Great experience every time I go in staff is very friendly and willing to converse with customers. They’re the only shop I’ve found that has the coils I need for my tank and a good selection of juices. They have no qualms about letting you clean out your equipment and replacing them. They even provide you with the paper towels and little area to comfortably do so. You guys are great!

Very friendly people with excellent service. Huge selection of juices and absolutely gorgeous decor. Colby is definitely the man to see if youre looking for a build but they have a build section supplied with tools where you can build for yourself too. They also have a loyalty/rewards program which is a plus. I live in New Orleans and I drive an hour and a half just for this shop so if youre in the area then you should definitely go check them out!

Absolutely love this store and location! I have been an online purchaser from Vaping Craze for a long time, and will continue to be a buyer from there store front for years to come. They always have the latest and greatest for any product I need, including a massive juice selection. Hopefully I will have the chance to frequent more often in the future!

Absolutely horrible service. The sales reps are the worst of their kind. Went in yesterday at 3 pm asked for a .5 ohm atomizer along with a couple of juices and the man working there was completely annoyed with me just being there. I guess I was interrupting his phone time. The woman was a little more helpful as she allowed me to try a few flavors, although she also was unfriendly and seemed to be aggravated with my presence. This is my third time in there and each and every time they have been rude. At what point did it become ok in our society for local businesses to not prioritize great customer service? On top of that after using the coil and wondering why I wasnt getting any cloud I come to learn that they gave me the wrong coil, which is a 1.2 ohm. Never will they receive anymore of my business or money. I am regretting my initial intuition of not leaving upon their reaction to my presence.

I came into the prarieville store as I have many other times. It had been quite some time since I last visited but I needed some juice asap. I walk in to 3 individuals strewn across the sofas with no one behind the counter to greet or even acknowledge me. It seemed as though I(a paying customer, interrupted the conversation which incited a huge awkward western stand off. Not only did I feel like an inconvenience but there was not a tough posterior to be seen for miles. Its like cute butts are deterred from existing in such an overpriced unwelcomeing establishment.

Outstanding Customer service!! Purchased my actual vaping kit from another place, called Colby at Vaping Craze and he told me to bring what I purchased and come in and talk to him. I was told I needed a whole new set up for what I wanted accomplished and I just purchased a 90.00 kit. Went to Vaping Craze and Colby showed me exactly what everything was, its use and why. He saved me from buying another set that I didnt need in the first place. The customer service you get here is top notch. They actually listen and help you......not push product. You just earned all of my buisness and a loyal customer !! Thank you so very much!!

The fact they have a variety of product from beginner to some high end is amazing and hard to find these days. I really enjoyed how the people that worked there acted like a family and treated me the same. Highly recommend

First impressions of the store from outside was very impressive. When you pull up you automatically notice the big and massive sign above the doors. Walking into the store I was instantly greeted by 2 workers as I entered and was welcomed. Looking around the store I was also very impressed at the layout and design of its interior. The lighting, the chairs, the display case and the relaxed atmosphere was extremely appealing. As I walked up to the counter I was amazed at all the variety of juices and assortment of products ranging from clearomizers to subtanks, RDAs and RTAs, Mech Mods and Variable Voltage/Variable Wattage box mods. In the back of the store I met Chris, the owner along with a couple more employees who were building coils for customers. They all were extremely nice and asked how I was doing and if there was anything they could help me with. Hands Down this is the best Vape Shop in the entire Baton Rouge area!!!! AWESOME PLACE that I would reccomend to EVERYONE!!!!

Great customer service, and they even have anot electric flavor catalogue for people who arent sure what they want. They arent trying to sell you the highest priced stuff, they will sell you what you want, or reccomend something.
