Terrible rude people when you call, if your going to be a immature cry baby every time your phone rings then do your employees bother to answer the phone its a waste of time for both parties involved right? I mean youe employee doesnt answer a question instead insults the caller now we have people wasting time over nothing solved. Idk but what ever county biz license your store holds should be torn up & notice given to you SAYING? TRY AGAIN YOUR NOT CALABLE OF Conducting ANY TYPE OF RATIONAL BIZ IN THIS COUNTY! Good luck to you next time but we the consumers will not spend any of our hard earned monies with your store again! Bye bye.... Ignorant clowns

Horrible customer service. I called around to find a product along with my significant other. I had a question about their products.Guy on the phone was extremely rude. Yelled at me telling me my s.o just called as if I was a inconvenience. Not a way to treat customers. Especially during a pandemic... appreciate who walks in your door.

It used to be a good place to get tobacco products. Recently they have not been dependable. They are not open during their set hours and havent answered the phone in the last three weeks.

I got my rolled smokes here for a bit then they became unreliable never have it and wont answer phone never no if they are there so I ordered a rolling machine and tubes from Amazon and Kentucky red from a online store I now save even more 2 months for price of 1 month and its alway ready to be delivered and I roll them this is great sorry Hill tobacco Im now getting great service some place else

They have rolling machines to roll your pipe tobacco in there you can save yourself quite a few dollars then buying the highly chemically added cigarettes from behind a counter and they have Vapor things all shall I buy my vapor juice in there for my e-cigarette machine
