Very amazing staff great prices very helpful informative on all products and they dont pretend to know stuff that they dont. they are open and honest if they do not know about something but they will try their best to direct you to somebody who does I love this store ever since it was in downtown Port Angeles highly recommended you want good stuff you got to pay good prices even though they may be a little on the high side. Theyre still cheaper than swains general store in Port Angeles LOL

Friendly enough. They did honored an exchange on a defective lighter, but really couldnt help me with new devices.

Very good service here! I would give 5 stars but they didnt have, nor could they get, the replacement coils I needed.., I ended up buying them online. But the service and products here are excellent! I will definitely give them my business in the future...

This shop is well kept and well stocked. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, they now display a QAnon logo/code on the sandwich board in front of the store. I will no longer be doing business with them.

This is a great place. When we first moved here I was looking g for my vape needs. Tried a couple other places and they just werent the same. Tobacco emporium has a great vibe. Very friendly employees that will go out of their way to help you. Weather you need juice, batterys, cigarettes, or if you need a smoking device they have it here! I highly recommend going here if your new to the area, or lived here all your life.

These guys are always super patient with me. They provide excellent customer service. Set aside juice until I can get there. They are hands down AMAZING.

Major rip off. Charges $18.99 for 1 bottle of 60ml Twist E juice. The manufacturer sells them in 2 bottle packages for 120ml at $19.99 literally in every vape shop. Dont shop here. Unfortunately I cant give negative stars to rip off scumbags who stutter and fidget when called out on their price point and fake tax scams.

Every time I go in there for any tobacco products, vapes , cigars, or even fun non tobacco products like t shirts or gifts , they always have what I am looking for. sometimes i stop by after my job , just so I can have one of there staff leave a smile on my face, and if NTE dont have what I am looking for, they always can ship or order . quality and class is what i get here . wont ever go anywhere else. thanks guys for being in my town .

Went in for some o-rings which the guy was very helpful and found some right away that work perfectly thought Id grab some cherry juice but they didnt have any
