The Vape Store

This was the vape store that three years ago got me started vaping which ended my ten year cigarette smoking streak. Since then I I feel as if they have kinda went downhill. Their juice prices have gotten to high. Sorry your house juice is not a premium juice and should be about half the price it is. Also the last few times I have been in one of your stores their is a bunch of douche bag bros just sitting around in there which are exactly the type of people that give vaping a bad name. Doesnt make it very welcoming especially if your someone that is new to vaping. With that said they will make custom juice at whatever nicotine level you want which some other stores do not do and most their employees have enough knowledge or think they do to help you if needed. Ultimately ordering online is way cheaper for all your vape needs. I can make my own juice for a fraction of the cost.

Vet very good vape shop. Great prices GREAT!!!!! The people in this shop are knowledgeable about their products very friendly. This shop isnt flashy its not high tech with big screens everywhere its a down to earth store with some of the best Vape gear on the market!!! I was visiting Florida from Philadelphia and I found this shop,the prices are so great I bought two mods than I went back for one more. I rate this shop at an A+1000!!!!! P.S the Strawberry Banana juice is the best!!!!

They have great service and are very knowledgeable. The sales clerk knew we were new to vaping and didnt try to sell us. His responses felt very genuine and he never made us feel like we had no clue. Instead, he educated us, adjusted our devices, and let us know why he chose/doing certain things. I would highly recommend, especially is you are just starting out.

This is by far the best Vape Shop ever. The customer service is outstanding. The employees are very knowledgeable, honest and caring. I have sensitivity to most vape juice, but this shops juice has not given me any problems at all. I will only use this shop for my Vapor needs. Thx

Great selection of flavors and they are priced right. Top quality ingredients and the amount of nicotine is customized at purchase time. Ryan was very friendly and contentious. We will be back soon.

Great store and a very knowledgeable staff. Patrick was very helpfull in getting started on vaping. The variety of flavors they had were amazing more then I have ever seen. Patricks recommended choice of flavor was spot on and instantly was sold on it

Super knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for a starter to help quit smoking. Super helpful in making a choice on a vape and juice. Trinton the store manager walked me through every step. Tons of products to choose from. I will use them for all my vaping needs.

Friendly Staff. Usually Deal With Patrick. Hes is very professional, respectful. Will go out of his way to teach and show you new things. Very personable, I feel very welcomed when I walk in and not as Im disturbing somebodys break, which Ive ran into at other vape shops.

Awesome house juices and even better staff! Great atmosphere and a good place to hangout. The Red Star juice was one of the best juices ive had so far. Easily one of the best shops in Port Charlotte.

Good store good service used to work their. But reeks of mold. Someone needs to do something about that. No im not being butthurt but everytime i walk in its like getting slapped in the face by a wet mop. Love the juice selection and the pricing great place to go if you vape. But the mold smell is deffiently a turn off.

I went there a few times, but the first two times I had to deal with Ryan who is very rude. He doesnt acknowledge you, and treats you like youre stupid. after hearing him badmouth his other workers, and customers after they leave, i knew I couldnt like him. Not very professional at all, hes one of those people who leave a disgusting taste in your mouth. I had the pleasure of seeing Aaron, Jt and Patrick who seem to be very nice young men. when I get off work at 6 I normally only see these guys, and theyre wonderful. They care about you , and always want to help you quit smoking, not just spend what you have in your pocket. I dont go there unless I call and know Ryan wont be there.

I had a great experience there. They very helpful and were so nice. The vape oil has had no problems. I feel that I will continue to be a customer forever.

I am very disappointed in the way manager handles the hiring and termination of emoyees in this store. In the past 120 days he has terminated three really good employees.He is very unprofessional and shady. To discover that the two people now working for him are on his face book page and that he hangs out with them socially and has a personal relationship with shows that he hires people who are clearly his buddies and is showing partiality and Im sure is somehow not within the fair labor laws or compamy policy. How can you conduct a business and repremand friends? I have been in the store several times to hear customers complain about how unfriendly and short he is with them or lack of personality. Or is never there. As a business person I think maybe he should be fired and someone with more experience and the balls to improve the overall appearance, supplies, and customer service would be an attribute to the Vape stores success.

If you are using ecigs its a good shop .pleasant service good selection, and average prices. I recommend if you really want to quit dont vape. Its a substitute which can also become a vice.

Always get great service. Love their large assortment of flavors at the juice bar. I just wish their prices on the juices were a little cheaper.
