A&M Esthetics is an incredible Spa. When you walk in, its such a wonderful, peaceful vibe! The natural lighting in the foyer and the decor always brings a smile to my face. They check in on you to see if you need anything before they clean up between clients. Taylor is amazing! Shes always giving me great attention and advice pertaining to wax before and after care. So very knowledgeable and sweet! I highly recommend these beautiful ladies!!!

This salon has a relaxing atmosphere. They had a nice assortment of drinks and light snacks while waiting. I like that there wasn’t constant traffic of people coming in and leaving. It felt exclusive. I had Prosecco while waiting for my facial appointment. Michelle was soft spoken, kind, and very knowledgeable. She throughly explained what to expect during my facial, the aftercare, and the products she recommended afterwards. Michelle has precious moments hands 😂, her touch was heavenly just even pressure while still being relaxed. I felt so peaceful and happy the rest of my day. Highly recommend this salon and Michelle as your esthetician.

I have never had sugaring or waxing done before going to A&M and now, I cant imagine going anywhere else because theyve set the bar pretty high. It is such a welcoming (& very pretty!) environment to be in. And I feel good knowing that I am supporting a woman owned, local business rather than a corporate chain.Taylor is the person I go to at A&M and she is beyond amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. If you want to try sugaring, you need to book your appointment with her! Overall, I would highly recommend A&M. They go above & beyond to make your experience with them great.

I recently went to A&M Esthetics Spa and let me tell you, it was incredible! The place was so clean and inviting from the moment I walked in. I was there to deal with some skin problems and get a facial, but I had no idea just how amazing the whole experience would be. Ashley was so thorough and really transformed my skin during the facial. She took the time to chat with me and share so much valuable knowledge about skincare - you can tell shes really passionate about it and wants to help you feel great in your own skin. Ive had facials before, but nothing even comes close to this one. Ashley really went above and beyond. If you want a super professional and rejuvenating skincare experience, A&M is the place. I could not be more happy with my experience! Not only did she clearly explain every step to me but she also made me feel so comfy with a heated bed and blanket. The lash lift is my favorite giving me that mascara look without any makeup. The brow henna has faded over a couple of days to the most natural filled in brow look. I am so happy with how this has minimized the steps of my makeup routine. I highly recommend for busy people such has teachers, nurses/doctors, restaurant workers, etc..!

Been going to Ashley for my facials for over four years. I alternate between the Turn Back Time and Hydrofacial. I strongly recommend her and the girls in the spa. I always feel good every time I receive my treatment!! ♥️

Been here for a few services and every time has been great. The environment is super relaxing, and the staff is awesome. Everyone has checked in after to make sure everything went well, and that I was happy with the service. The facial with Taylor was fantastic – felt like a new person after the relaxation facial. And the waxing services by Michelle and Ashley were wonderful. With almost no discomfort at all, even in the chest! I plan to come back regularly for sure. I’ve been coming to A&M since August for acne facials and brow waxing. I see Michelle for both services and she is amazing! She’s super sweet & friendly & takes the time to educate me about my skin condition, what she observed during the facial, and answers any questions I have. I’ve seen some serious results from my acne facials and my skin is the clearest its been in a long time.The spa itself is beautiful. From the moment I walk in I feel relaxed and at home! They have a super thoughtful hydration station where you can get tea, water, and healthy snacks ☺️

The spa is very clean and relaxing. I love the heated tables!! You really feel pampered here. Ashley is amazing, my skin was in the trenches when I first saw her: breakouts, hyperpigmentation, redness. Everything she recommended worked so well, my skin is so much better now. I don’t feel so self-conscious about going barefaced anymore. I like how she didn’t jump into harsh treatments right away and taught me that less is more. Taylor is also great and very sweet, she pays attention to the small details!

Absolutely love it here! My go to girl has become Michelle for both waxing and facials, her vibe is always so calming and she does a wonderful job with my tint and waxing of eyebrows. The staff as a whole is so nice and knowledgeable (Id confidently go to any of the girls if Michelle wasnt available in a pinch) the spa is always clean and relaxing, welcoming from the second you get in. 🩵🩵

This place is tucked in downtown Plainfield and it’s the cutest spa ever where they give you a beverage of choice at the door. Ashley does a great job explaining the process of sugaring and making you feel comfortable because I am new to it but have heard great things from friends and wanted to try it. I am excited to keep going and very happy with the results of sugaring!

Ive been to Taylor at A&M three times now. The first visit was a brow wax which was great. The next visit, I booked my first ever Brazilian. Taylor was so compassionate and put my anxieties at ease. That first Brazilian appointment, I decided to stop at the bikini service and book another visit for the following month. She made me feel proud of how far I got with the waxing and she never rushed me or made me feel bad for taking things slow. Taylor is also such a pro at making the experience as calm and comfortable as possible. I expected to feel super awkward my first time getting a wax on that part of my body, but it really wasnt at all. I returned today for another Brazilian appointment and I made it through the whole service. Sugaring is a great service, but Taylor makes it A+ by being so professional and kind. I will definitely keep going to Taylor for all my sugaring needs!

