Reliably fun, if youre into this kind of thing. But, two caveats: the price for a locker is a bit steep, and more seriously, management has a history of not taking sexual assault in their facility seriously. I personally know several people who have been assaulted here.Obviously, you cant control patrons behavior, but you can implement strategies to protect people from bad actors. Have safety staff on hand who can investigate reports of malfeasance. Encourage patrons to speak up if they see something troubling. Implement a policy so that if a patron calls for help, nearby staff respond. Make sure the patrons know about it.In short, make an effort.

This place has lost its identity. I enjoy the all male traditional bath house with men and men only. CP has ALL GENDER events way to often. The employees are also all gender. I have been to many bathhouses around the country and Europe they are all male clientele and employees. This place stinks anymore

Got to the club showered and went into the sauna to warm up a little sone random bear came in didnt even ask before he started touching amoung other things Im not posting on a public forum not going back

What the club offers is good for the most part. Some sections can use more lighting. How about outdoor heaters on the roof when it is cold? Thanks for having all-gender time slots. The open bar is nice to have sometimes, too. What needs to improve the most is that it is more welcoming for some than others at the club. To each their own, but the more successful a business is, the more customers it attracts and retains and vice-versa. Afterall, the culture is the foundation.

Just started messing up a partnership with hot mass, staff act like they have no idea or control of downstairs and it’s gross for people who have been a part of the community for years

So All in All (from my view) Club Pittsburgh is CHILL as @!%$. Everyone will notice you (cant be helped) but literally NO ONE CARES!!! People left me alone, and those that I did interacted with were appropriately civil. It wasnt jammed packed but there were enough people there to mind your steps. The room was clean, a small wall mounted TV, a sideways mirror, an end table, and a hook or two on the wall for a jacket. Simple, pratical, and affordable! The key locked the door perfectly (I left my valubales in the car) but intentionally left things in my room while I enjoyed my self guided tour. Everything was were I left it upon each of my returns to my room (a total of seven). The bathrooms were clean (smelled like moldy water a bit ... the smell of only a moderately adequately ventelated basement ... like most in Pgh.) but otherwise the hot water ran hot (open shower). I didnt get in the whirlpool/jacuzzi but plenty of people did (so it works), as does the steam room (but the suana was out of order). There is a fully encloused outdoor sitting area on a partially concealed roof top where you can vibe outside as well as breath and pollute the fresh air (no smoking indoors). Once you have your locker or room its yours, visit the site; great walkthrough(s). A great place for a small or large afterparty or beforeparty or duringparty ... Its Club Pittsburgh ... its always a party! Party Safe!

Attended Club Pittsburgh for a party with a couple of friends. A nice location with good amenities, but had repeated issues with the behavior of the staff. We experienced repeated incidents of body shaming and snide comments from the staff during the night. Did not feel like a fully accepting LGBTQ+ space despite the signage. Would not recommend.One of my friends was also almost kicked out. He had been asking about the lockers to store our stuff and was wondering if he could wait for one at the desk. We had been waiting for over an hour for a locker and knew people were storing stuff somewhere. Staff threatened to kick him out over waiting by the desk and repeatedly told him to store stuff in a locker (yet couldnt wait for one), but then we were not allowed a locker as we were there for the party and not Club Pittsburgh. The staff then escalated and called security. Took security, who was very rude, getting called on him to find out there was a separate room that was available for the party goers. After my friend passed by security, he tried to apologize. The security guard decided to use this as an opportunity to make fun of my friend.

This place is a good place to go for the LGBT community amenities and accommodations are A+++ frequently go here

We attended a non-gay event at this location Ill give you the good, bad and ugly like always on our reviews.The good: very friendly people at the event. The bad and ugly:the employees are very rude.but over all for our gay friends this would be a great place for them during normal business hours.

Thursday nights are most popular and open to all genders 5 pm Thursday to 7am Friday onlyRest of the week is male only and not very crowded.Unfortunately not very many young guys there most 50+ aged guys

Was my first time ever going to a bath house was very nice the worker at the front desk I didnt get his name I feel bad he was awesome place was fun was clean had a good time highly recommend going to here was pretty busy :) will for be going back :)

Subpar bathhouse with categorically insane staff and management. Avoid at all costs!

I was visiting the area and thought I’d call ahead to see if Tuesday was a good night for an out of towner to visit the facility. The staff member responded rudely, “we do not have a crystal ball.” I replied “Most people don’t’ but can you tell me what it’s usually like?” He responded, “we don’t respond to those type of questions.” and hung up. First impressions are lasting. I don’t have a crystal ball either but I can be pretty sure if customer service has this attitude, chances are no night is a good night .

Just disappointing. Unless you’re white, have six pack abs and are in your early 20s, this is a waste of money and time. A lot of the 5 star reviews comes from people affiliated with the club. Just so you know.

Incredibly rude, judgmental, and unprofessional staff. I have never been treated this poorly in a bathhouse; this place does not feel like a safe space.

I love it when people come in at 4:pm in the afternoon on a weekday and think the place will be filled with hot guys all waiting for their arrival. If you want to go when there is a crowd, do the obvious and come in at night. There are events weekly that draw crowds Tuesday through Sunday and it doesn’t take a lot to figure out Friday and Saturday night are the busiest times. Late. At night. I’ve been to bathhouses in major cities in the USA and abroad and there isn’t one that is busy on a weekday late afternoon or very early in the morning. People work jobs.

I had a great time there. Lots of places for fun but also a few places for a few moments of solitude. Ill be back.

Those pictures are very misleading the showerheads rarely all work at the same time. Terrible TV reception, the steam room is often closed and the hot tub is way to small compared to other social clubs.

I didnt understand something so when I called They explained to me that every single time you go it cost $21 for a locker That is on top of membership TOO EXPENSIVE

I hate bathhouses and was advised not to patron this one. There are too many guys who are two faced who patron here and judge a persons age and weight. Many even judge whether a man has hair or is bald. Many even judge the size of another. There are too many guys who scam and try and outdo someone else.

I have gone here lots of times over the years and Ive had both good and bad experiences. I wouldve given higher stars, but I couldnt help but be disappointed. Last several times Ive gone, Ive been rejected a lot due to my weight and peoples arrogance. It isnt exactly the clubs fault, but I was disappointed regardless.

The bathhouse culture has drastically changed over the past few years. There is much more of a community aspect nowadays and less of a strictly hookup culture. There are open gender events, music parties, and lots of other new events to check out.

Had a great time. Not for the prude. Great Saturday Night after hours downstairs at Hot Mass. If your looking for a place to sow your oats... this is it.

Clean and modern , with helpful and friendly staff. Their rooftop garden/smoking room has a great view of the city.

Been here several times over the past year (on black out nights). I always have a great time and just enjoy relaxing (And more) with like minded men 😈 🐷

Love going here’s relaxed atmosphere staff left you alone and if you hit it right a lot of action can be had here! Stats always friendly!

Ive been here a few times it was fun, reasonable pricing, Great staff just the only issue is some guys and there boundry issues

I went there a few months back. Loved it. Wanted to go this weekend when I. Driving through but I dont think there open. Cant get them on the phone.

I use it more for the spa experience than anything, always friendly staff and a safe environment when Ive been there.
