Brittany is very knowledgeable and warm… her strong yet gentle face massage was invigorating….Tried the New Nourishing Light Treatment which I really enjoyed. See you girls sooner than later. Most locations open till 6 pm; so u have every opportunity to book yours.

My masseuse wore rubber gloves. The massage felt gritty and not smooth. When leaving I asked if all of the massage therapists wore gloves and the attendant said yes. This would definitely be something a patron might want to ask prior to booking a massage.

This is the best Massage Envy location I have been in. The service at the front counter is always friendly and amazing. This location is the cleanest and comfortable as can be. I go between therapists depending on my pain and flexibility and I can say there are no better educated and quality available than Randall and Dusty. Keep up the good work.

I love this facility and absolutely adore my massage therapist, Nik!!!!! He really has been helping my neuropathy and my headaches, as well as I think hes such a kind person who truly cares about his craft and those he helps!The service team, hosts, the entry staff are all very kind and ready to help as well!!!!! I am grateful to all here and highly recommend this location!

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Most recently, Ive had massages from Annette. She is friendly, professional, and I feel so amazing when I leave! Shakale, who greeted me at the desk at my last visit, did a great job explaining different promotions and enhancements, and convinced me to try a couple with absolutely no pressure!

My massage sessions with Ryan B are always excellent! He’s really nice and always professional. His massage skills are the best, which is why I have regularly scheduled appointments . I can tell him my problem areas or he will detect them on his own. His focus is impressive and I always leave feeling relaxed and healed!

I drive farther than I need to for a massage from Ryan B & it’s worth every minute. Extremely professional and I always get great results.

I came in bc I was suffering from a migraine that was lasting for at the time the 20th day. I was desperate for some relief! I was skeptical of course it being my first massage but they were very thorough on taking notes of my pain areas. I felt very comfortable the entire time which was amazing for me bc I struggle with alot of anxiety especially in social situations and even more amazed I felt as comfortable as I did having a male working on me. The massage was phenomenal! He stretched my neck in all the right ways... My migraines are stemming alot from the tension in my neck and he just was using so much magic! If my head didnt hurt so much I would have remembered his name... But he was just a doll! ❤️💙💜💚 I will deff be going back and requesting him every time! I still left with a migraine but I was in much less pain and that was so much more than I could ask for bc Ive had little to no relief EVEN AFTER being hospitalized... SO THANK YOU MASSAGE ENVY!

Heaven forbid you want to cancel your membership, they make it so different. You have 60 day to use any un used credits, ok sounds good, but you call to transfer a credit to my husband which in the cancellation email stated i can do, they say no you can only do that before you cancel . WHAT !!! I already bought the services and I should be able to use them how i want. With in that time frame.

Gina is the best at Massage Envy. Over the last 10 years, myself and my daughters have thoroughly enjoyed seeing her for our aches and pains or just an enjoyable & relaxing massage to pamper ourselves. She is very talented and a great asset to ME.

The Manager Colleen and Owner Elizabeth are pathetic. The way they conduct business is a poor representation of management of MASSAGE ENVY. They both lied and continued to lie about appointment statuses. I was told today at 2:43pm they had no available appointments until Feb 02, 2022, that’s after I cancelled my membership. My aunt called approximately at 2:53 today as well to book an appointment and was offered two time lots, one with Megan for 1pm or Dusty for 8am. After Speaking with the owner Elizabeth she called to confirm her staff did the right thing and lie about appointments. The fact I was discriminated against was of no importance or concern for her. She listened to me explain the issue, only to reply COLLEEN DID NOTHING WRONG. It’s sad the owner and her head staff are both discriminatory towards African Americans. It shows their true integrity as people and I would not recommend them under any circumstance. THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS INCONSISTENT WITH APPOINTMENTS AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. READ THE OTHER COMMENTS ITS CONFIRMS THE POOR INTEGRITY COLLEEN HAS!!!!

Therapist are awesome. Management is a problem. Do not ever sign a contract with them. Do not let them keep your credit card on file. Once you become a member they automatically take out money on your credit card every month, even if you are unable to visit them. You can have several hundred dollars of credit, but there is no way to get a refund. You cannot cancel without making additional commitments. Even when you cancel your membership with several hundred dollars of credit, you cannot get a refund. Then out of the blue a month or two later they resume billing your account. (Even with several hundred dollars credit that they will not refund) Sometimes you can cancel again, they may refund the additional charge they made illegally but it will take several calls. You cannot get a refund on the several hundred dollars credit, and you cannot use the credit for massages because you are not a member without getting the monthly charge. You cannot transfer the credit to a friend or family member. My wife canceled her membership at least 6 months ago, but this week Massage Envy charged my discontinued card an additional $110. They keep saying they returned the money, but have not. I have about $900 credit that I cannot access and will not be returned, now they illegally take an additional $110. I have found that I am not the only client with this type of experience. Overall this companys membership package is a complete scam when you are unable to utilize their services. No refunds, no transfers, very difficult to cancel membership. Even when cancelled they resume your membership and billing without permission. I have been waiting almost a week for return of $110. And know that the other $900 is lost because of companys unfair policies.