I have been going here for a few months now and every time I am left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! While I have only interacted with Michelle(she’s amazing by the way!) all staff members are incredibly welcoming and friendly and love assisting/helping. I get the hydrofacial and absolutely love how my skin feels afterwards! I got a lash lift as well and really enjoyed the look it gave my natural eyelashes! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality facial, massage, wax, etc😂 they really do it all! Last thing before I write a novel, I truly love that it seems every month they have something going on. In December they had a red carpet event, January was vision boards, and February has an event as well! I like that they invite their customers to these events to chill and relax and bring in the new year with goals and such! They truly care about their customers and it shows with the hard work they put in! I’d give 10 stars if I could as I can’t speak highly enough about this business! WOW....I had a turn back the clock facial with Ashley yesterday and I was impressed with the entire process and the ambiance of her beautiful facility. Restful, relaxing, high end finishes....exemplary. Ashley is knowledgeable and explains the process and the anticipated results. **My target area is my decollete and after one treatment, WOW.....my skin in that area looks 20 years younger. I plan to make a regular habit of seeing Ashley every 30-90 days. I highly recommend her and her services.

The common area is beautiful but Ashley’s room is gorgeous, peaceful, clean and calming.I usually get my brows waxed and tinted and she does a great job shaping them. I don’t know how she does it, but when Ashley waxes my eyebrows it’s pain free!!Recently, I went in for a facial and I could not have had a better experience. The bed is so comfortable and the massage techniques that Ashley used are so relaxing that I fell asleep during the session. Ashley is very knowledgeable and gave me great suggestions and option for my skin. Ashley walked me through the facial and explained what she was doing, and the benefits of the product as she was using them during the facial. My face feels so soft and looks revived. I love LOVE love Ashley of A&M aesthetics! I was a long time client and went on a hiatus and it was like not a day had passed when I returned. Ashley made me feel so calm and comfortable throughout my appointment, especially on my ingrown hairs which we all know how embarrassing that can be, but not with Ashley- such a ray of sunshine! She uses quality wax backed by amazing skill, in a beautiful space. She makes feel so confident after our appointments! Ive been a client of Ashley for awhile now and had the pleasure of meeting her at a different location! I love the new space and quality products she uses !! I had the best facial in awhile. Ashley is AMAZING! I received the acne facial. She took the time to give me a very thorough consultation and created an excellent treatment plan specifically designed for my skin needs. She followed up with me after my treatment several times to ensure my skin was doing well with the products and tools used. My skins feels and looks so much better after just one treatment and I plan to continue my treatments with Ashley on a monthly basis.

I cannot say enough about my last two visits with Stephanie…in fact if I can be selfish, I don’t want to give a review because of the word gets around how great she is, I may never get an appointment again! 🤣. Stephanie is intuitive, compassionate and her entire spirit comes out in her work. I fell asleep at least three times which lends to how relaxing it was. Any one who experiences Stephanie’s hands will feel like an entirely different person and you will never forget it.

From the time I got there Ashley greeted me and made me feel warm and welcome. She explained to me what she would be doing from the beginning to the end. My facial was so relaxing and soothing to my skin and I could see a big difference once she finished. Not to mention the massage I received with the facial that was the first. I’ve been seeing Ashley for over a year now. For my back acne issues, she worked with me for a while. My back was in the best condition for my wedding, and I was so happy because it was one of my biggest concerns. She pays close attention to whatever you need done, she walks you through every step, makes sure you are comfortable the whole time and she makes sure to teach you what to do at home at the end of your session. Her pricing is reasonable in my opinion. She has magic hands. I also went to her for my first ever massage, and you’ll just want to keep coming back after. I’ve had a couple of facials with her too. She asks you questions about your skincare routine in the beginning to make sure she delivers the right kind of facial specific to your concerns and to know what products to recommend to you after your session. She even gives you a refreshment to enjoy, a warm foot soak and neck warmer while she’s asking you questions in the beginning, and you’ll already feel relaxed at that time. The products she uses are good and they work too. You’ll feel good as new every time you walk out of your appointment with her. She even gave me a goodie bag after my most recent appointment . Ashley is amazing!! I just happened upon her searching through Google needing services quickly, though she did not have time available through her online scheduling, I emailed her and she worked me into her schedule and I am so happy she did because there is no where else I will go for the services she offers. She is now more like a friend than an esthetician! I would 100% recommend her to family and friends and cant wait to try the other services she offers.

Ashley is absolutely amazing! Not only is she professional (yet, so very personable) and extremely informative, she really takes the time to understand the look you want to achieve. She found the perfect toned tint to enhance my extremely light & very thin eyebrows. The brow tint actually took to hairs I never knew were even near my brow line! Ashley created gorgeous, thicker brows!!! I was STUNNED!I also have very light eyelashes- so light, I look like I have absolutely no lashes if Im not wearing mascara. Ashley tinted my lashes, and yet again, created a miracle! You can see my lashes without mascara!I would absolutely recommend A&M Esthetics over & over again!

I think Ashley is such a nice person literally from the minute you walk through the door. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very clean and gentle. Only thing I would have to say is that I would’ve liked all of my blackheads to be taken out, which was my main concern and I realized they weren’t when I looked in the mirror with sunlight, (and I ended up having to take out at home). I think everything else was great but for the price I feel that shouldve been taken care of.

I had the acne facial with the hydrafacial add on. It was relaxing and Ashley was so gentle with my skin. I found A&M by chance as I was looking for wax places closer to me, and I will never go back anywhere else! I saw Taylor, who did sugar waxing on me, and it was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting sugared, and it was a Brazilian (not the first time), it was the best. The regrowth was honestly barely anything, it did hurt the first time but that was expected. Highly recommend A&M, Taylor, and sugaring!!!
