I heard so many great things about this place and I wanted to try it out for myself. Although the massage was great. The person that serviced me was highly upset with the tip I gave them. He kept asking. What is this. As if I was supposed to give up more money. It was an instant turn off and I’ll never be returning

Highly Highly recommend Happy Feet Reflexology!! Best massage I have ever experienced, the staff were polite and attentive to every request. The massage was reasonably priced and the went above and beyond the requested service. if you are a local or an out-of-town guest, this is the place to go. Remember to bring cash as this is a cash only facility

Literally THE WORSE FOOT MASSAGE I EVER GOT IN MY LIFE!!! MY boyfriend could have done better FOR FREE 🤦🏻‍♀️ NEVER AGAIN!!! AND THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH (in AMERICA )🤬 they look at you like your stupid when your talking to them!!! 0-10 0. DOnt waste your time let alone your money!!! ALSO THEY RUSH THREW IT.

Visiting from Delaware & this place is like a two min walk from my bnb. I’ve been experiencing constant upper back pain, one visit & it was gone before they even finished. I feel amazing, I truly feel relaxed. Not to mention the impeccable customer service. I loved every part of it. Would definitely recommend, would definitely return.

The 1-hour full-body table massages I received at Happy Feet have been among the best massages Ive had, even better than at some high-end spas! The masseur offered a choice of medium or hard pressure, I chose hard and the pressure was strong enough to loosen tight muscles but still rhythmic and relaxing (Ive found many deep-tissue massages in this very affordable price range to be jerky and not so relaxing). The masseur also incorporated comfortable and effective stretching techniques.The facility is clean, quiet and very comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive.

Thats an amazing place for foot massage, I took 60min, which includes shoulders massage as well. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly service.

One of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did they lie about the time of the foot massage, they left in the middle of the massage to service people who came AFTER me. Got a full body massage for the woman to basically beat me up and not touch my friends legs. All for them to tell me that I cannot use a gift card because it’s been 7 months??? Forced us to pay cash and never told us upfront. ATM was broken. Will NEVER return. Do not go!!!

Went in with a group 5 people and they were so accommodating and friendly. We all decided to get a 60 minute foot massage which was great and very relaxing. At the end of the foot massage the masseuse does a brief shoulder, neck, and back massage with back and neck cracking which was unexpected but an AMAZING touch to the experience. They place was very clean and inviting and they people were very nice and made sure everyone was comfortable with their massages. Pricing is also great; cheap in comparison to others for the quality which makes it very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them and can’t wait to go back!

On a scale of romance novels to documentaries, Happy Feet Reflexology is Eat, Pray, Love. Its an absolute getaway with an escape to yourself.When I first visited, I didnt even have a chance to open the door myself because a gentleman was there to open the door and greet me and my friend. More recently, I arrived with my partner when all the employees were busy. We were greeted and seated.To note, they encourage no conversation, and you will be shushed if you talk too much (which honestly made me chuckle). On the plus side, the quiet was so therapeutic, and I definitely recommend the 30-minute foot massage. They start you off with a foot soak and then the massage includes vaseline. The final minutes of the massage incorporate hot stones.All in all, if youre looking for a walk-in massage, Happy Feet Reflexology is ready for you. They always try to upsell me on a chair massage or something else.Pro Tip: Take cash (they only take cash) or you can use their ATM.

Foot massage was ok. There’s clearly a language barrier and there’s no conversation about preferences (light/medium/heavy touch, sensitive areas, etc).The reason I won’t return is they tried to bully my sister and I in to giving them a tip of their choosing. We asked for change to give them a tip and they repeatedly either ignored us or told us how much they expected as a tip. Literally like 4-5 different times we tried to ask them for change and explain we wanted $10 back in change. They straight up said no. Bad business.Also we paid for a 60 minute massage and only received a 50 minute massage. It was clear they were trying to rush to get to the next customers.

If you have never had foot reflexology/massage, you don’t know what youre missing. Its not a simple relaxing massage they really get in there. Sometime slightly painful, but you feel so much better when you leave.

