Do you research before purchasing! This store carries fake or discontinued branded vape juice. I purchased vape juice that appeared as a mainstream brand however it cannot be found anywhere online, has no information on where it was made, and the email address and phone number are also fake. The label says it was distributed by glider distribution but nothing can be found on their website about vape products. If this product went as far to fake all this why should I believe the ingredients listing? Im not even sure its safe to use this product as vape juice!

The guy Sammy was amazing. He had my product in stock was fairly priced and made me feel important. All in all just a great first experience in the store! Can’t wait to see if he can keep my product in stock!

Don’t go anywhere else!!! This vape shop is by far the best!!! The store owner is always super kind, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions you have. Every time I come in, he immediately recognizes me and is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I have severe social anxiety and often I have my husband pick things up for me. Sometimes though, I’ve had to take the trip myself. I’ve gone in three times now, on my own and each time the owner is always super welcoming and friendly than it distracts me from the anxiety of being out in public. I 100% recommend this place. Best vape shop hands down!!!

I visit this shop 3-4 times a month, and I walk out with a smile every time. I give this shop a 5 star rating for their friendly and knowledgeable customer service, fair pricing, and variety and availability of inventory on hand. I like being able to walk in and get what I went in for, but if by chance they do not have what I need in stock, they will order the product for me. I also like how I receive recommendations and demonstrations on new products that they feel I may enjoy. Overall this shop provides an enjoyable shopping experience, and you will be very pleased with the selection and cost of the inventory they have in stock.

Certain customers are treated better than others. I thought I was being sensitive, until my visit today confirmed it. Since my initial inkling, Ive simply gone to 711, or another vape shop. However, today I didnt have access to my car, so I went out of convenience. Never again! Which I could imagine was the point, but little word of advice: If you dont like certain people, dont set up shop in their neighborhoods and/or a city that has a large population of them. Update: No, the location is correct.

Place is undergoing a well deserved upgrade.Sammy, the owner is proud of his store. And Im proud of him! I hope he remains in business for a long time!I come for the vape products, but hes got hookahs and other various smoking products too!

Picture this: you walk in, ask Sammy how he is doing & get serenaded with a song about how amazing he’s doing. The customer service here is amazing. I couldn’t afford something & Sammy knocked the pice down so I could. The incense they sell smell amazing, the black sage is good too. There is always an amazing song playing when you walk in & always a smile on the employees faces. I drive 15 minutes out of my way just to come to this location because the prices are the best & the service is even better.

Honestly yall I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping products. My husband changes my coils for me, I dont understand how it works. I have been using the same juice forever and lately its been burning through coils like crazy - like a cool a day. I looked up this shop because I wanted someone who could truly help me and explain to me what was happening. After reading a million reviews I decided to go to this shop. Im so happy I did. Honestly the guy was amazing, he sold me a new tank, showed me how to use it and how to change the coil. The best vaping decision I could have made was going to this shop! I will be back for sure !

I live all the way in Norfolk and this is the only CBD shop that has stuff that really helps me relax. they have guys in there who know their stuff. I went in yesterday with a busted disposable and called to let them know, and the manager told me to come back in and he replaced it with no problem. Definitely worth the drive 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I use the Vaporesso Renova Zero vapes and I recently learned that they’ve come out with a newer “care” version with mesh pods. I checked online to order one and the shipping was 90 days and if I wanted it in 30 days, I would’ve had to pay 29.99 for shipping. So I went to my man at this vape store and told him exactly what I needed and he ordered it for me. It was there within four days. He also carries my favorite vape juice that I can’t find anywhere else so this is the only place I’ll go to get what I need. Hands down, the best vape shop in this area. He really looks out for his customers.

Large selection of vape juices and they carry my favorite juice I bought from my old vape shop in Alabama and at a cheaper price. The owner (im assuming) asked me what else I vape, I showed him the bottle and he said he would try to order it and anything else I may want. He recommended a few others he carries as well. Hooked me up with a discount too! This will be my go-to shop from from now on.

Guy behind the counter didnt answer any questions i asked, basically was forcing us out the door. I just got what i needed but woulda spent like 200 more if the guy wasnt so rude. Yall dont deserve 5 stars. Customer service should be #1 on your list. Clearly not the case here.

My rep spent time educating me on cbd products. I highly recommend them. The first shop i went to(ptown smoke shop) does not hold a flame to this place.