In the 7 years I’ve been a member at Plainfield ME, I’ve always enjoyed a professional, friendly, and quality experience. From the front desk associates to the treatments themselves, I always look forward to my monthly visit. My lifestyle has improved greatly through this clinic and their staff. Highly recommend checking them out!

Please DO NOT go to this location their service is not good and communication is horrible. There has been two separate incidents where the Massage therapist did not show up and I sat waiting for 30 minutes before anything wad communicated at all. The first experience I sat for 30 minutes waiting and after they did not have another therapist to complete the massage it was offered for me to drive 30-45 minutes to other location. However, I declined as I had other engagements that would not allow that to work. Within this same transaction I was told that a supervisor would be contacting me. I NEVER received a call from any supervisor. I had to call and speak to the supervisor who was nonchalant and made it seem like it was not a big deal. The only thing that they offered me for my time was an enhancement. Which is ridiculous given the fact that my time, gas and money was not taken into consideration. I just accepted it and moved on. Today, I go in again and the same situation happened. However, I sat for 30-40 minutes. Where I was told my massage therapist was not going to make it and I could be seen by someone else and it was a male (which for comfortability purposes) I declined. I was told that a manager would reach back out but after the first experience I am no where near confident that the call will be productive. I am a member and have been for several years. It is preposterous that this is how they treat members. I would also like to think about the people that are coming in with pre-existing medical conditions and their need for these services and this is how you treat their conditions. They really need to change their practices and for this I no longer can support this franchise or this location specifically.

My fiancee and I came here for the first time today and had an outstanding experience. We both got 60 minute sessions and got exactly what we each wanted and were comfortable with. We had Monica and Jeff, and we were both very happy. We signed up for a membership as well.I dont think enough people take the time to listen or read agreements they sign. I see a lot of reviews on here with angry people saying their credit card is being charged still even though they tried to cancel.I can understand that frustration, but for us it was very clearly explained exactly what we were signing up for and it says right in the document you sign that you will continue to be charged for a year even if you cancel.This is simple stuff.. These other reviewers strike me as the type who want to break the rules or expect they can circumvent a legal contract they signed by reviewing poorly or saying they werent explained the terms. What they agreed to is in plain English in the one page document they had to initial seven times!!!We are so happy with our service that we know we will continue to come back here for a year. Thank you guys for the amazing service!

I’ve done a facial and microdermabrasion w Toni twice now and she is just the best. She is sweet and knowledgeable and I look forward to my appointments with her!

My husband booked me a massage on my day off at 9am as I am struggling with neurological issues and thought this could help relieve some stress. I was so excited for it. They called me at 8:36am and cancelled the appointment. They said they could change the service to a facial but not a massage. I declined. They said “we will call you if we get any cancellations or we can reschedule for a different day.”I never heard anything. Made me feel like they just don’t care about their customers/clients.

Everyone is so friendly! They make sure each experience is amazing. From helping decide which massage therapist I get over the phone, introducing them to me when I come in, and having my massage therapist customize each session, there is no wonder why I keep coming back! Thank you!!

My recent massage with Josh was great. I work in front of a computer most of the day so didnt realize how much I needed a massage until I walked out feeling like a new man. I appreciated Joshs explanation of my muscle groups that needed the most work as it demonstrated his thorough knowledge and made me better aware of the areas I strain sitting in front of a computer. The front desk person was polite, professional and quick in checking me in/out. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the best Massage Envy I have been to. The desk staff are always very helpful and positive. I have seen several therapists and all were great. Currently I see Sal who is very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. I have some specific issues that he addresses and he keeps me feeling good.

I’ve been getting facials for years, and Nicole at massage envy gave me the best one I’ve ever had she is amazing. The way she massages your face feels so good, and your skin feels awesome after thanks Nichole

The professionalism that I encounter every time I visit ME of Plainfield is next to none! Every time I walk in the door the front staff always greets me with a smile on their faces. They are a very informative staff, especially the management!The therapists are kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the anatomy, and thoroughly explain things when you have a question. I will continue to visit this clinic like I have for 8 yrs!!!!You Rock ME of Plainfield!

The staff here has been super friendly and helpful. I took my wife here to get a massage for her birthday. I went soon after, and now we both ended up with a membership! Lol My wife and I both love our massage therapists and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Its worth every penny!

I will give this location a 5 Star but Massage Envy as a company I would give 1 star.Plainfield location...Front desk woman was fantastic. Very nice, super calming, explained everything, gave options but didnt push any of them on me. Massage Therapist, Ally...Amazing! She was very informative, inquisitive and an outstanding masseuse (sp?). I will go back just to see her.Massage Envy Company...I bought a membership for someone else at a location that is no longer convenient to get to anymore. I tried to cancel the membership and they wouldnt allow me to unless I went to that location which is ridiculous. On top of that, I pay for a membership for someone but am not allowed to take advantage of membership pricing when I get a massage, again ridiculous. I would recommend against paying for a membership and deal with the extra cost of nonmembership just so as not to deal with the BS of the membership.