This is my first time coming here, and I want to be as honest as possible with this review.First off, I was greeted in Chinese. I think regardless of your nationality, you’ll be greeted in Chinese. I understood, because I speak both English and Chinese; however, I replied in English (that’s my prefer language). But after I told them what I wanted in English, it was evident they didn’t understand me. So I switched back to Chinese.Tip for non-Chinese speaker: Point directly to the service board.I came here with my best friend, and we chose the 1 hour body and 30 minutes foot massage combo. Note: The online fee is not accurate!!! I paid $85 for the combo but online says $70. Keep that in mind.I was very impressed with my foot massage. My masseuse was professional, quiet, and courteous. But my friend’s masseuse was not. Each person’s experience will vary, so once you find the masseuse you like, ask for them next time.We both were brought back into the body massage room later for our other half of the combo. The masseuses left the room to give us privacy to undress and knocked the door before coming in.The massage overall was great, although I felt as my masseuse was way too heavy handed. But he was receptive when I told him to not push too hard in chinese. My friend told his masseuse that it hurts, but he didn’t understand, so I translated for her.Tip for non-Chinese speaker: “Ouch” is universal.When it comes to paying, they only take CASH. So come prepared with dollar dollar bills. They do have an ATM inside, but i had to pay a $2.50 service fee.It was an overall a great experience. My masseuse worked very hard and was professional. He made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would come back now that i know what to expect!My last tip for you: Be assertive!! Don’t let the language barrier stop you from coming in.

Place was clean and Relaxing as needed. Personally I like a very light to medium pressure massage and this session was a bit harder than I would prefer however I definitely feel better and My ankle feels back to normal which is why I came to Happy Feet and probably will be back. I did the 30min Reflexology and 30min Body Rub which is a full body (face down only) massage

Was recommended to this location for a massage. I was very happy with the recommendation. I had been going to a monthly massage place in the north hills adn while it was good. It didnt match up to the massage I received here. I did the 1hr massage, and walked out of there like I was floating. She found tight spots I didnt know I had. I wish I would have called sooner. They offer a membership discount that I totally want to sign up for. I only wish they were a little closer to me, but so worth the drive there. I will definitely be going back

My mom and I come here often just to relax. Weve never made an appointment and always just walked in, but we still never had to wait long to be serviced. Weve done both the full body massages and the 30 minute foot massages and both are amazing. Even with the foot massages they still work on other areas of your body. The prices are unbeatable. If you ever need to decompress and do some self care, I highly suggest this place.

I went to Happy Feet for the first time yesterday for a 1-hour massage. It was a great and relaxing experience. The prices were also very reasonable. I will be visiting again soon!

I LOVE Happy Feet! It is probably the most underrated massage place in Pittsburgh. The inside is beautiful, incredibly clean (and I can be a little OCD) well-organized, peaceful and well-priced. The staff is super talented at what they do and very respectful of your needs. I just went for my third visit last night because I had some shoulder pain. After one hour-long session, its completely gone. I genuinely have no idea how the place isnt packed constantly. Im so happy I discovered it, $35 for an hour long massage?? Everyone needs to go here!

It’s just ok. The massage itself is actually good but the language barrier and the lack of manners is what takes away from it. I received a foot massage and also and back and neck massage. I did have to tell the gentleman to not give so much pressure 2x. The lack of manners is what had me in the verge of leaving. They don’t greet you with pleasantries but get straight to the point and ask “what do you want?” And even after they tried to tell me how much to tip. I will not return.

Had the most wonderful massage by Henry!! I go a second time and the older boss lady insists I try the new girls. I explained that I requested Henry who I saw walk through the door and she tried to say No more Henry, try new girl BAD BUSINESS!!

I treat myself here often and always notice a variety of clientele young and old, sometimes entire families. They do a great job - very comfortable and very reasonable. They are open late too and walk-ins are fine. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is a couple times some of the therapists have smelled like cigarettes which can be distracting when youre trying to relax.

Masseuse left his phone notifications on. They went off about 5 times a minute. Lack of communication with very little english. Raised my arm overhead several times which I found painful. Cash only, but they dont tell you until time to pay.

Dark, quiet place you can go for a very inexpensive foot massage (or chair massage), but there are no questions asked (about any possible health conditions, what kind of pressure you want, whether or not its ok to touch your face or head), Im uncertain whether anyone there is formally trained in reflexology, but the part that makes me unlikely to return is that several of the employees there smelled VERY, very strongly of cigarette smoke. Including the employee who started rubbing my face and head pretty much straight after smoking a cigarette. Honestly, I thought people were smoking right in the room, the smell was so strong.

Stopped in to get an hour foot massage. They took the person who came after me and told me to come back in 30 min. I think they need a class in customer service. You do the person that comes in first. Never again.

