will for sure be returning many times over. I highly recommend this smoke shop very cool place but even better employees!!!!! Thank you!

Got a new Uwell Caliburn 2. I wanted a pod system specifically for traveling around with me as Ive had too many mods leak in my purse. The Vape shop is neat and has a decent selection of juices and definitely an above average variety of ecigs/mods. Very cool detail, theres an attached smoke shop with a GREAT glass selection. Staff was helpful, greeted me right away but Didnt hover either. Between both stores there were about 4 employees so not at all short staffed. I was helped by a girl who recommended the Caliburn after I said I wanted great taste and something portable. She read my mind! I Got exactly what I was looking for And & it even comes with a lanyard which, for those like me who have the tendency of losing things is an obvious bonus.

Great customer service and awesome glass selection among anything else you could need from vapes to even paint supplies. Willie is extremely helpful and attentive to helping you find what you are looking for. I come here multiple times a week and always leave with something unique.

This place is the best. I love that the two parts of the shop are separate, but its annoying that you cant buy something from the smoke side at the vape side in one purchase. Besides that this place is great! Spacious, well laid out and all the associates are warm and inviting. The owner is a cool dude too!

Nick was beyond helpful, and very knowledgeable about everything vape. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and that everything was working properly before I left the store. I will only be shopping for vape products at Zerona from now on.

Came in here to pick up some wraps and peek around. I was quite excited when first coming in the doors and seeing the neatness of the shop and being greeted my new found friend Willy. He helped me browse though the shop and provided me with excellent services when picking out some tasty wraps to my liking.

Ive been going here for a very long time now, they used to have a problem with a certain employee but that has long since been resolved and since that was my only complaint before, I must revise my review.Pretty good juice selection(as long as they arent sold out), good disposable selection. I feel like Im here all the time, every employee is super friendly and helpful. Zeronas is one of my top recommended vape and smoke shops in the valley.

Service is great. Selection is absolutely massive. If they dont have what you need in their first store they have a vape shop just a door away. I marked it down a star because they chose a credit card company that forces them to charge you 40 cents more for anything on debit and credit not including taxes. Most stores do it for purchases under 10 dollars and I wish they would evolve to the competition. Sorry but its my honest opinion. Bring cash :(

The vape shop had a wide variety of juices and mods, but unfortunately the guy behind the counter had no knowledge of flavor profiles or of their pricing structure. The smoke shop on the other hand had just about everything you could ask for. Didnt stay long but from what I saw the staff seemed friendly and quite knowledgeable about their product.

The people are very nice and helpful and are always in an uplifted kinda of mood. I get excellent service every time I go in, plus they usually have great prices and deals.

Very nice people! Not very well trained though. When a customer asks about a product they expect an intelligent answer. Even at a head shop. Testing the product they sell would be advisable. There is nothing worse then buying something and getting it home to find out it does not meet your standards.

Great prices on disposable vapes! Kalynn was super nice and helpful. They have a huge selection of vapes and next door is just as impressive with all their tobacco products and glass products!

Extremely disappointed. Go into this shop all the time and always had a great experience. My boyfriend and I were planning on getting a new bong when I received my tax refund. We went straight to Zeronas. We left with having spent around $130 on various items– I also had a 10% coupon from using the Clover app. The piece we chose was recommended to us by one of the workers. Within 2 days our bong literally broke as we were cleaning the piece. It was not dropped, knocked, bumped or anything. We were using warm water and the 420 solution we had bought there as well. Our new bong broke into two pieces, basically cracked in half. After going in and speaking with a worker who was NOT the owner (I guess the owner is on vacation), we were offered a sad 30% off another piece. The manager speaking to us kept justifying the situation by saying they “would be at a complete loss,” if they were to do anything more. As if we weren’t at a COMPLETE loss, more so than the store would have been. My boyfriend and I probably spent anywhere from $20-50 a week here and even became friendly with all the staff. It is very disheartening to see the way the managers and owner handled my situation. Will no longer be purchasing anything from this store and no longer recommending this place to friends.

So previously to coming to zeronas I had gone to 3 different smokeshops for a bong and found nothing that fit what I wanted and within my price range. I was greeted with smiling faces, I waited around for about 15 minutes, waiting for my boyfriend to show. During that time I had a really young looking dude just kinda explain the perks to the many different pieces that caught my eye.... Gave me the best customer service I have experienced at really any store ex. clothing, makeup, clothes . I walked out easily spending like $330 because the guy had just given me so many options. I left a happy camper! Came home after a festival loaded both my pieces with water and one had a crack on one of the sides! I called the shop and they told me to bring it right in whenever since I lived in Tempe... SUPER ACCOMMODATING and very UNDERSTANDING.... Most shops wouldve been like sorry you bought a broken piece but we cant prove it wasnt you. That wasnt the case, I came in and they checked out the piece and let me pick out a whole other piece, gave me the option to keep the broken piece but I just wanted a working one. Paid the difference on this other piece the same guy helped me out as the day before and Just had to write about how this is literally the best smoke shop ever hands down! I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know ! Thanks so much guys!

Great place with great variety, just purchased 200 worth of airis mega lush ices before they even had a price which the worker lady called her boss just to get a price for me. Would not recommend the megas tho they take some lung power to rip with the dual airflow intakes.

They have one of the best selections of vape juice and the best prices. You can also have them mix you your choice in flavors and nic strength any from 0 to I think 26. and since they have something like 178+ flavors to choose from that can be pretty cool 😝😎 trying to come up with awesome new flavor mixes.😝 They also have many mil bottle sizes and the price cant be beat. Really their prices on most things are the best. I may be moving further away but I think Ill still come once a month and stock up. 👍👍😍 Employees are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. It is definatly worth the trip. 😁😊

If youre buying name brand smokes then its cheaper by .50 - .80 cents... Off brand its around 9.00 regardless. Good prices on cool lighters/torches, pipes ect. Spray paint selection isnt as big as it used to be but if u write and want different tips or huge streakers they got u. Vape shop is separate, decent in house flavors/prices. Salt selection is big. Vape selection is huge/pricey and current. Open super early!

I’ve been purchasing my kratom here regularly and I’m a daily user. I recently bought a $70 kilo of their AHSO Green Maeng Da and it made me violently ill- it wasn’t just “the wobbles,” I was vomiting for 2 days. When I spoke with them they blew me off and said they don’t do returns due to Covid-19. I get that- but it’s not like I bought something and I just don’t like it. This kratom is seriously tainted! Probably bacteria. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to talk to me.I found a new kratom source and I’m over it, but since they aren’t concerned that they might be selling bunk products I just want future customers to be aware. I guess its a blessing bc Village Organics has a better selection and great customer service. Take care everyone!

This place is HANDS DOWN the BEST shop I have ever been to. I am a truck driver and I will NOT even buy my vaping products in my home state anymore. I will request a load to Phoenix when I start running low. Izzy is the one who helped us and he knows his stuff, he was patient when we were indecisive and very very friendly.