I have always had an amazing experience at Massage Envy Plainfield. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed by the front desk staff. They have excellent service providers who always customize my massage. I love being a Massage Envy member!

Heather is the best!! Shes the only person I know that can get my knots out without making me feel as if a dinosaur sat on me. Shes so friendly and gives great advice. Shes amazing with prenatal massages!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Colin or Kahlean or what ever the managers name is, is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She is completely unhelpful and just downright mean. I will never be returning here.

I have been to other Massage Envy stores and I love the Plainfield location. They are accommodating kind, and the therapist I see, Andrew, is hands down the best Ive ever had in 25 years of getting monthly, or more frequent, therapy. I have been able to scale back to once a month from weekly visits after finding him.

I am very disappointed with this company, I had transferred my massages to another family member and canceled my account or so I was told. No payments have been withdrawn from my account for almost 5 months, now all the sudden there is a $200 withdraw from my bank account. I called Massage Envy quickly and was told that they had been trying to contact me and gave me some number which was not mine that they had tried to contact several times. I feel taken advantage of and so far I feel like I have gotten the run around. Companies should want to keep clients by customer service not charging large amounts of funds 5 months later. I will not be recommending services for this company. Will be contacting BBB as well as rating this company on several other sites to warn other possible clients. Just looking through the other reviews I see I am not alone.

In my recent massage Gina was great. Colleen, the manager, is hurting the business. She is rude, dismissive, and so un-client-servise oriented. She word-wrestling with a client?! She is trying to be right?! She might be good for the accounting of the business, yes, but she cannot be in a client relationship post or in a post to manage people. She needs to improve, to be trained or she will make the clients to dislike this branch.

Therapists were awesome. As for ME as a company, absolutely awful. Do not join the monthly subscription. If you go to cancel your subscription you get billed for the entire next month even if you are one day into the new billing period.

Very nice staff. They set clear expectations of what the experience would be. Colleen is great. Would give 5 stars, but 10 minutes for changing is a bit much. I’m glad I had a 90 minute session to offset this.

Definitely do not recommend this place! Especially for employment... something tragic happens...TRAGIC personally and you have to rush out. They say go ahead and keep them updated as if they care... and theyll send you an email to tell you youre fired. Cant even call to do it in a more professional manner. Email to hide behind the computer screen...Stuck up horrible managers that do nothing but brag about their positions. Its a rotating door for associates. 🤔 wonder why. Go find a place cozy spa. A awesome experience from the customer service I received by Dameisha to the outstanding prenatal massage by Dustie! Dameisha was kind, knowledgeable about the membership plan and services. Most importantly, she worked the schedule out to fit me in for a much needed massage. As for Dustie-WOW! Dustie massaged me with pure confidence and relaxed my entire PREGNANT body. I couldn’t believe that they still serviced me while in my 1st trimester. Dustie is definitely skilled and outstanding in taking care of the pregnant people. I can only imagine how she would service non pregnant people!! God willing, I will be seeing this awesome team of people once a month!!

Massage Envy is a great place to relax. The massages are wonderful. They are very professional. It has relaxing music and the tables are heated. Quinn is awesome! She works out the kinks everytime!

Wouldn’t have even given the one star , DO NOT sign up for any membership I was told by Colleen she would put in for an immediate stop on my account, I get a call today saying my account was suspended ( after I filled out forms for cancellation) after I didn’t receive forms that were to be emailed to me in a timely manner. Find a different place to get massages and spend your money now after me paying for services that I couldn’t use because of my job they just swindle led me out of my money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS A JOKE

Massage Envy called at 3pm and said they have a 4pm opening I called back around 3:05 booked my appointment. Then they called a t 325 and said they couldn’t take me. Because they made an scheduling error. This is just so unprofessional! I cant believe it especially because this would have been my first visit!

I went to Massage Envy Plainfield for a facial and it was luxurious. The tech was wonderful, my skin looked amazing afterward and it was very peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this location. Everyone is so great. Shay is sooooo sweet. She’s an amazing Masseuse and such a sweet spirit. I’ll definitely be booking my next massage with her.

Bunch of crooks. I cancelled my membership because my chiropractor said it wouldnt be helpful to continue going so I let them know and sent them a formal letter. Then 8months later they charge my debit card $400. No call, no warning, no explanation. What a joke!

Employees are courteous and helpful. Restroom is clean. Having been a mechanical for over 40 years I watched technician and was glad to see that he was excellent.

Ryan is attentive, considerate, accommodating, thorough & never disappoints! I’m blessed to have him as my massage therapist!!! Thank you!!!

Rude receptionist is hurting this business. She makes long term clients to not want to come back. Business and revenue is lost by this receptionist. I wouldn’t invest in a franchise that doesn’t train the employees on how to add long term value via long term relationship/partnership with the clientele. Ownership take notice.

I had a minor issue with my massage and as soon as I mentioned the problem, the owner herself called me and took care of the problem immediately. This location is very prompt and take very good care of their both their clientele and, from what I can tell, their therapists.