Great professional service. I was fortunate to have Wendy who worked on me when I visited Pittsburgh. Wendy provided one of the best massage I had ever experienced on my back and shoulders on a massage chair.And, I am speaking for myself who had gone to decompress at massage clinics for over 20 years!

Worst so called massage - more like rub. And never mentioned when called and until done that accepts only cash? Had to use their ATM which charges a fee, Rub down was 48 - ATM only gives 20s so had to get 60? Accepts only cash but could not give change. Will never go for massage again and not for feet until take charge.

I was a walk-in and they took me right away. I had the 1 hour foot reflexology massage and it was outstanding. Not only do they focus on the feet and calves, they do a light massage on the shoulders, hands, neck and back. I will definitely go back.

First visit. I will never go to this place again! The guy started with a face massage. He reacked of tobacco. My entire massage he was aggressively chewing on bubble gum as if he was a animal. I had ahour massage! He kept carelessly moving my hair around instead of asking me to do it, as if he was annoyed by it. His genitals rubbed up against my arm three times on the bed massage. i was appalled! Rather go to Massage envy. And to top my experience off, we were in a party of three and paid on one tab. Tab was signed and given back to the guy at desk. He looked at the tab and smiled and laughed with a reply Really?. Shows us the tab and points at the tip as he was not impressed and demanded more. With the experience I had they were lucky to get anything. Dont ruin your experience, go elsewhere.

Great message for a good price. It is relaxing but sometimes you hear the traffic off of the busy street. No parking lot, park on street. Cash and credit card payments. Slight language communication, but great service.

My wife and I had a 1 hour foot massage for which i give them 3 stars its not the best ... their website confirms they accept Visa and Mastercard when I gave them my Mastercard the guy said only cash and NO card and no one speaks English they have an ATM which charges you 2.50. Its scamy to use a Visa Mastercard logos on your website and not accept them without notice because one may not have cash after the massage. Sorry but I do not recomend this place

Spur of the moment couples massage. Massage was nice. Because of the language barrier, there was a miscommunication of price. We were told $60 for couples massage. It was actually $60 per person. Overall, decent place.

Very rude when our group came in the door. We were told they could accommodate a group of 7 and then talked to rudely when we got there. Half of our group was serviced and the other half was skipped over for two other people that came in the door after waiting for over an hour

I cant say enough about how good these guys are. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and they will legitimately fix whatever may be bothering you.Ive walked in there unable to lift my arm above shoulder level, and walked out with full range of motion. Also, as someone that spends the entirety of the day on my feet, theyve been able to ease the pain and leave them feeling like new.

Its a relaxing clean atmosphere. The staff is attentive to the customers needs. The prices for services are great. You are able to walk in an never have to wait for a service. The staff is very welcoming, and most of all you leave very relaxed and rejuvenated.

What a special place. Talented and kind reflexologist. Supper affordable $25 and for meaningful half hour... $35 for full hour. you walk in and two rows of relaxing recline chairs... slightly campy but totally charming relaxing ambiance . They start by putting your feet in hot water. Then the reflexologist starts surprisingly on a little arm stretching and hand work then pulls your feet out. And works w strength and precision. It can be a bit fast and slaps might surprise you along the way... but all of this some how makes the magic work.Really a gift. Glad the prices are low so I can tip high. These are hard working and sweet people.

They really deal with so much. Please be understanding, their English is good you might just need to speak slowly and be patient in order to be understood.The employees work so hard and the price is very low be sure to tip generously please :)

This place is so unsanitary. Look at the towels that they wipe your feet with after the foot massage, and also if you look when they are wiping off the oil after a body massage. These towels are completely spotted and rusted, completely filthy.

I had an appointment at noon—the only person in the place was a man who did not speak English at all and couldn’t understand why I was there—then he pointed to the lounge chair where you get your reflexology, then pointed to the clock at the 5—I just didn’t know what he was talking about—thought maybe he meant he would be back in 5 minutes—-so he left, went upstairs, and I sat in that chair until 12:28—yes, for 28 minutes —I finally got up and left —-I will never go back—-someone who runs a business needs to speak English—and even if he didn’t speak one word of English, he left me sitting there for almost a half an hour! Awful!

Either tell us you can’t make an appointment or make the walk-ins wait.. don’t let us come all the way only to leave because we can’t wait an hour. Horribly disorganized business.
