Was highly recommended by a sales associate to try a juice and he sells me tasteless juice one month away from expiration date. Beware their recommendations. Seems like they’re just trying to push old product. Also, they have absolutely no knowledge on their products. After 3 visits, It’s still a chore trying to get the right coils for your device.

Horrible customer service! I called to see if they had a product I needed I was told it was in stock and after I was told that the product was in stock, I asked how much and the person told me don’t worry about it just come and will give you the best price ever, which was BS because they didn’t even have the product. Drove 45 minutes to find out – they don’t have it in stock and the ignorant person that picked up the phone could at least checked instead of me driving 45 minutes and being told that they didnt have it! Wish I can give a zero!!

They lie and overprice everything and then they say they will give u a deal. Their prices are never accurate

Ali has been extremely kind and helpful every time my husband and I have come into the shop.All of the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure you have the right products to suit your individual needs.

As much as I want to bad mouth this guy because he tried screwing me on my coils Im not going to be that customer and im going to give an honest review. They have a lot of juice is good but too high priced. They have a lot of mods but it doesnt matter when half of them are garbage. They customer service was poor. I wont be going back and unfortunately its the closest to my house.

Rocky has done a fabulous job of creating an atmosphere in his store that allows for the clientele to browse comfortably and enjoy casual conversation.The staff is very knowledgeable, like, Ph.D in Vapor and Vapor accessories knowledgeable! Talk with this crew about their passion. Serious depth of experience in this space.Plus, you can always enjoy a game of billiards in the professional size pool table while you’re there.Nice!

Ali is always so professional and helpful when i come in, not only remembering what flavor profiles i like but knowing exactly what equipment works with my device. The store is always clean and well stocked, definitely my first choice in vape shops.

The worst place to get any vapes. I bought one one day ago and it started to taste like straight metal. No flavor. I came in to get a new one but they said I would have to pay for a new one. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that I tested it before I left and now the taste is metal. Idk where they get them from but they need to stop.

Good store, good customer service. My only complaint is that one of the employee has little knowledge about some products, instead of just saying he doesnt know, he instead gives incorrect information. Ive experienced that twice with the same person.

Some great prices, friendly accommodating staff, nice open environment.. These guys are top notch! I buy all my glass wears from them! Going to be visiting them in the morning to grab some pieces!

Great store. The stock they carry beats any competition in the area by far, and they have very fair prices on most things. The staff is well educated about their products, and its clear that they care about vapers and take a personal interest in vaping news, new features on the market, new juices, and everything that comes with it. If you are having issues with your vape and you dont want to deal with a pushy salesman, check out Smokeovapor. They were very willing to try to help me before trying to sell me. On this one point alone, I would recommend this store to any of my friends, and I have.

Very knowledgeable staff. Went looking for a new tank for my vape and I threw a bunch of questions at them. They were able to guide me to a tank that suited my needs. I will definitely be going back in the future.

They have a lot of cool items. Very over priced. I walked in there wanting to get a vape, I walked out without one. The guys in there just stare at you and dont say anything. They just sit there on their phones. Not very good salesman. They could of made a sale but they literally did not care.

Great place I love coming here. They are extremely friendly, and love to talk. Great place to come and hang out. I come to the plainfield location and always seem to have a great time. The staff here is great, i really wouldnt reccomend any other vape stores. They have WAY more than enough vape juice, mod and tabacco. Again great place to come and they always welcome new people. And they do know their stuff.

I highly recommend going to another Vape Shop. They do not care about customer loyalty at all. They mark their product 20-30 more than the actual manufacture website. Very disappointed with the new manger at the location. Ali was much better at understanding customer loyalty.

If you’re going to close because of the virus I get it. Trust me. But closing while advertising your store is open when it’s not and on top of that putting a phone number to “order” on the front door that isn’t even a working number is terrible. Please communicate better.

Everyone at smokeovapor Plainfield is extremely friendly and very helpful with helping you find what youre looking for, whether its liquid or mods. Huge selection of liquid, havent been to another shop that has more than they do. When you go in look for Ali! Hes the best :)

I went into this store looking for a vape and ended up purchasing a product with that an employee recommended. Not TWO days later this product MISFIRES and ends up SMOKING while sitting up right on my counter. I went back to the store and they very rudly told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do unless they witness it themselves right then and there. Terrible customer service. All I wanted was my money back or some sort of compensation for my faulty product.

Call to head to make sure they had the correct type of Vape, when I arrived, they did not have it and said they wouldn’t be having it for a week, which is what they said last week as well

Song and dance, dont trust them. Guy said yes to every question I had and lied to me about the functionality of an e cig setup. Asked simple questions like, can it be plugged in and used? He said yes, it doesnt.... Had it for 6 months, already needs replacing. But thats not his fault. Its mine for listening to and believing this guy that a Chinese made ecig was actually quality. It started malfunctioning in 6 weeks. Been a huge pain ever since. Should be 5 presses to turn on, now it is at least 6 or more....

This is the only vape shop I go to. Being a regular, the staff does an excellent job on flavor recommendations when Im looking to try something new. The staff is always polite and great to talk to.

Only good if you know everything there is about vapeing. If your a newbie or newer to vapeing they will take advantage of you. Youll ask there opinion and theyll sell you stuff saying its the best and a week later when it breaks or isnt working properly they tell you its a piece of crap and has known issues and try and sell you somthing else. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR NEW TO VAPEING they will take advantage with no remorse when it breaks (even if its still in warrenty their 30 day thing is a hoax). Also they have no way to try flavors they offer you a smell lmao in my experience it rarely tastes like it smells. Your better off just staying away from this place. Also side note the person that rated a 5 star works there I know this for a fact which is another clue to how shady they are STAY AWAY.
