Indy Smoke Shop

Typically they are very good, but I just swung in on Saturday. Got some new coils. Just opened the box today and its missing 2 of the 3 coils that should be in there. I know its one of those my word against theirs scenarios but its still very frustrating to pay full price and the saleperson not catching that it was altered inventory.

Since I’ve moved here, this is the only smoke shop I’ve ever been too ! They have almost everything and always are good.

They are not open at the times listed. It said they were open until 10pm, I arrived at 5:45pm and they were closed. I went another time at 10:15am and they were shown to open at 10am, but were again closed.

I been coming here a year or so and I can say that it’s pretty smooth for the most part. The owner is always helpful with things and nice. I can say that I have two negatives tho. 1. Is that I think some things are overpriced here and it’s noticeable. Certain items here, I can get for like 3-5-10 dollars less somewhere else that’s close by And 2. Is that whole shelf of single backwoods is dry * every flavor* Besides the packs of 5, that same line of single backwoods have been there since I started going there and I only know because I’ve tried multiple times to get a fresh single and it’s never happened.. just crumbles to bits every time. at some point you just gotta take the L and get some fresh product out there.. not wait until it’s sold. I get you gotta make money but we shouldn’t be wasting money either on stale product.
